본 논문에서는 지능형 홈 네트워크 디바이스간의 상호연동 미들웨어 Adaptor를 설계하였다. 홈 네트워크 상호연동 미들웨어 Adaptor는 UPnP, LonWorks, LnCP, HAVi 등 다양한 형태의 미들웨어가 존재하고, 다수의 미들웨어를 연동하기 위해서는 기존 시스템을 수정이 필요하지만, 본 논문에서 설계한 상호연동 미들웨어 Adaptor는 다수의 미들웨어를 기존 시스템에 별도의 수정 없이 연동이 가능하도록 설계하였다. 설계한 상호연동 미들웨어 Adaptor에 대한 성능을 평가하기 위해 다양한 업체에서 생산한 디바이스를 이용하여 실험 장치를 구현하였고, 개발한 상호연동 미들웨어 Adaptor가 내장된 모바일 앱 프로그램을 개발하여 성능을 평가하였다.

The ground-based spacecraft simulator is a useful tool to realize various space missions and satellite formation flying in the future. Also, the spacecraft simulator can be used to develop and verify new control laws required by modern spacecraft applications. In this research, therefore, Hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulator which can be demonstrated the experimental validation of the theoretical results is designed and developed. The main components of the HIL simulator which we focused on are the thruster system to attitude control and automatic mass-balancing for elimination of gravity torques. To control the attitude of the spacecraft simulator, 8 thrusters which using the cold gas (N2) are aligned with roll, pitch and yaw axis. Also Linear actuators are applied to the HIL simulator for automatic mass balancing system to compensate for the center of mass offset from the center of rotation. Addition to the thruster control system and Linear actuators, the HIL simulator for spacecraft attitude control includes an embedded computer (Onboard PC) for simulator system control, Host PC for simulator health monitoring, command and post analysis, wireless adapter for wireless network, rate gyro sensor to measure 3-axis attitude of the simulator, inclinometer to measure horizontality and battery sets to independently supply power only for the simulator. Finally, we present some experimental results from the application of the controller on the spacecraft simulator.

본 논문은 원격지의 데이터와 각종 디바이스들을 ON/OFF 하고, 상태를 웹 브라우져를 통하여 실시간으로 확인 할 수 있도록 하는 임베디드 시스템과 응용모듈 제작에 관한 논문이다. 최근 초고속 인터넷 발달과 인터넷 시설이 잘 갖추어진 특성 때문에 원격지의 각종 데이터와 디바이스 상태들을 직접 실시간으로 제어하고 검출할 수 있는 기술은 다방면으로 응용분야가 광범위하다고 생각된다.

This paper presents the application of hybrid-simulation-based adapter elements for the non-linear two-scale analysis of reinforced concrete frames with masonry infills under seismic-like demands. The approach provides communication and distribution of the computations carried out by two or more remote or locally distributed numerical models connected through the OpenFresco Framework. The modeling consists of a global analysis formed by macro-elements to represent frames and walls, and to reduce global degrees of freedom, portions of the structure that require advanced analysis are substituted by experimental elements and dimensional couplings acting as interfaces with their respective sub-assemblies. The local sub-assemblies are modeled by solid finite elements where the non-linear behavior of concrete matrix and masonry infill adopt a continuum damage representation and the reinforcement steel a discrete one, the conditions at interfaces between concrete and masonry are considered through a contact model. The methodology is illustrated through the analysis of a frame-wall system subjected to lateral loads comparing the results of using macro-elements, finite element model and experimental observations. Finally, to further assess and validate the methodology proposed, the paper presents the pushover analysis of two more complex structures applying both modeling scales to obtain their corresponding capacity curves.

Riverbed Modeler는 복잡한 통신 프로토콜과 큰 규모의 네트워크를 설계하기 위한 패킷 수준의 이산 사건 시뮬레이터이며 그 신뢰성을 인정받아 대규모 네트워크의 성능분석에 널리 활용되고 있다. Riverbed Modeler를 활용하는 MANET 시뮬레이션 환경에서, 새로운 라우팅 프로토콜을 구현하여 추가하는 방법이 매우 복잡하고 많은 부분의 수정을 요구한다. 본 논문에서는 Riverbed Modeler의 라우팅 지원 구조에 대하여 살펴보고, 라우팅 추가에 대한 어려움을 해결하기 위하여 보다 쉽고 실수의 가능성을 줄일 수 있는 라우팅 추가 프레임워크를 제안하였다. 라우팅 추가 프레임워크는 프로토콜을 인식하는 부분에 대하여 적응적 구조 갖는 API로서 제공되며, 라우팅 프로토콜을 최소한의 수정으로 추가할 수 있도록 구성하였다. 라우팅 추가 프레임워크를 이용하여 라우팅 프로토콜을 추가하는 경우, 수정해야 하는 부분을 기존의 절반 이하로 간소화 하였다. 또한 제안한 라우팅 추가 프레임워크를 이용하여 Hybrid 라우팅 프로토콜인 AntHocNet을 구현하여 추가한 사례를 제시하여, 라우팅 추가 프레임워크가 타당하게 설계 및 적용되었음을 확인하였다.

미국, 유럽 선진국들을 중심으로 진행 중인 SWIM(System Wide Information Management)은 국제민간항공기구(ICAO)에서 항공관련 데이터 시스템의 성능을 향상시키는 ASBU(Aviation System Block Upgrade) 프로그램의 일부분이며, 디지털 항공 정보 관리를 통해 서비스를 향상시키기 위한 항공통신 데이터를 종합 관리하는 망의 핵심적인 기술이다. 이에 따라, 본 논문에서는 SOA(Service Oriented Architecture) 개념을 적용한 SWIM 구조와 네트워크를 분석하고, 기존의 레거시 시스템으로 운용중인 애플리케이션을 어댑터 기술 개발을 통하여 항공데이터 종합관리망으로 구축하는 방안을 제안한다. 제안한 방안은 효율적인 ATM(Air Traffic Management)을 위한 차세대 인프라 망 환경에 적합한 미들웨어 및 애플리케이션 개발로 사용자가 원하는 정보를 적시에 제공할 것이다.

한국과학기술원의 설계자동화연구실에서 IBM PC/AT 상에서 동작하도록 제작한 그래픽스 보드 "K"를 구동시키기 위하여 소프트웨어 인터페이스인 CGI-K를 TI사에서 제공한 C언어와 어셈블리 언어를 이용하여 작성하였다. CGI-K를 구성하는 디바이스 드라이버 루틴과 네모, 원, 현 및 호와 같은 그래픽스 프리미티브를 만드는 알고리듬을 제안하였으며, CGI-K는 EGA(enhanced graphics adapter)의 CGI보다 3배에서 10배 정도 빠른 속도를 갖는 것을 보였다. CGI-K를 이용하여 2차원 그래픽스 에디터인 GRIM과 3차원 모델링 프로그램인 IPCHE를 만들었으며, GRIM은 그래픽스 프리미티브를 이용하여 원하는 그림을 그릴 수 있도록 하였으며 IPCHE는 3차원 물체의 데이타를 받아들여 보이지 않는 면을 제거하고 명암과 원근 효과를 갖는 3차원 물체를 화면상에 그려 준다.

컴포넌트 기반 소프트웨어 설계는 개발된 컴포넌트의 조립을 농한 재사용으로 소프트웨어를 생성하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. 이때 재사용 되는 컴포넌트들은 용도에 맞게 개조되어야 한다. 본 연구는 이러한 개조 방법을 트랜잭션 어댑터(TA : Transaction Adaptor)라는 개조 컴포넌트를 이용하여 기존의 컴포넌트 또는 기존의 레거시 시스템을 재사용 하는 것에 대한 연구이다. TA를 이용한 개조방법은 클라이언트와 호스트시스템 사이에 TA 컴포넌트를 사용하여, XML데이터를 스트림 형태로 변환하여 전송함으로서 레거시 시스템을 재사용 한다. 또한 응용 프로그램의 개발에 XML 데이터에서 필요로 하는 정보로 가공하는데 룰서버(RS ： Rule Server)를 이용함으로서 개발과 유지보수에 많은 효과를 얻을 수 있나. 이러한 TA와 RS를 이용한 재사용 방법은 클라이언트 플랫폼이나 호스트의 종류에 관계없이 TA가 XML 데이터 변환처리하고, RS가 데이터의 처리를 수행하여 레거시 시스템을 재사용 할 수 있다.

OTT의 출현으로 새로운 개념의 콘텐츠 전달과 서비스에 대한 관심이 커지고 있어 시장 특성에 적합한 기기와 응용 프로그램의 개발이 필요하다. OTT 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 UHD 방송을 수신하기 위한 하드웨어와 프리콘텐츠를 수집하는 소프트웨어 시스템이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 IPTV 서비스가 가능한 4K UHD 비디오 어댑터 하드웨어 상에서 동작하는 OTT 서비스 제공시스템을 설계하였다. 먼저 동영상 프리콘텐츠 서비스를 제공하기 위한 제반 상황을 분석하고 프리콘텐츠를 수집하는 시스템을 구현하였다. 연구의 검증과 실질적인 활용을 위해 프리콘텐츠 서비스를 위한 모바일 프로그램을 개발하여 구글 앱 스토어를 통해 배포하고 있다. 또한 오픈 마켓 중심의 프리콘텐츠를 제공하는 기능을 가진 OTT 박스에 탑재하여 브라질을 비롯한 몇 개의 나라에서 서비스 중이다.
