The article notes that one of the reasons for the crisis in education was the sharp discrepancy between the emerging new forms and content and the model of macro-management that has developed over the decades. The level of management of the educational system did not emerge as a specific activity characterized by its own mechanisms and processes, just as qualified carriers of this activity - professionals - managers - did not appear. At the same time, there is practically no theoretical and methodological model of the macrolevel of education management, that is, management of the educational system as an integral structure.

Reducing friction torque of the oil hydraulic vane pump used as the power source of power steering system should consider friction torque including viscous and mechanical friction torque according to the changes of rpm and pressure. This paper analyzes the forces acting on the vane to reduce the friction torque of the vane of the hydraulic vane pump used for Hydraulic Power Steering(HPS) system, and futhermore, the forces according to the shapes of cam profiles are analyzed.

병동에서 발생하는 처방, 픽업, 액팅 정보는 데이터베이스에 저장되고 조회되어 관련 부서에 전달된다. 그러나 처방, 픽업, 액팅은 많은 부서가 매우 자주 확인하는 정보이므로 빈번한 조회로 인해 병원정보시스템에 큰 부하를 유발한다. 특히 간호와 간병 업무가 통합되면 실시간으로 전달해야 하는 픽업과 액팅 업무도 함께 증가하는데 이로 인하여 데이터베이스 조회와 정보전송량 또한 증가하게 된다. 우리는 이러한 비효율 문제를 효과적으로 해결하기 위하여 데이터베이스 조회를 배제하고 실시간 웹 방식으로 픽업 및 액팅 정보를 전송하는 간호간병통합정보시스템 개발을 목표로 하였다. 아울러 간호간병통합서비스 도입으로 증가하는 업무와 함께 책임도 커지므로 병동의 모든 환자에 대한 액팅 상황을 모든 근무자가 실시간으로 점검할 수 있는 병동액팅현황판을 제공하여 서비스의 질을 향상시키고자 하였다. 이를 위해 픽업 및 액팅 업무 분석을 중심으로 데이터베이스를 설계하고, 픽업과 액팅 발생 즉시 정보 전달이 가능하도록 실시간 웹 기술을 정보시스템에 적용하였다. 기존 데이터베이스 조회 방법과 개발한 시스템의 소요 시간과 정보 전송량을 측정한 결과, 기존 방식 보다 시간과 전송량을 크게 줄일 수 있었다.

본 논문의 목적은 영화연기와 연출을 위한 훈련 프로그램의 필요성과 그 대안적인 방식을 소개하는 것이다. 우리 한국에서 영화나 방송의 최근 연기경향은 생활연기가 주를 이루고 있다. 그러나 연기교육은 여전히 연극 전문가들에 의해 이루어지고 있고, 그로인해 연극 훈련프로그램에 의해 연기를 교육한다. 또한 영화감독들의 연기연출에 대한 교육도 거의 없다. 그래서 영화연기와 연기 연출을 할 수 있는 훈련 프로그램이 필요하다. 이 글은 필자가 실제로 영화연기 훈련 프로그램 개발을 위해 실시한 단편영화 워크숍 <생활연기의 힘>과 <연기연습>제작과정을 다루고 있다. 이 훈련 프로그램은 이미 스타니슬라브스키가 연극 연습을 위해 활용한 에쮸드를 일부 응용하고, 리 스트라스버그의 액터스 스튜디오에서 체계화된 영화연기 훈련법인 매소드 연기법을 참조하고 있다. 무엇보다도 이 프로그램의 핵심은 기존 연기훈련법에 카메라 활용이 들어간다는 것이고, 배우뿐 아니라 영화 감독과 스탭들이 같이 참여해서 완성한다는 것이다. 이 글에서는 실제로 두 단편 워크숍을 통해 그러한 훈련법의 실험이 객관적인 성과를 이루었음을 입증하고 있다. 본 훈련 프로그램의 교육은 아마추어와 준 프로, 그리고 프로 연기자에 따라 달리 적용해야한다.

Konstantin S. Stanislawski(1863-1938) is one of the great acting-teachers and directors. Especially his 'System' influences this day like his period so many actors and directors in the world. In Korea, Stanislawski was introduced at first in 1920's by Kim, Woojin, dramatist. After that time, his system was influenced fast everyone in the korean drama world. As a result, so many translations of his books and researches of his system are done until nowadays, but it is not perfect for the correct understanding of Stanislawski and his system. It seems to be several causes in this misunderstanding. And the purpose of this thesis is at first to observe historically the results of researches and translations on Stanislawski and his system in Korea and then to bring it in order according to characteristics. In this thesis are the process of reception observed dividing 4 periods. The first period is from the beginning to the liberation in 1945. The second is to 1980's and the next is to the year 2000. And the final period is from that time to the present time. As a result are several characteristics found as followings: 1) translations of Stanislawski's first book like other books, for example, Building a Character and Creating a Role, an Actor Prepares, are fast all secondhand translations, that means, man translated it not from russian direct but japanese or english. It caused man to misusing of terms and then misunderstanding on the system. 2) the researches on Stanislawski in are fast all concentrated on the book, an Actor Prepares, so this leads man to regard it as his whole acting system. On the other hand, thesisses which deal with his last and final acting technique, "the Method of the physical Action" are relatively not so much. As though man knows the last, man used to think that the system is developed systematically from the psychological technique to the physical action or the method of the physical action is only the way to understand of stanislawski's acting method. The psychological method and the physical are not the divided, different acting technique, but pairs which are applied to different objects, that is, the actor himself and the role in texts. 3) the political aspects are not considered especially under the situation of Stalin's social realism. This lack of the political context having relation with the system acts as a obstacle upon understanding the correct, whole his system. But so many thesises on this theme in other countries are so vivacious. For example, man can find subjects like "Stanislawski and Meyerhold", "means of Stanislawski's method for theatres in the social context". There are also many interesting Questions related to the physical action. That is, is the physical action the final acting technique or the materialistic dialectical device to survive under the Stalin's rule? Is there some interrelations between stanislawski's physical action and Meyerhold's biomechanics? In conclusion, the researches on Stanislwski and his system are not enough to understand correctly and overcome the system. We have to start the research again at least from the direct translation his books written russian in order to apply it in a new times.

The characteristics of friction in direct acting OHC vane train system have been investigated by the comparison of experimental and theoretical results. A modified friction model was presented to calculate the friction force at cam/tappet contact. A simple experimental system was evaluated to measure the friction force and the camshaft driving torque. The friction force was measured by using the dynamic loadcell. Good agreement was found between theoretical and experimental results in friction force, but there was a little difference in driving torque.

This research aims to reconsider the necessity of an alternative way(s) for contemporary actor training and acting in discussing and articulating Diderot and Suzuki's concepts and approaches for acting/training. First of all, the physical body, assumed and conceptualized by Diderot is beyond our control by means of a type of radical body/mind dualism, and is based on the concept that body and mind are separate. In contrast, Suzuki's notion of acting/training is raised by his concern about the role of an actor's body in the constitution of an actor's bodily experience against the imitation of the West-oriented theatre/acting/training. The descriptions of the two theatre artists' notion of acting/training gives us insight into the place and role of contemporary theatre as a practical root to encounter and communicate between a doer and a spectator where an actor's body must appropriately be attuned and cultivated towards the cultivation of bodily attributes which are foundation but usually neglected by actors/directors/practitioners particularly in Korea. Especially, misunderstanding of a specific training sources/approaches, namely 'scientific system' and the 'method' have taken us away from the potential possibilities of the lived oneness. Here, the 'possibility' refers to the primary bodily functions within a specific context or being in the here and now rather than attempting to copying, imitating and/or adapting a specific cultural source(s)/approaches/techniques as we have faced with through the previous century. We reconsider and argue that a potential way to correspond the nature of theatre/acting/training is that how to meet the demand of contemporary spectators which in turn intensifies an actor's stability, sustainability and hopefully professional identity in this contemporary era.

This paper describes the continuing effort to analysis and design on dynamic and electrical behavior of gamma-type free piston Stirling engine/generator with dual-opposed linear generator for domestic micro-CHP (Combined Heat and Power) system. The double acting Stirling engine/generator has one displacer and two power piston which are supported by flexure springs. Two power pistons oscillate with symmetric sinusoidal displacement and are connected with moving magnet type linear generators for power generation. To operate Stirling engine/generator, combustion heat of natural gas is supplied to hot-end and heat is rejected from cold-end by cooling water. The temperature difference across the displacer induces the oscillating motion, and it can be explained with mass-spring vibration system. The purpose of this paper is to describe the design process of linear generator for the double acting free-piston Stirling engine.

To establish a Altari radish pre-processing system far kimchi, the leaves and root tail of the Altari radish cutting de-vices were developed. The cutting resistances depend on the edge angles, oblique angles and cutting speeds were measured and analyzed. The experiments were performed to reveal the optimal conditions that showed the minimum cutting resistances acting on the materials. As the results, the optimum conditions that acting on the leaves were at edge angle $25^{\circ}$, oblique angle $40^{\circ}$ and cutting speed 0.5 m/s, and those acting on the root tails were at edge angle $20^{\circ}$, oblique angle $30^{\circ}$ and cutting speed 0.5 m/s, respectively. Considered a safety conception, the oblique angle of the leaves cutting device was adjusted as $20^{\circ}$, and then the cutting efficiencies of the both devices at these conditions were showed perfect performances.

Air gun has been one of the good tools to press two sheet metals. However, it is not easy to control the acting force precisely. A Servo-gun is a good tool to control the acting force on the workpiece comparing with the air gun. Servo-gun has a higher tensile shear strength and lower indentation depth as well as smaller spatter. Dynamic resistance was obtained according to the acting force and welding current. As the acting force was changed during welding, the welding quality was increased.
