This paper interprets the relationship between the physical activity of the human and the signal of the brain to show the meaningful results in the process of sending and receiving information to the connected muscles. When a person works or thinks, a specific brain signal is generated from the brain and being trasmmited to the connected part. The EMG signal, which has muscle activity information, outputs the result of the muscle activation as an electrical signal, which outputs muscle activity information usually due to muscle contraction and relaxation. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between the two signals, which are difficult to identify easily by visual data extraction and data acquisition by extracting such EMG and EMG in real time.

Effects of abscisic acid(ABA) and temperature on the anthocyanin accumulation and phenylalanine ammonia Iyase(PAL) activity were investigated in seedlings of Arabidopsis thaliana. In time course study, exogenous application of ABA $(50-1000\;{\mu}M)$ led to a noticeable increase in anthocyanin pigments which persisted over the following 5 days. Anthocyanins increased in concert with the chlorophyll loss. The activity of PAL, a key enzyme in the phenylpropanoid pathway, increased on exposure to ABA and reached maximum on the 4th day, This result shows that anthocyanin synthesis and PAL activity have a close physiological relationships. In the effects of temperatures ($10^{\circ}C,\;17^{\circ}C,\;25^{\circ}C$and $30^{\circ}C$) on anthocyanin accumulation and PAL activity in seedlings, a moderate-low temperatures ($17^{\circ}C$) enhanced both anthocyanin content and PAL activity, whereas elevated temperatures ($30^{\circ}C$) showed low levels of anthocyanin and PAL activity, suggesting a correlation between temperature-induced anthocyanin synthesis and the accumulation of PAL mRNA. Simultaneous application of ABA with temperatures Induced higher anthocyanin synthesis and PAL activity in seedlings than ABA or temperature stress alone. Moderate-low temperature with ABA exposure elicited the maximal induction of anthocyanin synthesis and PAL activity. Therefore, ABA treatment significantly increased thermotolerance in .A. thalinan seedlings. Ethephon and ABA showed similar mode of action in physiological effects on anthocyanin accumulation and PAL activity. Our data support that anthocyanins may be protective in preventing damage caused by environmental stresses and play an important role in the acquisition of freezing tolerance.

This study was designed to provide implications for related policies by researching the impact on business management performances focusing on the activities within the innovation clusters based on small and medium venture companies in Daejeon area. The questionnaires from 212 CEOs of small and medium venture businesses in Daejeon were analyzed and verified the research hypothesis using SPSS 21. From the empirical analysis, we confirmed the following results; activity of information exchange, information acquisition and solving activity between demand and supplier showed positive effects on business management performance, however the concern and relationship have no effects on business management performance. From this study, we suggest that the active participation in activity of innovation cluster and various supporting systems or policies have to expand for sustainable growth and development of companies within innovation cluster. We also propose that companies needs to try to more efforts on enhance the mutual satisfaction or forming a consensus for cooperation. This study also propose the implications that the companies, innovation cluster must try on efforts to improve relation among members for enhancing the lack of concerns and relationship.

In order to cope with the violent environment of surrounding enterprises, development of new products, advance to other industry field, unification or abolition of factories and rationlization of labor are needed. But production process being made quality and using process after shipment are the things that we have to think about, first of all and to practice always. Insurance problem of reliability, that is, the positive quality maintenance that has being presented many debate issues recently, will be studied. The accident of nuclear power-plant in America, in connection with reliability maintenance and human engineering, will be analyzed. But as its accident details is not announced, in this study, it is a sort of method of methodology to be studied this paper rather than studying the fact of the accident. Therefore this study will be done as follows, For reliability study. 1. Investigation of problems. 2. Quality maintenance activity and reliability maintenance activity 3. Reliability acquisition in production process, 4. Reliability maintenance after shipment. 5. Conclusion. In addition to stating above, it is sure that liberalization of trade, interchange between nations and strengthening of international competition ability, etc. need high quality. But possibility that quality maintenance or reliability aquisition needs understanding and cooperation of consumer, will be stated.

Effects of single and repeated administration of various nootropic candidates were examined on impaired acquisition by single oral administration of 3 g/kg ethanol (EtOH) in step through test. The inhibitory effect of EtOH on acquisition was significantly reduced by single picrotoxin, but not affected by diazepam, acetyl-L-carnitine and apomorphine. Single or repeated red ginseng total saponin and deprenyl, single piracetam, repeated N-methyl-D-glucamine, but not single or repeated protopanaxadiol, protopanaxatriol and centrophenoxine significantly ameliorated the impairment of acquisition by EtOH. On the other hand, the inhibitory effect of repeated red ginseng total saponin but not that of repeated N-methyl-D-Glucamine, was significantly blocked by pretreatment of $\alpha$-methyl-$\rho$-tyrosine, a inhibitor of catecholamine synthesis. Whereas, the inhibitory effect of repeated deprenyl on EtOH amnesia was exaggerated by $\alpha$-methyl-$\rho$-tyrosine. These results suggest that the amelioration processes of drugs on ethanol amnesia involve complex mechanism between the central GABAergic and dopaminergic neuronal activity in memory and learning, although the effects of repeated drugs administration are not yet clear.

The budget for the acquisition and R&D for the national defence systems has come out of tax payers' pockets. On the other hand, the weapon systems become more complex and thus the underlying costs tend to increase continuously. As such, the need for efficiently managing the budget has drastically increased. In accordance with this necessity, the Defence Acquisition Program Administration (DAPA) of Korea has issued the instruction No.65 dictating that systems engineering (SE) must be applied when weapon systems are acquired or developed in Korea. Specifically, a list of the products that should be generated from the acquisition programs is provided. The problem is that the unexperienced companies in the defence systems industry cannot easily know how to approach the new regulation. The purpose of this study is to devise a possible remedy to solve the problem. To do so, we first review the list of the products that are required by DAPA. Then, an appropriate systems engineering processes is studied for each product. Then, a necessary link between each product and SE process activity is identified and summarized. The result obtained may be useful as a stepping stone to develop more efficient method for the list of the products.

This study aimed at investigating the effects of grouping participants in pairs according to their relative vocabulary proficiency on the incidental improvement of vocabulary knowledge. Forty six university students were divided into three groups (high-high(n=14), high-low(n=18), or low-low(n=14)) and took part in the study. They performed three vocabulary activities in pairs as extra-class works. Data were collected from one receptive vocabulary knowledge test scores before treatment and two posttest scores after treatment. The results showed that, unlike former study results, HL dyads acquired more vocabulary receptively and productively than HH or LL dyads did, which demonstrated that collaborative pair activity was conducive to the growth of vocabulary knowledge. Furthermore, not only higher proficiency participants in HL pairs made greater vocabulary gains than participants in HH pairs did but also lower proficiency participants gained more vocabulary than participants in LL pairs did. Based on these results, we discussed pedagogical implications.

This paper presents the status and characteristics of oil and gas industry and the guideline for investment of producing asset or petroleum and natural gas rights(PNG rights) in Canada. The Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin(WSCB) consists of around 11 main formations, and petroleum has actively been produced at the Montney, Cardium, Viking and Bakken formation. However, the drilling activity declined to 1,917 in Q1, 2016 from 5,724 in Q1, 2014 and 3,365 in Q1, 2015 which dropped 67% and 43% respectively because of the low oil price since 2014. Also, the price of oil and gas asset decreased 34~47% on reserves and production base, and the PNG rights for development decreased 81~97% based on total bidding price, bidding area and unit bidding price. Therefore, it is very favorable environment for Korean companies entering into the Canadian petroleum business especially in PNG rights acquisition which needs smaller investment compare to asset acquisition and shows sharpest value depreciation.

All publications of a country is a cultural heritage with the spirit of humanity, each National Library has to collect and preserve all publications produced in each country. Acquisition activity(Collection development) of each National Library is supported by a powerful legal deposit system. Therefore, this study has analyzed the legal deposit systems of the world countries, especially focussed whether or not the compensation for legal deposit, whether or not any sanction against not-depositing, Fine collection procedures against not-depositing, and the specific process for legal deposit. Based on these investigations, this study was to seek ways to contribute the legal deposit rates of National Library. It has proposed the following suggestions; Performing of legal deposit duty by itself, developing the system for supporting the legal deposit, establishing newly of legal deposit department, and improving the compensation for the legal depositor.

The data acquisition unit, signal acquiring and processing equipment, processes and provides major data of an aircraft such as engine system, power train system, hydraulic system, etc. However, it had lots of failure related to the system during production test flight, and it is necessary to fix them perfectly as soon as possible because of the significance of the equipment. In this paper, it contains failure classification and analysis for each defect element to improve whole software as well as electrical circuit. Particularly, utilizing Fault Injection Method based interworking test, more efficient improvement activity was performed for not only equipment level but also aircraft level, and as a result, it is achieved that considerable betterment of Surion quality and flight safety.
