Accessibility of urban green space, as an important index of evaluating the service level of urban green space, not only shows the resident's access to green space, but also reflects the environment quality of urban living. Since the quantity, area and space distribution of the patches in urban green space directly affect the function of urban green space and the quality of urban environment, the research on the accessibility of urban green space holds great significance to improve the service of urban green space and the living environment quality. Based on GIS software, this research uses the road network and the population distribution data of Nanjing's city proper to conduct quantitative analysis of the accessibility of park green space and the convenience for residents to travel under different forms of transportation. After the case analysis, the author tests the application of road network in studying the accessibility of urban park green space and proposes a GIS-based method to study the accessibility and the rational layout of urban green space.

This study aims to assess Green-Tourism accessibility of Rural Experience Village and then prepare improvement methods. To do this study, we surveyed 25 operators of Rural Experience Village in Chungbuk. We used 21 issues in all for analysis and the following shows a summary of major results. Rural Experience Village has a generally hard time conducting facility maintenance. Countermeasures for maintenance are required to run smoothly. Since Rural Experience Village has difficulty attracting visitors to the village, countermeasures are needed to attract visitors through business promotion. The results of assessing Green-Tourism accessibility showed us that some villages are a lot more accessible than others. Therefore, it is necessary that there should be improvements of Green-Tourism accessibility by attracting visitors and increasing operating days so that Green-tourism accessibility can be enhanced. In spite of its high level of accessibility since Rural Experience Village belonging to Goesan has low profitability, it is especially imperative that we establish more positive project promotion to cover it.

Land price can be affected by convenience or psychological repulsion like PIMFY (Please In My Front Yard) or NIMBY (Not In My Back Yard) for various facilities. Services related to public establishment, welfare, medical attention, and amenities in rural areas are comparatively poorer than those in urban areas. The purpose of this study is to estimate the implications of the accessibility to community facilities in rural areas for land prices using a hedonic price model. The accessibility to facilities is estimated by real road distances and the land prices are applied for four types of land usages: field, rice paddy, building lots, and village halls. Community facilities are classified from public and community services view: education, safety, culture, transport, environment, health care, and finance. The results show that the accessibility to health care and transport can positively affect land prices and the accessibility to environment (waste facilities and junkyard) and unpleasant services (funeral hall and charnel house) can negatively affect land prices. Especially, the accessibility to hospital is the most positive influential factor for all types of land usages.

This study is regarding the accessibility for the disabled in the catholic churches. The purpose is to check the current condition of the accessibility for the disabled and to suggest the improvement plans targeted at 10 churches located in Yuseong-gu, Daejeon metropolitan city. Especially the current condition of the obligations and recommendations specified in the accessibility enhancement law for the disabled was performed through field investigation. Firstly, the accessibility for the disabled of each church was evaluated qualitatively as well as quantitatively. And then sequential improvement plans divided into three stages were suggested. Above all, the parish, management authority of catholic churches should establish medium and long-term plans besides legal standards. Even though the scope of this research was limited to catholic churches of certain areas, the result of this research is expected to help investigation the current condition of the accessibility for the disabled and to suggest the improvement plans in other catholic churches.

접근성은 주로2차원 네트워크를 기반으로 도시나 교통문제 등에 적용되어왔다. 그러나 대규모 복합 건물들이 생겨나면서 접근성과 같은 계량적인 측정이 요구된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 3차원 공간에서의 접근성을 산출하는 방법을 제안하고 기존의 전통적인 Space Syntax에서의 접근성 산출방법과 이를 3차원 공간 내에 적용하기 위한 새로운 방법을 제안한다. 본래 Space syntax는 거리나 시간과 같은 비용을 고려하지 않은 토폴로지 기반의 이론이지만,본 연구에서는 공간간 거리,층간 이동 등의 부하를 고려함으로써 공간의 깊이를 산출하였다. 개발된 방법은 캠퍼스 건물모델에 적용하여 비교 분석하였다.

본 논문에서는 장애인들의 디지털 정보 접근성 향상에 필요한 전체적인 환경을 조명하고 새로운 발전 방안을 제안한다. 장애인들의 디지털 정보 접근성 향상은 정보의 입력부터 처리 및 출력까지에 필요한 하드웨어와 소프트웨어는 물론이고 필요한 사회적 요소까지 모두 함께 갖추어져야만 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 기존의 많은 논문에서는 웹 접근성이나 장애인을 위한 IT 기술들에 대하여 개별적 주제로 다루었으나 본 논문에서는 이들을 컴퓨터 접근성과 함께 통합적으로 기술하고, 기술적 요인과 함께 사회적 요인을 포함한 통합적 발전 방안을 제안 하였다.

As the economy of Korea has developed, dietary patterns have also changed in many ways. Rural areas, in particular, demonstrate relatively lower food accessibility than in urban areas. The aim of this study was to examine whether or not there were differences in food accessibility between urban and rural areas using data of the Census on Basic Characteristics of Establishments, Consumer Behavior Survey for Food, of the Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey. Also investigated was how such differences would affect the frequency of food purchase, dietary intake, and nutrition intake by district. The results showed that districts with the lowest 10% in food accessibility had lower frequency of food purchase than did the highest 10% districts. In terms of nutrition intake, the daily average nutrition intake was not significantly different among districts. Yet, analysis of the amount of weekly dietary intake indicated that food oasis districts had from 1.3 to 3 times greater dietary intake than did food desert districts. These findings mean that the difference in food accessibility causes unbalanced food intake. Thus, the government must take a comprehensive approach to ensure that rural residents get greater food accessibility.

모든 사용자가 웹을 통하여 어려움 없이 인터넷에 접근 가능하도록 하기 위해서는, 웹 사이트가 웹 접근성을 고려하여 개발되어야 한다. 이러기 위해서 본 논문에서는 웹 접근성 평가 분석도구인 KADO-WAH 2.0을 사용하여 한국형 웹 콘텐츠 접근성 지침 KWCAG 1.0과 WCAG 2.0을 기반으로 15개의 웹 사이트를 대상으로 하여 웹 접근성을 평가한 후, 웹 사이트의 유형에 따라 웹 접근성의 차이점과 문제점을 도출한 후 웹 접근성에 대한 개선 방안을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 국내 온라인 학술지를 검색하고 원문을 확인할 수 있는 웹사이트의 접근성과 학술논문 형식 웹콘텐츠의 접근성 개선방안을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 국내 온라인 학술지를 발행하기 위해서는 논문투고관리시스템을 활용하고 있으며, 공공 또는 민간 학술DB사를 통해 서비스하고 있다. 온라인 학술지 출판 및 편집단계에서 접근성 관련 내용은 존재하지 않았으며, 국외의 경우 웹사이트, 웹콘텐츠의 접근성 제고를 위해 WCAG 2.1의 Level AA 준수를 목표로 설정하고, VPAT를 통해 학술지의 접근성 수준을 안내하고 있다. 국내 온라인 학술지의 웹콘텐츠 접근성 개선을 위해 학회의 편집·출판 규정에 접근성 사항을 추가하고, 학술지 편집자를 대상으로 접근성 교육과 온라인 학술지 접근성 체크리스트 개발, 연구자의 자가검증 제도화가 필요하다. 온라인 학술지의 웹사이트 접근성 개선을 위해서는 동등한 이용보장을 위해 웹사이트 사용 시 다양한 편의 기능 제공과 논문투고관리시스템에 접근성 기능을 안내하고, 학회 및 학술DB사마다 한국형 VPAT 제출을 의무화해야 한다.

The main purpose of this paper is to define the concepts and measures of accessibility used in various disciplines. To do this, a significant literature review was conducted particularly in fields of traffic engineering, transportation planning, urban economics, urban planning, and geography of transportation. The result indicates that each discipline uses the concept of accessibility in a slightly different perceptual framework and thus shows somewhat ambiguous definition. The result also indicates that accessibility should serve as a tool to integrate transportation planning into the other connected disciplines.
