As the 4th Industrial Revolution emerged as a key to improving national competitiveness, OCR technology, one of the major technologies in the 4th industry is in the spotlight. Since characters in various images contain a lot of information, OCR technology for recognizing these characters has evolved into technology used in many industries. In this paper, trends in OCR technology were identified and predicted using thesis data published in 'RISS' and patent data by International patent classification (IPC) under the theme of Optical character recognition (OCR). For patent data 20,000 patents related to OCR technology from 2002 to 2020 were used as data, and 432 papers from 2012 to 2022 were used as data. Through time-series analysis, each patent data and thesis data were investigated since when OCR technology has developed, and various keyword analysis predicted which technology will be used in the future. Finally, the direction of future OCR technology development was presented through network association analysis with patent data and thesis data.

The purpose of this study is to present the factors that affect business model and product innovation on the enterprise performance of the mobile ecosystem, and to confirm the results of whether they have an effect. To this end, through prior research, business model factors and product innovation factors were defined in the mobile ecosystem that was the mother of the 4th industry, and a hypothesis that each factor will affect corporate performance was established. Through the exploratory surveys and interviews, the value proposition of the business model proved to have a positive (+) effect on the financial and non-disaster performance of the company, and the innovation was proved to have a positive (+) effect on the non-financial performance of the company. It was analyzed that the price competitiveness of product innovation had a positive (+) effect on the financial factors of a company, and the initial market entry had a positive (+) effect on the non-financial factors. With this study, we propose the criteria for reviewing the performance of companies that are rapidly competing in the 4th industrial revolution in terms of business model and product innovation.

Regarding "Supply-side Structural Reforms of Chinese Cultural Industry(供給側結枸性改革)" that has been genuinely promoted since 2016 in China, this study aims to analyze research trends in academic circles and policies carried out by the government and draw implications about what culture industry should pursue in Korea. First of all, research conducted through industrial-educational cooperation mainly and commonly points out such problems as imbalance between demand and supply, oversupply, low culture consumption, absurdity in loans and investments structures, and lack of international influence and demands reformation. In the side of the government, <13.5 Plan for Developing Culture Industry promoted from 2016 to 2020 reflects the government's strong will taking structural reformation in the side of supply as its major route and presenting tasks to reform culture industry in general. Next, concerning implications for Korea, this author suggests them in five areas: to establish directions for new culture industry policies reflecting the changes of environment in culture industry, say, the advent of the 4th industrial revolution, to increase valid supply correspondingly to consumer demand, to improve loans and investments systems, to enlarge demand markets, and to form environment for fair market competition.

As the intelligent revolution triggered by digital technology, unmanned vehicles such as self-driving cars, robots, and drones appeared, which brought about innovative changes in the industry. Gyeonggi Local government has established both an ordinance and a basic plan regarding unmanned vehicles. It is time to prepare a data-based policy by understanding the current state of the unmanned vehicle industry in the province. As a result of the survey, the unmanned vehicle industry in Gyeonggi Province is 25% of the nationwide, and more than 88% is concentrated in the southern part of Gyeonggi Province. The land sector such as the robot and autonomous vehicles are focused on 71.4% and the aviation sector such as drones are 26.7%. However, unmanned vehicle companies in Gyeonggi-do are mostly small-sized businesses with less than 10 years of experience and are in the stage of introduction and growth level. They have a plan to improve technology through continuous R&D by hiring human resources. Therefore, Gyeonggi-do needs to consider policy support for sustainable growth of start-up and small enterprises and for fostering professional manpower and technical skills as well as for establishing an unmanned vehicle industry network to create, share, and spread knowledge.

Practical science means open and objective attitude as a new scholarly tone which gets out of Confucianism tradition and its closeness. It is concerned about practical aspect and its thought prevailed from the mid-16th century to the mid-19th century in feudal system. It is, also, the attitude seeking truth based on the facts, which is removed from the falsehood in politics, economics and social life. It is regarded as a social revolution which governs tile country economically and is utilized to stabilize and enrich a human living life. The new academic tradition appeared in the process of development of modernization proclaimed it to be utilized in modern-oriented independency. Modern historians have greatly studied the knowledge of early philosophy, while Korean oriental medicine has developed, basing on the cultivation of the mind, virtue, and benevolence through Han Bak-Keun(who showed much interest in realistic, economic and social system) and Jung Yak-Youg(who compiled all available data into one book). From Ko-Ryo dynasty to the mid-Yi dynasty Korean oriental medicine scholars struggled to develop oriental medicine in an attitude searching truth based on the facts. Among them Huh Jun's achievements and the content of his writings suggest any things with a view of practical science. These are neglected by most scholars so far, but I have surveyed as follows : 1) the revolution in oriental medical science system 2) the standardization of pharmacy appliance 3) the popularization of medicine supplies 4) cooperation of industry and academy in medical science field From the above I concluded as follows : practical science in Korean medical science began from Ko-Ryo dynasty and compiled in Ku Am Huh Jun in the period of King Sun-Jo of Li dynasty. With this repect, the pioneer in practical science in Korea is Ku Am Huh Jun. To search tile pioneer in practical science rightly we should study the history of Korean medical science.

Convergence education, which is operated by many engineering colleges, is mainly led by government-led projects. Convergence majors are established in consideration of the research field of the university professors rather than systematically analyzing the needs of the industry. The purpose of this study is to present the directions of convergence technology education related to new industry fields by analyzing industry needs. Participants were 299 industrial workers in various fields. Instrument consisted of three parts: necessity for convergence education, demand for convergence new technology education from industry perspective, and opinions about undergraduate convergence education. As a result, it was found that the level of awareness of industry needs for fusion technology education was high, and it was confirmed that there is a high demand for IoT convergence, bio-health, advanced new material, and renewable energy fields among convergence technology fields. In addition, the results of the industry demand for convergence new technology education were presented. The suggestions for expectations, problems, and improvements in undergraduate education were presented and implications for convergence technology education were discussed based on the results of the study.

Digital twin technology is one of the key technologies to strengthen the competitiveness of manufacturing industry from the viewpoint of digital transformation in the era of $4^{th}$ industrial revolution. In this research, the important role in using digital twin technology in product design, This paper summarizes and empirically verifies the technical characteristics of digital twins, a key concept in the digital transition of the manufacturing industry. In this study, the technology characteristics of digital twin which is key concept in the digital transformation of manufacturing industry are summarized and empirically validated which factors militate a critical role in the use of digital twin technology in product design which is key area of product development. As a result of analysis, datafication, intellectualization which are characteristics of digital twin technology and task characteristics of product design influence Task Technology Fit (TTF) and Task Technology Fit (TTF) influences Technology (UTAUT) And finally, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence and facilitating conditions affect usage intention.

Among the innovative companies leading the era of the 4th industrial revolution, the world's largest Internet company is Google. Google has grown by providing convenient services such as Internet search, Android smartphone operating system, and video. Now, Google is leading the global IT industry by continuing to develop in various new business fields based on open service platforms, artificial intelligence, and big data. In this study, an exploratory discussion was conducted on Google's success factors and future directions. The purpose of the research is to understand the development process of the IT field from the successfactors of Google and to analyze the development direction of the future IT industry. Google's success factors were its open platform policy and successful acquisitions of external companies. In fact, most of the services Google offers come from companies that have acquired and acquired them. In addition, there was a corporate culture that values and supportsthe spirit of challenge and autonomy of members who are not afraid of failure. Based on this study's review of Google's direction analysis, the follow-up study will infer the direction of the IT industry in depth and look at the future technologies that IT majors need to prepare.

With the advent of the '4th Industrial Revolution', digitalization using AI (Artificial Intelligence), big data, IoT (Internet of Things), cloud computing and mobile is accelerating across all industries and global companies have fundamentally reorganized customer experiences, business models, and operations centering on digital transformation. Business innovation drives productivity improvement, process simplification, price, competitiveness and sustainable expansion. Whether digital transformation will be necessary for the current industrial environment is no longer important, and how quickly companies achieve digitalization has emerged as the utmost crucial element in industrial continuity. As non-face-to-face and remote technologies have begun in earnest, and accelerated in the pharmaceutical industry. They are looking for ways to provide value, generate profits, improve efficiency, and sustain the future. Compared to other industries, the pharmaceutical-related sectors have shown high interest in digital transformation especially to reduce costs and meet the challenge of delivering products during the pandemic environment.

As drone industry increase with the advent of the 4th industrial revolution, yet ensured the safety of a drone crashing and incurring accidents which may result in significant damage to human life and assets. Thus, the authentication of drone safety is very urgent. For this reason, many countries are in need of institutional improvement in the aspect of authentication/legal systems by considering the importance of safety for drone. In this study, the regulations, research, and standards concerning drone safety are compared and analyzed. The analysis results can be used for improving the regulations of drone safety and standardization. The study can be contributed to invigorate drone industry by ensuring drone safety.
