B.M. Munshi and D.S. Bassan defined and developed the concept of super continuity in [5]. The concept has been investigated further by I. L. Reilly and M. K. Vamanamurthy in [6] where super continuity is characterized in terms of the semi-regularization topology. Super continuity is related to the concepts of .delta.-continuity and strong .theta.-continuity developed by T. Noiri in [7]. The purpose of this note is to derive relationships between super continuity and other strong continuity conditions and to develop additional properties of super continuous functions. Super continuity implies continuity, but the converse implication is false [5]. Super continuity is strictly between strong .theta.-continuity and .delta.-continuity and strictly between complete continuity and .delta.-continuity. The symbols X and Y will denote topological spaces with no separation axioms assumed unless explicity stated. The closure and interior of a subset U of a space X will be denoted by Cl(U) and Int(U) respectively and U is said to be regular open (resp. regular closed) if U=Int[Cl(U) (resp. U=Cl(Int(U)]. If necessary, a subscript will be added to denote the space in which the closure or interior is taken.

This study on Mahāsammata Model of Kingship in Mrauk U Period from the 15^th to 18^th centuries attempts to demonstrate how the kings of Mrauk U or royal officials tried to claim this legitimating model of kingship and how they accepted this model of kingship and under what conditions the legitimate order of this model was lost. Vital to the adaptation of Mahāsammata model of kingship in the Mrauk U period is the claim that Mrauk U's rulers were direct lineal descendants of the first Buddhist king of the world, Mahāsammata and thence the clan of Gotama Buddha, Sākiya clan. This ideological model of kingship has a recognizable effect on the political stability of Mrauk U kingdom. While the Mahāsammata model of kingship performed as a belief of legitimizing kingship within the arena of royal court, the kings of Mrauk U tried to perform the related models of Mahāsammata, the ideal models of Buddhist kingship as dhammarāja and a cakkavatti. However, the conditions that fail to maintain the Mahāsammata model of kingship saw the weakening of the other related models of kingship, which eventually led to the decline of the kingdom.

While the bilateral trade volume between China and U.S. has been growing rapidly, the trade deficits of U.S. to China has also been expanding. This growing trade deficit of U.S. to China has several reasons: the increase of foreign direct investment to China, the transfer of trade deficit origins, the intervention of U.S. domestic politics to China-U.S. trade relations, and U.S. direct control on export to China. However, the increased U.S. trade deficit to China does not mean that U.S. is in a disadvantaged position in its economic relations with China, or its international competitiveness is deteriorating. When U.S. surplus in service trade to China is included, the picture would be very different. Also, as internationalization progresses and China's industrial structure adjusts, the trade deficit of U.S. to China would narrow.

T$\ddot{U}$V S$\ddot{U}$D Korea가 GNEC 인수를 마무리한 시점인 지난 10월 19일, 한강이 내려다보이는 여의도 대한생명 63빌딩 12층 T$\ddot{U}$V S$\ddot{U}$D Korea 사장실에서 라이너 블록 사장을 만났다. 인터뷰 자리에는 이번 GNEC 합병에 큰 역할을 한 김두일 T$\ddot{U}$V S$\ddot{U}$D 고문이 배석하여 인터뷰를 도왔다.

This study seeks to reveal why the U.S. House Democrats showed different levels of support in the voting of the U.S.-Morocco FTA, U.S.-Bahrain FTA, and U.S.-Oman FTA. Existing studies focusing on the constituency or members' ideology do not properly account for the variance of these three FTA voting results. All of these FTAs, however, were promoted as a part of the president's foreign policies. If so, FTA support in Congress could depend on representatives' evaluation of the presidential foreign policy. Based on this, the study analyzes how representatives' evaluation of President Bush's foreign policy changed according to the period of the three FTA votes. The vote on the FTAs has been influenced by their evaluation of the presidential foreign and national security policies.

The aim of this paper is to obtain nonlinear operators in suitable spaces whise fixed point coincide with the solutions of the nonlinear boundary value problems ($\Phi$($\upsilon$'))'=f(t, u, u'), l(u, u') = 0, where l(u, u')=0 denotes the Dirichlet, Neumann or periodic boundary conditions on [0, T], $\Phi$: N N is a suitable monotone monotone homemorphism and f:[0, T] N N is a Caratheodory function. The special case where $\Phi$(u) is the vector p-Laplacian $\mid$u$\mid$p-2u with p>1, is considered, and the applications deal with asymptotically positive homeogeneous nonlinearities and the Dirichlet problem for generalized Lienard systems.

In this paper we investigate the multiplicity of positive solutions to a quasilinear Neumann problem; $$ {\varepsilon^m div($\mid$\bigtriangledown_u$\mid$^{m-2}\bigtriangledown_u) - u$\mid$u$\mid$^{m-2} + u$\mid$u$\mid$^{m-2} + u$\mid$u$\mid$^{p-2} = 0 in \omega $$ $$ \frac{\partial u}{\partial \nu} = 0 on \partial \omega, $$ making use of Ljusternik Schnirelmann category theory.

In this paper we investigate the existence of nontrivial solutions for the following fractional boundary value problem (FBVP) $$\{_tD_T^{\alpha}(_0D_t^{\alpha}u(t))={\nabla}W(t,u(t)),\;t{\in}[0,T],\\u(0)=u(T)=0,$$ where ${\alpha}{\in}(1/2,1)$, $u{\in}{\mathbb{R}}^n$, $W{\in}C^1([0,T]{\times}{\mathbb{R}}^n,{\mathbb{R}})$ and ${\nabla}W(t,u)$ is the gradient of W(t, u) at u. The novelty of this paper is that, when the nonlinearity W(t, u) involves a combination of superquadratic and subquadratic terms, under some suitable assumptions we show that (FBVP) possesses at least two nontrivial solutions. Recent results in the literature are generalized and significantly improved.

This study demonstrates a basic concept and designing direction for the realisation of disaster prevention planning in u-City(u-BangjaeCity) that is from establishing a planning system in terms of the areas of professional disaster and safety management for the national disaster management. and designing disaster or safety management system via using ubiquitous technology for the scientific disaster management. In order to realise u-City it is necessary to maps out interrelation amongst various services such as traffic, environment and disaster prevention. Domestic and international case studies regarding the tendency of disaster prevention planing in u-City and its analysis could be the fundamental resource in order to develop the standard model of u-BangjaeCity.
