The effects of surge arresters for protection of transmission systems against direct lightning strokes have already been reviewed using Electromagnetic Transients Program(EMTP). Distribution lines are spanned in much larger area than transmission lines, and therefore, are more susceptible to lightning strokes. We have modelled the 22.9kV underground distribution cable systems that have arresters and grounding wires. And this paper analyzes the overvoltages on underground distribution cable systems when direct lightning strokes strike on the overhead grounding wire using EMTP. Then we investigated that (1) the effects of lightning stroke according to underground distribution cable length (2) voltages at the riser pole and at the cable terminal according to installation of arrester. This study will provide insulation coordination methods for reasonable systems design in 22.9kV underground distribution cable systems.

본 논문의 목적은 보행 시 대퇴절단인의 엉덩관절과 무릎관절의 협응을 평가하고, 건측과 의지측의 대칭성에 대하여 평가하는 것이다. 본 연구에는 7명의 대퇴절단인($46.4{\pm}10.7$세, $174.8{\pm}3.5cm$, $78.3{\pm}9.7kg$)와 7명의 비절단인($24.0{\pm}4.5$세, $174.5{\pm}5.9cm$, $66.9{\pm}9.4kg$)가 참여하였다. 이들은 편한 속도로 10m 평지보행을 하였으며, 이때 보행 분석시스템을 이용하여 엉덩관절과 무릎관절의 각도와 각속도를 측정하였으며, 이를 기반으로 입각기와 유각기의 연속상대위상(CRP), CRP의 표준편차(CRP_SD) 및 이들의 대칭지수(SI)를 계산하였다. 그 결과 비절단인의 경우 CRP 및 CRP_SD는 좌우가 차이가 없었지만 (모두 p>0.05), 대퇴절단인의 경우는 입각기의 CRP를 제외하고는 모두 유의한 차이를 보였다 (모두 p<0.05). 또한 비절단인과 대퇴절단인간의 SI는 모두 유의한 차이를 보였다 (all p<0.05). 결론적으로 대퇴절단인의 경우 하지의 협응이 변화되며, 건측과 의지측의 좌우 비대칭이 발생하는 것을 확인하였다.

Novel mononuclear group 13 metal complexes with the formula (R2M){NC5H4C(CH3)NNC(S)NH(C6H5)} (M=Al, R=iC4H9 (1); M=Ga, R=iC4H9 (2); M=Al, R=CH2SiMe3 (3); M=Ga, R=CH2SiMe3 (4)) result when 2-acetyl pyridine 4-phenyl-thiosemicarbazone ligand is mixed with trialkyl aluminum or trialkylgallium. These compounds 1-4 are characterized by microanalysis, NMR (1H, 13C) spectroscopy, mass spectra, and singlecrystal X-ray diffraction. X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis reveals that 1 is mononuclear metal compound with coordination number of 5 and N, N, S-coordination mode.

The aims of this paper are to characterize the transient overvoltages(TOVs) and to evaluate the risk occurring at 22.9kV consumer's substation. The measurements of lightning- and switching-caused TOVs were made during Mar. 2013 and Feb. 2014. As a consequence, 47 events of TOVs were recorded and 4 of them were higher than the input voltage envelope(IVE) of the information technology industry council(ITI) curve. The measured TOVs are characterized by longer front times and longer durations compared to the $1.2/50{\mu}s$ standard impulse voltage waveform, and some of them represent bipolar waves with lower oscillation frequencies. It suggests that the test of non-standard impulse voltage waveforms is needed for effective risk assessments of power apparatus. Lightning- and switching-caused TOVs exceeding IVE of ITI curve are induced at the secondary of 22.9kV potential transformer(PT). We may, therefore, conclude that the surge protection devices should be applied at the secondary of PT and the surge absorbers should be installed at the primary of VCB or PT. The results presented in this paper could be useful to design the reasonable insulation coordination for 22.9kV consumer's substation.

The hydrothermal reaction of Ni(NO₃)·6H₂O with 4.4'-oxybis(benzoic acid) (OBCH₂) and trans-1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethylene (bipyen) led to the formation of a 3-dimensional coordination polymer with the empirical formular of [Ni(OBC)(bipyen)]·H₂O. The complex has been characterized by X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, TGA, IR, X-ray power diffraction (XRPD), It crystallized triclinic space group P1 with a = 9.280(2)Å., b = 11.317(4) Å, c = 12.442(3) Å, Z = 2, R (ωR₂) = 0.0346 (0.0846).

목적 : 본 연구는 발달장애 아동을 대상으로 가상현실게임 프로그램이 눈-손 협응력에 어떤 영향을 주는지에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 연구방법 : 발달장애아동 6명을 대상으로 그 중에 3명을 감각통합 프로그램과 가상현실게임 프로그램을 실시하는 실험군으로 선정하였고, 나머지 3명의 아동들은 감각통합 프로그램만을 실시는 대조군으로 선정하였다. 2013년 9월부터 10월까지, 총 10회의 프로그램을 실시하였다. 한국판 시지각 발달검사(K-DTVP-2) 중 하위 항목인 눈-손 협응을 사전-사후평가로 실시하여 결과로 나온 점수를 비교분석하였다. 결과 : 가상현실프로그램에 참여한 아동이 가상현실 프로그램 참여전보다 참여후가 눈-손 협응 능력의 평균점수가 높았고 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다(p>0.044). 감각통합 프로그램에 참여한 아동이 감각통합 프로그램 참여 전보다 참여 후가 눈-손 협응 능력의 평균점수가 높았으나 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 실험군과 대조군 간에는 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 결론 : 가상현실게임 프로그램을 이용한 훈련이 발달장애 아동의 눈-손 협응력 향상에 영향을 주었다.

The crystal structure of (1,3,6,9,11,14-hexaazatricycol[12.2.1.$1^{6,9}$]octadecane)copper(Ⅱ) perchlorate, Cu($C_{12}H_{26}N_6$)$(ClO_4)_2$, has been determined by the X-ray diffraction methods. The crystal data are as follows: Mr=516.9, triclinic, ${\alpha}=8.572\;(2)$, b=8.499 (3), c=15.204 (3) ${\AA}$, ${\alpha}=80.42\;(5),\;{\beta}=73.57\;(3),\;{\gamma}=69.82\;(4)^{\circ},\;V=994.2\;{\AA}^3,\;D_C=1.726\;gcm^{-3}$, space group $P{\tilde{1}},\;Z=2,\;{\mu}=21.27\;cm^{-1}&, F(000)=534 and T=297 K. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined by full-matrix least-squares methods to and R value of 0.081 for 1608 observed reflections measured with graphite-mono-chromated Mo Ka radiation on a diffractometer. There are two independent complexes in the unit cell. The two copper ions lie at the special positions (1/2, 0, 0) and (0, 1/2, 1/2)and each complex possesses crystallographic center of symmetry. Each Cu ion is coordinated to four nitrogen donors if the hexaazamacrotricyclic ligand and weakly interacts with two oxygen atoms of the perchlorate ions to form a tetragonally distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The Cu_N (sec), Cu_N(tert) and Cu_O coordination distances are 1.985 (14), 2.055 (14) and 2.757 (13) ${\AA}$ for the complex A and 1.996 (10), 2.040 (11) and 2.660 (13) ${\AA}$ for the complex B, respectively. The macrocycles in the two independent cations assume a similar conformation with the average r.m.s. deviation of 0.073 ${\AA}$. Two 1,3-diazacyclopentane ring moieties of the hexaazamacrotricyclic ligand are placed oppositely and almost perpendicularly to the square coordination plane of the ruffled 14-membered macrocycle. The secondary N atoms are hydrogen-bonded to the perchlorate O atoms with distances of 3.017 (23) and 3.025 (19) ${\AA}$ for the complexes A and B, respectively.

This paper proposed protective coordination on HTS(High Temperature Superconducting) cable on 22.9kV distributed system. HTS cable transient model is developed and tested using EMTP-RV, system protective coordination is studied with ETAP. Possible contingency and protective scheme are considered real distribution system in Icheon substation. The simulation results was showed, in protective case to apply conventional relay, that appeared problem on HTS cable inner part. The HTS cable couldn't protection on contingency state of power system. It was using high-speed relay system instead of conventional relay system. Then, the HTS cable was protected contingency by circuit breaker.
