국내 스포츠 은퇴 선수들의 광고 스타파워 효과성 검증 (Verification of advertising star power effectiveness of retired sports players in Korea)

  • 본 연구는 국내 스포츠 은퇴 선수들의 광고 스타파워 효과성을 검증하여 기업 및 광고 에이전시의 효율적인 광고 모델 전략을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 했다. 따라서 국내 스포츠 은퇴 선수들이 광고 모델로 선정된 광고를 인지하고 있는 사람들을 표본으로 선정했으며, 206부의 자료를 최종분석에 적용했다. 자료처리는 SPSS(ver. 21.0) 프로그램으로 빈도 및 신뢰도 분석을 실시했다. 또한 AMOS(ver. 20.0) 프로그램으로 확인적 요인분석, 상관분석, 구조방정식 모형분석, 효과성의 유의성을 검증했다. 연구결과 첫째, 국내 스포츠 은퇴 선수들의 스타파워는 호감도에 긍정적인 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 호감도는 광고 소비행동에 긍정적인 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 스타파워는 광고 소비행동에 긍정적인 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 스타파워는 광고 소비행동에 직접효과가 더 큰 것으로 나타났으며, 호감도는 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 검증됐다.

Money Management Behavior According to Consumption Value for Adolescent Consumer

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the money management behavior according to the consumption value for consumers, especially for adolescents. Using 502 samples of middle school adolescents, a survey was conducted from May 10 to May 20, 2004. The main results were as follows: 1) The consumption value for adolescent consumers was categorized conspicuous-consumption value, brand-oriented value, mental-oriented value and advertising-dependent value. 2) Female adolescent, with more private spending money, with mobile phone, with importance on brand when purchasing mobile phone, paying more for using mobile phone, having conspicuous-consumption value, with more importance for brand when purchasing mobile phone and having more advertising-oriented value. Adolescent consumers with less private spending money, less payment for mobile phone and having mental-oriented value. 3) Female, with more educated mother, with less spending private money and having better money management behavior. 4) With less conspicuous-consumption value, more mental-oriented value, adolescent consumers have better for money management behavior.

인터넷 패션 쇼핑 몰의 연예인 광고 모델이 소비자의 구전 행동(WOM)에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Internet Fashion Shopping Celebrity Advertising Model on Consumers' WOM)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate if star marketing of on-line shopping malls affects consumers' WOM effect, and to compare the differences of consumption behavior between female teenagers and college students. Two hundred five female teenagers and college students who had purchased fashion goods through internet shopping mall participated in this study. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, t-test, and multiple regression were used. As the results, first, recognition of celebrity advertising models was classified into three factors such as 'trust of product', 'attractiveness of product' and 'leading interest of product' factors. Second, the greater exposure to celebrity models, the greater the good feelings about them, showing respondents' positive consumption behavior. Third, results of multiple regression revealed that behavior of pursuing celebrities' style accounted for 37% of the explained variance WOM behavior. Finally, t-test revealed that female college students were affected more by celebrity style and bought fashion items than female teenagers. However, female teenagers conducted more WOM behavior than college students. Based on these results, on-line fashion marketers would use these data for more their efficient fashion marketing strategies.

양면적 의복소비행동을 중심으로 가치와 가치소비의 관계분석 (The Relationship of Ambivalent Clothing Consuming Behavior, Value and Value-Conscious Consumption)

  • This study examines the characteristics of consumers on the ambivalent clothing consuming behavior and the relationship of relevant variables. The data were obtained from 400 females over 20 years old who lived in the cities of Daejeon or Seoul in October in 2009. The values consist of four dimensions: success-oriented value, social value, family-oriented value, and individual value. Value-conscious consumption consists of two dimensions: emotional value-conscious consumption and functional value-conscious consumption. The aforementioned four dimensions of value have positive effects on ambivalent clothing consuming behavior. In addition, emotional value-conscious consumption has a significant relationship on all 5 types in ambivalent clothing consuming behavior. The findings of this study are expected to be used to find niche markets and establish advanced advertising strategies.

Interaction Effects of Lay Theories and Failure Type on Adaptive versus Compensatory Consumption Behavior

  • Purpose - This paper aims at exploring the effects of failure types such as failure in promotion orientation and failure in prevention orientation on consumers' consumption behavior, and the moderation role of lay theories in the effects. Research design, data, and methodology - This study employed 2 between-subject designs(failure in promotion orientation vs. failure in prevention orientation) and also 2 (failure in promotion orientation vs. failure in prevention orientation) with implicit self as the within-subject. Chinese consumers participated in the empirical study, and to verify the hypotheses ANOVA, T-test and regression analysis were used. Results - Consumers were more likely to choose adaptive consumption behavior rather than compensatory consumption behavior when they were encountered with failure in promotion orientation versus failure in prevention orientation. Lay theories did play the moderation role in the effect of failure types on consumption behavior. The incremental theorists who think that effort is an important way to accomplish their learning goals showed more willingness to conduct compensatory consumption behavior rather than adaptive consumption behavior. Conclusions - Marketers should put more attention on the ways by which their products can help consumers self-improve when consumers encounter with failure. They should also be aware of the importance of consumers' mindsets when designing and developing advertising messages.

Moderated Mediation of Anticipatory Hope between Green Fashion Advertising Appeals and Word of Mouth -The Role of Perceived Consumer Effectiveness-

  • Based on the stimulus-organism-response model, this study investigated the effects of three types of green performance appeals (i.e., before-, after-, and before/after-appeals) on consumer word of mouth (WOM) mediated by anticipatory hope. As the degree of consumer susceptibility to advertising varies by individual, individual perceived consumer effectiveness (PCE) was examined as a moderated mediating variable. A total of 191 responses were analyzed using SPSS 27.0 for analysis of variance and PROCESS procedure. Results showed the mediating role of anticipatory hope between advertising appeals and WOM: participants reported greater anticipatory hope when they viewed the advertisement with after- and before/after-appeals. This mediation was moderated by participants' PCE. The effect of green performance appeals on WOM was mediated by participants' anticipatory hope when their PCE was low; however, when participants' PCE was high, the mediation was not significant. The findings show that advertising appeals highlighting the effectiveness of green performance can attract consumers who do not believe that product consumption affects a sustainable environment and spread WOM. This research provides insights to fashion brands by suggesting effective green advertising strategies that can increase consumers' voluntary information-sharing behavior.

ID 광고의 부가정보를 제공하는 데이터서비스 설계 (A Design of a Data Service providing Additional Information of ID Advertising)

  • 디지털방송 시대가 정착되면서 방송프로그램 시청에만 활용되던 TV가 다양한 데이터서비스를 운영할 수 있는 매체로 발전하였다. 이는 시청자의 TV이용 행태도 수동적인 태도에서 능동적으로 미디어를 소비하는 태도로 변화할 수 있는 환경이 마련되었음을 의미한다. 광고 시장은 매체의 변화에 따라 영향을 많이 받는 산업분야이기 때문에 이러한 변화는 광고의 제공 형태와 시청자의 광고 소비행태에 변화를 유발하게 되며, 방송 산업은 데이터서비스의 가능성을 광고시장과 연계한 새로운 성장전략을 고민할 필요가 있다. 이 에, 본 연구는 짧은 노출 시간과 정보 표현 공간 부족의 한계를 안고 있는 ID 광고를 대상으로 광고와 관련된 부가정보를 제공하는 데이터서비스를 설계하였다. 구체적으로 데이터서비스의 사용 시나리오와 사용자인터페이스를 설계하고, ID 광고의 유형별로 정의된 부가정보를 데이터서비스에 공급하는 국제 디지털방송 표준 DVB 기반의 방법을 개발하였다.

스마트광고의 활용현황과 활성화 방안에 관한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study on the Current Situation of Smart Advertising and its Activation Plan)

  • 스마트폰, 스마트TV, 태블릿PC 등 스마트 기기의 보급으로 이러한 매체를 통해 제공되는 스마트광고가 확산되고 있다. 하지만 이러한 스마트광고도 기존 광고의 틀에 얽메여 스마트 기기의 발전만큼 빠른 광고 기술의 발전을 보여주지 못하고 있다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구는 스마트광고의 활용 현황과 문제점 등의 분석을 통하여 스마트광고의 활성화 방안 등을 모색하고 있다. 현재 현업에서 가장 활발하게 이용되고 있는 스마트광고는 VOD광고, QR코드광고, SNS광고, 검색광고 등이다. 스마트광고의 문제점 및 개선점으로는 비합리적 효과측정 및 과금 체계, 광고의 표준화와 성공적인 수익 모델의 부재, 신뢰성 확보 문제, 전문 인력의 부족 등으로 지적되었다. 결국 스마트광고의 활성화 방안으로는 광고의 표준화와 과학적 효과측정, 다양한 형태의 광고 개발과 인력 양성, 미국의 IAB와 같은 미디어 랩 설치 등이 필요한 것으로 지적되었다.

  • Today, Advertisement affects the daily consumption life of consumers because of the features and advantages of advertisement. In particular, and so does the TV advertisement. Therefore, customer education is required for the consumers so that they can lead a rational consumption through TV advertisement quality. In addition, with the introduction of the many new-born distribution channels, the recent market environment in apparel industry is changing, and the service and image of store types consumers can choose are increasing. The purpose of this research is to offer basic data which can help consumers to acquire necessary information and conduct rational consumption through TV advertisement. Also purchasing behavior of consumers communicate, feels of consumers about store image, TV advertisement quality of what is the attitude of the relative influence presents.
