The aim of this research is to investigate empirically the interrelationship among emotional labor strategies, frontline employee creativity, service performance, and specifically examines the mediating effect of employee creativity in the relationship between emotional labor strategies and service performance in the context of bank industry. The data were collected from frontline employees of banks in Daegu and Gyeongnam. A total of 484 questionnaires were used for the final analysis. Consistent with hypotheses, the results of analysis show that surface acting has a negative effect on employee creativity, while deep acting has a positive effect on employee creativity, and employee creativity has a positive effect on service performance. Furthermore, employee creativity has mediating effect in the relationship between emotional labor strategies-performance.

This convergence research was conducted to understand the effect of university students' addiction to smartphones on self-esteem and self-efficacy, with stress level and mental health as the parameters. The subjects were students from three universities located in J province, and 303 questionnaires were used as the data for analysis. The data were analyzed with Pearson's correlation, multiple regression and pathway analysis by SPSS and AMOS. As a result, addiction to smartphones showed negative (-) correlation with self-esteem, self-efficacy, and mental health, while showing positive (+) correlation with stress level. In addition, the addiction to smartphones has an influence on self-esteem and self-efficacy with stress level and mental health as the parameters. Therefore, in order to improve the self-esteem and self-efficacy of university students, programs should be developed to prevent and manage addiction to smartphones, relieve stress and promote mental health.

The objectives of this study are to investigate whether individual characteristics lead to significant differences in job satisfaction among tax accounting firm employees, to analyze how human-oriented management and positive leadership affect job satisfaction, and to examine if trust in supervisor moderates the effects of human-oriented management and positive leadership on job satisfaction. To accomplish these objectives, we surveyed employees of tax accounting firms and conducted statistical analyses using the SPSS and AMOS. The results are as follows. First, there were significant differences in job satisfaction depending on job position, salary, education level, and job performance of individual employees. Second, human-oriented management and positive leadership had a positive and statistically significant effect on job satisfaction. Third, trust in supervisor moderated the effect of positive leadership on job satisfaction. The findings provides practical implications for the efficient operation of tax accounting firms.

China's rapid economic growth is continuous but the country still has a long way to become a center for creativity. Leaders have no idea how to encourage their employees to work more efficiently in Chinese companies. Meanwhile the majority of employees are not fully engaged in their work, sometimes they think their work is not meaningful. The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between transformational leadership and employee creativity, through perceptions of meaning in work and work engagement among employees working in XunLei Networking Technology Corporation. 140 valid data were collected and were analysed using SPSS and AMOS. Results showed that transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on meaning in work and work engagement. Meaning in work has a significant effect on work engagement, and work engagement has a significant influence on employee creativity. This study provides both academic and practical implications about transformational leadership and employee creativity through meaning in work and work engagement.

The purposes of this study were to find the correlation of variables, and to explore the mediating role of family resilience between stress, depression and internet game addiction. The subject of the survey was 204 multicultural adolescents. The data were analyzed with frequency, Pearson's correlation and structural equation modeling by SPSS and AMOS. The major findings were as follows; stress and depression were positively correlated with internet game addiction. Family resilience was negatively correlated with internet game addiction. Stress and depression influenced negatively family resilience. Family resilience influenced negatively internet game addiction. Family resilience mediated the effects of stress, depression and internet game addiction. In conclusion, it is important to intervene multicultural adolescents' internet game addiction through special education program and counseling in order to build family resilience.

Because services are delivered through the behaviors of people, it is very difficult to do the quality control and services failures are often happened. If services failures are not recovered by appropriate methods, customers make the negative word-of-mouth communications and have the negative intention to repurchase. The service recovery paradox demonstrates the importance of service recovery after the service failures. The purpose of this study is to investigate the antecedents of customer satisfaction of service recovery(CS), and its consequences of the CS. Independent variables of CS are distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice, and dependent variables of CS are negative word of mouth communication and intention to repurchase. Data are collected using the scenario method. Research model and hypotheses are tested empirically using the statistical packages such as SPSS and AMOS.

본 연구의 목적은 동해 울릉분지 천부퇴적층의 공극수와 메탄의 특징 및 상호작용을 규명하는데 있다. 울릉분지에서 채취한 코어에서 공극수를 추출하여 분석한 결과, 공극수의 황산염 농도가 퇴적물의 심도가 증가할수록 감소하며, 감소하는 경향은 크게 세 가지 (직선성, concave down, upward kink)로 나뉨을 알 수 있었다. 이는 모든 코어에서 황산염 환원작용이 일어나고 있음을 지시한다 황산염 농도의 수직적 구배를 이용하여 SMI (sulfate-methane interface) 심도를 계산하면, 남부울릉분지가 북부울릉분지보다 낮은 값을 갖는다. 반면에 메탄 농도는 퇴적물의 심도가 증가할수록 전반적으로 증가하며, 공간적으로는 남부 울릉분지가 북부울릉보지보다 높다. 또한 남부울릉분지에서 메탄가스 농도는 SMI 심도 아래에서 급격히 증가한다 메탄가스의 탄소 안정동위원소$(\delta^{13}C)$ 분석 값들은 대부분 $-60\%_{\circ}$이하로서 이는 메탄가스가 열기원 보다는 박테리아기원임을 지시해준다 또한 남부 울릉분지에서 메탄의 탄소 안정동위원소 분석 값들은 메탄농도가 증가할수록 낮은 값을 보여 주는 데 이러한 결과들은 남부 울릉분지에서 무산소 메탄 산화작용이 일어나고 있음을 지시하고, 메탄의 상향 분산 (diffusion)량이 북부 울릉분지보다 많이 일어난다는 것을 의미한다. 공극수내 황산염 이온 농도 구배와 메탄가스 농도를 종합적으로 고려할 때, 울릉분지에서 가스하이드레이트의 부존가능성은 북부 울룽분지보다 남부 울릉분지가 높은 것으로 추정된다.

SPSS and AMOS were used for correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and path analysis. As a result, addiction to smartphones showed positive (+) correlation with lack of sleep, and negative (-) correlation with interpersonal relationships and sell-efficacy. In addition, the addiction to smartphones has an influence on self-efficacy with lack of sleep and interpersonal relationships as the parameters. Therefore, in order to increase the self-efficacy of unversity students, plans and measures should be prepared to manage and prevent addiction to smartphones and lack of sleep, and to improve interpersonal relationships.

IT service is becoming a critical business operation in the age of information revolution. In providing IT services internally to other functions of the corporation and externally to other organizations, sharing of knowledge between business people and system people is known to become more and more critical for successful IT services. Purpose of this research is to examine the impact of IT service quality on knowledge sharing activities between IT service providers and users. Theoretical research model, through an extant literature review, is proposed here, consisting of IT service quality, relationship quality(satisfaction, trust and commitment), and the level of knowledge sharing activities. Survey results of 183 users indicates that IT service quality significantly influences commitment through satisfaction and trust, which in turn influences the level of knowledge sharing activities. Also, interestingly, satisfaction and trust do not directly influences the level of knowledge sharing,but indirectly, through commitment.

In order to advance into the MRO industry, the Aviation maintenance organization with suitable for the standards for personnel, facilities and operations should be first approved by FAA and EASA. The purpose of study is designed to arrange the standards required for personnel, facility, operation rule for approval of Repair Station maintenance organizations certified by FAA PART 145 of the US Federal Aviation Regulation. Also to consider the following differences through the comparative analysis with domestic AMO certification of the information in the Management, Maintenance Process, and Quality System for approval of maintenance organization authorized, the additional EASA PART 145. As a comparative analysis on maintenance organization certification in the country between FAA and EASA, this study could show us that domestic maintenance organization, certified manual contents are used by applying just many of the FAA system. And we could know that as part of the EASA maintenance organization certification process, airmen personnel were relatively systematically segmented and controlled. For domestic maintenance organization certification, operational as policy implications we would like to present policy implications such as the implication of rating system of Aviation Mechanic License like EASA, the financial support of the training center to resolve the shortage of the FAA or EASA license holders, operational organization as "CAMO" for systematic aviation mechanic certified system should be required, continued construction of hangar or MRO for airworthiness repair under Governmental support, and varied application of DER system from FAA accordingly.
