Recently, with the widespread use of the Internet of Things (IoT), the service structure has been studied to interact with various service domains. A common way to interact with other service domains is to develop the APIs needed to interact on the platform. However, to use a common method, we consider many costs and resources as APIs can increase while adding connections from other service domains. To address this issue, we propose the design and implementation of a dynamic API platform. The proposed platform can dynamically create APIs when requesting service applications, depending on the target service domain. To demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed platform, we develop a COVID-19 weekly infection status, regional infection status, and vaccination status service using dynamic APIs from the Public Data Portal using the proposed dynamic API platform and Node-RED.
Only about 10% of selected equipment in nuclear power plants are monitored by wiring to address failures or problems caused by vibration. The purpose is primarily for preventive maintenance, not for predictive maintenance. This paper shows that vibration monitoring and diagnosis using Industrial 4.0 enables the complete predictive maintenance for all vibrating equipments in nuclear power plants with the convergence of internet of things; wireless technology, big data through periodic collection and artificial intelligence. Predictive maintenance using wireless technology is possible in all areas of nuclear power plants and in all systems, but it should satisfy regulatory guides on electromagnetic interference and cyber security.
In the past few years, the industrial internet of things (IIoT) has received great attention in various industrial sectors which have potentially increased a high level of integrity, availability, and scalability. The increasing of IIoT is expected to create new smart industrial enterprises and build the next generation smart system. However existing IIoT systems rely on centralized servers that are vulnerable to a single point of failure and malicious attack, which exposes the data to security risks and storage. To address the above issues, blockchain is widely considered as a promising solution, which can build a secure and efficient environment for data storing, processing and sharing in IIoT. In this paper, we propose a decentralized, peer-to-peer platform for secure data storing in industrial IoT base on the ethereum blockchain. We exploit ethereum to ensure data security and reliability when smart devices store the data.
Whenever some new measure to promote safety is being considered, one major input into the decision making process is to be some formal assessment of the costs and benefits involved. What levels of safety do many stakeholders believe the railway should deliver? This paper is a contribution to the efforts to answer the question. In this study, under Willing-To-Pay(WTP) based value of preventing a fatality(VPF) approach, we will study how much people are willing to trade off safety against other desirable things, summarize accepted quantitative criteria for safety quantitative criteria for safety decision, describe differences between these criteria and some current risk control actions, and present an outline of work under way to address issues related to cost-benefit analysis(CBA).
One of the powerful data management tools is Building Information Modeling (BIM) which operates through obtaining, recalling, sharing, sorting and sorting data and supplying a digital environment of them. Employing SHM, a BIM in monitoring systems, would be an efficient method to address their data management problems and consequently optimize the economic aspects of buildings. The recording of SHM data is an effective way for engineers, facility managers and owners which make the BIM dynamic through the provision of updated information regarding the occurring state and health of different sections of the building. On the other hand, digital transformation is a continuous challenge in construction. In a cloud-based BIM platform, environmental and localization data are integrated which shape the Internet-of-Things (IoT) method. In order to improve work productivity, living comfort, and entertainment, the IoT has been growingly utilized in several products (such as wearables, smart homes). However, investigations confronting the integration of these two technologies (BIM and IoT) remain inadequate and solely focus upon the automatic transmission of sensor information to BIM models. Therefore, in this composition, the use of BIM based on SHM and IOT is reviewed and the economic application is considered.

Fog computing aims to provide the solution of bandwidth, network latency and energy consumption problems of cloud computing. Likewise, management of data generated by healthcare IoT devices is one of the significant applications of fog computing. Huge amount of data is being generated by healthcare IoT devices and such types of data is required to be managed efficiently, with low latency, without failure, and with minimum energy consumption and low cost. Failures of task or node can cause more latency, maximum energy consumption and high cost. Thus, a failure free, cost efficient, and energy aware management and scheduling scheme for data generated by healthcare IoT devices not only improves the performance of the system but also saves the precious lives of patients because of due to minimum latency and provision of fault tolerance. Therefore, to address all such challenges with regard to data management and fault tolerance, we have presented a Fault Tolerant Data management (FTDM) scheme for healthcare IoT in fog computing. In FTDM, the data generated by healthcare IoT devices is efficiently organized and managed through well-defined components and steps. A two way fault-tolerant mechanism i.e., task-based fault-tolerance and node-based fault-tolerance, is provided in FTDM through which failure of tasks and nodes are managed. The paper considers energy consumption, execution cost, network usage, latency, and execution time as performance evaluation parameters. The simulation results show significantly improvements which are performed using iFogSim. Further, the simulation results show that the proposed FTDM strategy reduces energy consumption 3.97%, execution cost 5.09%, network usage 25.88%, latency 44.15% and execution time 48.89% as compared with existing Greedy Knapsack Scheduling (GKS) strategy. Moreover, it is worthwhile to mention that sometimes the patients are required to be treated remotely due to non-availability of facilities or due to some infectious diseases such as COVID-19. Thus, in such circumstances, the proposed strategy is significantly efficient.
The problems of health in poor peoples are various and difficult things to solve it. They are highly susceptible to chronic disease because of bad environment and It is hard to access to medical services because of their Socio-demographic status. Therefore, it is important to address the problem of prevention of chronic disease and health promotion aspect. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationships among the health status, health behaviors and health practices of poor people in urban slum area. The subject of this study were 298 poor peoples who live in poor area in Daegu metropolitan city and they were asked to answer the survey questionnaires modified for Korean from behavioral risk factor surveillance system of Centers for Disease Control and Prevention USA. The result of the study were as follows; (1) There were significant relationships between health status (prevalence of chronic disease and perceived general health) and socio-demographic factor such as occupation, existence of spouse, number of family educational level, type of medical security. (2) There were some relationships between health risk behaviors such as smoking, drinking and obesity and health status of subject especially in female obesity.(3) There were relationships among health concern activity, prevalence of chronic disease and some social factor such as educational level and occupation. (4) There were relationships among health practice, health concern activity, health status and socio-demographic factors of subject. This study suggest that health status, socio-demographic status, health concerns and health promotion activity of study populations were associated and It is very important things supporting the poor people in the level of community and nation to practice healthy behaviors themselves.

As everything linking to the internet, people can subscribe to various services from a service provider to facilitate their lives through the Internet of Things (IoT). An obligatory thing for the service provider is that they should push the service data safely and timely to multiple IoT terminal devices regularly after the IoT devices accomplishing the service subscription. In order to control the service message received by the legal devices as while as keep the confidentiality of the data, the public key encryption algorithm is utilized. While the existing public encryption algorithms for push service are too complicated for IoT devices, and almost of the current subscription schemes based on push mode are relying on centralized organization which may suffer from centralized entity corruption or single point of failure. To address these issues, we design a secure subscription-push service scheme based on blockchain and edge computing in this article, which is decentralized with secure architecture for the subscription and push of service. Furthermore, inspired by broadcast encryption and multicast encryption, a new encryption algorithm is designed to manage the permissions of IoT devices together with smart contract, and to protect the confidentiality of push messages, which is suitable for IoT devices. The edge computing nodes, in the new system architecture, maintain the blockchain to ensure the impartiality and traceability of service subscriptions and push messages, meanwhile undertake some calculations for IoT devices with limited computing power. The legalities of subscription services are guaranteed by verifying subscription tags on the smart contract. Lastly, the analysis indicates that the scheme is reliable, and the proposed encryption algorithm is safe and efficient.
