시스템 개발방법론의 구현 프로세스에 미치는 영향요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Factors Affecting the Implementation Process of Information System Development Methodology)

  • Our study focuses on the implementation of IS development methodology as the innovation of IS organization. We have two main research objectives. We Intend to understand the critical factors affecting the implementation process of IS methodology. We also intend to deeply analyze the relationship among the implementation processes of methodology. The whole innovation process is divided into detailed four levels tilth dynamic and evolving Point of clew a cognition level, an adoption level, an acceptance level and an usage level. The results of our study are as follows. The main factors affecting initiation level of the IS methodology are the innovativeness of IS members, the existence of champion manager, training, the existence of IS performance gap, executive supports for IS organization, and the relative advantage of IS development methodology At the Implementation level, It is understood that the existence of champion manager executive supports, training and the relative advantage of innovation are the main factors. However, the complexity of Innovation is a megative factor about the quality of accepting and using the methodology In Innovation process. In performing the Innovation process, the Previous level gives very notable affection to the continuous next level. However it's also understood that positive attitude of adoption level does not directly affect the quality of using Innovation. Therefore, IS managers must pay attention to manacle each level of the Innovation Process to successfully accomplish the Implementation of IS methodology.

요양병원 간호사의 감정노동, 직무 스트레스 및 전문직 삶의 질 (Emotional Labor, Job Stress and Professional Quality of Life among Nurses in Long-term Care Hospital)

  • Purpose: This study was aimed to identify the level of emotional labor, job stress and professional quality of life and to identify the factors affecting on professional quality of life among nurses in long-term care hospitals. Methods: 136 nurses working at eight different long-term care hospitals were recruited from May 1 to June 30, 2016. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and stepwise multiple regression using SPSS/WIN 22.0. Results: Professional quality of life is consisted of three subcategories as compassion satisfaction, secondary traumatic stress and burn-out. As for the factors affecting on compassion satisfaction, age, satisfaction on working ward and shift pattern of duties were significant factors. The three variables' explanation power on compassion satisfaction was 25.0%. As for factors affecting on secondary traumatic stress, emotional labor was a significant factor. The emotional labor's explanation power on secondary traumatic stress was 13.0%. Factors affecting on burn-out, emotional labor, age, and health condition were significant factors. The three variables' explanation power on burnout is 31.0%. Conclusion: On the basis of results, program development are required to relieve emotional labor and job stress for nurses at long-term care hospitals and to improve their professional quality of life.

Factor Affecting Customers' Decision to Use Mobile Banking Service: A Case of Thanh Hoa Province, Vietnam

  • The article aims to identify the main factors affecting customers' decision to use mobile banking service in Vietnam, a case study in Thanh Hoa province. Based on theoretical frameworks of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), the study has been conducted with 370 questionnaires to consumers who have not yet used and are currently using mobile banking in Thanh Hoa province. The research results indicates that several factors have been evaluated to be more important than others, of which, the social influence is the strongest, the second is the compatibility and some others factors such as perceived ease of use, perceived trust, etc., all affecting the intention to use mobile banking in Thanh Hoa. Based on these important results, the article propose a number of recommendations: (i) Exploiting the advantages of social influence on the increase of intention to use; (ii) Increasing compatibility and minimizing costs for customers when they use Mobile Banking; (iii) Developing a strategy to increase the users' perceived ease of using banking services; (iv) Issuing a policy on increasing the security of Mobile Banking system to meet customers' needs; and (v) Developing an individual customer management system to improve service quality.

Fuzzy-AHP Application in Analyzing the Factors Affecting Quality of Rural Labor

  • This paper aims to investigate the factors affecting the quality of rural labor in Vietnam, a case study in Thai Nguyen province. For this purpose, we establish an integrated framework of factors affecting the quality of rural labor. We use Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (Fuzzy-AHP) to assess the weight of the criteria and sub-criteria of rural labor quality. This method introduced by Saaty (1987) is a useful tool to cope with the complexity of decision-making. The Fuzzy-AHP is one of the most common Multi-Criteria Decision-Making instruments for dealing with quantifiable and intangible criteria, which reflect the relative importance of the alternatives based on constructing a pairwise comparison matrix. The results show that the four most weighted factors are institutions, local government policies, technical qualifications, and mentality. In particular, the weight of the institution is the largest (0.2343), meaning that this factor is the most important one affecting the quality of rural labor in Thai Nguyen province. The weight of local government policy is close to that of institution, about 0.2259. The weights of technical qualification and mentality are 0.1238 and 0.1135, respectively. In addition, age and education levels do not significantly affect the rural labor quality of Thai Nguyen province.

  • Objective : In order to investigate symptoms prevalence related to visual display terminal(VDT) syndrome, and to evaluate the variables affecting the development of the VDT syndrome. Methods : a questionnaire survey was conducted on 127(81 men and 46 women) VDT operators who had been studied in Soongsil University graduated school in Seoul. Result : As a result of analysis with data collected by questionnaire, l. Variables affecting the level of general symptoms were sex, the total time of VDT operation per day, type of typewriting, location of keyboard, illumination, VDT working duration, the time of VDT operation without rest. 2. Variables affecting the level of eye symptoms were sex, the total time of VDT operation per day, type of typewriting, VDT working duration, illumination, method of eye-resting. 3. Variables affecting the level of musculoskeletal symptoms were sex, the total time of VDT operation per day, the time of VDT operation without rest, illumination. Conculsions : In order to protect workers from VDT syndrome, it is urgently required to implement standard management recommendations including restriction of VDT working hours and allowance of more sufficient resting time for VDT workers.

암 환자의 극복력 영향요인 (A Study on Factors Affecting Cancer Patients)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to discover the factors affecting cancer patients. Method: The subjects of the study were 111 cancer patients over 20 years old, being treated in 3 hospitals in Seoul. The collection of materials was a self-report survey which was carried out from October 1, 2005 to September 30, 2005. The collected materials were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient and Multiple Regression. Result: The average resilience of the cancer patients was 85.9 The average of the hope was 133.32. The family support score was 43.06. There was a statistically meaningful static correlation (r=618, p=.000) in the resilience and hope, in the resilience and family support (r=.539, p=.000), and in the hope and family support (r=.729, r=.000). As a result of the analysis with multiple regression, of the factors affecting cancer patients hope is a meaningful factor (38.2%), to explain resilience of cancer patients. 장기현장실습 프로그램의 만족도 영향요인 탐색: K대학 IPP 프로그램을 중심으로 (An exploration of factors affecting the Satisfaction of long-term on-site training: Focusing on IPP of K University)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting the satisfaction of the program for the quality improvement of the long-term on-site training operated by the university. The survey questionnaire data of 393 students who participated in the IPP program of K university were used to analyze the data and the results were as follows: First, factors affecting the satisfaction of long-term on-site training were corporation factors and university factors. Specifically, job contents, coaching, job scope, center support were found to have a significant effect in that order. Second, the factors affecting the satisfaction of long-term on-site training were different according to group characteristics(IPP participation types, major types, corporation types). It is necessary to intensively manage the common and important corporation factors, and it is necessary to closely examine each factor derived from group characteristics, and to support and strive at university level according to group characteristics in student counseling and matching.

  • Improving the quality of teaching staff in universities is an important goal of most universities. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the factors affecting the quality improvement of lecturers at universities. There are many factors affecting the improvement of this quality of human resources. This article uses the survey method to assess the factors affecting the improvement of the quality of lecturers in education and training institutions of the Ministry of Transport of Vietnam. Currently, the Ministry of Transport of Vietnam has 4 educational institutions. The research team has assessed the impact factors at these 4 facilities. The research team conducted a survey for faculty members of the Ministry of Transport. The result was 446 votes. The authors have performed factor evaluation by multivariate regression model. The influencing factors include Professional competence, the virtue of teaching staff, scientific research capacity, participating in building a democratic educational environment, Professional support policy, Instructor's income, and Information technology support. Research results show that most of the factors have a positive impact on improving the quality of lecturers. Based on the survey results, the authors also make policy suggestions to further improve the quality of teaching staff of the schools in the coming time.

입원 노인의 연령별 영양불량 위험요인 (Risk Factors of Malnutrition by Age in Hospitalized Older Adults)

  • Purpose: Malnutrition affects all age groups, but older adults are particularly more vulnerable to nutritional deficiencies. This study evaluated the age-specific factors affecting malnutrition in hospitalized older adults. Methods: A retrospective study was conducted on inpatient elderly people who received artificial nutrition from 2010 to 2017. Data of demographics, diagnosis, type of nutrition therapy, number of comorbidity, fall risk assessment, Acute Physiologic Assessment and Chronic Health Evaluation (APACHE) score, and intensive care unit admission were collected. Malnutrition was defined as a body mass index (BMI) of less than 18.5 kg/m2. Patients were classified as the young-old (65~74 years old), the old-old (75~84 years old), or the oldest-old (85 years old or older). Results: A total of 7,130 older adults were included, and 4,028 patients were classified as the young-old, 2,506 into the old-old, and 596 into the oldest-old. Proportion of malnutrition was higher in the oldest-old compared to the other groups. In multivariate analysis, parenteral nutrition, alcohol, and high risk of falls were factors affecting malnutrition in all groups. Parenteral nutrition and alcohol in the young-old, high risk of falls in the old-old, and male sex in the oldest-old were the factors affecting malnutrition by the age group. Conclusion: Older age was the most significant factor affecting malnutrition. Specific strategies by age are needed to improve nutritional status in hospitalized older adults as influencing factors for malnutrition vary among different age groups.

청소년 가족유형별 건강형평성, 건강행위 및 정신건강 요인이 행복감에 미치는 영향: 제16차 청소년건강행태 온라인조사 자료 활용 (Health Equity, Health Behaviors, and Mental Health Factors Affecting Subjective Happiness among Korean Adolescents by Family Type: Using Data of the 16th Korean Youth Risk Behavior Survey)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to prepare basic data for education and policy proposals related to enhancement of happiness by identifying factors affecting the subjective happiness among Korean adolescents by family type. Methods: The study was a secondary analysis using the raw data of the 16th Youth Risk Behavior Web-based Survey (2020). A complex sample multiple logistic regression analysis was conducted to identify factors affecting adolescent happiness by family type. Results: As a result, the factors that commonly affect the subjective happiness of adolescents for all family types were identified as economic status, academic performance, perceived stress, and loneliness. Additional factors that affect the subjective happiness of adolescents of both Korean two-parent and single parent families were sleep and subjective health status. Financial assistance, number of toilets, breakfast, exercise, depression, suicidal ideation, and suicide attempt were also reported for Korean two-parent families. Conclusion: This study provided empirical basic data for enhancing adolescent happiness in consideration of priority targets and family composition characteristics by identifying factors affecting subjective happiness by family type. Adolescent happiness is a factor that should be actively pursued at home, school, and society, and it should be the goal of education for holistic growth of students.
