  • We design Collision Avoidance System using model vehicle. The purpose of this system(Collision Avoidance System) is to maintain continuously constant distance between a forward running vehicle and a following automatic guided vehicle(AGV). For this system, we design modeling of vehicle and observe this through simulation. By sing super sonic sensors to measure the distance between vehicles and controller using 80c196kc for changing velocity of motor, we design Collision Avoidance System as maintaining continuously constant distance between vehicles.

  • In this paper, we try to develop the controller which uses the block diagrams of SIMTool and internal functions CEMTool for planning the global driving controller for high efficiency AGV. We acquire the control efficiency by controlling the motor used each part of AGV driving controller. The block diagram structures provided with SIMTool is easily designed by the controller, and the monitoring and analysis of the results is researched by simulation. We expect to control AGV. robot and various plant using Ziegler-Nichols auto-tuning method and external I/O board

AGV 유도경로 설계에 관한 연구 (Guide-Path Design for Automated Guided Vehicles)

  • AGVS(Automated Guided Vehicle Systems) in material handling have been used widely since late 1970s. Implementation of an AGVS generally requires substantial study to optimize the design and performance of guide-paths. Traditional mathematical approaches have been used with limited success to analyze AGVS. These approaches, however, do not provide a practical tool for guide-path designers. This paper presents a new approach based on rules in designing and assessing AGV guide-paths to improve the design of a closed-loop layout. A framework for the integrated approach is proposed, problem solving procedures are explained, and a case study is reported to demonstrate the framework. Deletion of seldom used guide-paths, and addition of bypasses to solve the congestion problem, are conducted interactively and iteratively through simulation experiments. To visualize the results, a graphic control program is developed and integrated with the AutoMod/AutoGram simulation package.

  • Implementation of AGVS (Automated Guided Vehicle System) in CIMS (Computer Integrated Manufacturing System) generally requires substantial study to optimize design and performance of the guide path. This paper presents a new approach based on Jules in designing and assessing AGV path to have better design of the closed-loop layout.   • Auto Guided Vehicle (AGV) equipped with mecanum wheels can move in all directions, unlike ordinary wheeled AGVs. In this paper, we propose a robust trejectory tracking control method for the mecanum wheeled AGVs in the presence of disturbances. It is constructed by combining impedance control with Integral Sliding Mode Control (ISMC), which shows robust performance against disturbances, and adding a disturbance observer (DOB) that estimates and removes disturbances. Simulation result using MATLAB/SIMULINK shows that the proposed control method has robust performance in tracking the reference trajectory under the circumstance with disturbance. The control performance is further improved when the disturbance observer is additionally used. In addition, the performance of the proposed control method was verified through experiment. It shows the result of tracking the set trajectory well.

퍼지제어 알고리즘을 이용한 차량의 충돌방지 시스템 설계 (A Design on Collision Avoidance System of Vehicle using Fuzzy Control Algorithms)

  • In this paper, we introduce fuzzy algorithm similar to human's way of thinking and designed collision detection system of vehicles. First, before the model vehicles design, we did simulation collision detection using PID and Fuzzy Controller. As a result, P.O that is Percent Overshoot when make use of PID controller happened from smallest 32% to 45%. But, In case of using fuzzy controller they produced about 10% in 7% in case use 25 rule. We designed model vehicles that introduce Auto Guided Vehicle(AGV) with confirmed result in simulation. We set Polaroid 6500 sensor on the front of model automobile because distinguish existence automobile to the head. And we composed motor drive part to run vehicles and 80C196KC processor for control movement of vehicles influenced on distance data of the front vehicles that receive from supersonic waves sensor. In case of using Fuzzy controller, last value percent error happened about maximum 15% in smallest 5%, and we confirmed that distance with front vehicles kept when state hold time is about maximum 16 seconds in smallest 10 seconds.

  • 최근 산업 현장에서 많은 안전사고가 일어나고 있고, 현장 노동력의 부족으로 무인 로봇 시스템들을 도입하는 등 다양한 변화를 맞이하고 있다. 이에 차세대 자동화 시스템은 보다 유연하고 지능적이어야 한다. AGV(Automatic Guided Vehicle)의 경우 실시간으로 변하는 현장에 대응하기 어렵고, 새로운 어플리케이션에 대한 제품개발의 어려움이 따른다. 이에 대한 대안으로 AGV 인식 스택을 재구축하여 인간과 동일한 공간인식 능력을 갖춘 AMR(Autonomous Mobile Robot)이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 SLAM과 ROS를 이용하여 AMR의 기능을 구축하였다. YD Lidar 센서와 SLAM을 이용하여 주변 환경을 지도화 하여 로봇의 현재 위치를 파악할 수 있도록 제작하였고, 직접 지도상의 최적 경로를 파악하여 주변 장애물을 회피하며 주행할 수 있음을 확인하였다. DC 모터의 응답 특성에 따라 주행 속도, 조향각 등을 제어할 수 있도록 구현하였다.

  • A flexible robotic assembly cell is modeled using Petri net. A simulator is developed and used to predict the optimal status of the system. The assembly cell of flexible manufacturing system(FMS) pilot plant of Automation and Systems Research Institute(ASRI) in Seoul National University is modeled. The system consists of 3 robots, 4 conveyors, automatic guided vehicle(AGV) and auto-stacker. The simulator is programmed in Turbo C on IBM PC, supporting a simple graphic simulation with pull-down menu. The flexibility of the assembly cell in the FMS plant is guaranteed, since it is possible to predict the optimal status of the system using this simulator.

  • 최근 서빙 로봇과 AGV(Auto Guided Vehicle) 등 다양한 산업 분야의 무인으로 동작하는 수단에 대한 관심이 점점 커지고 있다. 이러한 수단이 요구되는 곳 중 하나는 공항이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 사용자의 뒤를 따라다니거나 목표 지점으로 사용자를 안내하며 무게 측정 기능을 통해 사용자의 짐의 도난을 방지하고, 사용 이후 자동으로 복귀하는 스마트 캐리어를 구성하여 많은 사람이 공항을 편리하게 이용하고자 한다.
