Method: 39 fourth grade nursing students participated in this explanatory study with sampling of accommodations. The Lasater Clinical Judgment Rubric has been used in self-reported clinical trials and satisfaction with judging practices. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test and Pearson's correlation coefficient using SPSS WIN 19. Results: Scenarios with myocardial infarction were scored by self-reported clinical judgment. Total mean score of clinical judgment and total mean value of clinical judgment is 4.17 ± 0.80. Correlation Between Variables After Simulation Practice is highly significant for providing positive clinical judgment and satisfaction with nursing performance. Conclusion: The simulation-based practice associated with adult nursing in myocardial infarction was useful for clinical judgment and nursing performance satisfaction, which improved the core basic skills of nursing students.

The popular scenic spot of the marine sports experience tourism is made by human resources and fundamental installations considering that it must be done in unpolluted water. It is necessary to separate the fish harbor into two sides. One side is an existing fishing industry. The other side is made up of several pontoons for the marine sports equipment of the marine mooring. It is necessary to build facilities, such as the mooring facility, the storage facility, the repair-check facility, supply-cleaning facility, information booth, accommodations, education facility, and a marine culture exchange facility.

  • According to increase of personal incomes, spread of automobiles, a five-day only work week and expansion of cultural life, modern people today are increasingly showing leisure time interests. Under such social circumstances in which people's spare time are gradually increasing, weekend trips accompanied with hotel staying are increasing to a greater extent rather than one-day trips. In Korea where differences between regions and four seasons are remarkable, the resort industry has developed in harmony with seasonal environments and regional characteristics. In particular, an increasing number of modern people living in the wellbeing era tends to visit spa resort hotels for recreation and health. This study intends to compare realities of local and foreign spa resort hotels and investigate space characteristics of local spa resort hotels for promotion of use. In this study, it has been found that the proposed addition of characteristic-oriented spaces to the existing recreation, service and basic facilities beside the fundamental accommodations would be able to remarkably elevate use of the hotels.

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to examine the potential asymmetry in price competition between the geographically defined submarkets of the lodging industry, namely the traditional and alternative accommodation facilities. Design/methodology/approach The study utilizes a spatial econometric model to empirically test for the hypothesized asymmetry in price competition. Property-level panel data on hotels and alternative accommodation facilities collected from a major online travel agency (OTA: Agoda.com) was used for this purpose. Findings Result of the analysis shows significant intra-segment spatial price competition among the properties, that is, within hotels and within alternative accommodation submarkets, respectively. However, the inter-segment competition was found to be asymmetric as hypothesized. Room rates of hotels are influenced by prices of geographically close alternative accommodations, but the reverse does not hold. Implications for practitioners and suggestions for future research are discussed along with the findings of the study.

  • This survey was carried out to investigate the dimensions of farrowing accommodation and farrowing crate by types. Farrowing crates are used to prevent the crushing death in the swine industry generally but farrowing crates include many problems in the animal welfare viewpoint: e.g. restriction of movements and maternal instincts. Therefore, the studies of alternative systems have been discussed for a while in U.K., U.S.A. and Canada. We surveyed eight farms for about eight months. To accurately compare the farrowing housing, small scale swine farms (3,000hd or less) were excluded from all data in this survey. Lactating accommodations were divided into vertical lactating accommodation type and diagonal accommodation type, and farrowing crates were divided into vertical bar type and horizontal bar type. In this survey, nipple waterer, partial slotted floor and total slotted floor were 80%, 40% and 60% respectively, and the lactating accommodations' dimensions ranged from 3.90 to $4.92\;m^2$. We believe that these data of the survey contribute to develop alternative systems and then contribute to improve the animal welfare in Korea.

  • These days, the sports industry and related industries are growing very fast due to active sports participation. Recently, tourism products that integrate tourism with sport have already appeared. The products include tourism behavior, such as sports activities, sports spectating, and visiting sports memorial halls and museums, etc. This study examined the relationship among the tourist behavior, sports spectating factors, and team association components. Based on the theoretical study, a field survey was performed by questionnaires. The sports spectating factors and team association components have a slight influence on the tourist behavior after analysis using the SPSS program. The implications are as follows. First, sports teams should make efforts not only on the team's win at the sports game, but also to develop marketing strategies about the sports complex, and star players of their team. Second, sports teams have to develop tourist products that collaborate with the local tourism industry linked to tourist attractions, accommodations, souvenir shop, and entertainment facilities for sports spectators.
