Reactive Magnetron Sputtering 적용 CuNx-Cu-CuNx 적층형 Metal Mesh 터치센서 전극 특성 연구 (A Study on the Metal Mesh for CuNx-Cu-CuNx Multi-layer Touch Electrode by Reactive Magnetron Sputtering)

  • In the present study, the $CuN_x-Cu-CuN_x$ layer the partial pressure ratio Cu metal of Ar and $N_2$ gas using a DC magnetron sputtering device, was generated by the In-situ method. $CuN_x$ layer was able to obtain a surface reflectance reduction effect from the advantages of the process and the external light. $CuN_x$ layer is gas partial pressure, DC the Power, the deposition time variable transmittance in response to the thickness and partial pressure ratio, the reflectance was measured. $Ar:N_2$ gas ratio 10:10(sccm), DC power 0.35 A, was derived Deposition time 90 sec optimum conditions. Thus, according to the optimal thickness and the composition ratio was derived surface reflectance of 20.75%. In addition, to derive the value of ${\Delta}$ Ra surface roughness of 0.467. It was derived $CuN_x$ band-gap energy of about 2.2 eV. Thus, to ensure a thickness and process conditions can be absorbed to maximize the light in a wavelength band in the visible light region. As a result, the implementation of the $12k{\Omega}$ base line resistance of using the Cu metal. This is, 5 inch Metal mesh TSP(L/S: $4/270{\mu}m$) is in the range of the reference operation.

ZnO nanopencils의 합성과 향상된 exciton-phonon interactions (Synthesis and enhancements of exciton-phonon interactions for ZnO nanopencils by thermal evaporation)

  • 우리는 ZnO Template를 사용한 열기상법을 이용하여 수직 배양한 ZnO nanorods와 ZnO Nanopencils를 성장하였고, Dependency temperature Photoluminescence(PL)의 분석을 통하여 광학적 특성에 대해 분석을 하였다. ZnO 나노구조는 100K 이하의 온도에서 donor-bound exciton가 dominant하고, 100K 이상의 온도에서는 free exciton과 그들의 phonon-replica emission이 dominant한 것을 알 수 있었다. 하지만, ZnO nanorods와 nanopencils은 다른 exciton-phonon coupling의 strength에 의한 surface defects에 의해 excitonic emissions의 다른 거동을 보이는 것을 알았다. 이것으로 인해 상온 PL에서 ZnO nanopencil은 nanorods에 비해 52meV의 red shift를 보였다.

  • ZnO 나노막대는 산화물 반도체로서 넓은 밴드캡 (3.37eV)을 가진 반도체이며, 테라급의 전계 효과 트랜지스터(FET), 대기오염물질 모니터링 센서, 태앙전지용 전극, UV 발광소자, 전계방출 디스플레이의 팀 등 나노기술 전반에 활용해 최근 각광을 받고 있는 물질이다. 최근 디바이스 응용의 효율을 높이기 위한 방편으로 나노막대에서 박막으로의 연구가 활발하다. 본 실험은 MOCVD률 이용하여 p-si 기판위에 나노막대를 성장시킨 후 압력 및 온도 등의 공정변수를 조절하여 나노막대에서 박막으로 성장형태를 변화시켰다. SEM으로 1 차원 나노막대에서 2차원의 나노박막으로 성장이 된 ZnO 하이브리드 구조를 확인할 수 있었다. 또, PL장비를 이용해 ZnO의 UV영역의 파장을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • Ti-6Al-4V extra low interstitial (ELI) alloy has been widely used as an orthopedic implant material because of its excellent biocompatibility, corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. However, V-free titanium alloys such as Ti-6%Al-7%Nb and Ti-5%Al-2.5%Fe have recently been developed because of the toxicity of V. Hydroxyapatite (HA) is used as a coating material on Ti or Ti biomaterials due to its good biocompatibility. However, HA coated on Ti alloy causes a problem for tissue by peeling off during usage. Therefore, such peeling off during long time usage can be suppressed by adding HA in Ti or Ti alloy composites. The aim of this study was to manufacture an ultra fine grained (UFG) Ti-Nb-HA bulk alloy, which is usually difficult to fabricate using melting and casting technology, by rapid sintering process using high energy mechanical milled (HEMM) powder.

  • This paper investgates the transflective liquid crystal displays (LCDs) associated with fringe-field switching (FFS) mode to achieve high image quality. In the past, several cell structures were used to fabricate transflective FFS LCDs. Their structures and characteristics are carefully examined to find their merits and demerits. In addition, we attempt to optimize cell parameters to achieve a single driving circuit.

  • We propose and analyze a robust adaptive fuzzy controller for nonlinear systems without a priori knowledge of the sign of the input gain function. No assumptions are made about the type of nonlinearities of the system, except that such nonlinearities are smooth. The uncertain nonlinearities are captured by the fuzzy systems that have been proven to be universal approximators. The proposed control scheme completely overcomes the singularity problem that occurs in the indirect adaptive feedback linearizing control. Projection in the estimated parameters and switching in the control input are both not required. The stability of the closed-loop system is guaranteed in the Lyapunov viewpoint.

고주파열처리에 의한 자동차용 고강도 강판의 기계적 성질변화 (Mechanical Properties of High Stength Sheet Steels for Auto-Body by Induction Heat Treatment)

  • The efforts which increase the strength of the auto-body structure and decrease its weight lead to develop a new concept of part production systems, such as Post-Form Strengthening by induction heat treatment. In this study, several cold and hot-rolled sheet steels were used to find out optimum induction heat treatment conditions. After induction heat treatment, strength of heat-treated sheet steels was increased significantly compared with that of as-rolled steels. From these results, auto-body structure which has more light and safe has been made by using this induction hardening method.

  • The present article describes a novel method of preparing the sulfonated polysulfone-based PEMs for DMFC, which are excellent in film quality, proton conductivity, methanol impermeability and mechanical properties. No depression in film quality or difficulty in film preparation is observed, even though sulfonated group of the PEMs are kept as high as 70 mol %. Allyl-terminated cooligo-PESs containing the organic sulfonate groups were solvent-cast into films and then thermally treated for cross-linking. Cross-linked sulfonated polysulfone-based PEMs gave unprecedented reduction of methanol cross-over and high ionic conductivity through in-situ thermal polymerization and cross-linking of telechelic sulfonated sulfone oligomers during a membrane preparation.

Mechanochemical Synthesis of ZnMn2O4 and its Electrochemical Properties as an Anode Material for Lithium-ion Batteries

  • $ZnMn_2O_4$ has been prepared by a mechanochemical process using a mixture of $Mn_2O_3$ and ZnO as starting materials, and investigated as a possible anode material for lithium-ion batteries. The phase evolution and morphologies of the ball-milled and annealed powders are characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) with energy dispersive microanalysis (EDX), respectively. The solid-state reaction for the formation of $ZnMn_2O_4$, under the given experimental conditions, is achieved in a short time (30 min), and the prepared samples exhibit excellent electrochemical performances including an enhanced initial coulombic efficiency, high reversible capacity, and stable capacity retention with cycling.
