Purpose: This study was to identify effect of nursing organizational culture on job satisfaction of preceptors. Method: The subjects were 73 preceptors who were working for the 4 of university hospitals in Seoul, Daejeon and Kyong Ki. This study was conducted from Aug to Oct 2005. The data was collected by questionnaires and were analyzed using descriptive statistics, pearson correlation coefficient, stepwise multiple regression. Result: Job satisfaction of preceptors were significantly correlated among nursing organizational culture. The stepwise multiple regression analysis on job satisfaction revealed that nursing organizational culture was a powerful predictor of job satisfaction. Conclusion: The findings indicate that nursing organizational culture is important for improving job satisfaction of preceptors. Therefore it is necessary to develop of good nursing organizational culture for successful preceptorship.

Intermolecular interaction energies and conformer geometries of the hydrogen bonded acrylamide dimers have been studied by using the second-order Møller-Plesset (MP2) perturbation theory and the density functional theory (DFT) with 17 density functionals. Dunning's correlation consistent basis sets (up to aug-cc-pVTZ) have been used to study the basis set effects. The DFT calculated interaction energies are compared to the reference energy data calculated by the MP2 method and the coupled cluster method at the complete basis set (CCSD(T)/CBS) limit in order to determine the relative performance of the studied density functionals. Overall, dispersion-energy-corrected density functionals outperform uncorrected ones. The ${\omega}B97XD$ density functional is particularly effective in terms of both accuracy and computational cost in estimating the reference energy values using small basis sets and is highly recommended for similar calculations for larger systems.

The Kosudong-gul Cave at kosu-ri, Daegang-myon, Danyang-gun, Chung Chong Bug-do, Province was surveryed by this author on the 3rd of Nov. 1973, 6th of Jan. 1974, 30th of Aug. and 13th of Sept. 1975 through over several times field trips. Yoechon-gul Cave at Yoechon-ri, Gagok-myon, Danyang-gun, Chung Chong Bug-do, Province was surveyed by this author on the 30th of August, 1975. The enviromental factors of both caves checked the siftations for air temperature, water temperature, moisture and pH, as well as the faunae f both caves and ecollogically studieel them. Kosudong-gul Cave (1) The environmental factors checked was the same as table 1. (2) The fauna is 5 classes and 18 species and they classified as Troglobite......2 species-11.1％, troglophile.....5 species-27.7％, and trogloxene....11 species.-61.2％. Yochon-gul Cave (1)The environmental factor Checked was the same as table 2. (2) The fauna is 5 classes and 8 species and they classified as troglobite......1 species-11.1％, troglobite....4 species-44.4％ and trogloxene.....4 species-44.4%.

The ride comfort is more important according to train speedup. Generally it is defined as the vehicle vibration. There are many studies on evaluation method of ride comfort for railway. In the case of Korean high speed train(HSR 350x), the ride comfort has been assessed by statistical method according to UIC 513R. To verify the design requirements for the performance of HSR 350x, the qualification tests had been conducted from August 19, 2002 to December 2004 and the stabilization and reliability tests are carried out nowadays. Up to December 2006, total test runs and the accumulated milage of the train were 357 times and 164,000km, respectively. A total of 352 ride indices had been acquired through the on-line test from Aug. 2002 to Dec. 2006. In this paper, we have reviewed the characteristics of ride comfort for HSR 350x according to the operational conditions, such as load and track conditions, season and used time, by using the tests data.

This study shows how the service quality of port supply industry impacts with customer satisfaction and relationship orientation. Through previous research, service quality of port supply company is considered, at the same time, the key factor of service quality is divided into tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. Sample design is based on shipping companies which are registered in Korea Ship owners' Association and Korea Ship managers' Association from Aug. 8 through 26 in 2011. And total of 275 questionnaires are collected from shipping companies in Busan and Kyong nam. Result of this study would be utilized in marketing strategy for port supply industry. In the future research, based on analysis of port supply company's characteristics, the study for port supply industry which are perceived by customers could be conducted.

One hundred and thirty-nine thyroid nodules were evaluated by aspiration biopsy cytology (ABC) and were compared with the postoperative histologic diagnosis during the period from May 1, 1986 through Aug. 31, 1992. The correlation betwen the two diagnoses proved to be comparable with a low incidence of false-negative diagnoses, but with a relatively high incidence of false-positive ones. The sensitivity was 93.5%, specificity 89.6%, false-negative rate 6.5%, false-positive rate 10.4%, positive predictability 87.9%, negative predictability 94.5%, and overall diagnostic accuracy 91.4%.

Two new marine sponges, Halichondria jangseungenesis n. sp. and H. nagokenesis n. sp., of the family Halichondriidae, were collected from Uljin-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do, Korea by SCUBA diving during the period from Apr 2007 to Aug 2007. Based on their spicule composition and skeletal structure, H. jangseungenesis n. sp. appears to have a close similarity with H. panicea (Pallas, 1766); however, they differ in length of spicule. The spicule length of oxea of H. jangseungenesis n. sp. is shorter than that of H. panicea. Based on their spicule composition and growth form, H. nagokenesis n. sp. is quite similar to H. cylindrata Tanita and Hoshino, 1989; however, but they differ in length of spicule. The spicule length of oxea of H. nagokenesis n. sp. is longer than that of H. cylindrata.

During the 4 years period to be reported, 34 operations were performed on the mitral valve in the department of Thoracic and cardiovascular surgery, Korea University hospital, from Aug. 1975 to April 1979. At the first 1-year period, the closed technique was used in 12 patients. After that, open-heart surgery was used routinely; 8 patients had open mitral commissurotomy and 14 patients had valve replacement. There were 18 men and 16 women with sex ratio of 1.1: 1. The age of the patients varied widely from 18 years of the youngest to 46 years of the oldest-average aged of 32.5 years. All had symptoms and the mean duration of symptoms was 6 years and 1 month. Preoperative atrial fibrillation was 47% and embolizations were in 3 of 34 patients. The operative mortality was none for the closed and 14% for the open technique combined rate of 9 per cent which were valve thrombosis, brain embolism and left pulmonary vein rupture in deauriculization. But surviving patients undergoing open heart surgery enjoyed symptomatic benefits comparable to these of the patients of closed.

The metathesaurus(UMLS, 2003AA edition) supports multi language and includes 875, 233 concepts, 2, 146, 897 concept names. It is impossible for PubMed or NLM serve searching of the metatheaurus to retrieval using a query that is not to be text, a fault sentence structure or a part of concept name. That means the user notice correctly suitable medical words in order to get correct answer, otherwise she or he can't find information that they want to find I propose that the method of searching unified medical language system using automatic modified a query for problem that I mentioned. This method use dictionary that is standard for automation of modified query gauge similarity between query and dictionary using string comparison algorithm. And then, the tested term converse the form of metathesaurus for optimized result. For the evaluation of method, I select some query and I contrast NLM method that renewed Aug. 2003.

Telomerase reverse transcriptase (TERT) is an enzymatic ribonucleoprotein that prolongs the replicative life span of cells by maintaining protective structures at the ends of eukaryotic chromosomes. Telomerase activity is highly up-regulated in 85-90% of human cancers, and is predominately regulated by hTERT expression. In contrast, most normal somatic tissues in humans express low or undetectable levels of telomerase activity. This expression profile identifies TERT as a potential anticancer target. By using an RNA mapping strategy based on a trans-splicing ribozyme library, we identified the regions of mouse TERT (mTERT) RNA that were accessible to ribozymes. We found that particularly accessible sites were present downstream of the AUG start codon. This mTERTspecific ribozyme will be useful for validation of the RNA replacement as cancer gene therapy approach in mouse model with syngeneic tumors.
