품질경영 핵심요인이 내부고객만족과 서비스성과에 미치는 영향 -해운기업을 중심으로- (An Empirical Study on the Key Faction for Quality Management affecting the Service Performance -Primarily on the Shipping Company-)

  • ISO 9000시스템이 품질경영을 향한 출발점이 되기도 하지만, 품질경영의 기본 골격을 형성하므로 ISO 9000시스템의 성공이 품질경영의 성공과 밀접한 관계가 있다는 기존의 연구들의 개념을 바탕으로 ISO 9001:2000의 핵심요인을 품질경영활동요인으로 선정하였다. 그리고 서비스공급자인 해운기업의 지각을 중심으로 핵심요인과 해상운송서비스성과 간의 상관관계와 매개변수로서 내부고객만족과 고객지향성의 역할을 검정하였다. 이러한 설계는 품질경영활동을 실행하고 성과를 실현시키는 주체들이 각 핵심요인들과 성과에 관한 상관관계를 가장 잘 이해하고 있다는 인식에 기초를 둔 것이다. 본 연구의 실증분석 결과를 통해서 ISO 9000의 '경영책임', '자원관리', '서비스 및 제품실현'과 '측정, 분석 및 개선'의 네 가지 핵심요인이 내부고객만족, 고객지향성 및 서비스성과에 미치는 영향과 해운기업의 내부고객만족이 고객지향성과 어떠한 상관관계가 있는 가를 검정하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 해운기업이 품질경영활동을 전개하는데 있어서, 각 요인들의 중요성과 품질경영활동의 개선점을 파악하는데 중요한 시사점을 제공해 줄 수 있을 것이다.

자연산 산삼 증류약침의 혈맥주입 전.후 혈장의 Proteom 분석 (Analysis of Serum proteom before and after Intravenous Injection of wild ginseng herbal acupuncture)

  • Objectives : To observe changes in the serum proteins before and after intravenous injection of wild ginseng herbal acupuncture. Methods : Blood was collected before and after the administration of wild ginseng herbal acupuncture and only the serum was centrifuged. Then differences in the spots on the scanned image after running 2-Dimensionl electrophoresis were located and conducted mass analysis and protein identification. Results : Following results were obtained from the comparative analysis of serum proteins before and after the administration of wild ginseng herbal acupuncture. 1. 28 spots were identified before and after the administration. 2. In confirming manifestation degree, spots with more than two-times increase were 204, 803, 1505, 2205, 3105, 7104, 9001 spots, with more than one-time increase were 1101, 1302, 2013, 3009, 3010, 4002, 4009, 6706, 7103, 8006, 8101, and spots with decrease were 205, 801, 3205, 5202, 6105. 3. After conducting protein identification, proteins 205, 804, 1302, 4009, 6105, 6106 are unidentified yet, and 1101 is unnamed protein. Protein 204 is identified as complement receptor CR2-C3d, 801 as YAP1 protein, 803 as antitrypsin polymer, 1505 as PRO0684, 2013 and 3010 as proapolipoprotein, 2205 as USP48, 2403 as vitamin D binding protein, 3009 as complement component 4A preprotein, 3105 as immunoglobulin lambda chain, 3205 as transthyretin, 4002 as Ras-related protein Ral-A, 4204 as beta actin, 5202 and 7104 as apolipoprotein L1, 6704 as alpha 2 macroglobulin precursor, 7103 as complement component 3 precursor, 8006 as testis-specific protein Y, 8101 as Transferrin, 9001 as(Alpha-Oxy, Beta-(C112g)deoxy) T-State Human Hemoglobin, and 9003 as human hemoglobin. 4. Immune protein CR2-C3d, which acts against microbes and pathogenic organisms, and Antitrypsin(803), which is secreted with inflammatory response in the lungs, were increased by more than 200% after the administration of herbal acupuncture. 5. Immunoglobulin lambda chain(3105), Alpha-Oxy, Beta-(C112g)deoxy T-State Human Hemoglobin(9001), and human hemoglobin(9003) were increased by more than two-times after the administration of herbal acupuncture. 6. Proapolipoprotein(2013, 3010) and apolipoprotein(7104), key components of the HDL-cholesterol which plays an important role in preventing arteriosclerosis, were increased after the administration of herbal acupuncture. 7. Vitamin D binding protein(DBP, 2403), protecting the lung at the time of inflammatory response, was increased after the administration of herbal acupuncture. 8. Transthyretin(TTR, 3205), which is the main protein causing familial aimyloid polyneuropathy(FAP), was decreased after the administration of herbal acupuncture. 9. Ras-related protein Ral-A(4002) that controls phospholipid metabolism, cytoskeletal formation, and membrane traffic, was increased after the administration of herbal acupuncture. 10. Testis-specific protein Y(8006), which takes part in determination of the gender, was increased by more than two-times after the administration of herbal acupuncture. 11. Transferrin(8101), T-State Human Hemoblobin(9001), and Human Hemoblobin(9003) which balances the iron level in the body, were increased after the administration of herbal acupuncture. Conousion : Above results support the notion that intravenous injection of cultivated wild ginseng herbal acupuncture induce changes in serum proteins and this research can be a pioneer work in finding biomarkers.

발주자.설계자.시공자.감리자의 품질 의견차이 개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of Opinion Gap for Quality among Owner, Designer, Constructor and Supervisor in Construction Industry.)

  • The aim of this study is to improve quality system through mutual understanding for the opinion gap among interested parties such as owner, designer, constructor and supervisor in construction industry. The survey to the owners, designers, constructors, and supervisors who are in charge of quality of the 183 architectural projects being constructed has been performed for investigating the importance and actual level of quality and quality factors. Questionnaires are based on the quality factors shown in ISO 9001:2000 international quality management system requirements. There are distinct opinion gaps for quality among owner, designer, constructor, and supervisor who working for the same architectural projects.

  • An SIW cavity is a useful tool to design an FSS which shows a rapid roll-off rate and insensitivity to polarizations and incident angles of electromagnetic waves. However, due to its high Q-factor, the FSS also shows narrow bandwidth which is undesirable for high-capacity communication. To address this drawback, we propose a novel technique to enhance the bandwidth while maintaining similar frequency response characteristics and minimizing the increase of the overall thickness of the SIW cavity FSS. In order to verify the performance of the technique, simulated frequency responses will be provided. Also, a parameter which affects the bandwidth will be studied. Finally the stability to polarizations and incident angles will be observed through the simulated results.

  • This paper proposes the leader-follower based formation control method for multiple mobile robots. The controller is designed using the measurements of the follower robot such as the relative distance and angle between the leader and the follower. This means that the follower robot does not require the information of the leader robot while keeping the desired formation. Therefore, the proposed control method can reduce the communication loss and the cost for hardware. From Lyapunov stability theory, it is shown that all error signals in the closed-loop system are uniformly ultimately bounded. Finally, simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control system.

연구개발 조직의 표준 프로세스 개발 및 지속적인 개선을 위한 체계적인 접근방법 (Systematic Approaches to Develop and Improve the Standard Processes of an R&D Organization)

  • In today's R&D environment, as the complexity of IT systems increases and the expected quality level for R&D outcomes enlarges, it has been critical issues for us to effectively define and improve the R&D standard processes tailored for our organization and projects. To meet this needs, we defined the R&D standard processes based on the international standards for systems and software engineering and our existing traditional work methods, and then applied them of our ongoing projects. Now, we are improving our defined R&D standard processes continuously by monitoring of the processes and products and through the feedback of the application results. In this paper, we introduce the R&D standard process model developed by our organization (E research Institute in Korea) and the requirements and approaches used for their development and improvement. We compare our defined R&D standard processes with ISO/IEC 15288 which is the international standards for systems engineering and summarize the lessons learned through their development and improvement.

  • This paper aims to explore effective ways to improve inspection service and develop customer-centered inspection administration, by carrying out a case study on the K Society of Ship Inspection. The methods applied for this research project are as follows, 1) sector-based examination of the existence of the ISO 9001 system; 2) evaluation of the operation of the system; 3) conduction of a survey questionnaire with the participation of all staff and inspections institutes to analyze customer satisfaction of their inspection service, and 4) statistical analysis of the data collected from the survey questionnaire.

  • As more and more companies pursue ISO 9000 certification, the adaptation of ISO 9000 has brought about some significant positive effects to domestic quality systems However, somenegative results occurred in domestic industries rushing to fulfill the requirements of these new quality systems. The primary objective of this research is to provide the efficient implemen tation process of ISO 9000 certification on the basis of total quality management concerning with ISO/ DIS 9000:2000, ISO/ DIS 9001:2000, ISO/DIS 9004:2000. this study has been conducted using the data collected from 325 Korean small and medium manufacturing companies which registered ISO 9000 certification in March 2000. The first, the adoption of a quality manage ment system needs to be a strategic decision of the organization. The design period of the adoption of a quality management system is influenced by the size of the organization, the products process, KS certification, the rate of management.

고속 DIO(Digital I/O) 시스템의 설계와 제작 (Design and Implementation of a Fast DIO(Digital I/O) System)

  • High speed PC-based DIO(Digital I/O) system that consists of a master device and slave I/O devices is developed. The PCI interfaced master device controls all of serial communications, reducing the load on the CPU to a minimum. The slave device is connected from the master device and another slave device is connected to the slave device, it can repeated to maximum 64 slave devices. The slave device has 3 types I/O mode, such as 16 bits input-only, 16 bits output-only, and 8bits input-output. The master device has 2 rings which can take 64 slaves each. Therefore, total I/O points covered by the master is 2048 points. The slave features 3 types of input/output function interchangeability by DIP switch settings. Library, application, and device driver software for the DIO system that have a secure and a convenient functionality are developed.

  • This paper is related to the effect analysis of certification of ISO 9000 Quality Management System. We collect and analyze the field data of certification costs and profit from companies that are located at southeast area in Korea. The effect analysis is based on the type and scale of companies. We use defective rate and inventory turnover rate as the criterion of positive effect after certification. As a result, we may conclude that the certification of ISO Quality Management System gives companies positive effects.
