헤어 미용실 점포 이미지, 가격, 인적 서비스, 신뢰가 고객만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 융합연구 (Convergence Study on the Effect of Hair Beauty Salon Store Image, Price, Human Service, and Trust on Customer Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 헤어 미용실을 이용하는 고객의 샵 선택 속성 중에서 점포이미지, 가격, 인적 서비스, 신뢰가 고객 만족에 미치는 영향 관계를 알아보기 위한 융합연구이다. 본 연구는 최근 6개월 이내에 헤어 미용실을 이용한 여성들을 대상으로 한 설문지 500부의 자료를 SPSS v.22 통계 패키지 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과, 점포 이미지(B= 1.321, p= .004), 가격(B= 1.189, p= .032), 인적 서비스(B=1.013, p= .000), 신뢰(B= .782, p= .000)는 고객 만족에. 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 영향력의 순위는 점포 이미지(β= .445), 인적 서비스(β=.377), 가격(β= .252), 신뢰(β= .167)의 순서로 나타났다. 따라서, 본 연구를 통해 고객의 헤어 미용실에 대한 점포 이미지, 인적 서비스, 가격, 신뢰가 높아질수록 고객만족도가 높아짐을 알 수 있었다. 고객의 샵 선택 속성들이 고객만족에 미치는 세부적인 영향력을 확인하였다. 그중에서도 점포 이미지와 인적 서비스 요인이 고객 만족요인에 보다 큰 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 따라서 점포 이미지의 향상을 위한 경제적이고 효율적인 방안을 모색하여야 하며, 인적 서비스 강화를 위하여 직무능력을 배양해야 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 미용 서비스 산업의 차별화된 마케팅전략을 확립에 기초 자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

한약재의 Cytochrome P450 결합관련 안전성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Affinity of Some Medicinal Herbs to Two Cytochrome P450 Subfamilies, CYP3A4 and CYP2D6)

  • Objectives : This study was performed to investigate the metabolic site of some medicinal herbs in the liver associated with CYP (Cytochrome P450). Methods : Cytochrome P450 is the major enzymes involved in drug metabolism and bioactivation. CYP3A4 and CYP2D6, the major CYP isoforms in humans, catalyse the major proportion of drugs available on the market. Scintillation proximity assay (SPA) is often used in studies to identify compounds that inhibit CYP3A4 and CYP2D6. 28 herbal extracts and radioisotopes were attached competitively to SPA beads, and followed by measuring the remaining radioisotopes in the medium. Erythromycin and dexamethasone, inhibitors of CYP3A4 and CYP2D6, were used as controls respectively. Results : Most of the 28 herbal extracts showed dose-dependent affinity to the CYP3A4 while some of the herbs showed affinity to the CYP2D6. Conclusions : These results suggest that most of the 28 herbal extracts are metabolized safely in the liver, combined with CYP3A4 and CYP2D6.

Revisiting the measurement of keratinized gingiva: a cross-sectional study comparing an intraoral scanner with clinical parameters

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the relationships between gingival thickness (GT) and keratinized gingiva width (KGW), papilla height (PH), and crown ratio (CR) by employing transgingival probing and an intraoral scanner (IOS). Methods: This cross-sectional study examined 360 maxillary anterior teeth from 60 patients. GT was assessed using transgingival probing with an endodontic spreader. KGW, CR, and PH were measured using an IOS. One-way analysis of variance, the Student's t-test, and Spearman correlation coefficients were employed for statistical analysis. Results: Higher GT was significantly associated with thinner KGW in the central region (P=0.019). There was no statistically significant difference in GT between teeth (P=0.06). PH was lower in lateral teeth than in canines (P=0.047), with a PH of 2.99 mm in lateral teeth. The KGW was narrower in canines than in central teeth (P=0.007). A moderate correlation was observed between KGW and PH in the central region (P=0.01), while a weak negative correlation was found between KGW and CR (P=0.043). Conclusions: A moderate negative correlation was found between GT and KGW, as well as between PH and KGW in central teeth. In contrast, a weak negative correlation existed between CR and KGW. The PH (2.99 mm) was lower in lateral teeth than in canines. The traditional paradigm, which suggests a positive correlation between KGW and GT, was reevaluated by measuring KGW using an IOS.

Intra-Spinal Bone Marrow Mononuclear Cells Transplantation Inhibits the Expression of Nuclear Factor-${\kappa}B$ in Acute Transection Spinal Cord Injury in Rats

  • Objective : To assess the effect of bone marrow mononuclear cells (BMMNCs) transplantation in the expression of nuclear factor-${\kappa}B$ (NF-${\kappa}B$) in spinal cord injury (SCI) in rats. Methods : BMMNCs were isolated from tibia and femur by a density gradient centrifugation. After establishment of acute transection SCI, rats were divided into experiment (BMMNCs), experiment control (0.1 M PBS infused) and sham surgery groups (laminectomy without any SCI). Locomotor function was assessed weekly for 5 weeks post-injury using BBB locomotor score and urinary bladder function daily for 4 weeks post-injury. Activity of NF-${\kappa}B$ in spinal cord was assessed by immunohistochemistry and reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction. Results : At each time point post-injury, sham surgery group had significantly higher Basso, Beattie, Bresnahan locomotor and urinary bladder function scores than experiment and experiment control group (p<0.05). At subsequent time interval there were gradual improvement in both experiment and experiment control group, but experiment group had higher score in comparison to experiment control group (p<0.05). Comparisons were also made for expression of activated NF-${\kappa}B$ positive cells and level of NF-${\kappa}B$ messenger RNA in spinal cord at various time points between the groups. Activated NF-${\kappa}B$ immunoreactivity and level of NF-${\kappa}B$ mRNA expression were significantly higher in control group in comparison to experiment and sham surgery group (p<0.05). Conclusion : BMMNCs transplantation attenuates the expression of NF-${\kappa}B$ in injured spinal cord tissue and thus helps in recovery of neurological function in rat models with SCI.

대학생의 스트레스가 스마트폰 중독에 미치는 영향 -우울감을 매개효과로- (The Effects of Stress on Smartphone Addiction in University Students -Mediator Effects of Depression-)

  • 본 연구는 대학생의 스트레스가 스마트폰 중독에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 우울감이 매개변인의 역할을 하는지 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 대학생 400명을 대상으로 2017년 5월 1일에서 5월 31일까지 자료를 수집하였으며, 그 중 유효한 381명을 분석하였다. 분석에는 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였고, 매개효과 검증을 위해 Baron & Kenny(1986)의 절차에 의한 매개효과 검증과 더불어 Sobel test를 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 변인들 간의 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 스트레스는 우울감(취업 스트레스 r=.353, 경제 스트레스 r=.193, 이성친구 스트레스 r=.138) 및 스마트폰 중독(취업 스트레스 r=.262, 경제 스트레스 r=.178, 이성친구스트레스 r=.190)간에 정적 상관관계(p<.01)를 나타냈다. 둘째, 우울감은 취업스트레스와 스마트폰 중독을 부분매개(Z=2.7151, p<.001)하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과를 토대로 취업스트레스 및 우울을 완화시킬 수 있는 교육/상담 프로그램을 제안하였다.

EFFLUENT FROM RUSITEC INOCULATED WITH RUMEN LIQUOR OR COW FAECES AS SOURCES OF MICRO-ORGANISMS FOR IN VITRO DIGESTION OF FORAGES

  • The experiment investigated the possibility of using effluent from RUSITEC (rumen simulation technique) inoculated with rumen liquor or cow faeces as sources of micro-organisms for in vitro digestion of forages. Nine forages ${\times}3$ sources of inoculum were used in a factorial arrangement of treatments. Rumen liquor was collected from fistulated sheep and faeces was collected from cows. The RUSITEC apparatus consisted of 4 vessels, 2 vessels were charged with faecal liquor and 2 with rumen liquor. On the 8th day of the experiment RUSITEC effluent were collected to use in in vitro studies. In vitro OMD (g/kg) values using three sources of inoculum (fresh rumen liquor, RUSITEC effluent from rumen liquor or cow faeces) were statistically significant (p < 0.001). The regression relationships between OMD using fresh rumen liquor and RUSITEC effluent were highly significant ($R^2>0.90$). The results suggest that RUSITEC effluent either from rumen liquor or cow faeces can be used as a source of micro-organisms for in vitro digestion of forages.

Human Liver Microsomes과 HepG2 세포를 이용한 약물유래 간독성 평가 방법의 최적화 (The Optimization of Method for Prediction of Drug-Induced Liver Injury Using HepG2 Cells Cultured with Human Liver Microsomes)

  • The aim of the present study was to optimize in vitro method for the prediction of drug-induced liver injury using human liver microsomes (HLM). Cytotoxicity test of cyclophosphamide and acetaminophen in HepG2 cells cultured with HLM showed that the newly established condition using 0.375 mg/ml HLM for 24 hr incubation was comparable or more sensitive than the previously established condition using 0.75 mg/ml HLM for 12 hr incubation. Although the cytotoxic effect of troglitazone was completely attenuated by 0.75 mg/ml HLM, it was augmented by 0.375 mg/ml HLM in the presence of the NADPH-generating system. The cytotoxic effect of chlormezanone, a withdrawn drug due to hepatotoxicity in human, was increased by HLM in the presence of the NADPH-generating system. In contrast, the cytotoxic effect of methapyrilene, a withdrawn drug due to hepatotoxicity in rats, was decreased by HLM in the presence of the NADPH-generating system. The present study suggests that the optimized in vitro method using HLM can be useful for the prediction of drug-induced hepatotoxicity.

병원 조직의 리더십유형과 조직몰입, 직무성과의 구조적인 관계 (Structural Relationship between Leadership Type of Hospital Organization and Organizational Commitment and Job Performance)

  • 본 연구는 리더십유형과 조직몰입 및 직무성과의 인과관계를 연구하여 병원조직의 조직성과 향상 및 효과적인 인적자원관리 방법을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 조사기간은 2016년 10월 6일부터 10월 20까지 이며, 병원에 근무하고 있는 직원 375명을 최종 조사대상으로 선정하였다. 분석방법은 측정변수의 타당도를 분석하고자 신뢰도 및 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였으며, 리더십과 조직몰입 및 직무성과의 인과관계를 파악하고자 공분산 구조방정식 분석을 실시하여 결론을 도출하였다. 결과를 보면 리더십, 조직몰입 및 직무성과는 직종(p<0.05), 연령(p<0.05), 근무기간(p<0.05)별로 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 개별적 배려(p<0.001), 조건적 보상(p<0.001)이 조직몰입과 직무성과에 높은 인과관계를 나타냈다. 앞으로 조직 구성원의 개별적인 특성을 고려한 배려와 능력을 발휘할 수 있는 리더십과 업무달성도를 측정한 후 합리적인 보상체계의 구축이 필요하다. 또한 직종별 뿐만 아니라 성별, 연령, 근무기간 등을 감안하여 조직의 성과를 촉진시킬 수 있는 상황에 맞는 리더십이 필요하다. 그리고 관리자는 구성원들이 조직에 대한 충성심과 애착을 가질 수 있도록 조직문화 형성과 관련교육프로그램 제공 등의 노력이 요구된다.

다중스트립결합기를 이용한 탄성표면파 빔 궤적 변환기 (Surface Acoustic Wave Track Changer Using Multistrip Coupler)

  • In this paper surface acoustic wave beam track changers using symmetric multistrip coupler are designed on the basis of the perturbation theory, and its characteristics are studied. SAW beam track changers, which have the configuratio of the periodic array of metal strips, are designed with the following specifications ; the number of strips : 140, the strip period: 0.25λ, the ratios of the strip width to the period a/p: 0.5, 0.375, 0.25, respectively, and approximately consistent with the theoretical values, and also the bulk wave mode and the 2nd-order effects are suppressed by these track changers.
