Bee-venom Acupucture has good effect on pain control but We may be anxious about the problem of Liver and Kidneys on many times treated patients. Therefore, In order to analysis the clinical form, We have observed the LFT, RFT of 37 patients who visited Won-Kwang University Kunpo Oriental Medical Hospital and treated Bee Venom therapy over 20 times from March 1999 to February 2000. The results were summarized as follows 1. The distribution of sex was 25 females, 12 males, and the average of patients age was 42.3 years 2. The distribution of disease was degenerative arthritis, HIVD of L-spine, HIVD of C-spine, spinal stenosis, RA, etc. 3. The total treated times is 1464 and the average of treated times is 39.6 times 4. The results of the LFT(AST, ALT) of 37 patients showed that normal impression is occupied 91.9% and abnormal impression is occupied 8.1%. 5. The results of the RFT(BLTN, Creatinine) of 37 patients showed that normal impression is occupied 100%. 6. The results of treatment using BV-acupunture showed that 81.1% achieved above excelent recovery 13.5% achieved above good recovery, 5.4% achieved fair recovery.

Objectives : The prevalence of chronic cough in Korea is 2.5 ± 0.2% among people over the age of 40, and the rate of idiopathic chronic cough is high. Hemoptysis is one of the respiratory emergency symptoms, and the cause is unknown in 30% of cases. This case report is to confirm the treatment of korean medicine for Idiopathic chronic cough and hemoptysis. Methods : A 74 year old female patient with idiopathic chronic cough and hemoptysis was treated with korean medicine. The patient was treated from july 21, 2021 to september 24, 2021, using herbal medicine (Chungpyebyeolgab-sangagam) and acupuncture(Sa-Am Acupunture Lung Tonifying, CV22). Idiopathic chronic cough and hemoptysis were assessed by VAS. Results : Idiopathic Chronic cough and hemoptysis improved through Korean medicine treatment. Although taking codeine phosphate and transamin was stopped, the improvement of symptoms was maintained. Conclusions : This study suggests that korean medicine treatment may be an effective therapy for treatment of idiopathic chronic cough and hemoptysis.

Objective : This study is designed in order to evaluate the therapeutic effect of Scalp Acupuncture and Do-ma Acupuncture related with Governer Vessel(Dok) and Bladder Meridian(Chok-taeyang) on acute low back pain Methods : We investigated 10 patients suffering from acute low back pain were treated from Mach. 1st 2005 to Jun. 30th 2005. 10 patients, were diagnosed only straightened curvature on lateral view of lumbar spine X-ray and get Scalp acupunture related with Governer Vessel(Dok) and Bladder Meridian(Chok-taeyang) and Do-ma acupuncture. Pain rating score(PRS) was used to assess the pain for its intensity, frequency, duration, and aggravating factors. And visual analog scale(VAS) was used, too. Results : Both Scalp acupunture related with Governer Vessel(Dok) and Bladder Meridian(Chok-taeyang) and Do-ma acupuncture therapy showed good effect on acute low back pain. It was proved by the difference between PRS and VAS checked before treatment and what checked after treatment. In the evaluation of treatment effect, Exellent was 2(20%), Good was 5(50%), Moderate was 3(30%), Poor was 0(0%). Conclusion : The therapeutic effect of Scalp Acupuncture and Do-ma Acupuncture on acute low back pain can be recommended as a useful therapy to treat acute low back pain.

Objectives : This study is designed to investigate the pathology, acupuncture and moxibustion therapy applicable of the dementia through literature of oriental medicine. Results : The findings of this study are as follows ; 1. The cause of dementia is internal damage of seven emotions(七情內傷), deficiency of the kidney essence(腎精不足), retention of dampness in the mental(痰迷心竅). 2. The acupuncture meridians used often for dementia are $Tok-maek(GV),\;Chok-t'aeyang\;Pang-gwang-Ky\check{o}ng(BL),\;Chok-yangm\check{o}yng\;Wi-Ky\check{o}ng(ST),\;Su-gwor\check{u}m\;Shimp'o-Ky\check{o}ng(PC),\;Su-so\check{u}m\;Shim-Ky\check{o}ng(HT)$. 3. The spots on the body suiTable for acupuncture used for therapy of the dementia are 98 points and extra points are 6 points, total therapeutic acupunture points are 104 points. And acupunture points are frequently used Shinmun(神門-HT7, 24), Paek'oe(百會-GV20, 19), Chok-samni(足三里-ST36, 18), Sugu(水溝-GV26, 17), P'ungnyung(豊隆-ST40, 16), Taech'u(大椎-GV14, 14), $Sam\check{u}mgyo(三陰交-SP6,\;14)$, Shimsu(心兪-BL15, 14), $Taen\check{u}ng(大陵-PC7,\;11)$, Nogung(勞宮-PC8, 11), Sosang(少商-LU11, 10), Kansa(間使-PC5, 10), Naegwan(內關-PC6, 10). 4. The acupoints used often on moxibustion are Paek'oe(百會-GV20), Chang-gang(長强-GV1), Taech'u(大椎-GV14), Kansa(間使-PC5). Conclusion : It is recommended that further study of many sided investigations in the future.

Objective : To review was to study acupuncture and moxibustion treatments for abnormal leukorrhea. Normal leukorrhea is always secreted in female vagina. It increased usually by infection (Trichomoniasis and Candidiasis), turmor and so on. Methods : We extracted the parts and acupuncture and moxibustion leukorrhea from ancient and modern oriental medical literature. We have got compared and analyzed 45 kinds of books since Nei Jing(內經). Results and Conclusion : In acupuncture therapy meridians of Bladder, Stomach, Spleen and Conception vessel were mostly used for them in connection with the functions of each meridians. The acupoint used on acupunture only were 78 acupoints. In particular, Chung-guk(cv3), Kwan-won(cv4) point of Conception vessel Meridian and Samum-gyo point of Spleen meridian are frequently applied in leukorrhea.

The HyeolRacRon(血絡論) of the YoungChu(靈樞) is one of the section associate with the study of bloodletting(depletion of blood) by acupunture. The bloodletting therapy, one of the treatment of Oriental Medicine, has been advanced in civilization. By studying of this section, I could find some conculution as follows: 1. It is the superficial venules(血絡) that has been included blood stasis which has been interrupted by pathogenic factor(邪氣), and still could not enter into the meridian's line. 2. When bloodletting therapy, we should carefully study of patient's health condition, because doctor's missed acupuncure leads to very serious side effects. 3. External shape of HyeolRac(血絡) is like acu-niddle or muscle, so its thickness and location were not fixed position, its color is redish, and its quality is hard. 4. It is reason of heating that fixation of acu-niddle and muscle fiber.

This study was designed to evaluate the effect of oriental medicine therapy on a adenomyosis. The patient was admitted to the OBGY department of Wonkwang university in Gwang-Ju, from 20th August 2004 to 7th September 2004, from 20th September 2004 to 1 st October 2004, from 20th October 2004 to 27th October 2004. She was treated with herbal medication, herbal acupunture etc. After this treatment, improvement was seen in dysmenorrhea (low abdomen pain, low back pain), profuse menstruation, the amount of black blood clots. The study suggests that oriental medicine therapy is significantly effective in the treatment of adenomyosis.

Objective : This study was conducted to offer basic materials for the clinical study of Chi acupuncture (carboxytherapy). Methods : Recent clinical studies were reviewed for carboxytherapy (carbon dioxide therapy) and the ancient and present texts were reviewed for Chi acupuncture. Results and Conclusions : Chi acupuncture is oriental medical therapeutic treatment using carboxytherapy. Chi acupuncture refers to the transcutaneous administration of CO2 gas for therapeutical purposes relating to obesity, cellulites, local circulation and skin irregularity. Recent studies have demonstrated the effects of this therapy on adipose tissue by showing vasomotor effects, increasing local circulation and inducing a partial increase in tcPO2. Chi acupuncture influences the microcirculation and likely has a positive effect upon the physiological oxidative lipolytic process.

I experienced one case of 3 degree bum from the 14th in October to the 15th in November 2001 in Dongshin University Gwangju Oriental Medical Hospital ENT${\cdot}$ Dermatology. Administration of herbal medicine "PalmuITang-Gami", external medicine, acupunture, and venesection therapy, as a curative means of Stagnation of Ki and Stasis of blood achieved desirable effect. In the future, it is necessary more clinical study for developing of oriental medical therapy and oriental external medicine of 3th degree burn.

Objective This study investigated the effect of Korean Traditional medicine treatment with Acupuncture, Cupping, Physical Therapy and Ganghwalijetong-yeum(Qianghuochutong-yin) on Knee joint Osteoarthritis patients. Methods 5 Knee joint Osteoarthritis patients were treated with Ganghwalijetong-yeum(Qianghuochutong-yin), acupunture, cupping, physical therapy and exercise for Knee joint Osteoarthritis. K-WOMAC(Western Ontario and McMasters Universitis) Index, VAS(Visual Analogue Scale) were checked to evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment. Results K-WOMAC of patients treated with Ganghwalijetong-yeum(Qianghuochutong-yin) is improved from $67.00{\pm}24.41$ to $44.80{\pm}21.18$ and there was statistical significance(p<0.05). VAS of patients treated with Ganghwalijetong-yeum(Qianghuochutong-yin) is also improved from $4.20{\pm}1.79$ to $2.30{\pm}1.10$ but there was no statistical significance(p>0.05). Conclusions According to the study, Korean Traditional complex therapy with Ganghwalijetong-yeum(Qianghuochutong-yin) might improve Knee joint Osteoarthritis.
