2015 개정 교육과정은 새로운 지식을 창조하고, 다양한 지식을 융합하여 새로운 가치를 창출할 수 있는 '창의융합형 인재'를 양성하고자 인문학적 상상력을 키우는 독서교육, 그리고 과학적 창의성을 키우는 소프트웨어교육을 강화하고 있다. 또한 사회적으로 이슈가 되고 있는 안전교육 강화 방안으로 체험활동 중심의 [안전한 생활] 교과를 신설하며 창의적 체험활동 시간을 활용한 안전교육을 실시하고 있다. Novel Engineering은 책을 읽고, 그 속에 있는 생활 속 문제를 찾아 해결해 가는 과정 속에서 사고력을 키울 수 있다고 본다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 Novel Engineering을 적용한 안전교육용 소프트웨어교육 프로그램을 개발하여 실제 수업에 적용해 학생들의 창의적 문제해결력과 안전교육에 도움이 되는지 교육적 효과성을 검증하고자 한다.

Rather than the simple adaption of Western design principles to the Korean context, this paper explicates how a unique critical urban design methodology evolved in Korea in the 1960s. Even as the era was a time of major transition and development, most research has offered limited discourse on the topic, imposing a straightforward reading where Japanese colonial influence is supplanted by Western logics. Through the example of the brief but intense activities of the Housing, Urban and Regional Planning Institute (HURPI), this paper offers a more detailed understanding that focuses on the 'how' rather than the 'what' of HURPI's significance. Through first-hand interviews with HURPI director Oswald Nagler and senior member Sung Chull Hong, the research of the institute is revealed as promoting dialectical 'critical design' methodologies that resulted in a sophisticated synthesis of diverse influences from Western, Korean, and Japanese sources. Moreover, the modes of critical design methods are further analyzed in a recently discovered brochure on HURPI's defining research and pilot projects published by the Ministry of Construction.

본 연구의 목적은 실시간-비실시간 온라인플랫폼을 통한 역량강화중심 대학영어 교수-학습 모형을 개발하는 것이다. 본 연구에서의 대학영어 교수-학습 모형은 의사소통, 자기주도성, 협동성 등의 역량증진을 위한 딕토글로스 활동을 다양한 온라인플랫폼 기능 활용을 고도화하여 효과적으로 적용하기 위한 것이다. 딕토글로스는 의사소통의 네가지 기능(듣기, 말하기, 읽기, 쓰기)을 통합하여 사용하는 언어 교수-학습 활동이다. 본 연구에서의 대학영어 수업은 의사소통 중심 통합적 영어교육에 중점을 두고 있다. 그리고 본 연구에서의 교수-학습 모형은 구성주의 이론에 입각한 온라인기반 영어통합 교수-학습 방법으로서, 각 단계별로 학습자와 교수자의 역할을 제시하였다.

이 연구는 현재 실시되고 있는 국내 외 공공도서관의 문화프로그램 현황을 조사, 분석하여 그 결과를 토대로 도서관 문화프로그램의 활성화 방안을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 이 연구를 위해 사용한 연구방법은 문헌연구, 설문조사, 사례분석을 주로 실시하였으며, 연구의 타당성 검토와 활성화 방안 모색을 위해 전문가회의도 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 도서관 문화프로그램 활성화 방안으로는 다섯 가지를 제안하였다. (1) 도서관 문화프로그램의 정체성 확립과 국가수준의 독서문화프로그램 개발 및 보급, (2) 특수 공공도서관 및 타 문화 및 교육시설과의 연계 및 협력 프로그램 개발, (3) 지역별 특화 프로그램의 개발, (4) 소외계층 대상별 전문화된 프로그램 개발, (5) 사서의 역량강화가 필요하다.

공공도서관 문화프로그램에 대한 중요성이 커짐에 따라 그 경제적 효과에 대하여 전반적으로 평가할 필요성이 제기되어 왔다. 본 연구는 문화프로그램의 경제적 가치를 분석하기 위한 방법으로 기존에 사용되어 온 가상가치평가법의 대안으로 DM 포맷과 IBM 포맷을 제안하였다. 또한 이 모형을 공공도서관 이 적용할 수 있도록 사례분석을 통해 그 과정을 구체적으로 설명하고 있다. 이 연구는 가상가치평가법의 바이어스를 최대한 감소함으로써 공공도서관의 정확한 가치를 평가할 수 있는 기본 틀을 마련하였다는 데에 그 의의가 있다.

본 연구는 광릉지역의 관광행태와 이용 민족도 등을 분석하여 관광수요자의 기초적 속성과 행동 성향을 구명하는데 1차적인 목적이 있다. 나아가 문화 생태자원 및 환경에 대한 관광객의 의식과 개발수요를 진단함으로써 광릉지역의 지속가능한 보전과 합리적인 이용 및 관리를 위한 대안을 모색해 보고자 한다. 연구지역의 관광행태를 분석한 결과 광릉지역의 관광유형은 가족중심의 당일 소풍형 또는 경유형으로 나타나 지역 내에서의 소비규모와 체류시간이 짧고, 서울 및 수도권 주민의 재방문율이 높았다. 생태환경 및 자원에 대한 선호도는 사실상 접근이 불가능한 생태자원에 대해 높은 선호도를 보인 반면 문화자원은 광릉지역의 관광견인력에 크게 영향을 주지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 광릉지역의 보전 및 활용 가치에 대한 관광객의 인지도는 모두 높게 평가되었을 뿐 아니라 문화 생태자원 및 환경의 보전에 대한 만족도 역시 높게 평가되었다. 반면 문화 생태자원 및 환경의 이용과 접근 시설과 관리에 대한 만족도는 상대적으로 낮게 평가되어 적극적인 자원활용과 시설개선 및 확충 등이 요구되고 있다.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the short term effectiveness of a cognitive ability improvement service for children, which is one of the 'Investment activities for Local Community Services' conducted by the Ministry for Health and Welfare. Results indicate that the longer the period of using cognitive improvement services for children, the more positively significant influence there is on their language abilities in terms of comprehension, expression, and reading-writing. Furthermore, these influences are stronger in children of low-income families than in children from higher income families. Certainly, this type of service improves infants' language abilities regardless of the income level of their families.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the science gifted children's creativity and scientific attitude development by e-PBL based scientific writing program. This program is composed of 4 instructions (13 hours), and its learning contents are made up to guide reading the related science books and understanding the contents through mind map to find out a solution by themselves, also, making an independent problem into group issue and setting up the plan for solution through small group cooperative learning, finally, performing activities like writing, presentation, evaluation and discussion according to the plan for solution. To examine the effect of creativity and scientific attitude by the program, 40 students of elementary science gifted children group in the Busan national university of education were selected for an experimental group. The review result is that, Firstly, the program affected positively creativity improvement of elementary science gifted children, Secondly, the program affects positively scientific attitude improvement of them as well. In conclusion, the program affects positively their creativity and scientific attitude.

최근 인지과학의 활발한 연구와 기술의 발달로 인해 사회과학분야에서 정신생리학적 연구를 통한 뇌의 다양한 측정과 정교한 분석 기법이 개발 되었다. 그러나 뇌파를 이용한 뉴미디어활용에 관한 연구는 장비들을 장착하는 과정에서의 한계점으로 인해 진행되지 못하였다. 이러한 문제를 극복하고자, 가상현실장비를 착용한 상태에서도 전 영역의 뇌파측정이 가능한 캡을 디자인하고 활용방법을 제안한다.

이 연구는 국내 공공도서관의 아동서비스를 강화하기 위한 표준 직무모형 개발의 예비연구이다. 이를 위하여 미국, 영국, 일본 국내의 공공도서관 사례를 중심으로 아동서비스의 현황과 특징, 직무를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 아동서비스를 위한 도서관 경영관리, 아동장서의 개발과 보존관리, 아동자료의 정리와 DB관리, 직접적 및 간접적 아동서비스, 도서 및 독서관련 프로그램 서비스, 그리고 지역사회의 유관기관 및 시설과의 연계 협력 서비스 등이 아동사서가 수행해야 할 핵심직무로 밝혀졌다. 이를 논거로 삼아 후속연구에서는 표준 직무모형을 개발할 것이다.
