These days, there are many companies who are concerned with "Safety Management System"", which enables them to not only evaluate their safety but also control and prevent the risk of accidents. As plenty of institutes are developing and providing it for companies in addition to testing its operation, such companies take that system into account in a very positive way. In this paper, we propose a methodology to deal with the IOT system gradually as the use of effective systems such as electronic devices, healthcare, smart cars, smart home, remote meter reading and telemedicine closely related to our real life in the IOT system An IOT integrated account solution is needed as a way to address these needs as the demand grows for the need to identify and manage how users access and use the system for what period of time and at what point in time. We propose the communication algorithms for endpoint system, IOT system management rights policy, user information, and how to apply them to IOT system smart car and smart home on each object internet.

Development of integration management system needs to operate and manage internet shopping mall for customer, sale, product, stock, account management. The purpose of this paper implements of small shopping mall logistics management system as a plan to raise efficiency of management of the Internet shopping mall which was a representative business form of electronic commerce. Logistics management system operates an Internet shopping mall, progressed with the aim of construction of the management system that systematizes a member, a product, a stock, customer management, and can efficiently manage a total stock grasp and the amount of transaction of a product based on Web by real time.

Nuclear power plant construction project can be called essential to establish a systematic project management system compared to other construction projects, taking into account the size and complexity and safety. To develop into a project management system for the Korea situation with the ongoing construction of the nuclear power plant was directed to promote nuclear power project management. In this paper, we introduce a comprehensive project management system for nuclear power projects. Currently considering the nuclear life cycle design, construction, and was developed by considering the flow of information to operate, and test each step linkage. The systems in English were developed to meet owner's requirements for advancing into overseas projects. Another point is that the systems were developed by management module, so that functions of each area can be selectively applied. It is expected that the system will establish itself as one that can be used for the entire lifecycle of nuclear power plants through gradual and systematic establishment of necessary data.

Today, it is an information society where a large number of users access and view important data in a large number of information assets as needed. In this complexity, techniques related Identify Management are being applied, in order to verify authorized user access to important information assets and manage of history. But, the ability access to sensitive information using account has the disadvantage of being able to open the way for information to the attacker when it is hijacked. Thus, in this paper, we propose a secure Identify Management System that can control the use of accounts based on the attitude of the account holder, but also enhances the security and does not hinder the convenience.

In the Korea, railroad accidents result in about 5.4 railroad run-off crashes every year and account for approximately 93 percent of all railroad accident frequency. Despite the number, quantification of the possible countermeasure has been limited and also railroad safety control after private management for railroad has not been established. Therefore, this study provides some initial insight into the important safety problem by introducing some example, including some detailed safety regulations in both British and U.S. to develop appropriate railroad safety management system.
