위성관측운량 보정을 위한 알고리즘의 개발 (Development of a Retrieval Algorithm for Adjustment of Satellite-viewed Cloudiness)

  • 본 연구에서는 위성관측운량을 지상관측운량에 가깝게 보정하기 위한 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 위성관측운량과 지상관측운량은 같은 구름을 각각 평면과 반구면에 투영한 관점이라는 차이를 가진다. 따라서, 개발된 위성보정 알고리즘은 평면의 위성관측 영역에 투영된 구름에 적절한 높이를 부여하여 지상관측 영역인 반 구면에 투영된 구름으로 변환하는 것이 핵심이다. 이때 평면구름은 위성 구름탐지를 이용하며, 높이는 운정압력을 이용하여 결정한다. Himawari-8 Level 1B 관측자료로 입력자료를 만들어 기존의 위성관측운량과 개발된 알고리즘을 통해 산출한 위성관측운량을 2016년 7월부터 2017년 6월, 매월 1일부터 7일까지 낮 시간 동안 한국(22개소)과 중국(724개소)의 종관지상관측소의 목측 전운량에 대해 검증하였다. 그 결과, 개발된 알고리즘을 통해 산출한 보정위성관측운량이 기존 위성관측운량에 비해 작은 평균오차($1.01{\rightarrow}0.61$)를 가지며, 예측의 성공률(PC) 또한 증가($55%{\rightarrow}61%$)했다. 특히 '흐림(Cloudy)'에 대한 관측률(POD)이 증가하였다($60%{\rightarrow}73%$). 예측 성공률은 55%에서 61%로 상승하였다. 이때, 겨울 기간(12-2월)에는 구름 과탐지에 의한 것으로 추정되는 오차가 다소 증가하나, 전 계절과 마찬가지로 좋은 예측 성공률을 보인다($56%{\rightarrow}60%$). 개발된 알고리즘으로 산출한 보정위성관측운량이 기존의 위성관측운량보다 지상관측운량에 더 가까워지는 것을 확인하였다.

전도성고분자, 티로시나아제 효소 및 이온성 액체 전해질을 융합한 전압전류법 기반의 비스페놀F 검출 센서 (Voltammetric Sensor Incorporated with Conductive Polymer, Tyrosinase, and Ionic Liquid Electrolyte for Bisphenol F)

  • 본 연구에서는 일회용 센서 칩으로 제작 가능한 스크린 프린팅된 탄소칩 전극(screen printed carbon electrode; SPCE) 표면에 전도성고분자 및 효소 티로시나아제(tyrosinase, Tyr)를 적층하여 전기화학적인 방법으로 남성 질환, 갑상선 질환 등과 연관성이 입증된 내분비계 교란 물질인 비스페놀F (bisphenol F, BPF) 검출에 적용하였다. 산소 플라즈마 처리를 통해 음전하를 띠게 한 SPCE 작업전극 표면에 양전하를 띄는 전도성 고분자인 poly(diallyldimethyl ammonium chloride) (PDDA)과 음전하를 띠는 고분자 화합물 poly(sodium 4-styrenesulfonate) (PSS) 그리고 PDDA 순서대로 정전기적인 인력으로 층을 쌓고, 최종적으로 pH (7.0)를 조절하여 음전하를 띄게 한 효소, Tyr층을 올려 PDDA-PSS-PDDA-Tyr 센서를 제작하였다. 상기 전극 센서를 기질이자 타겟분석물인 BPF 용액에 접촉하면, 전극 표면에서 Tyr 효소와 산화반응에 의해 4,4'-methylenebis(cyclohexa-3,5-diene-1,2-dione)가 생성되고, 순환전압전류법과 시차펄스전압전류법을 이용하여 생성물을 0.1 V (vs. Ag/AgCl)에서 환원하면 4,4'-methylenebis(benzene-1,2-diol)이 생성되면서 발생하는 피크 전류 값의 변화를 측정함으로써, BPF의 농도를 정량적으로 분석하였다. 또한, 기존에 많은 연구에서 사용되는 인산완충생리식염수를 대체할 수 있는 이온성 액체 전해질을 사용하여 BPF의 검출 성능 결과를 비교하였다. 또한 BPF와 유사한 구조를 갖는 방해물질로 작용하는 비스페놀S에 대한 선택성을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 실험실에서 준비한 실제 시료안의 BPF의 농도를 분석하는데 제작한 센서를 적용함으로써 센서의 실제 적용 가능성을 입증하고자 하였다.

여객자동차운송사업의 디지털 트랜스포메이션 수용의도에 대한 기업민첩성의 조절효과 연구 (A Study on the Adjustment Effect of Corporate Agility on the Intention to Accept Digital Transformation in Passenger Transportation Business)

  • 본 연구는 여객자동차운송사업에서 디지털 트랜스포메이션(Digital Transformation) 도입 시 수용 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 실증적으로 분석하고, 기업 민첩성의 조절 효과를 검토하였다. 연구는 기술수용모형(TAM)과 기술-조직-환경(TOE) 모형을 바탕으로 도입 유용성, 도입 용이성, 디지털 전환 역량, 최고경영자 지원, 고객 요구, 경쟁 압력을 독립 변수로 설정하였고, 기업 민첩성을 조절 변수로 설정해 316개의 유효 표본을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 도입 용이성, 디지털 전환 역량, 최고경영자 지원, 고객 요구, 경쟁 압력은 모두 디지털 트랜스포메이션 수용 의도에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으며, 특히 디지털 전환 역량이 가장 큰 영향을 미쳤다. 이는 기업이 디지털 기술을 효과적으로 활용하는 능력이 디지털 트랜스포메이션 성공의 필수 요소임을 시사한다. 반면, 도입 유용성은 수용 의도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았는데, 이는 디지털 트랜스포메이션 도입 시 비용과 리스크에 대한 우려가 더 큰 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 의미한다. 또한, 기업 민첩성은 수용 의도와 독립 변수 간의 관계에서 긍정적인 조절 효과를 나타냈으며, 민첩한 기업일수록 디지털 트랜스포메이션 도입 과정에서 발생하는 도전 과제를 효과적으로 해결할 수 있음을 보여주었다. 특히, 기업 민첩성이 높을 경우 도입 유용성의 영향이 긍정적으로 변화하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 여객자동차운송사업에서 디지털 트랜스포메이션을 체계적으로 분석한 첫 시도로서 학문적 의의가 크며, 실무적으로는 디지털 전환 역량과 최고경영자 지원의 중요성을 확인했다. 다만, 연구 범위가 여객자동차운송사업에 한정되어 일반화에 한계가 있으므로, 향후 다양한 업종과 분야로 확대된 연구가 필요하다.

임플랜트 식립부위 형성시 골조직의 온도변화에 관한 연구 (A STUDY ON THE TEMPERATURE CHANGES OF BONE TISSUES DURING IMPLANT SITE PREPARATION)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the possibility of thermal injury to bone tissues during an implant site preparation under the same condition as a typical clinical practice of $Br{\aa}nemark$ implant system. All the burs for $Br{\aa}nemark$ implant system were studied except the round bur The experiments involved 880 drilling cases : 50 cases for each of the 5 steps of NP, 5 steps of RP, and 7 steps of WP, all including srew tap, and 30 cases of 2mm twist drill. For precision drilling, a precision handpiece restraining system was developed (Eungyong Machinery Co., Korea). The system kept the drill parallel to the drilling path and allowed horizontal adjustment of the drill with as little as $1{\mu}m$ increment. The thermocouple insertion hole. that is 0.9mm in diameter and 8mm in depth, was prepared 0.2mm away from the tapping bur the last drilling step. The temperatures due to countersink, pilot drill, and other drills were measured at the surface of the bone, at the depths of 4mm and 8mm respectively. Countersink drilling temperature was measured by attaching the tip of a thermocouple at the rim of the countersink. To assure temperature measurement at the desired depths, 'bent-thermocouples' with their tips of 4 and 8mm bent at $120^{\circ}$ were used. The profiles of temperature variation were recorded continuously at one second interval using a thermometer with memory function (Fluke Co. U.S.A.) and 0.7mm thermocouples (Omega Co., U.S.A.). To simulate typical clinical conditions, 35mm square samples of bovine scapular bone were utilized. The samples were approximately 20mm thick with the cortical thickness on the drilling side ranging from 1 to 2mm. A sample was placed in a container of saline solution so that its lower half is submerged into the solution and the upper half exposed to the room air, which averaged $24.9^{\circ}C$. The temperature of the saline solution was maintained at $36.5^{\circ}C$ using an electric heater (J. O Tech Co., Korea). This experimental condition was similar to that of a patient s opened mouth. The study revealed that a 2mm twist drill required greatest attention. As a guide drill, a twist drill is required to bore through a 'virgin bone,' rather than merely enlarging an already drilled hole as is the case with other drills. This typically generates greater amount of heat. Furthermore, one tends to apply a greater pressure to overcome drilling difficulty, thus producing even greater amount heat. 150 experiments were conducted for 2mm twist drill. For 140 cases, drill pressure of 750g was sufficient, and 10 cases required additional 500 or 100g of drilling pressure. In case of the former. 3 of the 140 cases produced the temperature greater than $47^{\circ}C$, the threshold temperature of degeneration of bone tissue (1983. Eriksson et al.) which is also the reference temperature in this study. In each of the 10 cases requiring extra pressure, the temperature exceeded the reference temperature. More significantly, a surge of heat was observed in each of these cases This observations led to addtional 20 drilling experiments on dense bones. For 10 of these cases, the pressure of 1,250g was applied. For the other 10, 1.750g were applied. In each of these cases, it was also observed that the temperature rose abruptly far above the thresh old temperature of $47^{\circ}C$, sometimes even to 70 or $80^{\circ}C$. It was also observed that the increased drilling pressure influenced the shortening of drilling time more than the rise of drilling temperature. This suggests the desirability of clinically reconsidering application of extra pressures to prevent possible injury to bone tissues. An analysis of these two extra pressure groups of 1,250g and 1,750g revealed that the t-statistics for reduced amount of drilling time due to extra pressure and increased peak temperature due to the same were 10.80 and 2.08 respectively suggesting that drilling time was more influenced than temperature. All the subsequent drillings after the drilling with a 2mm twist drill did not produce excessive heat, i.e. the heat generation is at the same or below the body temperature level. Some of screw tap, pilot, and countersink showed negative correlation coefficients between the generated heat and the drilling time. indicating the more the drilling time, the lower the temperature. The study also revealed that the drilling time was increased as a function of frequency of the use of the drill. Under the drilling pressure of 750g, it was revealed that the drilling time for an old twist drill that has already drilled 40 times was 4.5 times longer than a new drill The measurement was taken for the first 10 drillings of a new drill and 10 drillings of an old drill that has already been used for 40 drillings. 'Test Statistics' of small samples t-test was 3.49, confirming that the used twist drills require longer drilling time than new ones. On the other hand, it was revealed that there was no significant difference in drilling temperature between the new drill and the old twist drill. Finally, the following conclusions were reached from this study : 1 Used drilling bur causes almost no change in drilling temperature but increase in drilling time through 50 drillings under the manufacturer-recommended cooling conditions and the drilling pressure of 750g. 2. The heat that is generated through drilling mattered only in the case of 2mm twist drills, the first drill to be used in bone drilling process for all the other drills there is no significant problem. 3. If the drilling pressure is increased when a 2mm twist drill reaches a dense bone, the temperature rises abruptly even under the manufacturer-recommended cooling conditions. 4. Drilling heat was the highest at the final moment of the drilling process.

해외농업투자에 따른 유통체계 개선방안에 관한 연구 (A study on the improvement of distribution system by overseas agricultural investment)

  • 세계경제 및 환경의 변화에 따라 농산물의 불안정적인 수급으로 인한 문제점이 노출되고 있으며, 우리나라의 경우 농산물의 안정적인 확보를 위하여 국가 전략적 차원에서의 해외농업투자의 필요성이 요구되고 있다. 하지만 정부차원의 지원 미진, 해외 농업에 대한 정보 및 기술 미비, 개발자금 확보의 어려움, 장기간의 투자금 회수기간, 사후관리 미흡 등의 이유로 성과를 이루지 못하고 있는 실정이며, 특히 해외 농산물의 국내 반입 시 관세의 장벽, 물류 유통비용 등으로 가격 경쟁력이 떨어지고 있어 국내에 반입되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 우리나라의 해외농업투자의 기본개념 및 실태를 살펴보고 해외농업투자의 필요성과 고려사항, 문제점 등을 도출하여 해외에서 재배된 농산물의 경쟁력을 위한 유통 측면에서의 개선방안을 정부의 간접적인 지원, 유통 현대화 및 유통정보기능 강화, 유통시설, 수송루트, 하역업무개선, 경쟁력 확보를 위한 정부의 정책적 지원, 교육 훈련을 통한 전문인력 양성 등 다섯 가지 측면에서 제시하였다.

  • The problem addressed by this study was to determine the effect of nurse - patient agreement on the means to achieve nursing goals in the early postpartum period of primiparous mothers. It was hypothesized that the experimental treatment would result in hegher self-confidence and satisfaction in maternal role performance. This purpose was to contribute to the planning of nursing care to enhance self- confidence and satisfaction in maternal role performance and to the development of relevant nursing theory. Especially, the early postpartum period is crucial toward in recovery from childbirth and attainment of the maternal role. Maternal role attaintment is a complex social and cognitive process of stimulus -response accomplished by learning. Most women attain the maternal role sucessfully. But, some primiparous mothers experience difficultites in attainment of the maternal role due to lack of experience and knowledge. Self-confidence and satisfaction in maternal role performance are important factors in attainment and adjustment to the maternal role (Mercer, 1981a, 1981b ; Lederman, Weigarten, and Lederman, 1981 :Bobak and Jensen, 1985). Nursing is defined as behaviors of nurses add patients that attain nursing goals through action, reaction, interaction, and transaction. For attainment of nursing goals, active participating transactions must occur by agreement on the means to achieve those goals through nurse -patient mutual goal setting and establishment of their active relationships(King, 1981, Ha, 1977). Based on King's theory of goal attainment (1981), this stuy was planned as a non-equivalent control group, non -synchronized quasi -experimental design using agreement on the means to achieve nursing goals in early postpartum as the experimental treatment. The data were collected from July 20 to Sep. 1, 1991 by questionnaires with 60 primiparous mothers planing to breast feed after normal deliveries at W hospital in Pusan, Korea. The subjects were divided into a control group(conventional group) -those admitted from July 20 to Aug. 12, and an experimental group(agreement group) - those admitted from Aug. 13 to Sep. 1. The instument for agreement on the means to nursing goals in the early postpartum period included five steps - identification of disturbances of problems through action, reaction, and interaction with primiparous mothers : mutual early postpartal nursing goal setting : exploration of the means to achieve goals ; agreement on the means (self- care, ealry maternal -infant contact, performance of mothering behavior, and communicating about the infant's behavior and health condition) : implementation of the means. This instrument was developed on the basis of King's elements that lead to transactions in nurse-patient interactions. Lederman et al's (1981) scale for Confidence in ability to cope with tasks of motherhood and Lederman et al's(1981) scale for Mother's satisfaction with motherhood and infant care were used to measure self-confidence and satisfaction in maternal role performance ·with the subjects immediately after admission and on the day of discharge. Self-care performance in the experimental group was measured by self -evaluation tool developed by the investigator from the literature concerned. The tools to measure Pelf-confidence and satisfaction in maternal role performance, and the tool to measure self-evaluation of self-care performance were tested for internal reliability. Cronbach's Alphas were 0.94, 0.94, and 0.63. The data were analysed by using in S.P.S.S. computerized program and included percentage, x²-test, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson Correlation Coefficient. The conclusions obtained from this study are summerized as follows : 1. The degree of self-confidence in maternal role performance of the total subjects group measured before the experimental treatment was above average with a mean score of 2.77(range 2.14-3.64). Out of 14 items, those with relatively high mean scores were ‘I would like to be a better mother than I am’(3.95), and ‘I have my doubts about whether I am a good mother’(2.87). Those with low mean scores were ‘I know that my baby wants most of the times’(2.28), ‘When the baby cries, I can tell what she /he wants’(2.37), and ‘I have confidence in my ability to care for the baby’(2;50). That is, the self - confidence of Primiparous mothers was considerably high in mothering, but rather low in activities concerning the infant care and understanding of the infant behavior. The degree of satisfaction in maternal role performance of the total subjects group measured before the experimental treatment was high with a mean score of 3.18(range 1.92-3.92). Out of 13 items, those with relatively high mean scores were ‘I am glad 1 had this baby now’(3.75), ‘I play with the baby between feedings when s/he is awake and quiet’(3.67), and ‘I enjoy being a mother’(3.27). Those with low mean scores were ‘I am upset about having too many responsibilities as a mother’(2.78), ‘It bothers me to get up for the baby at night’(2.82), and ‘I get annoyed if the baby frequently interrupts my activities’.(2.82), That is, the satisfaction of primiparous mothers was considerably high in mothering and infant care, but rather low in restraints in time or on the mother's self accomplishment and development. 2. Agreement on the means to achieve nursing goals in the early postpartum period included process of mutual goal setting, exploration of the means to achieve goals, and ahreement in concert means to achieve goals based on the mothers' condition, concerns, self-perception of the nurse - patient interactions. In the process of agreement, there was agreement that the means to achieve goals should be through trust and establishment of active relationships with the nurse through identification of problems according to planned nursing goals and active interaction, such as explanations, teaching, changing of opinions, acceptance or rejection of explanations, and proposing of questions. Therefore agreement on the means to achieve nursing goals in the early postpartum period appears to be an effective nursing intervention for primiparous mothers. 3. The degree of self- confidence in maternal role performance of the exprimental group was higher than that of the control group(t=3.95, p<0.01). Out of 14 items, those with higher score in the experimental group were ‘I would like to be a better mother than I am’(t=1.93, p<0.05), ‘I know that my baby wants most of the times’(t=2.75, p<0.01), ‘When the baby cries, 1 can tell what she/he wants’(t=2.10, p<0.05), ‘I have confidence in my ability to care for the baby’(t=3.72, p<0.01), ‘I trust my own judement in deciding how to care for the baby’(t=1.96, p<0.05), ‘I feel that I know my baby and what to do for him /her’(t=2.44, p<0.01), ‘I am concerned about being able to meet the baby's needs’(t=2.87, p<0.01), ‘I know what my baby likes and dislikes’(t=3.26, p<0.01), ‘I don't know to care for the baby as well as I should’(t=2.07, p<0.05), and ‘I am unsure about whether I give enough attention to the baby’(t=3.04, p<0.01), That is, the degree of self-confidence in mothering, activities concerning infant care, and understanding of infant behavior of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. Therefore, the first hypothesis, that the degree of self-confidence in maternal role performance of the experimental group would be higher than that of the control group, was supported(t=3.95, p<0.01). 4. The degree of satisfaction in the maternal role performance of the exprimental group was higer than that or the control group(t=2.31, p<0.05). Out of 13 items, those with higher score in the experimental group were ‘I am glad I had this baby now’(t=2.29, p<0.05), ‘I enjoy taking care of the baby’(t=2.4g, p<0.01), ‘It is boring for me to care for the baby and do the same thing over and over’(t=2.87, P<0.01), ‘I am unhappy with the amount of time I have for activities other than childcare’(t=2.51, p<0.01), and ‘When bathing and diapering the baby, I would like to be doing something else’(t=2.43, p<0.01). That is, the degree of satisfaction in mothering, infant care, and restraints in time of on the mother's self accomplishment and development in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. Therefore, the second hypothesis, that the degree of satisfaction in maternal role performance of the experimental group would be higher than that of the control group, was supported(t=2.31, p<0.05). 5. The third hypothesis, that the higher the degree of satisfaction in materenal role performance, the higher the degree of self-confidence in materenal role performance in the experimental group, was supported (r=0.57, p<0.01)

병원 간호사의 선호근무시간대에 관한 연구 (A Study on Hoslital Nurses' Preferred Duty Shift and Duty Hours)

  • The duty shifts of hospital nurses not only affect nurses' physical and mental health but also present various personnel management problems which often result in high turnover rates. In this context a study was carried out from October to November 1995 for a period of two months to find out the status of hospital nurses' duty shift patterns, and preferred duty hours and fixed duty shifts. The study population was 867 RNs working in five general hospitals located in Seoul and its vicinity. The questionnaire developed by the writer was used for data collection. The response rate was 85.9 percent or 745 returns. The SAS program was used for data analysis with the computation of frequencies, percentages and Chi square test. The findings of the study are as follows: 1. General characteristics of the study population: 56 percent of respondents was (25 years group and 76.5 percent were "single": the predominant proportion of respondents was junior nursing college graduates(92.2%) and have less than 5 years nursing experience in hospitals(65.5%). For their future working plan in nursing profession, nearly 50% responded as uncertain The reasons given for their career plan was predominantly 'personal growth and development' rather than financial reasons. 2. The interval for rotations of duty stations was found to be mostly irregular(56.4%) while others reported as weekly(16.1%), monthly(12.9%), and fixed terms(4.6%). 3. The main problems related to duty shifts particularly the evening and night duty nurses reported were "not enough time for the family, " "afraid of security problems after the work when returning home late at night." and "lack of leisure time". "problems in physical and physiological adjustment." "problems in family life." "lack of time for interactions with fellow nurses" etc. 4. The forty percent of respondents reported to have '1-2 times' of duty shift rotations while all others reported that '0 time'. '2-3 times'. 'more than 3 times' etc. which suggest the irregularity in duty shift rotations. 5. The majority(62.8%) of study population found to favor the rotating system of duty stations. The reasons for favoring the rotation system were: the opportunity for "learning new things and personal development." "better human relations are possible. "better understanding in various duty stations." "changes in monotonous routine job" etc. The proportion of those disfavor the rotating 'system was 34.7 percent. giving the reasons of"it impedes development of specialization." "poor job performances." "stress factors" etc. Furthermore. respondents made the following comments in relation to the rotation of duty stations: the nurses should be given the opportunity to participate in the. decision making process: personal interest and aptitudes should be considered: regular intervals for the rotations or it should be planned in advance. etc. 6. For the future career plan. the older. married group with longer nursing experiences appeared to think the nursing as their lifetime career more likely than the younger. single group with shorter nursing experiences ($x^2=61.19.{\;}p=.000;{\;}x^2=41.55.{\;}p=.000$). The reason given for their future career plan regardless of length of future service, was predominantly "personal growth and development" rather than financial reasons. For further analysis, the group those with the shorter career plan appeared to claim "financial reasons" for their future career more readily than the group who consider the nursing job as their lifetime career$(x^2$= 11.73, p=.003) did. This finding suggests the need for careful .considerations in personnel management of nursing administration particularly when dealing with the nurses' career development. The majority of respondents preferred the fixed day shift. However, further analysis of those preferred evening shift by age and civil status, "< 25 years group"(15.1%) and "single group"(13.2) were more likely to favor the fixed evening shift than > 25 years(6.4%) and married(4.8%)groups. This differences were statistically significant ($x^2=14.54, {\;}p=.000;{\;}x^2=8.75, {\;}p=.003$). 7. A great majority of respondents(86.9% or n=647) found to prefer the day shifts. When the four different types of duty shifts(Types A. B. C, D) were presented, 55.0 percent of total respondents preferred the A type or the existing one followed by D type(22.7%). B type(12.4%) and C type(8.2%). 8. When the condition of monetary incentives for the evening(20% of salary) and night shifts(40% of. salary) of the existing duty type was presented. again the day shift appeared to be the most preferred one although the rate was slightly lower(66.4% against 86.9%). In the case of evening shift, with the same incentive, the preference rates for evening and night shifts increased from 11.0 to 22.4 percent and from 0.5 to 3.0 percent respectively. When the age variable was controlled. < 25 yrs group showed higher rates(31.6%. 4.8%) than those of > 25 yrs group(15.5%. 1.3%) respectively preferring the evening and night shifts(p=.000). The civil status also seemed to operate on the preferences of the duty shifts as the single group showed lower rate(69.0%) for day duty against 83. 6% of the married group. and higher rates for evening and night duties(27.2%. 15.1%) respectively against those of the married group(3.8%. 1.8%) while a higher proportion of the married group(83. 6%) preferred the day duties than the single group(69.0%). These differences were found to be statistically all significant(p=.001). 9. The findings on preferences of three different types of fixed duty hours namely, B, C. and D(with additional monetary incentives) are as follows in order of preference: B type(12hrs a day, 3days a wk): day shift(64.1%), evening shift(26.1%). night shift(6.5%) C type(12hrs a day. 4days a wk) : evening shift(49.2%). day shift(32.8%), night shift(11.5%) D type(10hrs a day. 4days a wk): showed the similar trend as B type. The findings of higher preferences on the evening and night duties when the incentives are given. as shown above, suggest the need for the introductions of different patterns of duty hours and incentive measures in order to overcome the difficulties in rostering the nursing duties. However, the interpretation of the above data, particularly the C type, needs cautions as the total number of respondents is very small(n=61). It requires further in-depth study. In conclusion. it seemed to suggest that the patterns of nurses duty hours and shifts in the most hospitals in the country have neither been tried for different duty types nor been flexible. The stereotype rostering system of three shifts and insensitiveness for personal life aspect of nurses seemed to be prevailing. This study seems to support that irregular and frequent rotations of duty shifts may be contributing factors for most nurses' maladjustment problems in physical and mental health. personal and family life which eventually may result in high turnover rates. In order to overcome the increasing problems in personnel management of hospital nurses particularly in rostering of evening and night duty shifts, which may related to eventual high turnover rates, the findings of this study strongly suggest the need for an introduction of new rostering systems including fixed duties and appropriate incentive measures for evenings and nights which the most nurses want to avoid, In considering the nursing care of inpatients is the round-the clock business. the practice of the nursing duty shift system is inevitable. In this context, based on the findings of this study. the following are recommended: 1. The further in-depth studies on duty shifts and hours need to be undertaken for the development of appropriate and effective rostering systems for hospital nurses. 2. An introduction of appropriate incentive measures for evening and night duty shifts along with organizational considerations such as the trials for preferred duty time bands, duty hours, and fixed duty shifts should be considered if good quality of care for the patients be maintained for the round the clock. This may require an initiation of systematic research and development activities in the field of hospital nursing administration as a part of permanent system in the hospital. 3. Planned and regular intervals, orientation and training, and professional and personal growth should be considered for the rotation of different duty stations or units. 4. In considering the higher degree of preferences in the duty type of "10hours a day, 4days a week" shown in this study, it would be worthwhile to undertake the R&D type studies in large hospital settings.

  • 양송이 합성퇴비(合成堆肥) 배지(培地)의 제조(製造)에 있어서 탄소원(炭素原), 질소원(窒素源) 등(等) 영양원(營養源)과 물리적(物理的) 안정(安定)을 위(爲)한 보조재료(補助材料)의 선정(選定), 볏짚을 주재료(主材料)로 사용(使用)할 때의 퇴비재료(堆肥材料)의 배합(配合), 야외퇴적(野外堆積) 및 후발효(後醱酵), 볏짚 퇴비배지(堆肥倍地)에서의 유해생물(有害生物) 발생(發生) 및 방제(防除)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究)를 수행(遂行)한 바 그 결과(結果)를 요약(要約)하면 다음과 같다. 1. 합성퇴비배지(合成堆肥倍地)의 탄소원(炭素原)으로서 볏짚은 보리짚과 밀짚보다 발효(醱酵)가 신속(迅速)하고 퇴비(堆肥)의 질소함량(窒素含量)이 높으며 배지(培地)의 질(質)이 양호(良好)하여 양송이 자실체(字實體) 수량(收量)이 현저(顯著)히 높았다. 2. 한국(韓國)에서 생산(生産)되는 일본형(日本型) 벼와 통일품종(統一品種等) 두 계통(系統)의 볏짚은 초형(草型) 및 이화학적(理化學的) 성질(性質)이 달라서 퇴비(堆肥)의 발효상태(醱酵狀態)에 차이(差異)가 많았다. 통일(統一)볏짚은 발효(醱酵)가 빠르게 진행(進行)되므로 퇴적기간(堆積期間)을 단축(短縮)하고 수분공급량(水分供給量)을 감소(減少)시키며 물리성(物理成) 안정재(安定材)를 첨가(添加)하여야 한다. 3. 보릿짚 퇴비(堆肥)는 볏짚퇴비(堆肥)보다 생산성(生産性)이 낮으나 보릿짚과 볏짚을 50 : 50으로 혼용(混用)하면 볏짚과 대등(對等)한 수량(收量)을 얻을 수 있었다. 4. 퇴비배지(堆肥倍地)의 전질소(全窒素), 전유기물(全有機物) 질소(窒素) 및 Amino산태(酸態), Amide태(態) Amino당태(糖態) 질소(窒素)와 자실체(字實體) 수량간(收量間)에는 각각(各各) 높은 정(正)의 상관(相關)이 있으나 Ammonia태(態) 질소(窒素)는 균사생장 및 자실체(字實體) 형성(形成)에 심(甚)히 유해(有害)하였다. 5. 볏짚을 주재료(主材料)로 사용(使用)할 때 무기태(無機態) 질소원(窒素源)으로서 요소(尿素)가 가장 좋았고 유안(硫安)과 석회질소(石灰質素)는 부적당(不適當)하였다. 요소(尿素)는 3회(回) 분시(分施)할 때 손실(損失)이 감소(減少)되고 퇴비(堆肥)의 질소함량(窒素含量)이 증가(增加)하였다. 6. 유기태영양원(有機態營養源) 중(中) 들깻묵, 참깻묵, 밀기울, 계양(鷄養) 등(等)의 첨가(添加)는 퇴비(堆肥)의 발효(醱酵)를 양호(良好)하게 하고 자실체수량(字實體收量)을 증가(增加)시켰다. 7. 들깻묵, 밀기울 등(等) 유기태영양원(有機態營養源)은 장유박(醬油粕), 이분조미료폐비(泥粉調味料廢肥) 등(等) 공장폐엽물(工場廢葉物)로서 대체(代替)하여 재배(栽培)할 수 있었다. 8. 볏짚퇴비(堆肥) 제조시(製造時) 석고(石膏)와 Zeolite를 첨가(添加)하면 과습(過濕) 및 결착(結着) 등(等)으로 인(因)한 물리성(物理性)의 악화(惡化)가 방지(防止)되며, 자실체수량(字實體收量)이 증가(增加)하는데 그 효과(效果)는 일본형(日本型) 볏짚보다 통일(統一)에서 현저(顯著)하였다. 9. 볏짚을 주재료(主材料)로 퇴비재료(堆肥材料)를 배합(配合)할 때 계양(鷄養) 10%, 깻묵 5%, 요소(尿素) $1.2{\sim}1.5%$, 석고(石膏) 1%를 첨가(添加)하고 봄재배(栽培) 때는 발열촉진(發熱促進)을 위(爲)하여 미강(米糠)을 첨가(添加)하는 것이 좋았다. 10. 볏짚배지(培地)의 야외퇴적시(野外堆積時) 적산온도(積算溫度)와 퇴비(堆肥) 부열도간(腐熱度間)에는 r=0.97의 높은 상관(相關)이 이고 적산온도(積算溫度) $900{\sim}1000^{\circ}C$일 때 자실체(字實體) 수량(收量)이 가장 많았다. 11. 퇴적기간(堆積期間)이 길어질수록 퇴비(堆肥)의 부열도(腐熱度)가 높아지고 전질소함량(全窒素含量)이 증가(增加)하고 Ammonia태(態) 질소(窒素)는 감소(減少)하였는데, 볏짚배지(培地)의 퇴적기간(堆積期間)은 봄재배(栽培) $20{\sim}25$일(日), 가을재배(栽培) 15일(日)이 적당(適當)하였고 그때의 부열도(腐熱度)는 각각 19및 24%였다. 12. 퇴비(堆肥) 후발효시(後醱酵時) 수분함량(水分含量)이 높은 퇴비(堆肥)를 진압(鎭壓) 하여 입상(入床)할 때 공기유통(空氣流通)이 감소(減少)하여 Ammonia태(態) 질소(窒素)의 잔류량(殘溜量)이 증가(增加)하고 Methane과 유기산(有機酸) 등(等) 환원성(還元性) 물질(物質)의 생성(生成)이 많았다. r=-0.76, 휘발성(揮發性) 유기산(有機酸)과는 r=-0.73의 부(負)의 상관(相關)이 있었다. 13. 입상시(入床時) 퇴비(堆肥)의 수분함량(水分含量) $69{\sim}80%$ 범위(範圍)에서 자실체(字實體) 수량(收量)은 수분함량(水分含量)이 증가(增加)할수록 감소(減少)하였는데 (r=-0.78) 이것은 공극량(孔隙量)의 감소(減少)에 기인(基因)하는 것이었다. 입상시(入床時) 균상(菌床)의 적정 공극량(孔隙量)은 $41{\sim}45%$. 14. 후발효(後發效) 정열(頂熱)은 병해충 방제(防除) 뿐 아니고 Ammonia의 제거(除去)를 위(爲)해서 필수적(必須的) 과정(科程)이며 정열후(情熱後) 4일간(日間)의 발효(發效) 과정(科程)이 필요(必要)하였다. 15. 볏짚 퇴비배지(堆肥倍地)에서 양송이 균(菌)에 유해(有害)한 영향(影響)을 미치는 사장균 10종(種)이 동정(同定)되었는데 그 중(中) Diehliomyces microsporus, Trichoderma spp.,Stysanus stemoitis 등(等)은 발생빈도(發生頻度)가 높고 피해(被害)가 심(甚)하였다. 16. Diehliomyces는 재배사(栽培舍) 온도조절(溫度調節), Basamid와 Vapam처리(處理)로서 방제(防除)가 가능(可能)하며 Trichoderma spp.는 Bavistin과 Benomyl 철포(撤布)로서 방제(防除)되었다. 17. 퇴비중(堆肥中) 서식(棲息)하여 양송이를 가해(加害)하는 4종(種)의 선충과 5종(種)의 응애(類)는 퇴비(堆肥)를 $60^{\circ}C$에서 6시간(時間) 정열(頂熱)시키므로서 방제(防除)할 수 있었다.
