100만평문화공원 조성을 위한 주민참여활동 (Citizen Participation of the Million Amenity Park)

  • This paper is the study on the activity of citizen participation in the movement of Million Amenity Park's creation which was proposed by citizen participation for large scale's flat park within city. This park was proposed by the Busan Green Plan, commission study in 1999. The location of Park site was finally proposed at Dunchi-do, Bonglim-dong, Gangseo-gu, Busan and neighbor areas. The area of park site is approximately 500ha included the surface area of West-Nakdong River. Citizen's organization for Million Amenity Park which has 3,500 members, was established in 2001 in order to compose Million Amenity Park The development processes of this study were found to have quickening period, germination period, the 1st growing period, and the 2nd growing period, and then the results of this activity was also arranged by the researcher of this study. The movement for this park was found to have a positive activity for participating and understanding all the citizens during 7 years. And then the activities for this park were as follows: every information, fund-raising campaign, organization, purchase of park site, contribution of purchasing park site to Busan city. The results of this study, through the movement of citizen's participation such as this park movement were 1) respectively found to have the settlement in the movement of NGO, 2) the possibility of large scale's park fostering by public and civil partnership, and 3) the model presentation of frontier park in the citizen participation's types which will be able to introduce the development of city.

목포시의 거주환경의 만족도와 어메니티 의식의 관계 (Relations between Amenity Awareness and Satisfaction of Residential Environment in Mokpo City)

  • The aim of this study is to find out the solutions for an improvement of residential environment through the relation between satisfaction of residential environment and amenity awareness of the local residents in Chonnam Mokpo city. For this purpose, it is conducted a questionnaire survey of 203 local residents on the attributes of residential environment. The satisfaction factors of residential environment consist of 8 types of factors such as housing structure, stability, green tract of an avenue, convenience, housing environment, sanitary conditions, waterside facilities, and familiarity. It is analyzed that there is a great difference of the satisfaction between new town dwellers and old town dwellers in three satisfaction factors of a housing structure, convenience, and housing environment. The attributes of amenity awareness consist of 6 types of factors such as fitness, comfort, intimacy, vitality, naturalness, and brilliance. The new town dwellers have a high satisfaction in fitness and vitality factors, and the old town dwellers have a high satisfaction in naturalness factors. Through the analysis to the importance on the satisfaction factors of residential environment related to amenity awareness, it is founded that intimacy factor have importance in order of stability, familiarity, green tract of an avenue and sanitary conditions. Naturalness factor have importance in order of stability, waterside facilities, familiarity and green tract of a avenue. Fitness factor have importance in order of housing structure and sanitary conditions. Comfort factor have importance in order of stability, housing environment and sanitary conditions. And vitality factor have importance in order of housing environment, convenience and green tract of an avenue. Therefore, it is needed that the development plan of residential environment take into consideration in accordance with the importance on the satisfaction of residential environment in Mokpo city.

체험요소(4Es) 이론을 적용한 농촌마을의 테마전시관 계획 연구 (Planning of Exhibit Halls in Rural Tourism Villages Applying Experience Factor(4Es) Theory)

  • 농촌테마전시관은 농촌지역개발사업의 활성화로 새롭게 조성되고 있는 체험관광 시설 중 하나로 지역의 어메니티자원을 방문객들에게 집중적으로 소개할 수 있는 중요한 시설이다. 이는 어메니티자원에 기초한 지역활성화라는 지역개발 기조에 맞추어 마을을 발전시키는 데 핵심 시설이 될 수 있는 중요한 자원임에도 불구하고, 현재까지 조성되어 온 농촌마을의 전시관은 유사한 주제와 단순 나열방식의 전시가 주를 이루고 있으며, 관리상태도 열악한 실정이다. 테마전시관을 통해 적극적으로 마을의 중심 어메니티자원을 알리고, 관련 체험프로그램을 제공하여 방문객들의 만족도를 높이기 위해서는 방문객의 욕구를 충족시킬 수 있는 체험요소를 두루 갖춘 전시관의 체계적 계획이 필요하다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 Pind 과 Gilmore(1998)의 체험경제이론을 고찰하여 체험요소(4Es)로 제시된 교육적, 심미적, 현실도피적, 엔터테인먼트적 요소를 활용한 농촌체험전시관 계획 방향을 설정하고, 이를 철원군 이길리 마을에 계획중인 두루미 테마전시관에 적용함으로써, 방문객과 소통하며 어메니티자원을 부각시킬 수 있는 테마전시관 계획방안을 제시하였다. 이 연구 결과는 향후 농촌관광마을에서 농촌체험전시관이 어메니티특성화와 마을활성화에 촉매제로서 역할을 할 수 있도록 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the school location decision direction for land use planning of public land development. And this research proposed the school location decision direction for urban amenity. So this research present the implication on urban planning and design for architecture, park-school complex. This study perform the relationship with land use planning out side environment of school land. This research proved the fact that the school land relationship with the park, the other school land etc. And this result will be used in decision-making-process of land use planning, public land development construction, urban design and city policy.

  • The Government's investment for rural issues and continues to increase in the rural village developed and emerging. Among these development plans in the amenity characteristics analysis is an essential element of working. In this study, Chungbuk Yeongdong sihanggol in sub-analysis of the resources and amenities to the regional characteristics you want to animate a plan was developed. Analysis of city attractions as well as through seeking to gain a competitive edge and to reflect the resident physicians conducted a SWOT analysis. Major strategic include utilizing the strengths sihanggol opportunities for the many ways to leverage the resources and sub-concepts derived from detailed planning to detailed business information presented.

녹색체험마을 활성화를 위한 정책과 과제 -조직과 리더육성을 중심으로- (Policies and Tasks for Promoting Villages for Farm Experience)

  • In the development of policies and projects for regional development, consolidating region's organization and organizational leadership that could establish and operate voluntary developmental plans along with active participations by regional people are important. There have been successful cases of regional agricultural products emphasizing regional characteristics by strengthening functions and autonomy of the local government based on the premise of increasing mealable relationship among local industries and maximizing the characteristics of local resources and local resource utilization. However, effective pursuing is difficult due to lack of organization and leadership. Centering around local units with their importance recognized playing the core role in the development of rural areas, other important issues are activating civic organizations essential for local development based on town units and agricultural amenity resources in rural areas by seeking methods of rearing organizational leadership, improving rural incomes by strengthening local competitiveness through environmentally-friendly agricultural products based on local units, and developing and activating farm experience related with green tour. The types of organization and leaders are analyzed by investigating approved cases of farm experience. According to the results of the analysis, we seek the methods of promoting organizations and leaders for promoting farm experiences in villages and methods of constructing support organizations for promoting farm experience centering around local government units (such as city, Kun, Eup, Myun and village).

대구시 도심 주거환경 만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Contentment of Residential Environment in Daegu CBD)

  • Based upon the research and analysis on the downtown residents' satisfaction with their current housing areas and preference for future housing areas, this study clarifies the following. First, the breakdown on various factors influencing the housing environment indicates that downtown residents are the most satisfied with the easy access to the public transportation, and cultural and commercial facilities. Second, they are not content with the amenity aspects such as the air, noise, and the surrounding views, and the economic aspects such as the prices of the houses and the prospects for future investment. The low satisfaction suggests that the amenity aspects and economic aspects should be considered for future downtown housing development. Third, more than half of the residents in downtown areas still prefer to dwell in downtown areas. In the future downtown development, the close analysis on the characteristics of downtown dwelling, and the researches on the right direction of downtown housing development for the whole citizens of Daegu should be done in advance. Last, the majority of people wishing to reside in downtown want medium- or large-scale apartment complexes. In the future downtown housing development, it should be focused on the downtown residence with complex functions rather than on the small-scale maintenance projects.

국토 어메니티 평가지표 개발 (A Study on the Selection of Evaluation Indicators of Amenities)

  • 본 연구는 국토 및 지역에서의 어메니티를 활용한 접근체계를 크게 '어메니티 수준평가', '어메니티 자원 가치평가' '어메니티 자원 활용방안'의 세 가지로 구분하고, 접근체계에 따라 필요한 평가지표를 도출하고자 하였다. 어메니티를 활용한 전략은 먼저 지역의 어메니티 수준을 평가하여 자가진단하는 것이 필요한데, 본 연구에서는 국내외 사례와 전문가 표적집단면접법(Focus Group Interview: FGI)를 통해 3개 부문 10개 중항목 42개 세부항목을 도출하고 전문가 설문조사를 통해 도시지역, 농 산촌지역, 어촌 연안지역, 환경지역 등 공간단위별로 특성에 맞게 활용할 수 있도록 공간단위별 핵심지표와 중요지표, 선택적 활용지표를 도출하였다. 지역의 대표적인 어메니티 자원을 발굴하기 위한 가치평가지표는 문헌조사 및 전문가 FGI를 통해 3개 부문 14개 세부 평가지표를 도출하였으며, 전문가 설문조사를 바탕으로 6개 핵심지표, 6개 중요지표, 2개 선택적 활용지표로 구분하였 다. 어메니티 자원 가치평가지표는 '생태적 보존가치', '자연 경관의 독특함', '생태적 복원가치' 등 자연환경적 가치와 '역사 문화적 보존가치', '자원의 개성', '미적 가치' 등의 문화적 가치가 중요한 것으로 도출되었다. 어메니티 자원 활용 방안은 기존 사례를 바탕으로 '보전 복원', '계획적 이용', '산업적 이용' 등 3개 부문 15가지를 도출하였으며, 전문가 설문조사를 통해 공간단위별로 핵심지표와 중요지표를 도출하였다. 그 결과, 도시지역에서는 '창조 적 공간개발화'와 '경관관리', '문화컨텐츠화' 등의 7개 항목이 핵심지표로 도출되었으며, 농 산촌지역과 어촌 연안지역 에서는 '지역브랜드화', '상품브랜드화', '관광자원화' 등의 8개 항목이 핵심지표로 도출되었다. 또한 환경지역에서는 '자연 자원보전', '역사 문화자원 보전', '자연생태계 복원' 등의 6개 항목이 핵심지표로 도출되었다. 본 연구에서 도출된 지표들은 지역의 어메니티 계획과 추진전략 수립을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있으나, 지역이 가지는 다양한 여건을 고려하여 재조정될 수 있다. 따라서 지자체에서는 본 연구에서 제시하는 관련 지표를 바탕으로 지역의 특성에 맞게 선택적으로 활용하거나, 새로이 개발하여 지역의 어메니티를 최대한 활용하는 계획을 수립하는 것이 바람직하다.

대중교통전용지구의 조성목적에 따른 계획요소별 중요도 평가 (Weights of Attributes in Creating Transit Malls)

  • 이 연구는 대중교통전용지구의 조성목적에 따른 계획요소별 중요도 평가에 관한 것이다. 대중교통전용지구의 조성목적은 교통수요관리형과 지역활성화추진형으로 구분하였다. 이를 바탕으로 계획요소를 토지이용, 도시설계, 교통, 사회문화 특성으로 분류하고 이를 4As(Attraction, Amenity, Accessibility, Activity)라 명명하였다. AHP(Analytical Hierarchy Process) 기법을 통해 각 조성목적별로 계획요소의 중요도를 평가한 결과, 교통수요관리형은 교통(52.7%), 토지이용(25.6%), 도시설계(13.7%), 사회문화(8.0%) 순으로, 지역활성화추진형은 토지이용(36.1%), 교통(30.6%), 도시 설계(17.7%), 사회문화(15.6%) 순으로 도출되었다. 또한, 조성목적별로 세부계획요소의 중요도에서도 차이가 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 대중교통전용지구의 조성목적을 구분할 필요가 있음을 뒷받침하며, 다양한 계획요소의 반영을 위해서는 교통부문 단독계획이 아닌 타 계획과의 연계가 필수적임을 시사한다. 또한 승용차 접근성이 배제요인이 아닌 선택요인이라는 것과 사회문화적 특성에 대한 고려도 필요함을 확인하였다.
