ISO 9001 품질경영시스템을 통한 중소 자동차 고무자바라 제조업체의 경영혁신 컨설팅에 관한 연구 (Study on The Management Innovation Consulting of Small and Medium-Sized the Car Rubber Zabara Manufacturer through the ISO9001 Quality Management System)

  • This Study aims to analyze the management performances of the rubber products from the perspectives of ISO9001 Quality Management System, which is a new management technique for management innovation, in order to secure the competitiveness of the small and medium manufacturers of rubber products for automobile as automobile application components. The results of the analysis can be summarized as follows: First, as the results of the analysis of effect of the (1) responsibility of the management, (2) resources management, (3) realization of the products, and (4) measurement, analysis and improvement, which are the 4 core requirements of the ISO9001 Quality Management System, on the management performances of the small and medium sized manufacturers of the rubber components for automobile, it was found that only the responsibility of the management and resources management affect the management performance. The above research findings imply that the company must absolutely rely on the upper ranked groups rather than the lower ranked groups, and on the responsibilities of the management rather than the upper ranked groups in order to elevate the management performance of the small and medium sized manufacturers of the rubber components for automobile.

  • This paper is to introduce guidelines for automotive and food quality management system. International standards such as ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 15161 are considered. This study is to discuss particular requirements for the application of ISO 9001 : 2000 for automotive production and relevant service part organization , and guidelines on the application of ISO 9001 : 2000 for the food and drink industry.

  • 본 연구에서는 $6\sigma$의 DMAIC, Ford의 8D 프로세스, 품질기술 분임조 개선활동, PDCA, S-PPM, 100PPM 개선활동, Feigenbaum, Juran 등이 제시한 다양한 문제해결 또는 품질, 공정, 경영혁신 등의 기법을 상호 비교하여 통합(Fusion), 공유(Sharing)할 수 있는 방안을 제안하며, ISO 9001:1994, 2000에 의한 품질시스템, 품질코스트(COQ)와 의 통합 구축방안을 제안한다.

KS인증과 ISO 9001인증의 통합운영에 관한 연구 (An Integrated Management System for KS and ISO 9001 Certification)

  • In spite of some similarities between KS(Korean Industrial Standards) certification audit criteria and ISO 9001 certification requirements, most of companies manage the two certification systems independently. In this study, we analyze two certification systems, find common points and propose a model or guideline of the integrated system management for small companies. This research compares KS criteria with ISO requirements in detail. A survey is carried out to check and review the situation of the manufacturers which obtain both KS and ISO 9001 certification. Survey results show that there is a small difference in certification management according to company's size, but some benefit points of the integration management regardless of company's size.

  • This study examines the effects of ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System(QMS). Before accrediting it, it is affected by the top management leadership and corporate culture. After finishing the accreditation, some companies form quality culture, but some companies do not. That affects the corporate performance. If quality culture forms, companies performance will be good. But if not, companies performance will be bad. The accreditation of ISO QMS is not the end goal for the companies but forming the quality culture will enhance the corporate performance.

  • This paper empirically determines the extent to which ISO 9001 certified small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) were able to attain the eight quality management principles on which the ISO 9004:2000 Standard is based. It employs the Analytic Hierarchy Process approach in determining the percent weightings of these principles and the self-assessment questions which form part of the ISO 9004:2000 Standards. Of particular interest is a weakness of these enterprises in formulating policies addressing the needs and expectations of shareholders and the society in terms of the community and the public affected by the organisations or its products. This paper makes a contribution to the body of knowledge in the field of quality management in Trinidad and Tobago where such work is limited. It adds value by empirically measuring TQM implementation through determining the extent to which its criteria are implemented in ISO 9001 certified SMEs.

  • CMMI(Capability Maturity Model Integration) has been recognized as a critical method to validate the competitiveness of software development organization since its introduction. CMMI imposes additional requirements on the software development organization which has been established and certified to the ISO 9001 quality management system. This paper reviews the similarities and differences between CMMI and ISO 9001. This paper also examines what ate required to deploy the CMMI on the aircraft software development organization which has been certified to ISO 9001. The results of this study will help software development organization to provide the direction for implementing CMMI. Some suggestions are presented to identify and strengthen the weak portion of the software process quality management system.

  • ISO 9000 family of standards are consisted of four international standards for implementing and operating effective quality management systems. They are interrelated and together form a coherent set of quality management system standards. ISO 9000, one of the standards, contains quality management principles, which is asserted to form the basis of other standards within the family. ISO 9001 is another standard within the family and contains requirements for quality management systems. This paper shows how the quality management principles of ISO 9000 are related with the requirements of ISO 9001.

  • This paper suggests the direction of documentation that enables the certified organizations to transform smoothly into newly revised ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System. Documentation and control of records are major concerns not only to certified organizations but also to consultants and auditors of certification bodies. The revised standards ISO 9001:2000 requires a significantly reduced emphasis on the needs for documented procedures than the ISO 9001:1994 version of the standard. This paper describes documented procedures and records be kept as a minimum needed by organizations in accordance with the requirements of control of documents and records. This enables each individual organization to establish Quality Management System effectively and perform continual improvement activities.

ISPS Code의 요건에 관한 연구 - ISO 9001 및 ISM Code와의 비교분석을 통해 - (A Study on Requirements of ISPS Code - By Comparative Analysis of ISO 9001 and ISM Code -)

  • IMO는 1994년 해양안전 및 해양환경보호를 위해 ISM Code를 채택하였으며, 2002년 12월 선박, 선원, 화물, 항만시설의 안전을 도모하기 위해 ISPS Code를 채택하였다. ISPS Code는 2004년 1월부터 발효되는바, 해운회사 및 항만당국은 본 규정의 시행에 매우 촉박한 상태이다. ISM Code와 ISPS Code는 ISO 9001의 경영시스템 개념에 기초하고 있지만 목적은 다르다. 따라서 이들 세 기준들의 요건들을 비교분석하는 것은 매우 의미가 있을 것이다. 본 고에서는 이들 세 기준들의 배경, 원리, 요건들을 비교분석하고 해운계가 ISPS Code에 적합하게 보안조치를 수립하고 이행하는데 참고가 될 제안을 제시한다.
