This research aims to examine the difference of perceived experiences and sub-cultural identity between the overseas Korean' generations through the participation in the Korean National Sports Festival(NSF). Data were 360 overseas Koreans from 14 countries who participated in the 2015 NSF. The results were as follows; First, there was a difference in perceived experiences between overseas Korean' generations. More specifically, 1st generation among overseas Koreans has more positive participation experiences and less negative participation experiences than other generations. Second, there was a difference in sub-cultural identity between overseas Korean' generations. Particularly, 1.5 generation has much closer Korean identity than other generations.

These studles were conducted to investigate the development of chem~cal resistance and cross.resista. nce m dlarnondback moth (Piuteiia xylostella L). The resistance development of diamondback moth greatly vaned under single selection of five insectlades. The tnflumuron and lambda cyhalothnn strains at 8th selected generation showed 374- and 29.l.fold resistant levels. respectively, as compared with the susceptible strain. However, the Baciilus thuringiensis-seleded at 8th selected generatLon exhibited 240-fold resistant level. and the prothiophos-selected at 8th generation revealed 14.3-fold resistant !eve1 while the cartap hydrochloride-selected at 8th generailon showed 9.1-fold resistant level Prothiophos- selected strain showed low cross-resistance level to cartap hydrochloride, while this strain exhibited no cross-resistance of 1.3 to 2.8-fold to other msectlcides. Cartap hydrochlonde- seleded strain showed 19.9-fold. a high cross-resistance to lambda cyhalothrin, but this strain showed 2.2-34 fold, no cross resistance to other insecticide. Lambda cyhalothnn-selected strain exhibited cross-resistance to cartap hydrochlolide and prothiophas. Triflumuron-seleded strain showed 1.3-4.9 fold. no cross-resistance to other ~nsectic~dTe he B. ihuring~ensis-selededs train showed no cross-resistance to other insecticides.

Intergenerational relations in Korea show very unique characteristics. In political arena, young and old generations clash each other intensely, while they maintain a high level of intergenerational solidarity in policy realm. A logistic regression analysis reveals that generational cleavage plays a key role in affecting voting decision and evaluation of governmental performance. It also suggests that in policy realm, normative, functional, and affectional types of solidarity influence people's attitudes on social policies very strongly. If the current government continues to neglect its promises for expanding welfare, the dual structure of generational cleavage in political arena and intergenerational solidarity in social policy realm can soon be turned into a conflictual structure. Therefore, an active initiative to increase intergenerational justice should be taken in order to attain a long-term, sustainable intergenerational solidarity and coexistence.

This study was carried out to investigate the time-trends of genetic parameters of the dosed flock population which selected for improving egg production. Data for two layer pure lines, Line-W (Single Comb White Leghorn) and Line-B (brown layer) which have been maintained at the Mani Breeding Farm were collected from 1980 to 1985 during 5 generations. The effective number of parents per generation ranged from 148 to 366 in Line-W and 85 to 355 in Line-B, and the cumulative expected inbreeding coefficients during 5 generations of selection were 15％ and 1.6％. So inbreeding could not be considered a critical factor on estimating the genetic parameters, heritabilities and genetic correlations Heritabilities of EN 300 and EN 400, primary two selected traits were significantly decreased during 5 generations but the estimates of the other 03its not showed the consistent decreasing pattern significantly. No time trends of probable consequence were evident in the genetic correlation coefficients of the traits studied. The reason for that situation was attributed to the fact that selection was conducted for multiple objectives and the relative importance of selection for the studied traits were not consistent by generations.

This study uses data from the 11th year(2016) to the 15th year(2020) of the Korea Welfare Panel(KOWEPS) for the five years that the survey was completed to predict the life satisfaction of each individual by generation, centered on single-person households. This is a longitudinal analysis using a latent growth model. The generational division was based on the turning point of a major event experienced by the cohort that brought about a decisive change in the socialization process, historical event, and technological development as factors. The analysis data used in this study were of 27,447 persons in the 15th year of the Korea Welfare Panel(2020), 2,778 persons who were single-person households even in the first year from the last 5 years, and 1,448 persons who were single-person households continuously for 5 years. Excluding those born in 1922 to 1944(843 persons), 605 persons born between 1945 and 1996 were included. As a result of the study, Generation Y(millennials) than Generation X(new generation) and Generation X generation than Baby Boomers showed higher overall life satisfaction. Since overall life satisfaction by generation does not have an effect on the rate of change, it was found that this difference remains the same for all generations.

최근 현대인들은 웹 환경에 대해 높은 관심을 보이고 있다. 또한 웹 환경에서 HTML5의 표준화에 따라 사용자의 경험, 즉 'UX(User Experience)' 설계에 대한 관심 또한 높아지고 있다. 이러한 환경을 차세대 웹 플랫폼이라 한다. 차세대 웹 플랫폼이라 함은 HTML5라는 웹 표준 규약에 따라 설계한 것을 뜻한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 차세대 웹 플랫폼의 UX 설계에 대한 최신 트렌드와 콘텐츠 UX에 대해서 설명하고 반응형 디자인에 따른 웹사이트 수익과의 관계까지 실험결과를 토대로 제시하고자 한다.

In order to judge the future evolution of a 5G mobile communication system, this paper discusses the comprehensive trends and the requirements set by each countries for the 5G mobile communication systems.

Examining the experiences of different generations, this study assesses the subjective well-being(SWB) from eudaemonic perspective. Data was drawn from a survey of 1,214 adults in Korea. This research conducted descriptive statistics and multivariate regression analysis. Results show that even assessed from eudaemonic approach, material factors are still essential in explaining the variation of SWB. People in industrialization generation are less happy than other generations. Satisfaction with family and different types of social participation activities are related to SWB. This study suggests needs for focused attention on the factors affecting SWB in each generation.

Paclitaxel과 cephalosporines(제 1세대인 ceftezole sodium과 cephradine, 제2세대인 cefamandole sodium과 cefmetazole sodium, 제3세대인 cefoperazone sodium과 cefotaxime sodium 그러고 제4세대인 cefepime hydrochloride)을 $5\%$포도당주사액 그리고 $0.9\%$ 염화나트륨주사액과 함께 Y-Site 장치를 써서 환자에게 주입할 때 paclitaxel의 안정성에 관하여 연구하였다. Paclitaxel 0.3 mg/ml 및 1.2 mg/ml과 cephalosporines 20 mg/m을 각각 1 : 1로 혼합한 후 0, 1, 2, 4, 12시간 시점에서 paclitaxel의 농도를 HPLC로 분석하였다. 방해물질에 의한 분석오차를 줄이기 위해 분석법을 여러 상태에서 확인하였으며, 각 농도에서 3차례씩 실험하였고 각 샘플은 2차례 반복하여 HPLC로 분석하였다. 분석전에 각 시료의 투명도, 색의 변화, 침전상태 및 pH를 검사하였다. Paclitaxel 0.3 mg/ml 및 1.2 mg/ml와 cephalosporines 20 mg/ml를 각각 혼합하였을 때 12시간 동안 안정하였으며, 주사액의 혼탁이나 색의 변화 및 침전은 나타나지 않았으며 pH도 변하지 않았다.

IP 네트워크를 기반으로 하는 차세대 통신망의 출현은 21세기 초반의 통신 환경을 근본적으로 변화시킬 것이다. 차세대 통신망은 사용자에게 제공될 서비스의 기능을 혁신적으로 향상시킬 것이며, 서비스를 제공하는 산업의 구조를 변화시킬 것이다. 통신장비 업체들은 차세대 통신망을 구축하기 위한 모든 제품을 경쟁적으로 개발하는 상황이며, 통신 사업자들은 이를 토대로 차세대 통신망을 구축하고 있다. 이에 따라서 차세대 통신망을 도입하려면 업무 프로세스, 관리기능과 정보, 제공된 서비스의 특성과 통신망의 규모와 복잡성이 반영된 운용관리시스템을 통해 구현된 효과적이고 효율적인 운용관리구조를 요구한다. 본 글에서는 이러한 차세대 통신망에 대한 개괄적인 기능 및 구성요소를 기술하고 이를 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 운용관리의 역할 및 기능에 대한 상세한 요구기능을 도출하고 분석하였다.
