While they are becoming more viable, synthetic natural gas (SNG) plants, with their high temperatures and pressures, are still heavily dependent on advancements in the state-of-the-art technologies. However, most of the current work in the literature is focused on optimizing chemical processes and process variables, with little work being done on relevant mechanical damage and maintenance engineering. In this study, a combination of pipe system stress analysis and detailed local stress analysis was implemented to prioritize the inspection locations for main pipes of SNG plant in accordance to ASME B31.3. A pipe system stress analysis was conducted for pre-selecting critical locations by considering design condition and actual operating conditions such as heat-up and cool-down. Identified critical locations were further analyzed using a finite element method to locate specific high-stress points. Resultant stress values met ASME B31.3 code standards for the gasification reactor and lower transition piece (bend Y in Fig.1); however, it is recommended that the vertical displacement of bend Y be restricted more. The results presented here provide valuable information for future risk based maintenance inspection and further safe operation considerations.

James Cameron's "Avatar" has broken the national record of movie ticket sales, and it caused the boom of 3D and 3D related fields. This research is focused on the appropriate ways to embrace the stereoscopic 3D cinema and the assumable result in Korea. The new stereoscopic 3D is different from the old fashioned analogue 3D, and it has many possibilities that may influence Korean film industry. Since 1990s, the number of Korean film school has increased drastically, and many of those who graduated from the schools would experience fierce job market. 3D converting projects that require a lot of film majored personnels would solve the overly supplied film majored professionals. Through Korea's hundreds of film schools, when they include 3D filmmaking in their curriculum, they can train and educate 3D related staff such as stereographer, convergence puller, and depth continuity artists, and Korea can be an important 3D staff train center in the world. Educating 3D filmmaking can produce a noticeable result in terms of accepting 3D cinema. Stereoscopic 3D cinema has many possibilities in many fields not only in cinema but also almost every fields that related to the imagery. With government's supports, the investments from the 3D related corporations, and 3D education in colleges would be fast and efficient way to embrace and accept stereoscopic 3D cinema in Korea in terms of the size and the profit.

According to the Ministry of Health and Welfare, "Status of Registered Persons with Disabilities", the number of people with disabilities is 2,494,460 as of 2015. The lowest rates of children with disabilities were intellectual disabilities (23%) and mental disorders (33.3%). The highest rates of screening were blindness (97%), heart failure (94.4%), and hearing impairment (92.7%). 65.2% of visually impaired people who have already had a disability at the time of marriage, and the remaining 34.8% can be thought to be the cause of high incidence of disability after marriage. 'SID (Seed in the Dark)' project was designed to recapture the visually impaired parent's desire for attachment and the space difficulties of the blind who want to be a normal parent to their children through a visual impairment of a father with 7-year-old daughter. Using Gear VR(Virtual Reality), the general public was able to feel the surroundings as if they had no vision and focused on the hearing. Especially, We expressed the sound wave visually and added the hilarious game element which grasps the terrain of the maze by sound wave like a 'blind person who perceives the surroundings by sound' and catches up with daughter. People with disabilities who are far from mental illness often have a form of family with children. The fact that the rate of childbirth is high means that there is relatively little problem in daily life. It is wondered that the rate of blindness among the visually impaired, which accounts for 10% of the total disabled, is the highest at 97%. This is because, in the case of the visually impaired, the obstacle is often caused by aging, accidents, or diseases due to inherited causes rather than the visual disorder. In particular, However, the fact that there is an obstacle in vision that accounts for 83% of the body's sensory organs causes other difficulties in the nursing process of children who are non-disabled. Parents do not know the face of child when their visual impairment is severe. Parents are extremely anxious about worry that they will be lost or abducted if their children are not by their side. And that the child recognizes the disability of his or her parents other than the other parents easily and takes it as a deficiency. Since visually impaired parents are mentally mature parents with non-disabled people, they may want their children not to feel deprived of their disability. The number of people with visual impairments has been increasing since 2001, and people with impairments often become disabled. In addition, there is much research on the problem of nondisabled parents who have children with disabilities, while there is relatively little interest and research on the problem of nondisabled child rearing of parents with disabilities.

The movie content, which is more firmly established as the best popular art, is the main entertainment content that reflects the current trend based on the most common contents and consensus on the culture of the global community. However, since modern films are more sensitive to popular tastes that appeal to amusement and stimulating emotions, reduction of opportunities for intellectual pleasure through appreciation of artistic expressions is inevitable and unavoidable. In this paper, however, we try to analyze the symbolic meaning of the short in the film, to grasp the inner nature of the film projected in the film, and ultimately to express the theme message. Effective symbolism exposes emotions to create moods and moods, and to express deeply with the audience, expressing the inner psychological state and will of the person. By conveying the meaning behind the surface image to the audience unconsciously, it is possible to transmit the message intentionally more effectively and strongly. In addition, it can be expected to create effects such as an associative action or an increase in contrast energy on the screen through collision of irony and image in the expectant emotion composition of the audience.

This researcher has sorted out the development process of death aesthetics contained in human art through advanced research. This research is a follow-up study of related research, which studies the aesthetic meaning of death in Alexander McQueen's fashion works. This study first classifies the aesthetic characteristics of death, and then analyzes and sorts out the aesthetics of death in Alexander McQueen's clothing works based on this. The results of this study are as follows: first, the aesthetic manifestations of death are divided into three categories: reproducibility, symbolic and religious. Among them, the representation of reproducibility includes the representation of real objects and the representation of virtual objects, and the symbolic performance includes two types of external performance and internal performance. Second, in Alexander McQueen's works, the reproducibility of death was mainly reflected by virtual stage scenes and costumes. Thirdly, the symbolic death is not only reflected in the skeletons and blood etc. directly related to the death of the body, but also in the various emotions and psychological states caused by the death. Fourth, the religious nature of death was represented in Alexander McQueen's works through such representative things as crosses and religious stories.

This study aims to examine the effect of leader' behavioral integrity on subordinate's change-oriented OCB via their team commitment along with the moderating effect of LMX. For this, 395 soldiers from military organizations where external factors were relatively well controlled besides their personal characteristics were selected and surveyed using hierarchical regression methods. First, the results showed that leader' behavioral integrity was positively related to subordinate's change-oriented OCB. Second, the positive relationship between leader' behavioral integrity and subordinate's change-oriented OCB was mediated by team commitment. Third, the aforementioned mediated relationship was moderated by LMX. Although this study targeted members of military organizations with more restrictions on behavior than private organizations, such as corporations, it could be meaningful in that it confirmed that the leader's behavioral integrity lead to subordinate's voluntary behavior of change-oriented OCB, which should be followed by efforts to make it more general by comparing a variety of public and business organizations.

Structural battery has been researched extensively to combine the functions of the battery and structure without gravimetric or volumetric increments compared to their individual components. The main idea is to employ carbon fabric as the reinforcement and electrode, glass fabric as the separator, and solid-state electrolyte which can transfer load. However, state-of-the-art solid-state electrolytes do not have sufficient load carrying functionality and exhibiting appropriate ion conductivity simultaneously. Therefore, in this research, a system which has both battery and load carrying capabilities using glass fabric separator and liquid electrolyte was devised and tested to investigate the potential and feasibility of this structural battery system and observe electric properties. It was observed that elongating separator decreased electrical behavior stability. A possible cause of this phenomenon was the elongated glass fabric separator inadequately preventing the penetration of small particles of the cathode material into the anode. This problem was verified additionally by using a commercial separator. The characteristic of the glass fabric and the interface between the electrode and glass fabric needed to be further studied for the realization of such a load carrying structural battery system.

Plastic, widely used as a material for contemporary art, get damaged as directly exposed to temperature, humidity, ultra violet, etc. And it is very quickly damaged in early time, once damaged, it can't recover into original state. But like this characteristics, there is a few advanced research in Korea. So this study deal with a rising value of plastic artifacts in other country, United Kingdom and France, current conservation state, identification and cleaning method. Also 5 types of cleaners(distilled water, ethanol, acetone, eraser) and adhesives(cyanoacrylate, epoxy, acrylic, chloroprene rubber) were evaluated by produced plastics(PVC, PE, PP, PS, PU). As a result of experiment, ethanol and acetone that were previous evaluated in other research performed in other country are the best cleaner. Result of degradation after adhesive, cyanoacrylate and epoxy resin showed better performance and stability. As a basic research, this study is expected that can be used in future researches.

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of experiential marketing on brand loyalty through brand image and brand attitude, and to ultimately understand the relationship between experiential marketing and purchase intentions. The subjects of the study were first-time participants of the 'Salomon Outdoor City Trail Run' sponsored by the brand Salomon Outdoor. Out of 223 questionnaires given to the subjects, 195 responses were used as the sample for analysis. SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 were used as the analysis tools. The study results showed that, of the elements of marketing including sensation, emotion, recognition, action, and relation, feel and action positively influenced brand image. Sensation and relation positively influenced brand attitude. Brand image and brand attitude positively influenced brand loyalty and brand loyalty positively influenced purchase intention. The study is significant in that it explores the effects of experiential marketing all the way up to the purchase intention, and how this is influenced by brand image, brand attitude, and brand loyalty. Implications of these findings for experiential marketing as well as future research directions are also provided.

This study derived the policy implications and market strategies by analysis the e-book companies requirements & the CPND value chain structure, in order to revitalize the e-book market in Korea. Specifically, we examined the prospect of e-book market in Korea, current situations of production and distribution, awareness of service utilization and requirements for support policy with targets of 30 companies. As a research, the most needed item for e-book companies is 'PR and marketing support to enter and open the markets'(27%), which is the highest. 'Financial support such as labor costs and business expenses', 'support for retraining personnel to develop the expertise in respective fields' are followed and they account for 22%. Currently, the most effective support item is the external support program(35%) and funding power(30%) is followed. Unlike a paper book market, e-book is turned into a platform business in terms of the value chain. Based on these research content, e-book market activation and corporate competitive strategy was derived as follows : 1)literacy reinforcement about SNS marketing and e-pub3 authoring tool. 2)statistical DB construction of retail sales channels. 3)diversification of the billing system. 4)The quality of the e-book content certification.
