A Study on the Design Qualification of an Isolation Hospital According to Circulation System (동선계획에 따른 격리병동의 설계검증에 관한 연구)

  • Recently, Influenza(AI, PI) patients have been increasing rapidly. But, there is a lack of isolation hospitals. In particular, according to increase the rate of patients with airborne infection, in order to prevent the spread of pathogens, design of layout plan and air conditioning system of isolation hospitals becomes more important to maintain patient's room as negative pressure. In this study, the spread of pathogens are analyzed as room differential pressure, moving time of medical staff and patients, and moving way in isolation hospitals by multizone simulation; CONTAM 2.4. Through the analysis, the ways to improve isolation hospital considered at the design step are reached to prevent the spread of pathogens effectively. Also, it verifies that HVAC system for isolation hospital is suitably designed as standard.

  • This paper is a study on The Korea Magzine. The magazine has a series. One of them is KOREA'S NOTED WOMEN. This is the women who are all Chinese women. They are Yo-WHA-SI(여와씨), A-WHANG, YU-YUNG(아황과 여영), T'AI-IM AND T'AI-SA(태임과 태사), WANG SO-KOON(왕소군), Su Wang Mo(서왕모), Yang Kwi-pi(양귀비), SU-SI(서시), TAK MOON-KOON(탁문군). The story of the women in the magazine were studied in a series of articles of reasons. First, it is because the Chinese women living in the hearts of Koreans. Second, the Koreans because these women want to love passionately, and be like. Third, because the Chinese women was also well-known in Korea as well known in East Asia. Was This series is used in any way. Features shown in the description was investigated. It explains how to understand what they Korea. Deliberately omitted, and were also added. I also used the analogy and comparison. This does not make sense but were accepted. Finally, we fully understand and take advantage of the literature.

Studies on the Optical and the Electrical Characterization of Organic Electroluminescence Devices of Europium Complex Fabricated with PVD(Physical Vopor Deposition) Technique (진공 증착법에 의하여 제작한 Europium complex 유기 박막 전기발광소자의 광학적.전기적 특성에 관한 연구.)

  • Electroluminescent(EL) devices based on organic materials have been of great interest due to their possible applications for large-area flat-panel displays. They are attractive because of their capability of multi-color emission, and low operation voltage. An approach to realize such device characteristics is to use active layers of lanthanide complexes with their inherent extremely sharp emission bands in stead of commonly known organic dyes. In general, organic molecular compounds show emission due to their $\pi$-$\pi*$ transitions resulting in luminescence bandwidths of about 80 to 100nm. Spin statistic estimations lead to an internal quantum efficiency of dye-based EL devices limited to 25%. On the contrary, the fluorescence of lanthanide complexes is based on an intramolecular energy transfer from the triplet of the organic ligand to the 4f energy states of the ion. Therefore, theoretical internal quantum efficiency is principally not limited. In this study, Powders of TPD, $Eu(TTA)_3(phen) and AlQ_3$ in a boat were subsequently heated to their sublimation temperatures to obtain the growth rates of 0.2~0.3nm/s. Organic electrolumnescent devices(OELD) with a structure of $glass substrate/ITO/Eu(TTA)_3(phen)/AI, glass substrate/ITO/TPD/Eu(TTA)_3(phen)/AI and glass substrate/ITO/TPD/Eu(TTA)_3(phen)/AIQ_3AI$ structures were fabricated by vacuum evaporation method, where aromatic diamine(TPD) was used as a hole transporting material, $Eu(TTA)_3(phen)$ as an emitting material, and Tris(8-hydroxyquinoline)Aluminum$(AlQ_3)$ as an electron transporting layer. Electroluminescent(EL) and current density-voltage(J-V) characteristics of these OELDs with various thickness of $Eu(TTA)_3(phen)$ layer were investigated. The triple-layer structure devices show the red EL spectrum at the wavelength of 613nm, which is almost the same as the photoluminescent(PL) spectrum of $Eu(TTA)_3(phen)$.It was found from the J-V characteristics of these devices that the current density is not dependent on the applied field, but on the electric field.

Novel Cationic 2-Phenylpyridine-based Iridium(III) Complexes Bearing an Ancillary Phosphine Ligand: Synthesis, Photophysics and Crystal Structure

  • Three novel phosphorescent 2-phenylpyridine-based iridium(III) complexes, $[(ppy)_2Ir(P\^{}N)]PF6\;(1),\;[(dfppy)_2Ir(P\^{}N)]PF_6$ (2), and $[(dfmppy)_2 Ir(P\^{}N)]PF6$ (3), where $P\^{}N$ = 2-[(diphenylphosphino)methyl]pyridine (dppmp), were synthesized and characterized. The absorption, photoluminescence, cyclic voltammetry and thermal stability of the complexes were investigated. The complexes showed bright blue luminescences at wavelengths of 448 $\sim$ 500 nm at room temperature in $CHCl_3$ and revealed that the $\pi$-acceptor ability of the phosphorous atom in the ancillary dppmp ligand plays an important role in tuning emission color resulting in a blue-shift emission. The single crystal structure of $[(dfmppy))_2Ir(P\^N)]PF_6$ was determined using X-ray crystallography. The iridium metal center adopts a distorted octahedral structure coordinated to two dfmppy and one dppmp ligand, showing cis C-C and trans N-N chelate dispositions. There is a $\pi-\pi$ overlap between π electrons delocalized in the difluorophenyl rings.

Education Plan of Artificial Intelligence Programming using Raspberry Pi for Computer Major Students of Industrial Specialized High Schools (공업계 특성화고등학교 컴퓨터 전공 학생들을 위한 라즈베리파이 활용 인공지능 프로그래밍 교육 방안)

  • In this study, we proposed a plan to educate computer students at industrial specialized high schools about artificial intelligence programming using Raspberry Pi. To create an educational program, we received advice from experts working in schools and industries, analyzed existing research and requirements, designed weekly learning plans, developed teaching materials, and conducted classes. Due to the small number of research subjects, interviews were conducted with students, and the results of the teacher's diary were also presented to derive qualitative research results. The main interview results show that although it is true that interest in the field of artificial intelligence has increased through the class, many responded that the learning content is still difficult. The teacher's diary mainly included information about the latest trends in the industry that informatics and computer teachers should not miss out on. We hope that this study will provide an opportunity to meet the needs of the industry by increasing the proportion of artificial intelligence programming in industrial specialized high schools.

Expression of Ang-2/Tie-2 and PI3K/AKT in Colorectal Cancer

  • Purpose: To study the expression of angiogenin-2 (Ang-2) and its receptor Tie-2 in colorectal cancer and discuss the possible mechanisms behind this process. Materials and Methods: Using the streptavidin-peroxidase (SP) immunohistochemical method, paraffin sections from 100 colorectal cancer samples and 10 samples from tumor-adjacent normal tissue (> 2 cm from the edge of the gross tumor) were tested for protein expression of Ang-2, Tie-2, PI3K, and AKT. Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction and Western blots were further used to measure expression of the 4 genes and proteins in 20 freshly-resected colorectal cancer samples and tumor-adjacent normal tissues. Results: In colorectal cancer tissues, the expression of the Ang-2, Tie-2, PI3K, and AKT genes and their proteins was significantly higher than in tumor-adjacent normal tissues. Protein expression in poorly-differentiated adenocarcinoma was higher than that in well and moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma. According to Duke's classification, the protein expression in Stages C and D was significantly higher than that in Stages A and B. In the group with lymphatic metastasis, the protein expression was higher than that without lymphatic metastasis. Conclusions: In colorectal cancer, the expression of the Ang-2, Tie-2, PI3K, and AKT genes and their proteins is markedly higher than those in tumor-adjacent normal tissues. No correlation was observed between protein expression and gender, location, or histologic type. Correlations did exist between protein expression and differentiation level, stage of Duke's classification, and lymphatic metastasis; in colorectal cancer tissues with lower differentiation levels, higher stages of Duke's classification, and lymphatic metastasis, the expression of all 4 proteins was higher. The study of their expression patterns and relationships with aggression and metastasis will provide a valuable experimental foundation for assessing prognosis and targeted therapy of colorectal cancer.

Privacy-Preserving Facial Image Authentication Framework for Drones (드론을 위한 암호화된 얼굴 이미지 인증 프레임워크 제안)

  • 최근 드론으로 극한 환경에서 범죄 수배자 및 실종자를 탐색하는 시도가 활발하다. 이때 생체 인증 기술인 얼굴 인증 기술을 사용하면 탐색 효율이 높아지지만, 암호화되지 않은 인증 프로토콜 적용 시 생체 정보 유출의 위험이 있다. 본 논문에서는 드론이 수집한 얼굴 이미지 템플릿을 암호화하여 안전하게 인증할 수 있는 효율적인 생체 인증 프레임워크인 DF-PPHDM(Privacy-Preserving Hamming Distance biometric Matching for Drone-collected Facial images)을 제안한다. 수집된 얼굴 이미지는 암호문 형태로 서버에 전달되며 서버는 기존 등록된 암호화된 템플릿과의 Hamming distance 분석을 통해 검증한다. 제안한 DF-PPHDM을 RaspberryPI 4B 환경에서 직접 실험하여 분석한 결과, 한정된 리소스를 소유한 드론에서 효율적인 구현이 가능하며, 인증 단계에서 7.83~155.03 ㎲ (microseconds)가 소요된다는 것을 입증하였다. 더불어 서버는 드론이 전송한 암호문으로부터 생체 정보를 복구할 수 없으므로 프라이버시 침해 문제를 예방할 수 있다. 향후 DF-PPHDM에 AI(Artificial Intelligence)를 결합하여 자동화 기능을 추가하고 코드 최적화를 통해 성능을 향상시킬 예정이다.

A Study on Backend as a Service for the Internet of Things (사물인터넷을 위한 백앤드 서비스에 관한 연구)

  • Cloud services, which started in the early 2000s as a method of using idle servers, are more active with the advent of the 4th industrial revolution, and are being used in many fields as an optimal platform that can be used for business by collecting and analyzing data. On the other hand, the Internet of Things is an environment in which all surrounding objects can freely connect to the Internet network anytime and anywhere to transmit sensed data. In the Internet of Things, data is transmitted in real time, so BaaS, that is, a cloud service for data only has been added. In this paper, among BaaS services for the Internet of Things, a back-end service method that manages data based on Parse Server is explained, and a service that helps patients in rehabilitation is presented using this. For this, a Raspberry Pi is used as a hardware environment, and it is connected to the Internet, collects patient movement information in real time, and manages it through the Parse Server.

Molecular biological characterization of transmissible gastroenteritis viruses isolated in Korea (돼지 전염성 위장염 바이러스(국내분리주)의 분자생물학적 특성 규명)

  • Sixteen Korean field transmissible gastroenteritis viruses (TGEVs) were isolated using swine testicular cell (STC) and the genomic diversity of them was analyzed. All TGEV isolates produced a typical cytopathic effect in STC and were confirmed as TGEV by immunofluorescence assay using monoclonal antibody against TGEV and PCR using TGEV specific primers. RNAs from TGEV field isolates and vaccine TGEV were extracted and amplified by RT and PCR. The RT-PCR products were digested with selected restriction enzymes and analyzed RFLP patterns. The N-terminal end region of S gene and ORF 3 and 3-1 genes of TGEV amplified by TGEV specific primer pairs seemed to be conserved. Most specific variations were detected in S gene amplified by TGEV 4/6 primer pairs which includes antigenic sites A and D. When the PCR products were treated with Sau3AI and Ssp I, Bvac(vaccine strain), field isolates 133 and 347 were differentiated from Miller and Purdue types. In the case of D5 field isolates, it was classified into Purdue type by Sau 3AI but classified into independent TGEV by Ssp I. Two different TGEV strains from D2 sample were confirmed by plaque purification and RT-PCR-RFLP analysis. To investigate the change occurring in TGEV genome after serial passage, the TGEV P44 strain was passaged through STC. There were specific changes in S gene and a large deletion was observed in ORF 3 and 3-1 genes. These studies showed that a distinct difference in genome exists among TGEV field isolates.

Pour cette objecif, il est ${\acute{e}}vident$ qu'il faudra toujours partir du texte et y revenir. C'est pourquoi j'ai cru devoir $pr{\acute{e}}senter$ cette recherche de l'analyse sous la forme d'une $synth{\grave{e}}se$ des principaux concepts de la $th{\acute{e}}orie$ de la pshchologie moderne qui permettent l'analyse des textes dramatiques.(Dany Nobus, David K. Switzer, Fritz Riemann, Giles Deleuze, Sigmund Freud, Julia Kristeva) Et auiss j'ai $essay{\acute{e}}$ de explorer l'imaginaire des paroles dans les textes en ses rapports avec l'auteur et les personnages et entre les personnages. Ainsi conçu, j'ai $analys{\acute{e}}$ les formes de paroles en ce qui concerne la mort de $p{\grave{e}}re$ et le deuil. Cette $mani{\grave{e}}re$ s'est $r{\acute{e}}v{\acute{e}}l{\acute{e}}e$ efficace pour montrer comment des traces de sentiment se transforment dans des textes. Dans les pluparts des personnages chez les textes de Young-sun Yun, on peut voir si $d{\acute{e}}finitivement$ leur cicatrices personnelles, $sensibilit{\acute{e}}s$ $m{\hat{e}}l{\acute{e}}s$, ce 'je-ne-pourrai-rien-contre-mon-$p{\grave{e}}re$' ou 'je-ne-sais-quoi-et-presque-$apr{\grave{e}}s$-la mort-de-mon pere'. Pour $d{\acute{e}}pouiller$ cet aspect, j'ai $montr{\acute{e}}$ qu'il n'y avait pas de $v{\acute{e}}rit{\acute{e}}s$ objectives, mais que la $subjectivit{\acute{e}}$ doit trouver le jeu triangulaire entre l'inconscient de l'auteur par les paroles des textes et par les rapports entre le symbolisant et le $symbolis{\acute{e}}$ dans les $repr{\acute{e}}sentation$ socio-culturelle en $Cor{\acute{e}}e$ d'aujourd'hui.
