Exploring the Perceived Value of Generative AI and the Determinants of Continuous Use Intention (생성형 인공지능(Generative AI)에 대한 지각된 가치와 지속이용의도 결정요인 탐색)

  • By inputting consumer satisfaction as an exogenous variable into the value-based adoption model, this study explored the factors that influence the user's intention to continue using image-centered generative AI. Briefly presenting the main results, first, enjoyment did not significantly affect perceived value, but usefulness had a positive effect on perceived value. Second, Fee and technicality had a negative effect on perceived value. Third, perceived value had a positive effect on consumer satisfaction and continuous use intention. Fourth, consumer satisfaction had a positive effect on continuous use intention. Based on the above results, it is important to recognize the usefulness of image-centered generated AI and enjoyment in the process of use in order to increase the user's intention to continue using image-centered generated AI, and at the same time, it will be important to increase the user's perceived value and satisfaction by minimizing the reasonable fee and complexity in the method of use at the level acceptable to the users.

  • 미국 콜로라도주 박람회 미술전에서 신인 디지털 아티스트 부문에서 1위를 차지한 게임 디자이너인 제이슨 앨런의 작품 스페이스오페라 극장'이 AI Image generator Midjourney를 활용해서 완성된 작품이라는 것이 알려지면서 창작과 예술 분야에 AI 활용이라는 논쟁이 가속화되고 있다. 창작과 예술을 돕는 탁월한 기능을 가진 툴로 바라보거나 창작과 예술 활동에 아이디어를 제공하고 작품을 구체화하는 과정의 조력자로 환영하는 입장과 예술가의 작품을 허가 없이 훔쳐서 만들어 낸 이미지일 뿐이라는 이상도 이하도 아니며 도덕적으로 허락되어서는 안되다는 입장이 크게 충돌하고 있다. 하루가 다르게 빠르게 발전하고 있는 주요 AI Image generator를 살펴보고 창작과 예술 분야에 AI 활용은 어떤 변화를 가져올지, AI 활용의 긍정적인 측면을 예측하고 연구해 보고자 한다.

Transfer Learning-based Generated Synthetic Images Identification Model (전이 학습 기반의 생성 이미지 판별 모델 설계)

  • The advancement of AI-based image generation technology has resulted in the creation of various images, emphasizing the need for technology capable of accurately discerning them. The amount of generated image data is limited, and to achieve high performance with a limited dataset, this study proposes a model for discriminating generated images using transfer learning. Applying pre-trained models from the ImageNet dataset directly to the CIFAKE input dataset, we reduce training time cost followed by adding three hidden layers and one output layer to fine-tune the model. The modeling results revealed an improvement in the performance of the model when adjusting the final layer. Using transfer learning and then adjusting layers close to the output layer, small image data-related accuracy issues can be reduced and generated images can be classified.

  • 본 논문은 다양한 종류의 생성형 AI 용도의 UI/UX 중 텍스트 기반 UI/UX, 이미지 기반 UI/UX, 오디오 기반 UI/UX, 그리고 Multi-modal 을 기반으로 둔 UI/UX 와 같은 다양한 유형의 UI/UX 를 살펴보고 최신 기술을 활용한 미래전망에 대해 알아 보도록 한다. 현재 생성 모델은 다양한 산업 분야에서 광범위하고 다양한 응용 프로그램으로 사용되고 있으며, 최근 연구자와 실무자들로부터 상당한 관심을 받고 있다.생성형 AI 용도의 UI/UX 를 사용하면 생활에 편리해지며 시간과 돈이 매우 절약이 된다. 특히 사용자들이 편안하게 사용할 수 있는 생성형 AI 의 UI/UX 대한 연구방향에 대해 알아 보도록 한다.

A Study on the Work Process of Creating AI SORA Videos (AI SORA 동영상 생성 제작의 작업 과정에 관한 고찰)

  • The AI program Sora is a video production model that can be used innovatively and is the starting point of a major paradigm shift in video planning and production in the future. In this paper, through consideration of the characteristics, application, and process of the AI video production program, the characteristics of the AI design video production method were understood, and the production algorithm was considered. The detailed consideration and characteristics of the work creation process for the video graphic AI video generation program that will be intensified every year were examined. Next, the method of generating a customized video with a text prompt and the process of innovative production results different from the previous production method were considered. In addition, the design direction through the generation of AI images was studied through the review of the strengths and weaknesses of the image details of the recently announced AI music video results. By considering the security of the AI generation video Sora and looking at the internal process of the actual AI process, it will be possible to present indicators for the future direction of AI video model production and education along with the direction of the design designer and education system. In the text and conclusion, we analyzed the strengths and weaknesses and future status of OpenAI Sora image, concluded how to apply the Sora model's capabilities, limitations, quality, and human creativity, and presented problems and alternatives through examples of the Sora model's capabilities and limitations to increase human creativity.

  • In this paper, Generative AI is a technology that creates various forms of content such as text, images, and music, and is being utilized across different fields. In the security sector, generative AI is poised to open up new possibilities in various areas including security vulnerability analysis, malware detection and analysis, and the creation and improvement of security policies. This paper presents a guide for identifying vulnerabilities and secure coding using ChatGPT for security vulnerability analysis and prediction, considering the application of generative AI in the security domain. While generative AI offers innovative possibilities in the security field, it is essential to continuously pursue research and development to ensure safe and effective utilization of generative AI through in-depth consideration of ethical and legal issues accompanying technological advancements.

  • AI 기술의 발전으로 AI가 그린 그림과 인간이 직접 그린 그림을 식별하는 것이 어려워졌다. AI 기술을 통해 작품을 특정 화풍으로 그리는 것이 쉬워져 작품 도용과 평가 절하가 증가하고 있으며, AI가 인간과 유사하게 그림을 표현하는 경우 딥페이크 피싱과 같은 악용 사례도 늘어나고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 AI 그림을 식별하기 위한 인공지능 모델 개발을 목표로 하고 있으며, 데이터셋을 구축하여 인공지능 기술을 활용한 알고리즘을 개발한다. YOLO Segmentation과 CNN을 활용하여 학습을 진행하고, 이를 통해 도용과 딥페이크 피해를 방지하는 프로세스를 제안한다.

Non-pneumatic Tire Design System based on Generative Adversarial Networks (적대적 생성 신경망 기반 비공기압 타이어 디자인 시스템)

  • The design of non-pneumatic tires, which are created by filling the space between the wheel and the tread with elastomeric compounds or polygonal spokes, has become an important research topic in the automotive and aerospace industries. In this study, a system was designed for the design of non-pneumatic tires through the implementation of a generative adversarial network. We specifically examined factors that could impact the design, including the type of non-pneumatic tire, its intended usage environment, manufacturing techniques, distinctions from pneumatic tires, and how spoke design affects load distribution. Using OpenCV, various shapes and spoke configurations were generated as images, and a GAN model was trained on the projected GANs to generate shapes and spokes for non-pneumatic tire designs. The designed non-pneumatic tires were labeled as available or not, and a Vision Transformer image classification AI model was trained on these labels for classification purposes. Evaluation of the classification model show convergence to a near-zero loss and a 99% accuracy rate confirming the generation of non-pneumatic tire designs.

  • Due to the rapid advancement of AI technology, generative artificial intelligence platforms are experiencing innovative applications in various fields. In this paper, it examines research cases involving the utilization of AI in education, explore instances where generative AI platforms are applied in the realm of creative endeavors, and discuss the direction of utilizing generative AI in educational contexts. In the field of computer graphics, this study introduced generative AI platforms that are applicable for image creation, editing, and video editing. It also proposed platforms that can be utilized in the video editing production process. These generative AI platforms not only offer advantages in terms of efficiency, by reducing the efforts of creators and saving time in the production process, but they also present positive aspects in enhancing individual capabilities. It is advocated that their swift integration into education is necessary, considering these benefits. This study aims to provide direction for the expansion of creative education utilizing generative AI platforms.
