생활 수준의 향상으로 환경의 질에 대한 주민들의 관심이 높아짐에 따라 쓰레기 매립지와 같은 환경 혐오시설의 부지 선정 문제가 사회 문제로 대두되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 다량의 환경학적 정보를 저장, 관리, 분석, 표시할 수 있는 GSIS와 의사 결정 과정에서 사용될 수 있는 AHP를 이용하여 쓰레기 매립지를 평가하는 방법을 연구하고자 한다. AHP는 관계 집단들의 의견을 적절히 반영시킬 수 있는 유연성을 가지고 있기 때문에 GSIS와 연관시켜 사용하면 환경 혐오시설의 부지 선정 문제에 매우 유용하리라 생각된다.

This paper applies the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to analyzing the causes and countermeasures of the accidents by the dangerous machines. The AHP is the decision supporting tool considering several objectives and criteria, and synthesizing a number of decision makers' opinions to find the best alternative. It has the merit to be able to consider not only quantitative factors but also qualitative factors. Because this paper focuses the thoughts of the workers about the dangerous factors in working space including machines, work environment and tools, the AHP is the most suitable method for this study. This study using the AHP can be used as useful tool analyzing the important causes of the accidents by the dangerous machines and deciding the urgent countermeasures.

본 논문에서 행렬의 가장 큰 고유값과 그에 대응하는 고유벡터가 과학적인 의사결정과정에 어떻게 적용되는지를 살펴본다. 이를 적용한 계층분석적 의사결정(AHP) 방법에서 사용된 행렬이론을 통해서 실제로 연구과제 선정방법의 심사지표 가중치가 AHP를 이용하여 조절되는 예를 구체적으로 알아본다.

This paper presents the Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) to evaluate water resources plan for agricultural reservoir. Preference Ranking Organization METHod for Enrichment Evaluations (PROMETHEE) and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) were used to estimate weight and priority of alternatives to find out the most reasonable and efficient way of water resources assessment. The 6 criteria that both decision maker and beneficiary are satisfied have been identified to secure agricultural water resources and then the priority of 10 subcriteria was set. An enhanced PROMETHEE-AHP model was used to perform pairwise comparison and find out the priority of each alternative because the existing decision making model have uncertainty and ambiguity. Comparison analysis of decision making models was carried out to find a way of suitable decision making and validity of PROMETHEE-AHP model was suggested.

이 연구에서는 안전관리체제(ISM Code) 실행지원 모듈개발중 하나인 ISM Code 운영평가 모듈 개발을 위한 기초적 연구를 수행하였다. 특히 ISM Code 운영평가 모듈 개발을 중심으로 AHP의 운영평가 분석과정과 설문지 설계, 운영평가 모형 기준의 위계 구조를 정립하였다는 것에 대해 그 의미가 있겠다. 또한 경영과학 분야의 주요 의사결정 하나인 AHP 기법을 운영평가 모듈 개발에 적용을 시도했다는 것에 대해서도 한층 가치가 있겠다.

본 연구는 임도의 재해위험 등급을 구분하기 위한 평가표를 제시하고자 수행되었으며, 이를 위해 임도의 재해에 영향을 미치는 인자들을 선정하고 산림공학 전문가들을 대상으로 AHP 설문조사를 실시하였다. 평가항목은 전문가집단의 자문을 통해 크게 자연환경, 인문 사회환경, 임도의 구성요소로 구분하였으며, 총 21개의 평가인자로 구성하였다. 설문조사결과를 바탕으로 각 평가항목에 대한 가중치 분석을 실시하였으며, 분석결과 임도의 구성요소 항목 중 배수시설이 가장 높은 가중치를 점하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, AHP 분석결과를 바탕으로 각각의 평가항목에 대한 평가기준과 평가점수를 부여하여 평가표를 작성하였다. 도출된 평가표를 현장조사에 적용시킨 결과 최고점은 78.8점, 최저점은 42.7점, 평균점수는 61.8점으로 나타났다. 산정된 점수를 바탕으로 전문가 집단의 회의를 통해 임도의 재해위험 등급을 4등급으로 구분하여 제시하였다.

환황해권 항만을 이용하는 화주를 대상으로 설문조사를 통한, 항만선택 계층구조를 분석하기 위하여 요인분석 및 AHP분석을 시행하였다. 17개의 요소를 바탕으로 요인분석 결과 항만서비스, 항만운영 및 입지적 조건, 배후지와의 연계성, 항만비용, 항만으로의 접근성 및 항만시설 등 총 6개의 요인을 도출하였다. 이를 바탕으로 AHP분석을 시행하였으며, 각 요소의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 그 결과 항만비용, 항만서비스, 항만시설, 배후지와의 연계성, 항만으로의 접근성 및 항만운영의 순으로 나타났다. 또한 AHP분석을 통하여 중요도가 가장 높게 나타난 항만인센티브가 환황해권 항만을 이용하는 화주에게 영향을 미칠 수 있는 방안을 검토하였다. 국내 컨테이너항만의 인센티브제도를 검토한 결과 환황해권 항만의 군산항, 대산항, 목포항이 화주에게 인센티브를 제공하였으며, 평택 당진항은 제공하지 않고 있었다. 즉, 군산항, 대산항, 목포항은 기존의 화주에 대한 인센티브제도의 강화 및 평택 당진항은 화주에 대한 인센티브제도를 도입이 시급하다.

Because of the recent development of information and communication technology, companies are exposed to various media such as blogs, social media, and YouTube. In particular, exposed news affects the company's reputation. So, while positive news can improve corporate value, negative news can lead to financial losses for the company. In this study, we redefine corporate reputation as social responsibility, vision and leadership, financial performance, products and services through existing literature, and conducted an AHP survey with a total of four components to calculate the weight of each factor. As a result of the calculation, the proportion of financial performance was the highest at 0.41, and products and services, vision and leadership, and social responsibility were the lowest. In addition, in order to measure the reputation of a company, it is classified as a component that defines online news using the LDA technique. In addition, through sentiment analysis, an index for each corporate reputation factor was derived, and the reputation index was calculated by combining it with the AHP analysis result, and Spearman ranking correlation analysis was performed to secure the validity of the research results. Therefore, the significance of this study is that the definition and importance of the constituent factors can contribute to the future planning and development direction of the company, and also contribute to the derivation of the corporate reputation index. This study is significant in that a new analysis methodology that applied AHP analysis results to sentiment analysis was suggested.

본 논문에서는 북한의 인구현황, 도로현황, 도로의 기능 및 역할을 살펴보았다. 또한, 남한과 중국의 도로망 및 Asian Highway와 연계할 수 있는 도로에 대해 남북축과 동서측 $5{\times}5$로 전망하였다. 추가적으로, 도로의 투자우선순위를 결정하기 위하여 평가항목 및 가중치를 산정하고 전문가그룹의 설문조사를 바탕으로 AHP 분석방법을 활용하였다. 분석결과 축별 우선순위는 남북축은 남북2축(개성~평양~안주~중국),남북5축, 남북1축, 남북3축, 남북4축 순으로 선정되었으며 동서축은 동서2축(남포~평양~원산), 동서1축, 동서3축, 동서4축, 동서5축 구간이 투자우선순위가 높은 것으로 분석되었다.
