본 고에서는 현재 중국에서 추진되고 잇는 과학기술진흥시책을 과기공관계획(科技攻關計劃)을 중심으로 조망해 보고, 특히 863 계획과 973 계획에 대한 총제적인 내용을 소개한다. 863 계획은, 7차경제개발5개년계획 기간(75기간)부터 시작된, 고급기술 연구개발에 대한 집중적인 진흥 정책이며, 973 계획은, 9차경제개발5개년계획 기간(95기간) 중에 시작된, 기초연구분야에 대한 집중적인 진흥시책이다. 중국의 경우 이와 같은 국가 주도적인 진흥책은 중국공산당중앙위원회(중공중앙(中共中央))와 국무원의 방침 결정에 따라 집중육성(중점(重点))의 항목 결정 및 관리를 유관부문이 상호 협조하에 분담하여 지원하고 있다.

This paper presents a optimal Var allocation algorithm for minimizing transmission line losses and improving voltage profile in a given system. In this paper, nodal input data is considered as Gaussian distribution with their mean value and their variance. A Stocastic Linear programming technique based on chance constrained method is applied, to solve the var allocation problem with probabilistic constraint. The test result in 6-Bus Model system showes that the voltage distribution of load buses is improved and the power loss is more reduced than before var allocation.

Acoustic noises generated during motor operation in mechanical system are from electromagnetic, mechanical, aerodynamic and electrical sources. For identification of mechanical noise origins, misalignment, unbalance, fan shape, resonance, and vibration modes have been extensively considered to describe noise behavior. An experiment-based approach as well as a mathematical approach needs to be adopted for a realistic study into noise and vibration of the motor, because motor noise characteristics differ from type to type due to various noise sources. This paper analyzes noise characteristics of a brushless DC motor for air-conditioner fan, and proves that the test motor noise originates from acoustic modes of airspace in the motor. The motor noise sensitivity analysis by design of experiments reveals that the noise characteristics are closely related to switching frequency and frame thickness.

1923년 관동대지진으로 동경시내 교육시설 대부분이 파괴되었다. 이의 복구사업으로 동경시에서 건설했던 부흥소학교는 근대 일본 학교건축의 재료가 목조에서 철근 콘크리트조로 바뀌는 계기가 되었으며, 이와 함께 학교건축의 진일보한 면모를 보여주는 것이기도 하였다. 본고는 이러한 중요성을 가진 동경시 부흥소학교 건축의 특성을 주요 계획기준들을 중심으로 고찰하였다.

DLG (Dosimetric Leaf Gap) and transmission factor are important parameters of MLC modeling in treatment planning system. In this study, DLG and transmission factor of HD-MLC were measured using detector with different measuring volumes, and the accuracy of the treatment plans was evaluated according to the DLG values. DLG was measured using the dynamic sweeping gap method with Semiflux3D and MicroDiamond detectors. Then, 10 radiation treatment plans were generated to optimize the DLG value and compared with the measurement results. Photon energies 6, 8, 10 MV, the DLG measured by Semiflux3D were 0.76, 0.83, and 0.85 mm, and DLG measured by MicroDiamond were 0.78, 0.86, and 0.9 mm. All plans were measured by portal dosimetry and analyzed using Gamma Evaluation. In the 6 MV photon beams, the average gamma passing rate were 94.3% and 98.4% for DLG 0.78 mm and 1.15 mm. In the 10 MV photon beam, the average gamma passing rate were 91.2% and 97.6% for DLG 0.9 mm and 1.25 mm. HD-MLC needs accurate modeling in the treatment planning system. DLG could be used measured data using small volume detector. However, for better radiation therapy, DLG should be optimized at the commissioning stage of LINAC.

Recently, Environmentally friendliness and sustainability become the main concern of rural tourism. Green-tourism is the emerging and best alternative tourism development. This paper deals with the present state of experiencing villages for green-tourism in rural areas. Several internet portal sites for rural tourism were reviewed and analyzed. Totally, 863 village are designated for experiencing villages by several portal sites. There are 281 information oriented villages, 208 farm-stay villages, 122 green experiencing villages, 93 mountain villages, 93 fishing villages. Some villages were designated duplicately for each projects. In 'Green-tour' site, the distribution of experiencing villages by region were, 49 for Gangwon, 43 for Gyungbuk, 41 for Jeonnam, respectively. The types of experiencing villages were, green experiencing village, traditional theme village, mountain village, fishing village, information-oriented village, etc. Themes of experiencing activities were 6 types, experiencing agricultural life, fishing life, traditional foods, traditional culture, ecological nature, and health/leisure sports. The kinds of experiencing activities were abundant by agricultural life, traditional culture. Otherwise, fishing life experiencing activities were dull. Also, development of ecological nature experiencing programs are suggested.

Climate change projections for precipitation are in general provided at daily time step. However, sub-daily precipitation data is necessarily required for hydrologic design and management. Thus, a reliable downscaling model is needed to analyze impact of climate change on water resources. While daily downscaling models have been widely developed and applied in hydrologic and climate community, hourly downscaling models have not been properly developed. In this regard, this study aims at developing a hourly downscaling model that can better reproduce sub-daily extreme rainfalls using conditional copula model. The proposed model was applied to generate extreme rainfalls under the RCP 8.5 scenario for weather stations in South Korea, and design rainfalls were then finally provided. We expected that the future design rainfalls can be used for baseline data to evaluate impact of climate change on water resources.

최근 자동차 제조업체들은 치열한 국제경쟁시대에 생존하기 위하여 원가 절감 및 개발기간 단축, 품질 향상을 위하여 모듈화라는 새로운 자동차 생산 방식을 적용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 자동차 모듈화 부품의 한 종류인 Front End Module (FEM)을 대상으로 생산시스템 계획단계에서 대상 부품의 직서열 공급시스템 적용 가능성을 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션 기법을 적용하여 입증하고, 직서열 공급시스템 운영방안을 제시하여 물류비용을 절감하고자 한다. 연구 대상인 완성차업체의 의장라인과 모듈 업체의 조립라인 및 모듈 공급시스템을 모델링하여, FEM 공급시스템을 운영 방안별로 시뮬레이션을 통하여 직서열 공급시스템의 적용 가능성을 입증하고, 운반 차량의 적정 소요 대수 및 FEM 운반용 캐리어 대수를 제시한다.

교육정보화의 실현이라는 과제가 현재의 학교현장에 필요한 만큼 제7차 교육과정의 시작과 더불어 학습자의 지식과 능력을 육성하기 위한 미리 계획된 WBI(Web based Instruction)를 기반으로 한 교수 모형의 필요성이 강조된다. 본 연구는 WBI의 교육적 기능을 충분히 반영하여 교실에서 교사가 사용하기 쉽고 효율적인 학습자료를 구현하여 웹 환경이 조성된 교실에서 활용할 수 있도록 하였다. 이러한 구현을 위한 프로그램으로는 웹 환경에서 실행하는데 무리가 없고 소용량으로 에니메이션 효과를 극대화 할 수 있는 Flash MX를 사용하였고, 고등학교 ‘수학10-나’의 내용 중 교과서와 칠판만을 사용하여 수업하는 데는 한계가 있는 과정인 ‘도형의 이동과 부등식의 영역’을 주로 개발하였다. 학습자들은 학교에서 수업한 내용을 웹 환경을 이용하여 개별학습 및 반복학습을 할 수 있고, 교사들은 교실이나 멀티미디어실에서 웹을 통하여 본 연구에서 구현한 프로그램을 사용함으로 학교 수업의 효율성을 높이고자 한다.

In recent years, various perspectives on the sustainable regeneration based on culture, history, identity, and the ecosystem have arisen in attempt to harmonize the environmental, economic, and social issues of the city. However, these ideas did not consider the importance of urban structure for sustainable regeneration. This research attempts to reveal the fundamental characteristics of sustainable regeneration of Lubbock, Texas in the United States through the analysis of urban structure, city planning and city regeneration planning. Despite the 300% expansion of city area in the 1950s, since the 1970s Lubbock's civic center has decreased in population due to middle class migration into southwestern and western suburbs. In the 1980s, a redevelopment organization was established, and a private sector-centered regeneration plan was implemented. In this study, a new approach for urban regeneration was introduced, resulting in strategies focusing on the linkage of urban regeneration into the characteristics of the entire city.
