In this study, the factors affecting consumers' intention to use AI speakers were focused on the perceived value of the product and the perceived necessity of the product. Factors affectationist consumers' perceived value of the product were divided into benefits and costs. Reflecting the characteristics of information technology products, I included perceptions of usefulness of products. Empirical results show that consumers' perceptions of perceived benefits and usefulness of AI speaker products have a positive effect on perceived value and perceived necessity. Perception of necessity had a positive (+) significant effect on perception of value. Perception of necessity and perception of value had a positive(+) and positive effect on each intention of use. However, the cost perceived by consumers did not have a significant effect on perception of value.
With a recent rise of various chatbot services, this study attempts to explore the role of chatbot users'' psychological characteristics by applying the self-determination theory. In particular, this study investigates (a) the relationship between chatbot users' psychological needs(perceived autonomy, perceived competence, perceived relatedness) and user satisfaction, continuous intention to use, and (b) the moderating effect of chatbot type and user motivations. Based upon a survey, the results revealed that perceived autonomy, competence, and relatedness had significant positive effects on user satisfaction and continuous intention to use. The results also confirmed that the user satisfaction had a significant positive effect on the continuous intention to use. The moderating effect of social and relational motivation was found between perceived autonomy, competence, relatedness and user satisfaction. The implications are discussed for furthering the development of chatbot services.

Blockchain is a technology that directly connects each node to P2P method, except for the central server. A public blockchain is one of the blockchain types, anyone can participate without any restriction. If some node find nonce, which node can broadcasted data to all nodes. At this time, if a node that finds a nonce hides malicious code in the block, all nodes participating in the chain may be infected with malicious code due to the characteristics of the decentralization system of the blockchain. In this paper, to solve the problem that hackers can participate as an any node, we propose that a user with malicious intent can not participate as a node through a firewall with AI technology. This will improve the reliability of the propagated data over existing data.

For advanced TFT-LCD manufacturing processes, dry etching of thin-film layers(a-Si, $SiN_x$, SID & gate electrodes, ITO etc.) is increasingly preferred instead of conventional wet etching processes. To dry etch Al gate electrode which is advantageous for reducing propagation delay time of scan signals, high etch rate, slope angle control, and etch uniformity are required. For the Al gate electrode, some metals such as Ti and Nd are added in Al to prevent hillocks during post-annealing processes in addition to gaining low-resistivity($<10u{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$), high performance to heat tolerance and corrosion tolerance of Al thin films. In the case of AI-Nd alloy films, however, low etch rate and poor selectivity over photoresist are remained as a problem. In this study, to enhance the etch rates together with etch uniformity of AI-Nd alloys, magnetized inductively coupled plasma(MICP) have been used instead of conventional ICP and the effects of various magnets and processes conditions have been studied. MICP was consisted of fourteen pairs of permanent magnets arranged along the inside of chamber wall and also a Helmholtz type axial electromagnets was located outside the chamber. Gas combinations of $Cl_2,{\;}BCl_3$, and HBr were used with pressures between 5mTorr and 30mTorr, rf-bias voltages from -50Vto -200V, and inductive powers from 400W to 800W. In the case of $Cl_2/BCl_3$ plasma chemistry, the etch rate of AI-Nd films and etch selectivity over photoresist increased with $BCl_3$ rich etch chemistries for both with and without the magnets. The highest etch rate of $1,000{\AA}/min$, however, could be obtained with the magnets(both the multi-dipole magnets and the electromagnets). Under an optimized electromagnetic strength, etch uniformity of less than 5% also could be obtained under the above conditions.

The purpose of this study is to compare the correlation of clinical characteristics and patterns of disease. Subjects of the study were the adults(207) living in Geoje City, the diabetes mellitus and the hypertension patients(166) and the normal people(41). In the diabetes mellitus group and the hypertension group, blood pressure, blood glucose, total cholestero LDL-cholesterol and atherogenic index(AI) were significantly high. As the obesity index was getting higher, the blood pressure of the diabetes mellitus group was high, and the HDL-cholesterol of the hypertension group was low, but AI of it was significantly high. The AI was significantly high as serum lipid index were getting higher in both groups. The rate of the prevalence was very high in the diabetes mellitus group(74.3%) and the hypertension group(73.7%). The pattern in the diabetes mellitus group was in order of the hypertension, the hyperlipidemia, and the obesity but, in the hypertension group was the hyperlipidemia, and the obesity. The obesity index and serum lipid index of complex patient group were higher than single patient group.

Mighty is an imperfect information game, similar to the internationally popular four-player card game Bridge, but more complex in terms of game rules and operation. An environment for exploring and analyzing the strategy of the Mighty Game is required, but compared to the development of many simulators for strategy analysis of other card games such as Bridge, there is no analysis tool for the Mighty Game. Even the definition and understanding of the Mighty game at the academic level is lacking. To solve these problems, this paper systematically defined the procedures and rules of the Mighty Game. And based on this definition, we implemented a simulator that can learn Mighty game and analyze various strategies. For the usability and accessibility of the service, the simulator was developed with JavaScript, and various analysis functions are provided in the web environment. Lastly, comparative analysis with other trick-taking games dealt with in the related research domain showed that the Mighty game has its value as an incomplete information game and that there are many characteristics that make it easy to apply AI-based learning methods.

Recently, with the development of data processing technology and the increase of computational power, methods to solving social problems using Artificial Intelligence (AI) are in the spotlight, and AI technologies are replacing and supplementing existing traditional methods in various fields. Meanwhile in Korea, heavy rain is one of the representative factors of natural disasters that cause enormous economic damage and casualties every year. Accurate prediction of heavy rainfall over the Korean peninsula is very difficult due to its geographical features, located between the Eurasian continent and the Pacific Ocean at mid-latitude, and the influence of the summer monsoon. In order to deal with such problems, the Korea Meteorological Administration operates various state-of-the-art observation equipment and a newly developed global atmospheric model system. Nevertheless, for precipitation nowcasting, the use of a separate system based on the extrapolation method is required due to the intrinsic characteristics associated with the operation of numerical weather prediction models. The predictability of existing precipitation nowcasting is reliable in the early stage of forecasting but decreases sharply as forecast lead time increases. At this point, AI technologies to deal with spatio-temporal features of data are expected to greatly contribute to overcoming the limitations of existing precipitation nowcasting systems. Thus, in this project the dataset required to develop, train, and verify deep learning-based precipitation nowcasting models has been constructed in a regularized form. The dataset not only provides various variables obtained from multiple sources, but also coincides with each other in spatio-temporal specifications.

The aim of this study is to identify intelligent learning support functions in Learning Management System (LMS) to support university student learning activities during the transition from face-to-face classes to online learning. To accomplish this, we investigated the perceptions of students on the levels of importance and urgency toward learning support functions of LMS powered with Artificial Intelligent (AI) technology and analyzed the differences in perception according to student characteristics. As a result of this study, the function that students considered to be the most important and felt an urgent need to adopt was to give automated grading and feedback for their writing assignments. The functions with the next highest score in importance and urgency were related to receiving customized feedback and help on task performance processed as well as results in the learning progress. In addition, students view a function to receive customized feedback according to their own learning plan and progress and to receive suggestions for improvement by diagnosing their strengths and weaknesses to be both vitally important and urgently needed. On the other hand, the learning support function of LMS, which was ranked as low importance and urgency, was a function that analyzed the interaction between professors and students and between fellow students. It is expected that the results of this student needs analysis will be helpful in deriving the contents of learning support functions that should be developed as well as providing basic information for prioritizing when applying AI technology to implement learner-centered LMS in the future.
The purpose of this study is to understand the educational context including the actual learning process and learner perception using the embodied metaphor in AI education. To this end, a class was designed to utilize the embodied metaphor-based unplugged activity through a qualitative approach. Matrix analysis technique was used to analyze the data collected throughout the course of the class to analyze the experiences and perceptions according to the characteristics of the learner, and the learning context. The results of the study were: First, there was a difference according to the learner's prior experience in the effect on the representative knowledge and the subsequent practice process. Next, the embodied metaphor-based unplugged activity showed soft landing effects on practice and text coding. Finally, the organic integration of unplugged and plugged-in classes helped learners understand the potential of computational thinking.
