The purpose of the study of the book is aimed for basic document security to show necessity for the outside restaurant accommodation to the university meal service and I grasp the university meal service use action of the university student and a desire with this purpose and show it and am going to fine an article and the basics document which are necessary for the market for rationalization of the management of the university meal service. As for the reason why students like fast food to be able to choose outside dining room introduction at the part of an innovative image strategy of the university meal service. Food is serve of early and low price. The big problems of the university meal service is bad taste, high price, low service. Price satisfaction is low in the quality of the university meal service in comparison with the outside dining room. The university students who liked Korea food and Hamburger at time of the outside dining room introduction evaluated the quality of the university meal service. Therefore the outside dining room accommodation is necessary for the university meal service development also the image improvement of the university meal service and improvement of the quality and suitable price rage.

In this paper, the SMV 3D display method using liquid crystal shutter glass(LCSG) and SPB has been proposed. The proposed SMV display can solve the resolution degradation problem of conventional multiview displays that using based time-multiplexing method. Also, observers fatigue due to the mismatch between accommodation and vergence problem of glass-type 3D displays and conventional multiview displays, can be improved using SMV 3D display method.

The study is aimed to analyse social and cultural background and to compare the changes of the cosmetic culture in Korea and the western countries accompanied by the developemnt os the cosmetic industry in the 20th century. The cosmetic culture of Korea has kept on changing adopting the new western style make up, These changes were very closely related with the current sociocultural environments and the developments of the cosmetic industry. The analysis and comparison of Korean cosmetic culture and that of Western countries can be summarized as following: Fistly the cosmetic culture of korea came out after Korean War through the improt of western movies. Secondly at the beginning of accommodation of the western concept of beauty the standards of beauty were confused with that of traditional make up. Thirdly in terms of the history of costumes in the western cosmetic culture the trend was feminine and curve lineal style in the 1910s straight and young style in the 1920s Young elegant curve lineal style and straight-line style replaced among themselves in every 10 years and the cycle became more rapid after the 1970s and there were diversity in the cosmetic culture affected by the postmodernism Fourthly the cosmetic culture of :total fashion" was taken into consideration. Fifthly the cosmetic culture of "total fashion" was taken into consideration. fifthly the make up of Korean and that of western countries are not only a way to express of aesthetic desire for beauty but sanitary management and it is a kind of an expansion of value for management for an inner self. Now is the time to refuse the attitude of accommodation of the western cosmetic culture without any consideration. We need to rediscover our traditional cosmetic culture and cultural distinctiveness and try to mix them with the western cosmetic culture in order to develop our own peculiar style which will be able to Korean design remain in the international stage and grow further.d grow further.

Purpose - It is a very important issue for the Korean tourism industry to increase tourism revenue by attracting foreign tourists. Although Japanese tourists have been an important part of the Korean tourism industry for a long time, the level of tourist satisfaction including accommodation has been at the worst compared to other foreign visitors, which strongly requires concrete solutions. Therefore, this study focuses on improving the satisfaction level of Japanese visitors in the use of accommodation, and find out the influence of the managerial response. Research design, data, and methodology - In this study, customer review and managerial response of hotels in Seoul were collected from "Rakuten Travel" which is the most representative online travel agency in Japan. As a result of collecting data from 2016 to 2018, 6,190 customer reviews and 1,241 managerial responses from 120 hotels were used for analysis. In addition, information on the properties of 120 hotels, such as the number of rooms, classification, types of hotel facilities, types of room facilities, accessibility and prices, were collected. To test the hypotheses, moderated multiple regression analysis was conducted with SPSS 22.0. Results - It was found that only 25 sites, 20.8% of the total 120 sites, were implementing managerial response and average response rate was 66.42% among them. As a result of examining the main effects of the hotel attributes on the ratings, accessibility and price are confirmed as effective variables. We also found that the response rate has a significant moderate effect in both the accessibility and price. In other words, there was a significant difference in the influence of accessibility and price on the ratings depending on the response rate. Also, it was confirmed that the response rate is not a pure moderator variable but a quasi moderator variable. Overall, the evidences partially supported the hypothesis. Conclusion - It was possible to provide important suggestions to the hotel managers who were concerned about managing tourist satisfaction with accessibility problems. It was found that the accessibility problem could be overcome by increasing the response rate. It was also confirmed that high ratings can be more effectively achieved for high priced hotels by increasing the response rate.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate parent expectation and satisfaction with respect to pediatric inpatient care and to identify the variables related to parent satisfaction. Methods: The study was conducted in pediatric wards of a tertiary children's hospital in Korea. The participants were 361 parents of children who were inpatients. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire (The Pediatric Family Satisfaction Questionnaire) at the time of discharge. Results: The highest parent expectation domain was medical service. The parents were most satisfied with nursing service and least satisfied with general hospital service and accommodation. The parents expressed lower satisfaction with hospital facilities, equipment, noise, cleanliness, and communication by health care professionals. Parents with younger children reported higher expectation from the complete hospital service and those who had a longer length of stay reported higher expectation from the nursing service. Conclusion: To improve the quality of hospital services, we need to understand parent expectation and improve and provide clear communication. In addition, the general hospital service and accommodation should not be overlooked for improvement.

Using Korean Labor and Income Panel Study data, this paper estimates nominal wage rigidity in Korea by industry from 2005 to 2017 and evaluates the level of inefficiency of Korean labor market. And, after estimating employment volatility by industry using the Labor Force Survey at Establishments data for Korea, we combine the nominal wage rigidity and the employment volatility estimates and analyze the effect of nominal wage rigidity on employment volatility in Korea from 2011 to 2017. If the level of wage rigidity is high, it may be hard for the labor market to be in the equilibrium, and therefore, the market may have inefficiency. We find that the inefficiency of the labor market in Korea have increased from 2005 to 2017 and the industry of accommodation and food service activities has the highest level of inefficiency over the period. We also find that one-percent-point increase in wage rigidity increases employment volatility by 2.3-2.9 percent and the positive effect is bigger for workers with part-time and temporary jobs. The result implies that firms may adjust their labor costs by changing the number of casual workers, rather than permanent workers, when the labor market suffers from a high level of wage rigidity.

In this paper, we proposed a method of improving the location estimation error existing in RTLS (Real Time Location Service) system for the individual mobility. As ubiquitous age comes, interest for indoor location tracking system is getting more increased. However, existing indoor location tracking system does not correspond actively to frequent changes in indoor environment, and there is a problem that correct location measurement of moving object is difficult due to NLOS (non-line-of-sight) property of indoor environment. Purpose of this paper is to propose an environment accommodation location tracking system that improves the location precision of moving object and grasps location of the object effectively, which is essential an element effectively to provide service and satisfy various users' request.

In a service business, it is difficult to cope with all your customers' needs. They come and go with various wants and when it comes to their own good there are complaining. Such variances in the service business interfere the operation resulting in inefficiency. To come against all those fluctuate wants, Frei is suggesting a new way how to cope with this customer variability in the service business: Low-Cost accommodation and uncompromised reduction. However, his assertion that these solutions can reduce cost and enhance service quality at the same time is empirically not proved. Thus, the following research will be dedicated in the empirical proof whether the solutions mentioned above can enhance service quality while reducing cost by pursuing efficiency in the service business.

전통적인 워크플로우 패러다임에 있어서는 하나의 워크플로우가 자동으로 실행되기 위해서는 사전에 해당 워크플로우 탬플릿이 정의되어야 한다. 하지만 많은 경우에 있어서 프로세스 생성시에 전체 워크플로우를 명확하게 정의 할 수 없는 상황이 발생한다. 그러한 경우에는 워크플로우 파편을 통합하여 유도되는 것이 적절하다. 워크플로우 관리시스템이 그러한 상황에 대처하기 위해서는 실행 중에 워크플로우를 정의하는 기능을 갖출 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 워크플로우 관리시스템에서 실행 중 워크플로우 정의 기능을 어떻게 수용할 것인지에 관해서 소개하고 그러한 기능을 수용하는 워크플로우 관리 시스템이 어떠한 구조이어야 하는지에 관해서 논의한다. 본 논문에서는 또한 실행 중 워크플로우 정의를 위한 세가지 워크플로우 파편 템플릿이 소개되며 이것들로부터 전체 워크플로우를 유도하는 알고리즘이 고안되었다. 실행 중 워크플로우 정의 기능을 구현하기 위해서는 커넥터 메커니즘이 고안되었으며 이것의 구조와 기능도 소개된다.

The rapid expansion of regionalism has resulted in the creation of blocs of the global economy, so that those countries not belonging to one or more blocs can be discriminated. The purpose of this paper is to examine the competition policy theoretically, international background with issues, and discussion trend of global enterprise. By doing them, this paper suggests the responsive plan, future prospects, and policy directions for the competition policy by distribution service. There is not a statistically significant relationship between international diversification strategy and firm performance. However, we observed some tendency that the larger the firm size, the higher the firm performance, assuming the degree of international diversification or multinationality to be constant. However, the export productivity increase after 1~2 years, and there exits a clear evidence that the innovation investment increases a firm's export competitiveness as time goes on.
