왕겨숯을 이용하여 제조한 보드의 물성 (Physical and Mechanical Properties of Board Made from Carbonized Rice Husk)

  • 본 연구는 쌀의 도정과정에서 발생되는 농업부산물인 왕겨를 탄화시켜 만든 왕겨숯을 톱밥과 혼합하여 밀도별, 수지첨가율별 및 톱밥첨가율별로 보드를 제조하고 기초물성을 측정하여 보드 재료로서의 이용가능성을 검토하였다. 수분흡수율은 수지첨가량 25%일 때 80.09%로 가장 낮은 값을 나타냈고, 밀도가 증가하고 톱밥첨가량이 감소할 때 수분흡수율이 감소하는 경향을 나타냈다. 또한 측정된 두께팽윤율은 KSF 3104 파티클보드의 품질규정에 만족시키고 있어 치수안정성 부분에서 건축내장재로 활용가능성이 확인되었다. 박리강도는 수지첨가량 25%일 때 $0.244N/mm^2$으로 KSF 3104 파티클보드의 품질기준을 만족시켰지만, 나머지 조건에서는 현저하게 낮은 값을 나타내 조건을 충족시키지 못하였다. 밀도, 수지첨가율, 톱밥첨가율이 증가할수록 경도도 증가하는 경향을 나타냈다.

셀룰로오즈 섬유 함유 콘크리트의 작업 성능 및 강도 평가 (Evaluation of Workability and Strength in Concrete with Cellulose Fibers)

  • 콘크리트는 초기에 인장강도가 확보되지 못하므로 건조수축과 같은 재료적인 균열이 발생하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 셀룰로오즈 섬유를 0.0 ~ 2.0% 혼입한 콘크리트를 대상으로 공기량, 슬럼프와 같은 작업성을 평가하였으며, 재령에 따른 압축 및 인장강도를 평가하였다. 혼입률이 증가할수록 1.0kg/㎥ 수준에서는 공기량 및 슬럼프에서 저하를 확인할 수 없었으며, 이러한 작업성은 2시간까지 유효하게 작용하였다. 강도 평가에서는 혼입률이 증가할수록 인장 및 압축강도가 개선되었으며, 압축강도의 경우 7 ~ 9%수준으로, 인장강도에서는 7 ~ 22% 수준으로 증가하였다. 인장강도에서 증가율이 상대적으로 크게 평가되었는데, 이러한 효과는 균열저항성에 크게 도움을 주리라 판단된다. 본 연구를 통하여 2분간의 혼입 시간, 셀룰로오즈 섬유 1.0kg/㎥의 혼입률 수준이면 120분간 작업성에 큰 영향이 없으리라 평가된다.

가공조건에 따른 전지대두분 두부의 품질 및 관능평가 (Quality and Sensory Evaluation of Whole Soybean Flour Tofu Prepared from various Processing Conditons)

  • Tofu (soybean curd) was made with whole soybean flour (WSF, 420 mesh) by various processing conditions of water addition ratio, heating time, coagulation temperature, molding pressure and 0.3% of mixed coagulant (CaSO₄:GDL=50:50(w/w)). Yield content of WSF-tofu was the highest in processing condition of 85℃ coagulation temperature, 10 times water addition, 5min. heating time and 25.00 g/㎠ molding pressure. As the increase of the water addition ratio from 8 to 14 times (water:WSF, v/w), Hunter's L and a values were increased. Raising of heating time (100℃, 1, 5, 10 and 15 min), a and b value were increased. Textural properties of WSF-tofu were significantly affected by coagulation temperature (75, 80, 85 and 90℃). Hardness was increased, but adhesiveness and cohesiveness were decreased. heating time was influenced on harness of WSF-tofu, but water addition ratio was not affected on hardness of WSF-tofu. Increasing of molding pressure (16.83, 25.00, 33.22 and 41.67 g/㎠, 1 hr) was resulted from a increased hardness, gumminess and chewingss of tofu, but adhesiveness was addition ratio, 5 min heating time and 25.00 g/㎠ molding pressure recorded the highest score in sensory evaluation test.

톱밥과 왕겨 및 숯을 이용하여 제조한 보드의 휨성능 (Bending Strength of Board Manufactured from Sawdust, Rice Husk and Charcoal)

  • 본 연구에서는 제재부산물인 톱밥과 농업부산물인 왕겨의 이용방안을 검토하고자 친환경재료인 숯을 첨가하여 밀도별, 혼합비율별로 혼합보드를 제조하고 휨성능을 조사하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 톱밥과 왕겨 및 숯의 첨가율을 50:20:20, 수지첨가율을 10%로하여 밀도별로 제조한 혼합보드의 밀도가 0.5 g/cm3에서 0.7 g/cm3로 증가할수록 휨강도는 0.42~3.24 N/mm2, 동적탄성계수는 94.5~888.4 N/mm2 그리고 정적탄성계수는 31.4~220.7 N/mm2의 범위를 나타내, 밀도가 증가할수록 휨성능이 증가하여 밀도가 휨성능에 크게 영향을 끼쳤다. 밀도 0.6 g/cm3, 톱밥첨가율을 50%로 하고, 왕겨와 숯의 첨가율을 달리하여 제조한 보드에서 숯의 첨가율이 증가할수록 휨성능이 감소하는 경향을 나타냈다. 왕겨 및 숯의 첨가율과 휨강도, 공진주파수, 동적 및 정적 휨 탄성계수사이의 관계는 결정계수의 값(R2)은 각각 0.4562, 0.4310, 0.4589, 0.5847으로 다소 낮은 상관관계를 나타내 첨가율이 휨성능에 끼치는 영향은 적은 것을 알 수 있었다.

플라이애쉬를 혼입한 콘크리트포장의 배합특성에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Mix Properties of Concrete Pavement Incorporating Fly-Ash)

  • As the weight of trucks increases, the need for concrete pavement also increases. Therefore, the addition of fly-ash may improve the properties of pavement concrete as well as recycle fly-ash. A full factorial experiment was performed using the primary variables, such as water-cement ratio, fly-ash substitution ratio, and maximum size of coarse aggregate, as a preliminary study for optimum mixture design for pavement concrete. The results of preliminary study indicates that the addition of fly-ash is the most important factor determining concrete strength, followed by the maximum size of coarse aggregate and water-cement ratio. It, also, shows the relative importance of fly-ash substitution ratio, compared to the water-cement ratio, and the interaction effects between the primary variables. Optimum mixture designs for pavement concrete incorporating fly-ash, that satisfied the target responses, were proposed in terms of fly-ash substitution ratio, water cement ratio and maximum size of coarse aggregate.

  • ESO(Evolutionary Structural Optimization) method is known that elements involved low stress value are removed from the previous model or that elements are added around elements involved high stress level on it and then the optimized model is obtained with required weight. Rejection ratio/addition ratio and evolutionary ratio are predefined and elements having lower/higher stress than reference stress, which average Mises stress on edge elements times rejection ratio, are deleted/added. In this study, when the plate having a cutout is subjected various in-plane load, a cutout shape is optimized using ESO method. ANSYS is used to analyse a finite element model and optimization procedure is made by APDL (ANSYS Parametric Design Language). ESO method is useful in rather than a complex structure optimization as well as a cutout shape optimization.

안료와 볏짚의 첨가량에 따른 흙미장의 색상과 표면질감에 관한 연구 (A study on Hue and Surface Texture with the addition ratio of Pigment and Straw in Clay Plaster)

  • In this experiment, we used different addition ratio of the pigment and straw, to improve the decorative effect of the finishing touch while finding the kinds of clay colors taking on many sophisticated images, through the comparison between the various colors and textures of the surface. (1) To test the plaster material, added were the pigment of Red, Yellow, Black, and Green by the percentages of 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, and 2.5, respectively, followed by the analysis of the color changes of the plaster material using the Photoshop (RGB). The results showed the bigger the addition ratio of the red color is, the higher the numeral values of RGB after it dried. However the brightness after drying didn't showed a big difference depending on the addition ratio. With the addition of the yellow pigment, the color difference between after and before drying was bigger in the order of Blue, Green and Red; the brightness increasingly rose while the saturation changed little. (2) When we scratched the plaster surface with U and V shape carving knives, the U knife didn't make a clean shape digging around the clay plaster material but with smooth textures, while the V knife made a clean cut, which represents its readily use in terms of the decorative function of the clay plaster. (3) In an experiment the surface texture was tested with different lengths and additions ratio of the straw, addition of 2cm straw by 1, 2, and 3% presented the most appropriate surface of the plaster.

홍화, 황련, 세신 배지첨가제가 팽이버섯 생육에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Addition of Cathamus tinctorius, Coptis japonica and Asarum sieboldii to Sawdust substrate on the Growth and Development of Winter Mushroom, Flammulina velutipes)

  • Cathamus tinctorius, Coptis japonica and Asarum sieboldii were tested as substrate for the production of Flammulina velutipes. Among the C. tinctoris , C. japonica and A. sieboldii , C. tinctoris was the best substrate for the production of fruitbody. The effects of addition of C. tinctoris to sawdust substrate resulted in the increased mycelial growth on inoculum culture, 3.1% in ratio of fully culture and shorted one day in culture period. C. tinctoris was decreased 6.1% in ratio of fully culture, 11.0% in ratio of fruitbody productive culm. The addition of C.tinctoris, C.japonica to sawdust substrate increased 134.6%, 114.1% on the yield of the mushroom fruitbody respectively . But A. sieboldii decreased the mycelial growth and pineheading ratio delayed the production of fruitbody.

  • This study is an experiment for reducing effect of explosive spalling by fiber addition ratio and kinds of fiber at high performance concrete. So, high strength concrete were made addition to PVA and PP fiber as diameter of 34, 100 $\mu$m and 40 $\mu$m by fiber addition ratio as 0.05, 0.1, 0.3$\%$. After those were heated respectively for 30 in accordance with Standard Time-Temperature Curve. And then conditions of explosive spalling were divided into four grades, and characters of explosive spalling were investigated.

  • Free-machining agent 'KSX' contains complex calcium oxide is developed. The effect of admix ratio of KSX on mechanical properties and machinability with two different cutting speeds is reported. KSX displays improved machinability without deterioration of mechanical properties up to 0.3mass% addition. It was observed that KSX is effective with a small addition of 0.1mass% at slower cutting speed, and increased of admix ratio is effective at faster cutting speed.
