The economic growth that depended on IT industry is reaching to a limit. In order to overcome the limit, the convergence industry that makes new market and products is essential. However, companies preparing a jump into the convergence industry must understand the exact visions and characteristics of convergence. Therefore, we investigated the structural changes of industries caused by convergence and importance characteristics of convergence. Also, we demonstrated the current status of the convergence industry and analyzed economical, social/cultural, and technological environments that the companies are facing, and elaborated the opportunities of convergence. At last, we suggested basic requirements and strategies for companies starting a convergence business and IT utilization methods to accelerate the convergence business activation.

사회구조의 발전과 산업의 가속화는 중앙지역과 지역경제의 경계를 더욱 분명하게 만들고 있다. 인구 밀도와 경제규모의 차이가 이를 대변하고 있다고 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 대한민국의 중규모 도시에서 마케팅 활성화를 위한 방안으로 여성을 타겟으로 패션 스타킹과 레깅스 등 여성용 제품에 대한 마케팅 전략을 위한 서비스 개발에 관하여 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 통해 지역 경제를 구성하고 있는 주민의 절반인 여성고객을 대상으로 마케팅 활성화를 통한 지역 경제 활성화에 이바지 할 것으로 기대된다.

안경 산업은 현대사회의 복잡성에 따라 사용자가 매우 가파르게 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 기존 안경 산업은 주로 오프라인에서 사용자의 필요에 따라 사용하는 필요성에 의한 산업구조인 반면에, 최근의 안경 산업은 고객들의 선호도에 따라 다르게 착용함으로써 외적 미모를 위한 개성 연출을 위한 도구로서 활용도가 다양화되고 급증하고 있는 추세이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 젊은층 및 노년층의 구분없이 다양한 계층에서 활용도를 유도할 수 있도록 개인 맞춤형 안경산업의 온라인 사업에 초점을 둔 온라인 안경사이트 구축에 관한 연구이다. 이를 위해서 기존의 대표적인 안경 산업의 특징과 산업 서비스 분석을 통해 차별화된 전략을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구를 통해 서비스 개발과 실용적인 접목이 이루어진다면 비즈니스 모델의 새로운 가치를 도모할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Many companies have integrated their internal processes with the aid of information technology. Now the focus is on interconnecting trading partners. Collaborative commerce (also known as c-Commerce) has a key role. It is not just about making it easier for business to communicate. It is about by breaking down barriers along the entire length of the supply chain. Some c-Commerce links are permanent, others get established when and where they are needed. c-Commerce is helping business in electronic supply chains to improve product delivery while cutting costs, to strengthen relationships and to reduce lead time. In this paper, we propose the concept of collaborative commerce, and design and implement Collaborative Commerce Portal (CCP) system of small and medium enterprise for marketing support. The technical definition of CCP is set of all technical elements can do collaborative commerce between small and medium enterprises with Internet or Internet. The target information of CCP includes usual and unusual information and all other information of companies used as process events. Through this, it enhances efficiency of business processes, core information sharing and marketing activation.

As the dependence on information systems in enterprises has grown dramatically, the importance of implementing information systems in audit has been increased as well. However, there is a lact of about utilization of information system for audit process. Thus, this study is to investigate the factors that effect auditor's adopting Data Analytics to audit work. Through literature research and focus group interview, we added two factors that affect the behavioral intention to UTAUT model. We have selected performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, anxiety, task fit, behavioral intention as variables and verified hypotheses based on survey questionnaires from auditors. As a result, it was found that performance expectations, social influence, task fit influenced the behavior intention. In Addition, we analyzed adding two variables, IT-related work experience and type of auditor as moderate variable. This study has an implication for companies to motivate implementation as well as activation of Data Analytics technique.

Korea Train eXpress(KTX), opened in april 2004 as well as the KOREA RAILROAD sailed in 2005 is on the second take-off stage. In 2004, on the basis of the technical stabilization, management planning centering around business was established, and to attain the object, now there is a increasing necessity for market-information which is necessary for establishment, execution and result analysis of strategies. Therefore, by performing periodical market surveying, getting out of old market strategy making ways of viewing in manager's shoes, we can quickly elaborate market strategies in consumer's shoes on the basis of the market information. And as a necessary consequence, we can expect not only to make efficient use of resources but also to maximize profits of the KTX.

Multi-drug resistance (MDR) is an essential aspect of human lung cancer chemotherapy failure. Recent studies have shown that vinorelbine is involved in underlying processes in human tumors, reversing the MDR inseveral types of cancer cells. However, the roles and potential mechanism are not fully clear. In this study, we explored effects of vinorelbine in multi-drug resistance reversal of human lung cancer A549/DDP cells. We found that vinorelbine increased drug sensitivity to cisplatin and intracellular accumulation of rhodamine-123, while decreasing expression of P-glycoprotein (P-gp), multi-drug resistance-associated protein (MRP1) and glutathione-S-transferase ${\pi}$ (GST-${\pi}$) in A549/DDP cells. At the same time, we also established downregulation of p-Akt and decreased transcriptional activation of NF-${\kappa}B$ and twist after vinorelbine treatment. The results indicated that vinorelbine might be used as a potential therapeutic strategy in human lung cancer.

The Green Growth industry-becomes very important as new growth engines in the Korean economy. At the same time, the green industry export support becomes important because the export determines the competitiveness of the industry. Most export support systems in the past was a short-tenn basis but the support for green industry should be made in the long-tenn and systematically. Therefore, effective export support system for green industry are suggested in this paper. First, the green industry-related laws should be amended. Second, active technical support and financial support should be available and the restriction for domestic market activation should be removed. Lastly, the information about green protectionism should be provided with effective counterplan. As a result, the Korean green industry can have competitiveness in international markets. and help Korean products improve Korea Premium.

Stress, a risk factor of major depression induces cytokine mediated inflammation and decreased neurogenesis. In patients with major depression, significant increases of pro-inflammatory cytokines have been consistently reported. The pro-inflammatory cytokines can stimulate the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis to release glucocorticoids. In the brain, microglia and play a role of immune activation in response to stress. Increased pro-inflammatory cytokine play a role in restricting neurogenesis in the brain. Although neurogenesis may not be essential for the development of depression, it may be required for clinically effective antidepressant treatment. Hence, stimulation of neurogenesis is regarded as a promising strategy for new antidepressant targets. This review introduces changes in neurotransmitter, cytokine and neurogenesis in major depression and explores the possible relationship between pro-inflammatory cytokines and neurogenesis related to stress in major depression.

The purpose of this systematic review is to investigate the effects of tape application on improving body conditions. The search strategy for this review included a literature search by members of the International Kinematic Academy in 12 countries between January 2014 and February 2015 using PubMed, CINAHL, Cochrane, Google Scholar, websites and national journals. The search words included "Kinesiotape, Kinesio tape, kinesiotaping, elastic taping, taping, functional taping, myofascial taping, sensomotor taping". The review included all articles, even those published in different languages. These searches resulted in 821 publications. There are several effects of tape application were revealed such as improving blood circulation, lymphatic circulation, body range of motion, activation of mechanoreceptor and joint stability, and decreasing pain. No one negative about the positive effects of taping, however the more effort is required to find evidence of effects of tape application.
