Due to the stricter requests of the human perception of images, many industrial standards such as TCO'03 have been made to survey the Flat Panel Displays (FPD) nowadays. The angular-dependence luminance uniformity is an important item to evaluate the performance of FPD. In this article, we focus on the above test item base on TCO'03 standard in the case of vertical direction of ${\pm}15^{\circ}$. With controlling the driving voltage toward the liquid crystals of TN-type TFT-LCD, there exists a voltage-driving range which can achieve the value of the $L_{max}/L_{min}$ at ${\pm}15^{\circ}\;{\leq}1.7$ readily. Both experiment and simulation have been well analysis.

The purpose of this study was to develop a standardized scale to diagnostic life planning in late adolescence. A preliminary 32 item scale was developed through a literature review & a survey. 896 people responded to an online survey using the preliminary scale. A series of test, such as test-retest, item-to-total correlation, factor analysis and Cronbach' ${\alpha}$ reliability were conducted using the survey data and a scale comprising 31 items was constructed finally. The diagnostic scale for life planning in late Adolescence consisted of seven factors : (1) complete growth minds (2) life- plan (3) variety experiences (4) close relationships (5) management of healthy body (6) practical finance-plans (7) active preparation of future job. The scale is useful as a guideline for managing life of the late Adolescence. And it is helpful to them to make plan for the better life.

The purpose of this study is to develop the assessment category, items and a detail standard for environmentally friendly evaluation on the School. The results of this study brings on promoted environmentally friendly appreciation, energy and resource conservation, reduction of contaminant, accordance in and around building, etc. For this purpose, analysis of domestic and foreign environmental friendly architectural citation screening system-BREEAM(1991), LEED 2.0(2001), GBTool(2002), KICTEAC (2000), KOEAM(2000), etc.-was preceded, and through interview, survey and forum with professional group, developed evaluation item was verified and reappraised. Developed evaluation item were composed of thirty four basic evaluation items and nine addition items.

Research there is a place objective which searches the importance of physical environment. Namely, there is a place objective which defines the effect relationship of physical environment and payment price. The analysis result physical environment appeared in 6 items. (interia, hygiene, illumination, the color body and atmosphere, space, movement and the command installation). The item which causes a big effect in price appeared with the interia and atmosphere. The upgrade of the interia and atmosphere of the restaurant increases the price it will be able to pay letting with the customer is judged with the fact that role. Currently the restaurant service or importance of specialty knowledge of the work unit field is embossed. But, the customer pays an expense and the item which is important it will be able to create a value is showing is physical environment.

The railroad is a means of large transportation which has many latents such as a safety and a regularity. That is a results from various confidential performance tests and evaluations of the system. The railroad system consist of various subsystems - vehicle, power supply, signal, communications, track structures, operations, etc. Among them, as an item of safety evaluation there is a measurement of wheel/rail force, so called a measurement of derailment coefficient. This is a very important item because a derailment of a train will bring about a big accident. Especially it is more important in high speed rail of which operation speed is over two times as fast as existing rail. In this paper, it is introduced to preprocess the wheelset for measuring wheel/rail force of high speed rail, such as to treat a measuring wheelset, its finite element analysis, adhesion of strain gauges and static toad test, running test result of main line.

This research analyzed about inconsistence and cause of the audit result on national defense quality management system in certification company. Direction of research analyzes corelation with distribution by items at national defense quality management system standard by Investigated number and occurrence of examination report slight and critical incongruity on 2008 and 2009. Study finding slight and critical incongruity happened to first examination average 10.2 items, renewal examination average 7.0 items. By incongruity occurrence appeared high in item that there are a lot of examination item shares of standard requirement, it was studied by correlative thing between the examination with standard. Factor of incongruity occurrence was proved to comprehension insufficiency for quality management system, quality procedure insufficiency, didn't fulfil proceedings, business was unripe. In this papers, we contribute to propose direction for improvement of national defense quality management system comprehensive faculty elevation and national defense quality certification in this treatise.

In these days, the PCs are widely used in the mid-level factory. But they have low-effectiveness for using them. The main reason should be the lack of useful and practical software in the market. This Case study aimed at the support of the software using DB Language to get M/M chart for aquiring work study and standard time data in the mid-level factory having multi-item and multi-process type. CVA (Chronocycle Video Analysis) is applied to get basic standard time data and working list. Standard time, Sequence of working and allowance time or rate for man and machine will be readily obtained through the menu when the software executing. Detailed program list is systematically shown in Appendix.

The purpose of this study was to develop a reliable and valid instrument to assess Korean teachers' strategies for addressing challenging behaviors of preschoolers. The Teacher Strategy Questionnaire(TSQ) consisting of 34 items was developed with three theoretically driven factors(positive proactive, positive reactive, and negative reactive strategies). Participants were 238 preschool and daycare center teachers who responded to the TSQ. Validity and reliability of the TSQ were explored using Cronbach's $\alpha$, item analysis, and factor analyses. The reliability of the TSQ was relatively high, ranging from .74 to .85. No item needed to be eliminated. Among the three pre-structured factors of the TSQ, one positive proactive factor was identified as having two innate factors.

This study was conducted to develop the Home Literacy Environment Rating Scale(HLERS) and to analyze its item discrimination, reliability, and validity. The participants of this study were 438 parents whose children were three to five years old. The item discrimination, determined by comparing the highest and lowest group using Chi-square($x^2$) and Cramer's V, was found to be satisfactory. The Cronbach's $\alpha$ for internal consistency reliability was .78. Factor analysis revealed that the structure of the HLERS consisted of three factors: 'reading books,' 'reading behavior and modeling of parents' and 'literacy learning.' The concurrent validity was also identified by correlation between the HLERS and two sub-tests of EC-HOME. In conclusion, these results demonstrated that the Home Literacy Environment Rating Scale is reliable and valid to examine the home literacy environment for Korean families.

Service industries are rapidly increased and the environment of service is also changing in healthcare settings. Those make them change their management strategies and carry out many researches. Till now, single-item behavioral intention scale or direct measuring has some limitations that we have to consider its efficiency and it is difficult to explain phenomena of broad part in the process of determining behavioral intentions. In this paper, we examine the dimensionality of healthcare service in Korea through the multi-item behavioral intention scale. In addition, we are going to investigate the nature of the relationship between service quality perceptions which have unique construct, and consumer satisfaction judgements in the formation of consumers' behavioral intentions. we are going to conclude that the linear combination model of service quality and customer satisfaction can describe the process of formation of customers' behavioral intentions best and provide some managerial implications to decision makers for redistribution of materials and human resources.
