A Study on the Effect of Transformation Leadership on the Job Performance of Employees by AMO Model (AMO모델에 의한 직원의 직무수행에 미치는 혁신적 리더십의 효과에 관한 연구)

  • This paper analyzed leadership behavior and employee performance through empirical analysis method based on AMO theory. In this study, the ability of the leader (A), task motivation (M), and opportunity (O) were chosen as factors to analyze the relationship between transformative leadership and job performance of the subordinate staff, and the self-efficiency (O) and intrinsic motivation (M) were selected at the individual level and team atmosphere (O) at the organizational level to build a research model. 507 valid data were obtained from the survey and statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS23. Studies have shown that transformative leaders have a significant impact on employee performance. This study provides research results of empirical theory to understand the behavior of the leader in the performance of the employees and also suggests implications for the management of the company's human resources.

  • 1백40억년 전의 대폭발(빅뱅)로 우주가 탄생했다는 우주대폭발생성론은 1992년 인공위성 코비(우주배경방사 탐색기)가 보내온 데이터로 과학적인 뒷받침을 받기 시작했다. 그런데 우주가 대폭발로 시작되었다는 것을 1948년 박사학위논문에서 수학적으로 처음 제시한 사람은 랠프 알퍼(Ralph Alpher,79세)였다는 사실을 알고 있는 사람은 많지 않다. 대신 뒤늦게 빅뱅이론을 뒷받침하는 우주배경방사를 발견하여 1978년 노벨물리학상을 받은 펜지아스(Amo Penzios)와 윌슨(Robert Wilson)은 세계적인 명사로 널리 알려져 있으나.

  • This study utilized an analysis of teachers' use of smart devices in the class, which highlighted the impact factors, and elucidated the relationship between in fluencing factors. The Unified theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model is based on the study of extension and modification of the model proposed. For the study, a survey of 1,016 elementary school teachers in the Gangwon and Metropolitan(Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon) area was conducted. Was applied using the AMOS structural equation modeling analysis. The analysis examines the utilization of smart devices in class as factors affecting performance expectancy, effort expectancy of the main variables showed, Instant connectivity and Openness that has a direct impact on the performance expectations and effort expectancy.

  • Green consumption has drawn attention from various sectors of society recently. However, the "mismatch" of awareness and behavior remains despite consumers' heightened environment-friendly awareness. Based on the theory of emotional cognition and cognitive dissonance, This study examined the impact of consumers' expected guilt on green consumption intentions, and also introduced consumer cognitive utility to further uncover the mechanism in the process of influence by a survey of young Chinese people born after the 80s. Path analysis and hypothesis verification using AMOS showed that consumers' expected guilt not only directly affects the intention of green consumption, but also indirectly affects the intention of green consumption through the intermediation of cognitive utility.

  • This study is to investigate into the factors that influence the use of a military logistics information system in Korean army. We developed the research model based on DTPB (Decomposed Theory of Planned Behavior) because the DTBP is an appropriate model in a mandatary using environment through the study of previous technology-acceptance models. A questionnaire survey was conducted with Korean army solders and civilian components who use the army logistics information system and 266 valid questionnaires are recovered. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS and AMOS. The results show that perceived usefulness and ease of use did not affect the attitude of the use intention. The influence of colleagues and upper class officers was all satisfactory and computer self-efficiency affected perceived control of behavior. The results of this study will contribute to the further use of the military logistics information system and future development strategy.

  • This study analyzed the factors that influence the domestic SMEs that have introduced smart factories on their intention to accept at a higher level for qualitative advancement. 375 copies collected through an online survey were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS with UTAUT and the extended two-stage information system continuous model. Performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions have a statistically significant effect on user satisfaction and user satisfaction and CEO's will have an effect on the intention to accept the advancement. However, the suppliers' technology didn't have a direct effect on the advancement acceptance intention and user satisfaction has a mediating effect between performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions and the advancement acceptance intention. SME's advancement for smart factory, it is important to improve the satisfaction level and the CEO's will to become smart.

  • The aim of this research is to investigate empirically the interrelationship among emotional labor strategies, frontline employee creativity, service performance, and specifically examines the mediating effect of employee creativity in the relationship between emotional labor strategies and service performance in the context of bank industry. The data were collected from frontline employees of banks in Daegu and Gyeongnam. A total of 484 questionnaires were used for the final analysis. Consistent with hypotheses, the results of analysis show that surface acting has a negative effect on employee creativity, while deep acting has a positive effect on employee creativity, and employee creativity has a positive effect on service performance. Furthermore, employee creativity has mediating effect in the relationship between emotional labor strategies-performance.

  • Near-Field Communication(NFC) is a useful technology that is receiving worldwide attention. NFC mobile payment systems are being developed by many technology companies including financial institutions especially for the public transportation. In this research we find several factors for the intention to adopt NFC payment system. We surveyed 355 respondents who live in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam which became more interested by Korean as a post China country to test our research hypothesis. Using Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) we find that the factors of Social influence, Trust, Security, and Users' Convenience play the significant role to the factor of Intention to Use of NFC payment system.

  • The purse of this article is to analyze the effect of CSR(Corporate Social Responsibility) on organizational trust and job-esteem in the Hotel. Based on theoretical backgrounds, 3 hypotheses were derived and a regression model and AMOS was proposed. Analysis results are as follows: first, the higher degree of ethical responsibility and contributional responsibility have on active organizational trust positively. second, the relationship between CSR and job-esteem, only contributional responsibility affected intrinsic value and economic responsibility affected social reputation. third, the relationship between organizational trust and job-esteem, organizational trust had positive influence on intrinsic value and social reputation. In summary, the contributional responsibility among CSR was the key factors that affected employee's organizational trust and job-esteem directly or indirectly. We could lead employee's positive attitude as active charity and a portion of sale by returning to society. Therefore, Hotel should be improved employee's organizational trust with CSR consistantly and implemented policy that increase job-esteem as well.

The effects of Corporate Social Responsibility on Organizational Identification and Customer Orientation by Flight Attendants (항공사 승무원이 인식하는 사회적 책임이 조직동일시 및 고객지향성에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of corporate social responsibility on organizational identification and customer orientation by flight attendants. In this study, 2 hypotheses based on literature reviews were employed. Questionnaire was also developed based on previous studies. A convenience sample of 217 flight attendants was surveyed and 203 usable questionnaires were analyzed. Corporate social responsibility was divided into economic responsibility, legal responsibility, ethical responsibility, philanthropic responsibility by the literature review. Confirmatory factor analysis were conducted to validate the measured variables. Then the data and hypotheses were examined using structural equation modeling (SEM) by AMOS. The results are as follows. Firstly, 'economic responsibility' and 'philanthropic responsibility' have positive effect on organizational identification while 'legal responsibility' and 'ethical responsibility' have no effect on 'organizational identification'. As for the degree of influence, 'philanthropic responsibility' has a greater impact than 'economic responsibility'. Airlines should focus on the responsibility to the community as well as social contribution. Secondly, 'organizational identification' has positive effect on customer orientation. The contribution and limitations of this research were discussed and the future possible researches were mentioned.
