복합만성질환자의 의료이용 과정에 관한 근거이론적 탐색 (An Exploratory Study of Healthcare Utilization Process among Patients with Multimorbidity)

  • Purpose: This study examined: 1) what it meant for patients to have multimorbidity 2) how they manage their illness using health care facilities, and 3) what contextual backgrounds exist regarding the health care system. Methods: This qualitative research obtained individual in-depth interviews from 22 patients. Participants were selected by purposive sampling among those who saw physicians more often than the national average from the 2013 medical-claim data. The transcribed data were analyzed using Ground theory. Results: Multimorbidity patients suffered from "chain-like serial symptoms" and "pain without a breakthrough". They expressed themselves as "indeed patients among patients", "my body is a general hospital", and "an incompletely normal person". There was a demand to resolve the anxiety arising from the situation in which the body keeps getting sicker without showing any signs of recovery. In a state of reduced social support and a lack of trust in the doctor, their desire to be healed led them to receive a temporary relief through dependence on medical institutions. Conclusion: This research recognized the desire of multimorbidity patients to seek temporary relief through dependence on medical institutions. A more patient-centered directed care plan, specific to the needs of the patients with multimorbidity is required.

An Application of TAM and TRI on the Factors Affecting Internet Banking Adoption in Bangladesh

  • This study assesses the Internet banking adoption tendency by existing bank customers of Bangladesh. Currently, almost all the leading banks in the country have implemented Internet banking platforms. However, the active user count remains relatively low and there hasn't been any conclusive research on the drivers and inhibitors of Internet banking. This study evaluates the reasons and quantitatively establishes the factors leading to the adoption and usage continuance of internet banking by existing bank customers. Responses from 460 bank account holders were collected via online questionnaires using a purposive sampling approach, and a core conceptual framework based on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Technology Readiness Index (TRI) was used. The study concluded that internet banking adoption is significantly impacted by the ease of use, customer service, and technology familiarity. Similarly, customer satisfaction is affected by the perceived value and the perceived risk. Through regression analysis, it was found that usage continuance is 89% explained by adoption and customer satisfaction. Multi-group moderation showed significant impact by groups divided based on usage frequency, income level, and age. Perceived risk weakened the impact of perceived value and technology familiarity on usage adoption. Additionally, perceived risk reduced the impact of consumer satisfaction and usage continuance.

  • Purpose: It suggests that in order to compare economic development between large cities, this paper aims to exclude factors such as GDP, trade, manpower, R&D, then present newly an analysis of others (inflation, exports, middle-class, competitiveness, digital). Research design, data, and methodology: In the period of rapid digitalization of the world, we would like to deal with different analysis factors than before. This is because digitalization and prices have the greatest impact on the region in terms of national competitiveness. Random sampling was used as the sample size of this study to generate various values for the annual income of the middle class and the competitiveness index, and the analysis method was used. This is because the income of the middle class can lead the digitalization of the country and accelerate it to standardization. Results: Based on these analysis, it is necessary to reduce the inflation rate of digitalization, it is necessary to lower inflation rates. This can be more fundamental than interest rates. If the demand for digitalization is reduced, national competitiveness, national competitiveness will lower national competitiveness. By building a hub for middle class, you can reduce this inflation rate without China's oversupply. Conclusion: This is because it is difficult to maintain competitiveness through interest rate control, as prices rise, and inflation can become unstable. This study can seek digital acceptance by the middle class as a solution to problems like the regional economic confrontation of new globalization inflation environment.

Promoting the Consumption of Electric Vehicles: an Empirical Study in Vietnam

  • Purpose: Electronic vehicles (EV) consumption become more prevalent among Vietnamese consumers. This paper aims to empirically assess the determinants of EV purchase intention among Vietnamese consumers. The research findings are expected to promote the consumption of electric vehicles in Vietnam. Research design, data and methodology: The quantitative research approach employed the Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA). The sample size includes 301 respodents. Research design unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) and UTAUT2. The data collection process employ the non-probability sampling. Questionaire survey consists of 24 questions given to respondents via Google Form link. Data is processed by SPSS version 20 software. Results: The results proposed 04 determinants of the intention to buy electric vehicles: Government Support, Environmental Concern, Price Value, and Performance. Conclusions: Theorectical implications and managerial implications are also discussed to promote the consumption of electronic vehicles in Vietnam. Besides, the findings show that Price value, Environmental Concern and Performance positively affect the purchase intention of EV among Vietnamese consumers. Remarkably, Government Support is proven to be an insignificant factor in EV purchase intention. The call for further research rely on the role of government support in order to promote EV consumption in Vietnam and other emerging markets worldwide.

한국 노인의 성공적 노화 척도 개발을 위한 연구 (The Study on the Development of the Korean Elderly's Successful Aging Scale)

  • 본 연구에서는 65세 이상의 한국 노인을 대상으로 한국 노인의 성공적 노화 척도를 개발하였다. 성공적 노화 개념 추출을 위해 25명의 노인들에 대한 심층면접과 4개의 포커스 그룹을 통해 6개 영역의 성공적 노화 핵심 범주와 78개의 문항을 개발하였다. 이를 토대로 66문항의 일대일 면접설문지를 통해 수집된 표본 597부를 무선 분할하여 개발 표본 345부와 타당화 표본 252부의 분석을 통해 최종적으로 31문항으로 구성된 한국 노인의 성공적 노화 척도를 개발하였다. 이 척도는 '자율적 삶', '자기완성 지향', '적극적 인생 참여', '자녀에 대한 만족', '자기수용', 그리고 '타인수용' 등의 하위 요인으로 구성되어 있으며, Cronbach's $\alpha$값이 .903, 모형 적합도 지수 TLI가 .983, RMSEA가 .057로 만족할 만한 수준의 신뢰도와 타당도를 나타내었다. 또한 우리나라에서 노년기를 평가하는 데 있어서 가장 범용적인 척도로 간주되는 '노인의 삶의 질 척도'와 상관분석을 한 결과 r=.72의 높은 상관관계를 보여 공인타당도를 만족시켰다.

임신부의 정보추구 경험 - 정보추구의 구조와 과정 - (Pregnant Women's Information Seeking Experience : Structure and Process of Information Seeking)

  • 본 연구는 근거이론을 적용하여 임신부들의 정보추구경험과 관련된 제 개념 및 이들 개념들 간의 관계 규명을 통하여 임신부의 정보추구에 관한 구조와 과정을 밝힌 연구이다. 이론적 표집에 의해 16명의 임신부들을 대상으로 심층적인 면담을 수행하였고. 면담데이타는 근거이론의 지속적인 비교분석에 의해 분석되었다. 본 연구에서 임신부의 정보추구의 발생원인은 임신의 수용으로 나타났다. 임신부들은 지각된 불안과 궁금증의 맥락에서 임신의 정상상태 유지현상을 해결하기 위해 산전 진단데이타 추구하기. 표준지식 추구하기, 경험담 추구하기와 정서적 지지 추구하기의 작용/상호작용적 정보추구 전략을 취하였으며, 비교하기, 맥락화 하기, 확인하기의 정보추구의 과정들을 거쳐 갔다. 이때, 정보 획득방법 인지, 임신 출산의 선행지식, 자아조절, 정보접근환경이 중재조건으로 작용하였다. 그 결과 충족과 불충족을 경험하였다. 또한 임신부들은 임신의 과정동안 정보요구의 변화 발전에 따라, 수용국면, 적응국면, 구체국면, 전환국면을 통과하였다. 후속연구에서는 본 연구에서 밝혀진 정보추구의 구조와 과정을 통합하여 임신부의 정보추구행위를 총체적으로 설명하는 실체이론을 개발해야 할 것이다.

인터넷 뱅킹에서 오프라인 신뢰와 온라인 거래의 관계 (The Relationship between Offline Trust and Online Transaction in Internet Banking)

  • Owing to the rapid growth of using the Internet, not only click-and-mortar companies but also brick-and-mortar ones have been expanding their distribution channels into online, Moreover, since online channels are more attractive than offline ones in control and maintenance, switching customers into online ones is emerged as one of very important managerial issues in a view of reduction of cost as well as expansion of services. However, the switched customers should be faced by uncertainties which could not have been experienced in offline. Specifically, in online channels, buyers and sellers are separated temporally and spacially and there are always so many kinds of threat for security as well as not enough systems and conventions for them yet. Therefore, trust has been considered as one of the most critical mechanisms for resolution of such uncertainties in online transactions. However, it is not easy to build and maintain the relationships in online since most of them are virtual and indirect generally. Therefore, in order to switch offline customers into online ones, it is very important to make strategies based on identification of the relationship between online transaction and offline trust which has been built in offline business. Generally offline trust, which has been built independent of online, could not include trust for online-dependent activities such as payment security during or after transactions, while most of online trust include it. Therefore, a customer with high offline trust does not always perceive high security and assure safe transactions. Accordingly, while online trust, where technical capabilities for online security is one of main bases, includes control trust implicitly or explicitly, offline trust does not. However. in spite of such clear discrimination and independence between offline trust and perceived security, there can be the significant dependency between these two beliefs. The customers with high offline trust believe that the company would do some activities for online security for customers' safe transactions since it has been believed of doing well for customers' trust. Theoretically, users' perception of security is interpreted as a kind of control trus, which is trust for company's technical control capacities in order to resolve technical uncertainties in online. Therefore, the relationship between two beliefs can be considered as transference from offline trust to another type trust. that is, control trust. The objective of this study is to analyze the effect of offline trust on online transaction uses mediated by perceived security. For this purpose, we suggest a research model based on technology acceptance model (TAM). Reuse intention is adopted as a dependent variable and TAM is modified by adding perceived risk (PR) as well as two beliefs of using Internet banking, perceived usefulness (PU) and perceived ease of use (PEOU). Moreover, perceive security (PS) is adopted as an external variable for PR and PU, while offline trust (OT) is an antecedent of PS. For an empirical test, sampling from 108 visitors to the banks in Daegu, Korea, we analyze our model by partial least square (PLS) approach. In result, our model is shown to explain 51.4% of the variance in reuse intention and all hypothesis are supported statistically. A theoretical implication of this study is to identify a role of PS between offline trust and reuse intention of using online transaction services. According to our result, PS can be considered as a mediation variable for bridging between two different concepts: trust that explains social aspects of customers and companies, and TAM that explains customers' reuse intention.

관능검사법(官能檢査法)에 의한 식품(食品)의 품질평가(品質評價)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) -제(第) 3 보(報) : 시판(市販)우유에 대한 소비자(消費者) 기호조사(嗜好調査) 시험(試驗)- (Studies on the Evaluation for the Quality of Food by Sensory Testing -III. The Survey of Consumer Acceptance and Preference for Commercial Milk-)

  • 실험실(實驗室) 소비자(消費者) 파넬을 대상으로 시판(市販) 우유에 대한 기호(嗜好) 조사(調査) 시험(試驗)을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결과(結果)를 얻었다. 1. 시판(市販) A 우유와 각종 우유 사이에 대한 2점(點) 기호(嗜好) 조사(調査) 시험(試驗) 결과(結果), 소비자(消費者) 기호(嗜好) 선택(選擇)에 있어서 5% 수준(水準)에서 유의적(有意的)인 차이(差異)가 인정(認定)되지 않았다. 2. 시판(市販) 우유에 대한 기호(嗜好) 척도(尺度) 시험(試驗) 결과(結果), 시료간(試料間)이나 파넬원 간(間) 모두가 5% 수준(水準)에서 유의적(有意約)인 차이(差累)가 인정(認定)되지 않았다. 3. 시판(市販) 우유에 대한 기호(嗜好) 빈도(頻度) 시험(試驗) 결과(結果) ‘기회만 있으면 언제나 먹겠다’가 39%로 가장 높았다. 4. 우유의 시음(試飮) 온도(溫度)에 따른 우유 풍미(風味)에 관한 기호성(嗜好性)을 조사(調査)한 결과(結果), $20^{\circ}C$에서 마실 때가 가장 높았다. 5. 전보(前報)(한국식품과학회지, 12 (3), 150 및 158(1980))에서 행한 차이(差異) 식별(識別) 시험(試驗)이나 묘사(描寫) 시험(試驗)에서는 시판(市販) 5개(個) 회사(會社) 제품별(製品別) 우유 풍미(風味)에 대한 차이(差異)가 인정(認定)되었으나 순위(順位) 시험(試驗)이나 기호(嗜好) 선택(選擇) 및 기호(嗜好) 척도(尺度) 시험(試驗)에서는 유의적(有意的)인 차이(差異)를 나타내지 않음을 알 수 있는데, 이것은 순위(順位) 시험(試驗)이나 기호(嗜好) 선택(選擇) 및 척도(尺度) 시험(試驗)이 파넬원들간의 기호성(嗜好性)의 차이(差異), 품질(品質) 기준(基準)의 차이(差異) 등(等)에 의하여 많은 영향을 받는다는 사실을 시사하는 것으로 고려된다.

소형폭뢰용 수압식 신관의 품질검사방법 전환사례 연구 (A Case Study on the Change of Sampling inspection method for the Small Depth Charge Fuze)

  • 소형 폭뢰용 수압식 신관의 품질확인은 로트에서 일정한 수량의 샘플을 꺼낸 후, 해당 샘플에 대해 작동압력을 측정하고, 사전에 설정된 합격판정기준에 따라 결함제품 개수로 로트에 대한 합부판정을 내린다. 이러한 샘플링 검사방식을 계수형 샘플링 검사방식이라고 부르며 일반적으로 가장 많이 사용되는 샘플링 검사방식이다. 그러나 이런 계수형 샘플링 검사방식은 샘플의 수가 과도하게 소요되는 경향이 있으며, 제품의 품질이 안정화 되어도 늘 같은 개수만큼의 샘플을 추출해서 시험해야 하므로 시간과 예산의 낭비를 초래한다. 본 연구에서는 작동압력시험의 데이터를 측정하여 로트의 추정불량률을 계산하고 이 값이 합격품질한계(Acceptable Quality Level) 내에 들어오는지 아닌지로 로트에 대한 합격판정을 내리는 계량형 샘플링 검사방식으로의 전환 가능성에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 계량형 샘플링 방식으로의 변경을 통한 시료수 감소로 시험비용 절감과 계량형 데이터의 통계적 분석을 통해 불량률 추정, 공정능력지수 계산, 관리도를 활용한 품질추이 확인 등의 다양한 품질 분석을 수행할 수 있었다. 또한, 제조자 측면에서 품질문제가 발생하기 전에 사전에 품질저하를 감시하고 품질경영시스템 보완을 통한 품질개선활동의 수행 등 다양하게 활용될 수 있었다. 역시 고객인 사용자 측면에서는 품질데이터의 이력관리를 통한 과거 품질문제 추적 및 우수한 품질의 신관을 확보하는 등의 이점이 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Recognizing the Two Faces of Gambling: The Lived Experiences of Korean Women Gamblers

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to explore the lived experiences of women problem gamblers, focusing on the meaning of gambling to them, how and why these women continue to gamble or stop gambling, and their needs and concerns. In order to effectively help women problem gamblers, practical in-depth knowledge is necessary to develop intervention programs for prevention, treatment, and recovery among women problem gamblers. Methods: The hermeneutic phenomenology approach was used to guide in-depth interviews and team interpretation of data. Sixteen women gamblers who chose to live in the casino area were recruited through snowball sampling with help from a counseling center. Participants were individually interviewed from February to April 2013 and asked to tell their stories of gambling. Transcribed interviews provided data for interpretive analysis. Results: In the study analysis one constitutive pattern was identified: moving beyond addiction by recognizing the two faces of gambling in their life. Four related themes emerged in the analysis-gambling as alluring; gambling as 'ugly'; living in contradictions; and moving beyond. Conclusion: Loneliness and isolation play a critical role in gambling experiences of women gamblers in Korea. In other words, they are motivated to gamble in order to escape from loneliness, to stop gambling for fear of being lonely as they get older, and to stay in the casnio area so as not to be alone. The need for acceptance is one fo the important factors that should be considered in developing intervention program for women.
