Construction accidents are very serious comparing to its workers. These kind of accidents consist in the particularity of construction. The accident prevention task in construction requires both into immediate approach and longer range approach of instruction, training and education. Information concerning each individual accident, if the information of investigation has been done well, it provides information of prevention accident. At this point, this paper by examining 800 cases of serious accident researched by the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency from Jan. 1992 to Dec. 2000 specifically targeting apartment and building construction develops the construction information system to suggest the proper information of construction safety.

On apartment construction sites in hot weather environments, the high temperature of 30℃ and above and radiation from the sun cause iron and mold temperatures to rise, which lowers worker efficiency and has a negative effect on the deposited concrete. Therefore this study measured the temperature of D10 ~ D16 iron and aluminum items actually used on box frame apartment construction sites currently under construction, in order to give reference information to solve hot weather concrete problems. The temperature measurement results showed that for iron, temperatures rose to around 45℃, and for mold around 58.8℃, calling for safety measures for workers in case of possible burning and other problems.

Construction workers occupies only $10{\%}$ of the entire industry, but the $30{\%}$ of the critical accidents in whole industry occurs in construction industry. Since there are many dangerous process and lack of safety information measures in the construction industry, both short and long term operation in education, training, and information are necessary. Examples for existing accidents in construction sites will be very useful for preventing accidents. And if the research for individual accidents perfectly achieved, it will give valuable information to construction sites which will be very useful for preventing accidents. The object of this study is to develop construction safety information system to give safety information to construction process by work field. The data base are made from 860 major accidents mostly in buildings and apartments in year 1999 through 2000(KOSHA).

With the development of IT technology, cybercrime is becoming sophisticated and intelligent. In particular, in the case of BackDoor, which is used in the APT attack (intelligent continuous attack), it is very important to detect malicious behavior and respond to infringement because it is often unaware that it has been damaged by an attacker. This paper aims to build an EDR platform that can monitor, analyze, and respond to malicious behavior in real time by collecting, storing, analyzing, and visualizing logs in an endpoint environment in real time using open source-based analysis solutions ELK Stack and Sysmon.

For telecommunication system construction to minimize the casualty of fisher, we investigated the usability of TRS communication system and performance of GPS automatic position transmitter (APT) which can be utilized for the survival, search and rescue of the victims. The trial experiments were conducted at sea with TRS and CDMA in the East, West and South Sea of Korea from October to December. As a result, the usability of the TRS as an emergency communication system device was verified since it provided stable position and voice information to the boundary of 50km far from the coast. Therefore the system is expected to contribute to minimization of victims.

The boom of housing market lead to build a lot of apartment houses concentrated on the metropolitan area and developing new city in 1980's made 2,000,000 houses. In this time, quality standards could not be satisfied with consumers' desire due to the policy about excessive supply and come from unexpected defects in the complected buildings. In $1980's\~1990's$, It would be performed on the study for defect prevention in apartment houses. It has contributed in no way to the reduction at the rate of the defect outbreak and the solution of consumers' dissatisfaction by flaws. The reason is that the study related defects is not linked and applied by the managing and controlling system, Therefore, the study will be analyzed out defect information occurred on apartment houses of domestic construction and classified by type features. As a result, it will suggest web-based feed-back system for getting systematic information and the practical use.

Rapid progress in the modeling of biological structures and simulation of their development has occurred over the last few years. Cellular automata (CA) and Lindenmayer-system(L-system) are the representative models of development/morphogenesis of multicellular organism. L-system is applied to the visualization of biological plant. Also, CA are applied to the study of artificial life and to the construction of an artificial brain. To design the L-system and CA automatically, we make this model evolve. It is necessary to code the developmental rules for evolution. In this paper, we propose a DNA coding method for evolution the models of development/morphogenesis of biological multicellular organisms. DNA coding has the redundancy and overlapping of gene and is apt for the representation of the rule. In this paper, we propose the DNA coding method of CA and L-system.

In case of APT attacks, the update server is being used as a means of dissemination, the update program is running malicious code or data in applications such as anti-virus signature is vulnerable to manipulation, SW Update threat identification and prevention measures are urgently required. This paper presents a natiional and international SW update structure, update process exploits and response measures to examine, Through the extraction/analysis of a domestic famous SW update log, we are willing to select the necessary component of the normal program update to identify a white list.

This study was conducted to provide basic data for a transparent and fair bidding system by identifying problems and suggesting improvement measures through an analysis of the bidding status for construction projects and service-related landscaping of multi-family housing. To this end, we used the data from the "Multi-Family Housing Management Information System (K-apt)" that provides the history of apartment maintenance, bidding information, and the electronic bidding system to examine the winning bid status and amount, along with the size and trends of the winning bids by year, and the results of the selection of operators by construction type. As a result, it was found that out of the total number of successful bids (36,831), 4.4% (16,631) were in the landscaping business, and the average winning bid value was found to be about 24 million won. According to the data, 73% of the landscaping cases were valued between 3 million won and 30 million won, and 58.6% of the cases were in the field of "pest prevention and maintenance". 36% of the total number of bids were awarded from February to April, with "general competitive bidding" accounting for 59.8% of the bidding methods. As for the method of selecting the winning bidder, 55% adopted the "lowest bid" and "electronic bidding method," and 45% adopted the "qualification screening system" and "direct bidding method." As an improvement to the problems derived from the bidding status data, the following are recommended: First, the exception clause to the current 'electronic bidding method' application regulations must be minimized to activate the electronic bidding method so that a fair bidding system can be operated. Second, landscaping management standards for green area environmental quality of multi-family housing must be prepared. Third, the provisions for preparing design books, such as detailed statements and drawings before the bidding announcement, and calculating the basic amount shall be prepared so that fair bidding can be made by specifying the details of the project concretely and objectively must be made. Fourth, for various bidding conditions in the 'business operator selection guidelines', detailed guidelines for each condition, not the selection, need to be prepared to maintain fairness and consistency. These measures are believed to beuseful in the fair selection of landscaping operators for multi-family housing projects and to prepare objective and reasonable standards for the maintenance of landscaping facilities and a green environment.
