The remarkable growth of the Internet since mid-l990s has expanded the e-learning market and brought the transformation of educational environments and methodology. It can be said that the e-learning has changed the educational paradigm. Korean government is firmly determined to support the diffusion of e-learning because of the benefits of e-learning. People seem to accept the e-learning when its contents have high quality. A lot of research have been conducted on e-learning, however, it was mostly about user's usage intention, satisfaction and educational effect. It can't seem that sufficient research efforts have been put into figuring out the role of e-learning contents quality in the expansion of e-learning. In this paper, we present the empirical study on the influence of e-learning contents quality on user's satisfaction and educational effect. We conducted an questionnaire survey on college students to collect data and found that the quality of e-learning contents has significant influence on the users' satisfaction.

This study aimed to analyze the characteristics of good science teachings regarded by preservice elementary school teachers. It also aimed to suggest a direction of peer teaching practice to help preservice teachers' professional development. Adjacency pairs were adopted to analyze the characteristics of good science teachings. The results showed that pre-service elementary teachers were accustomed to adjacency pairs. Almost of their discourse were organized by adjacency pairs. 'Question-Answer' and 'Request-Accept' were mainly used in science classes by pre-service elementary teachers. Based on the findings, the study suggested science teacher educators to provide chances to analyze exemplary science teachers' science class or chances to analyze their science teachings in terms of competence of science classroom discourse.

In the latter half of the 20th century, the rapid change into the information society changes the concept of workplace. Especially the new types of office space are appearing to accept interaction and flexibility, which are the representative features of the information society. Therefore, this study is to suggest the appropriate office environment in the information society shifting from the territorial to the virtual, after analyzing the characteristics of space and design method for the Chiat/Day advertising agency in New York (1995) that was designed by Gaetano Pesce. As a result, in terms of the constitution and the arrangement of space, the non-territorial and the virtual features appear, and in terms of the analysis of design elements, in which various semantic connotations are used, horizontal, pluralistic, and fluid features appear. This kind of analysis would be helpful in finding new alternatives for the rapidly changing office environment.

The purpose of this study is to find the sand play therapeutic effect for a middle-aged woman who shows the depression because of her husband's debauchery. The client showed psychological conflict, also her children appeared the schoolwork problem and regression. For the pre-test, HTP, KED, SCT and MMPI were used. As a result of analysis she was under heavy stress and chose to sleep as a mean to forget herself. The sand play total sessions were 19. The subject of the sand play therapy were analysed the sessions into the chaos stage, the struggle stage, ego/self axis stage and the adaptation stage. Sand play therapy helps the client's positive change and accept in the sand play. The sand play therapy was effective and significant to cure to middle-aged woman with depression.

Importance and usage of the recommender system increases with the increase of information. The accuracy of the system recommendation primarily depends on the data. There is a problem in recommender systems, known as cold start problem. The lack of data about new products and users causes the cold start problem, and the system will not be able to give correct recommendation. This paper deals with cold start problem by comparing product specification and the review of the resembled products. The user, who likes the resembled product of the new one has more probability of taking interest in the new product as well. However, if a user disagreed with resembled product due to some reasons which the user mentioned in the reviews. The new product overcomes that issue, so the user will greatly accept the new product. Therefore, the system needs to recommend new product to those users as well, in this way the cold start problem will get resolved.

In multi-location inventory systems, lost sales due to stockout decreases not only retailers' profit but also whole supply chain's profit. Transshipment between retailers has been considered to be a major solution to the stockout problem, and many supply chains implement transshipment coalition among retailers. However, in practical situations, retailers occasionally refuses to accept the transshipment requests, mainly because they concern the future stockout possibilities of their own. Thus, the objective of this research is to analyze the effect of retailers' interaction under the transshipment coalition environment based on the simulations, and to provide effective policies to promote retailers' transshipment cooperation. Policies using penalty and incentive scheme are proposed, and it is shown that using proposed policies both the retailers' and the headquarter's profit can be increased.

This study is concerned with the development of the economic sampling inspection plan when it is possible to carry out a nondestructive screening inspection for the rejected lots by substitutive characteristics closely related to the original quality characteristic. It is assumed that the probabilities of those errors depend linearly on the fraction defective of the process. The inspection policies considered are as follows: take a random sample of size n from the lot of size N and perform a destructive test on the sample. If the number of the defective items is not greater than a critical number C, accept the lot. Expected cost functions are obtained when the process average can be considered to follow a beta distribution and the way of finding the optimal values of (n, c) is to be explored.

This study is searching the characteristics of transferred element in composition of architectural spaces ; it is ultimate goal that frame of reference is arranged system about path of horizontal direction is two-dimension and stairs of vertical in three-dimension as transferred element in Architectural plan. With the exception of stylized discussion or rhetorical analysis about these, it is analysed as element in physical order of a whole architecture in relation to another elements in composition of architecture spaces. And one who is perceptible and cognitive through spaces is the subject. Consequently , these elements are classified concept of location and circulation. And it can't think that the formal is divided the latter for accept behavior of pedestrican and thinking system to consider verticality and time property is absolutely conceptual elements in space of architectural plan.

The purpose of this study is to actualize the unit planning space. First, to understand various needs about residential space of apartments inhabitants. It is necessary for us to understand exactly what differences of residential needs and how different they are with todays's viewpoint because different residential life should be developed according to family structure, age and personality. Second, to suggest plan type as many as possible to reflect and accept various residential needs of inhabitants. The main bed room is normal used for the space of husband and wife, it is necessary to consider the room to be free from the main living room, to introduce variety in the area division or location of rooms an to mark kitchen and dining room as family room or pieasure room besides as a working space

Movement from aging society to aged society and to ultra aged society is a fact that we have to accept as reality. It also means that we are given a common assignment of supporting the aged. Therefore, this study dealt with forms of space of the welfare facilities for the aged in Japan that are being suggested as a plan to solve the problem of supporting the aged. Japan who has similar Confucian culture like Korea experienced the aging of population 30 years earlier and enactment of law 20 years earlier than Korea. Therefore, Korean policies, systems and standards for welfare of the aged have been following Japanese welfare development model. This study analyzed the small-scale multifunctional welfare facilities for the aged in Japan before founding them in Korea to adapt the facilities that are compatible in domestic circumstance.
