  • This study was carried out with statistical materials during the last two years of period from Jan. 1975 to Dec. 1976 which presented at radiologic department of 5 hospitals in Seoul City. The primary purpose of this study was to obtained more detailed informations related to the activities of radiologic technologists in diagnostic X-Ray examinations part and to provide some basic materials for managements in activities of then and manpower managements of their organization and practice. From the results of this study, the following conclusions were obtained [1] During two year from the January of 1975 to the December of 1976, total number of case in X-ray examinations were 464,830 case and 22,029 case in 1975 and 24,461 in 1976. And ratio of icreased in X-Ray examinations by year was 11.09 per cent. [2] Regarding the examined portion of X-Ray examination, a great propotion was chest examination as 56.88 per cent. [3] An average, the required time per case in X-Ray exam. was 9.28 minutes and make used of 1.94 sheets of X-Ray film per case in radiography. [4] An average, ratio of increased in X-Ray film by year was 12.71 per cent and ratio of failed film in it was 2.23 per cent. [5] The frequency rate of film size showed the highest distribution of $8"{\times}10"$(28.17%) and the highest distribution of X-Ray film by month was July(8.93%). [6] An average, the amount of activities per a diagnostic X-Ray equipment was 34.92 case and make used of 67.81 sheets of X-Ray film in a day. [7] The mean number of case in X-Ray examinations by radiologic technologists was 29.29 cases and make used of 56.87 sheets of X-Ray film in a day. Also, the average number of case was reading by radiologists was 32.42 case and 62.97 sheets of X-Ray film in a day.

  • Despite the increase internet use rate, there still appears a big difference in web usage rates depending on demographic variables, web usage environment variables. This study aimed to improve our understanding of perceived usage, attitude, affected factors related Web usage for schoolwork and research. This result will facilitate further understanding of perceived usage, attitude, affected factors related Web usage, thereby enabling researchers, practitioners, and policy makers to better design appropriate strategies to promote the Web usage.

  • We propose an Alamouti-like scheme for combining space-time block coding with single-carrier frequency-domain equalization(SC-FDE) in fixed broadband wireless access environment. With two transmit antennas, the scheme is shown to achieve significant diversity gains at low complexity over frequency-selective fading channels

  • This paper describes the SVC-based media adaptation system which can adapt video contents optimally to various consumption environments in an IP-based transmission scenario. As key technologies, we will present scalable video coding, SVC-based adaptive media transmission, and SVC-based adaptation signaling technology.

  • The skin color of a human being is the important memory color influencing image quality for color display. Therefore, in this paper, the preferred skin color axis is defined on HSV color space by analyzing some previous research, and the preferred skin color reproduction algorithm is performed by rotating the center axis of skin distribution of an input image to the preferred skin color axis.

  • We define an $\epsilon$-fuzzy congruence, which is a weakened fuzzy congruence, find the $\epsilon$-fuzzy congruence generated by the union of two $\epsilon$-fuzzy congruences on a semigroup, and characterize the $\epsilon$-fuzzy congruences generated by fuzzy relations on semigroups. We also show that the collection of all $\epsilon$-fuzzy congruences on a semigroup is a complete lattice and that the collection of $\epsilon$-fuzzy congruences under some conditions is a modular lattice.

  • Surface wind field over an ocean plays a very important role not only to generate wind-driven current, but also to control heat exchange between ocean and atmosphere. However, the surface wind-field used for the ocean circulation and heat exchange is usually estimated by indirect methods because of lack of observed wind data and incomplete spatial coverage. • On the setting of the upper half-space of the Euclidean space $R^{n}$, we show that to each weighted harmonic Bergman function $u\;\epsilon\;b^p_{\alpha}$, there corresponds a unique conjugate system ($upsilon$_1,…, $upsilon_{n-1}$) of u satisfying $upsilon_j{\epsilon}\;b^p_{\alpha}$ with an appropriate norm bound.

  • We investigate complemented Banach subspaces of the Banach envelope of $eak L_1$. In particular, the Banach envelope of $weak L_1$ contains complemented Banach sublattices that are isometrically isomorphic to $l_p, (1 \leq p < \infty)$ or $c_0$. Finally, we also prove that the Banach envelope of $weak L_1$ contains an isomorphic copy of $l^{p, \infty}, (1 < p < \infty)$.
