무선 센서네트워크를 이용한 역사에서의 대기오염 모니터링 (Air Pollution Monitoring of Subway using Wireless Sensor Network)

  • It was intended in this study to seek for the measures to utilize the USN technique, which has high usability due to low price and low power consumption, in air quality monitoring. As a method, the sensors of temperature, humidity, particulate matters (PM10), and carbon dioxide ($CO_2$) were installed in the self-manufactured sensor nodes; the nodes were installed in the waiting rooms and platforms of a subway station and the measurements were collected at real time with use of a computer which micro gateway was built in. Collected data was to be processed by the statistics program installed in the computer; the collected data is to be used in managing the air quality of stations after transmission to the ventilation system of ventilation chambers.

Establishing Application System of KOMPSAT-1

  • Korea Multi-Purpose Satellite-1 (KOMPSAT-1) is developed by the Korea Aerospace Research Institute (KARI) with the aid of TRW and will be launched on the Nov. 24, 1999 at the Vandenberg Air Base in CA, U.S, Now, the satellite application group in KARI is preparing for the service with the KOMPSAT-1 satellite data. For the purpose of supplying good service to the users, data application planning has to be established before launching satellite. To use satellite data effectively, KARI makes a plan for data policy, data price, mission planning, and commercializing strategy. This study was carried out with the purpose of effective use of satellite data. For this purpose, KARI makes a user group first. There are 58 user groups to use KOMPSAT-1 data for public welfare and research sectors. These user groups include government, public corporations, institutes, and universities. KARI will offer the service to users through online using Internet. Secondly, KARI makes a policy for the priority of KOMPSAT-1 missions. These are classified by the mission priority, payloads, and operational states etc. Thirdly, KARI will make data policy and data price of KOMPSAT- 1 based on the basic master 1)tan. Especially, data price will be determined at trte KOMPSAT-1 committee including Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST). KARI is also trying to commercialize the data with the domestic and foreign companies to expand the use of KOMPSAT-1 data in the industries sector. Afterward in this study, KARI will continue the improvement for the effective distribution of KOMPSAT-1 data for all users.

Airline Passenger Repurchase Behavior Intention Model: Moderating Effect of Leisure and Corporate Travel in Korea Market

  • Purpose: This research aims to explore the effects of airline's pricing and service quality through service distribution process on repurchasing intention of the air passengers with meditations of passenger satisfaction and airline brand. Research design, data and methodology: This paper particularly focused on employing the moderating effect with two different market segmentations, namely leisure and corporate purpose travelers, in the Korean market. The total sample size of this research is 363 respondents of the general public in Korea. For the methodology of this research, structural equation modeling (SEM) was utilized for the statistical analysis. Results: It figured out that passenger satisfaction is ultimately the most important among variables of price, service quality and repurchase intention for both groups. On the contrary, the relationships, between price and airline brand in both groups, and between airline brand and repurchase intention in the leisure travel only, were not noted as beneficial effects. Conclusions: More noteworthy was that airline brand had a positive influence on repurchase intention in the corporate travel group. Based on this research, the results will deliver the contributions to the commercial airlines in the future.

전자상거래 B2C 플랫폼 농산물 시장효율성 분석에 관한 연구 -소비자의 가격공정성 관점 기준으로- (A Study on the Analysis of Market Efficiency of Agricultural Products in E-Commerce B2C Platform -Based on the Consumers' Price Fairness Perceptions-)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 중국 3대 전자상거래 플랫폼의 농산물 시장 효율성을 소비자 가격 공정성 인식의 관점에서 측정하고, 비효율적 브랜드의 품질과 가격 차이를 분석하여 농산물 판매 기업이 합리적인 가격 전략을 수립할 수 있도록 하기 위함이다. 본 연구에서는 전자상거래 플랫폼에서 판매되는 농산물의 특성(품질, 원산지, 맛, 안전성 수준)을 산출 지표로 하고, 제품 가격을 투입 지표로 선정하여 DEA 분석을 통해 시장의 효율성을 평가하였다. 분석 결과 효율적 브랜드의 비중은 JD몰이 가장 높고, YHD.com은 평균 시장 효율이 가장 높았으며, 동북 쌀은 3개 플랫폼에서 평균 효율성 차이가 가장 큰 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 가격 비효율성이 여전히 전자 시장에 존재한다는 것을 보여준다. 농산물 온라인 시장의 발전을 위해서는 소비자 가격공정성에 주의하고 가격과 품질의 조화를 중시해야 한다. 이 논문의 한계점은 인터넷 시장에서 소비자 경험에 의한 입소문 마케팅의 영향력에 초점을 맞추지 않았다는 점이며, 이는 향후 연구 과제이다.

단열시트(뽁뽁이)의 종류 및 부착위치에 따른 창호의 단열성능 평가 (Thermal Performance Evaluation of the Window Systems with Air-bubble Sheets)

  • The air-bubble sheet has been widely used to wrap fragile products for long-distance transportation. The further usage of the air-bubble sheet as a thermal-insulation material for the reduction of the thermal conductivities of window systems has occurred because of its low price, in addition to its thermal-conductivity properties. In this study, the thermal performances of a variety of commercial air-bubble sheets according to various applications were evaluated. The experiments were performed with single-glazed and double-glazed windows and three types of air-bubble sheets of different air volumes. U-values are used and were calculated for the determination of the thermal performances that are based on the KS F 2278. The maximum decrease of the U-value was measured as 1.092 when a sheet was attached onto the frame of single-glazed window. The square-like air-bubble sheet that contains the largest air volume shows the highest thermal-resistance value. Double layers of the air-bubble sheets show better performances than those of the single layers on both sides of the windows.

  • Recently, Korea Air Force has been facing a lot of problems in its pilot training system such as training time shortage due to the expensive gas price, noise pollution and difficulties in finding airspace for training. To tackle these problems, a new training system (called L-V training system) using both aircraft and its simulator has been suggested. In the system, a data link is established between aircraft and simulator to exchange their flight information. Using the flight information of simulator, aircraft can perform various air missions with or against imaginary aircraft (i.e., simulator). For this system, it is crucially important that fair fighting condition has to be guaranteed between aircraft and simulator. In this paper, we suggested an approach to impose a maneuvering restriction to simulator in order to provide fair fighting condition between aircraft and simulator.

  • 본 논문에서는 PAV 추진기관에 대한 현황 및 전망을 조사하고 검토하였다. 현재의 수송교통 체계가 포화상태로 가고 있기 때문에 그 대안으로 개인용 항공기(PAV, Personal Air Vehicle)의 출현이 강하게 요구되고 있다. 왕복엔진의 경우 효율과 경제적 측면에서 우수하다는 장점을 지니고 있어 큰 출력을 필요로 하지 않는 PAV에 적합하나 소음이 심하다는 단점이 있다. 터보샤프트 엔진은 비추력이 크고 운용범위가 넓어 수직이착륙을 하는 VTOL PAV에 적합하나 가격이 비싸다는 단점이 있다. 최근 전 세계적으로 친환경 시장이 급격히 성장하고 있어 기존 왕복엔진이나 가스터빈엔진 기술의 발전과 더불어서 연료전지와 배터리를 이용하는 친환경적인 추진기관을 선호하는 추세가 높아지고 있다.

  • Modern people are spending most of time in interior area. Indoor air environmental problem is one of the most effective factors influenceable to human health. Furthermore, saving energy and making ventilation system for pleasant indoor environment are necessary when it is faced shortage of energy over the world. In our country's case, it is already imposed that required quantity of air ventilation in buildings is 0.7 times per hour on "The regulation on building engineering system". As on the rise of the interests about Indoor air environment, Heat and Carbon dioxide emissions from User's metabolism, activity, furniture, and construction materials etc. could be the causes of Indoor air pollution. If these materials stays in Indoor air for so long, it could directly influence the user's health condition with a disease. As of building's sterilization improved that raised more mechanical ventilation. It also leads much energy waste in a period of high price of fossil fuel. Therefore, the way that saves energy and effective control of indoor ventilation is urgently needed. So, this study places the purpose on validating volume of indoor ventilation and user's comfortable degree by comparison CO2 emission rate through changing floor temperature.

  • The current increases in fuel price contribute to reducing level of congestion and air pollution. In this paper, this measure is compared with the congestion toll charge and the 10 'buje'(a $10\%$ demand control measure of registered vehicle i.e. each vehicle can not operate when its plate's last digit matches the last digit of the date). The purpose of our study is to give a priority order to various measures and to propose the win-win solution of Seoul for policy makers. We recommend the congestion toll charge coupled with some metering measures is the win-win solution for Seoul. Also we conclude a priority order such as metering; congestion toll charge; increase in parking fee; increase in fuel price; the 10 'buje' must be acceptable for implementation. Various ITS subsystems needed to support the proposed win-win solution are identified and field operational tests for them are introduced in this paper.
