Some projects being in force by the Ministry of Government Administration & Home Affairs and the Ministry of Agriculture & Forestry for farm village area activation offers experience activity of various form to city dwellers, and to farm village inhabitants, affirmative effect is expected in aspect that activation becomes possible for a lot of visitors. But, to farm village(rural district) area activation that huge budget and effort carried out successfully, there are some items that specialist, administration and the persons concerned must inspect together now. First, to project for farm village area activation succeeds; leading participation of inhabitants should be premised. Second, that stagnated economy revives is as rightful result that appears in case farm village area activation effort succeeds. But, can drop more highlights like the value pursuit of life in case put success or failure of all businesses in income enlargement. Third, because inhabitant cultivates own in making process, the attachment and pride for area can be inculcated. Doing not become focus is set to economical logic to do, the heritage of area as well as history culture, must consider that apply eco-museum concept that magnify nature heritage and industry heritage. Fourth, actually the plan period given usually is too shortly than received huge budget. Furthermore, in case it carries out by desirable inhabitants leading type so. Project that not consider the period that is cost to the statement of inhabitants' active opinion and finding out a point of compromise may be hard to get desirable result.

Web Services are rapidly gaining attention as the service oriented distributed computing paradigm over the Internet. Web services are currently highlighted not only due to its role as an enterprise application integrator, but also as the method of mediating inter-enterprise collaborative works. This research analyzes, categorizes, and provides current status and forecasting of core technology and standardization issues concerning web services. The results of this research could be used as the base information for understanding and establishing strategies concerning the fundamental technologies of web services. Also, the demand and status of domestic markets of web services are thoroughly analyzed. Based on this analysis, guidelines for the adaptation of web services by the government and domestic enterprises are presented. The results of this research provides appropriate alternatives to domestic enterprises by evaluating web service technology trends, and further on provides methods of web services market activation on a national scale

A recent introduction of BIM has raised a necessity for BIM guidelines and guidelines following the decision about the BIM introduction are being present both home and abroad. This study hereby intended to develop BIM guidelines to the architectural field, for which the role and development directives of BIM guidelines were set up based on BIM concepts and examples of foreign guidelines. As a result, the role of guideline in (1)Activation of BIM (2)Support BIM process (3)Support and enhance collaboration (4)Standardized implementation of construction information (5)Technical support for BIM utilizing technology. It also classified the role of each guideline, standard and manual to establish detailed development directives. Besides, regarding the BIM process to clarify the goal to share among participants, information levels per stage and applicable scopes, for the sake of when to introduce BIM and how to use it properly, their contents were suggested in consideration of applicable BIM technologies based on business for each design stage at home.

The purpose of this study was to develop evidence-based practice guideline for rapid response to acute deterioration of hospitalized patients. The guideline was developed according to the Clinical Practice Guideline Adaptation Manual. and evaluated using AGREE II tool. The guidelines were checked content validation by an expert group, final 130 recommendations in 5 sections including management, recognition, activation, response, and evaluation. The average of the overall practical application to the guidelines was 4.41±0.78 out of 5, which showed high applicability in clinical work.

An enterprise must achieve both a sound organizational management and effective development of individual members while maintaining a balanced approach. Relative to this, there is a research field dubbed as Organizational Activation. However, there is a necessity to clarify various factors required for organizational activation and to propose a methodology for organization management. This study is an attempt to create a model from an organization-a University Seminar Class-and agents therein-the Students and the Teacher-with an assumed goal of advancing together toward the students' self-growth. The model is expressed on two dimensional planes with vectors through a computer. Vectors are composed of the growth, demand, member, hindrance and student vectors. These vectors provide data to the mathematical model for a simulation. Each agent provided the individual information from the questionnaire-conducted to 169 university students. From the analysis data and extrapolations, this study was able to craft a guideline for future seminar activity. It also examines the possibility of assimilation of the Questionnaire Approach and that of the Computational Organization Theory approach. Finally, this study discusses the future possibility of application of the Assimilated Method for research and development, and for project management.

The purpose of this study is to propose a guideline to help the client and bidder operate the BIM project in the domestic road field. As BIM design is mandatory in the construction field, documents disclosed by the ordering agency must essentially include procedures and step-by-step requirements to support BIM. The purpose of this study is to propose the structure and components of the guidelines that practitioners need practically by utilizing the currently announced road field guidelines. The guidelines are analyzed based on the procurement documents that were pre-emptively shared overseas, and supplemented according to the domestic situation. Furthermore, the effectiveness of the revised guidelines is confirmed through expert consultation. This study aims to contribute to creating an environment in which construction practitioners who have no experience in BIM project can efficiently carry out BIM projects.

Screening of estrogenic activity on dichloro diphenyl trichloroethane (DDT), dichloro diphenyl dichloro ethylene (DDE), dieldrin, heptachlor, aldrin, chlordane, lindane, polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE) and parabens was compared using Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) test guideline 455 (TG455). The estrogenic activity of DDT was 58,000-fold ($PC_{50}$, $1.67{\times}10^{-6}$ M) less than $17{\beta}$-estradiol($E_2$) ($PC_{50}$, $2.88{\times}10^{-11}$ M) but DDE, dieldrin, heptachlor, aldrin, chlordane, lindane and PBDE did not show any estrogenic activity in this assay system. In the case of paraben compounds, the rank of relative transcriptional activation (logRTA) was butyl paraben -1.63752 ($PC_{50}$, $1.25{\times}10^{-7}$ M) > isobutyl paraben -2.34008 ($PC_{50}$, $6.3{\times}10^{-7}$ M) > ethyl paraben -2.64016 ($PC_{50}$, $1.26{\times}10^{-6}$ M) > isopropyl paraben -2.73993 ($PC_{50}$, $1.58{\times}10^{-6}$ M) > propyl paraben -2.84164 ($PC_{50}$, $2.0{\times}10^{-6}$ M). Our data suggest that OECD test guideline TG455 may be useful as a screening tool for potential endocrine disruptors.

BIM(Building Information Modeling) ordering manuals and guidelines are diffused with the recent BIM activation. However, it is causing drawbacks such as an increase of work at each design stage and a decline of BIM application level that the standard of making up and managing BIM is vague and it includes comprehensive meaning. Therefore, this study aims to secure BIM work standard by establishing BIM making-out standard based on LOD(Level of Detail) classification considering domestic design process. It compared each definition of LOD by analyzing domestic and foreign BIM guideline examples, and figured out insufficiency of existing domestic and foreign design process and BIM guidelines. Moreover, it drew architects' work articles for promoting the progression of the efficient design process, and analyzed BIM requirements on design process, dividing BIM application scale by field. Through this analyzing process, it finally established BIM making-out standard classified by design process. The effects of establishing BIM making-out standard would include improving a division of labor and cooperation environment by creating integrated BIM model on design stages, advancing work efficiency by preventing a repetition and an increase of work, and upgrading project completeness and design quality. Besides, it can secure BIM work standard by clarifying responsibility for working steps. BIM making-out standard established by this study will contribute to developing the future BIM work standard document and BIM guideline as a data base.

Recently constructed several floating buildings, in Korea, provoked the discussion about the activation of floating architecture. But, there is no guideline for the planning of floating architecture in Korea. This study aims to propose the framework of planning guidelines for the superstructure of floating architecture. For the purpose, collected various exiting guidelines related to floating architecture, and then analysed the structure and components of those guidelines. As a result of analysis, many components, could be used as references, are extracted. After the classification of the components into several categories, then, compared the content of components, derived from different guidelines, in same category. Based on the former analysis and comparison, proposed the framework of planning guidelines for the superstructure of floating architecture, consist of various set of components.
