트리즈 발명원리의 산업 분야별 활용도 분석: 대한민국 발명특허대전 수상작 중심으로 (On the Use of TRIZ Inventive Principles by Industries: Focusing on the Awarded Patents at the Korea Invention Patent Exhibition)

  • TRIZ has been widely promoted as an effective methodology to solve engineering problems. Many people wonder if the methodology based on the solutions which resolved technological contradictions more than a half-century ago still works well. To answer the question, the usage of TRIZ 40 inventive principles for the awarded patents of the Korea Invention Patent Exhibition from 2011 to 2017 is analyzed. The result shows that the inventive principles can be applied to a variety of engineering problems in different industries. In addition, there are crucial inventive principles which applied frequently regardless of industry categories.

창조적 사고 방법의 공간디자인 적용에 관한 연구 - 트리즈를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Adaption of Creative Thinking Methodologies in the Spatial Design - Focused on TRIZ -)

  • This study aims to recognize that creative thinking methodologies can be adopted in the spatial design. The concept of 'Convergent' and 'Divergent' used in structure of intellect model by Guilford is chosen to understand the character of creative thinking methodologies. Technical and physical contradictions is analyzed for '40 inventive principles' of TRIZ and spatial design works. Through this study, we recognize that the creative thinking methodologies consist of analysis, idea generation and evaluation phase. The psychological inertia that limits the creative thinking should be move away from solving problem, and convergent and divergent thinking have peculiarities to be adopted in condition and to be harmonized, and to set the direction of solving technical problems through to reach the target point integrated way of thinking is needed. '40 inventive principles' by Altshuller are based on engineering and useful in many areas of fields. However some principles are not accepted in design process because these are not considered in design field and paradigm is changed from machine to nature. Nowadays, nature is a prime issue for sustainable human life, because it has sustainable recycle structure and saving energy ways. Thus, creative thinking, including TRIZ is useful in design education and progress, and should be an essential element to get a new design paradigm.

  • "UNIDROIT Principles 2004" focused on an enlargement rather than a revision. An additional Section or Chapter so to speak, which are about, the Authority of a Agents, Third Party Rights, Set-off, Assignment of Rights, Transfer of Obligations and Assignment of Contracts, and Limitation Periods have been added, while the only change of substance made to the 1994 Edition, apart from two paragraphs in the Preamble, and three new provisions in Chapter 1 and 2 which are necessary to adapt the Principles to the needs of electronic contracting. The Principles which have the nature of the restatement of international uniform laws (for example CISG) are continuous exercise. Therefore we should note whether in the future our concerns would be on a additional topics on a improvement of the current text by monitoring the reception of the "UNIDROIT Principles 2004" in practice, and the application by contracting parties. The purposes of the Principles may be classified into three ; the rules of law governing the contract, means of interpreting and supplementing international uniform law or domestic law, or models for national and international legislator. Among them, the function of governing law may be applied by the express choice by the parties or by the implied choice like "general principles of law" or "les mercatoria", and it may be applied in the absence of any choice of law by the parties. Among there importance functions, this writer would like to emphasize the function to supplementing international uniform law instruments. The reason is that the CISG which has been established as an international uniform sales act and to which our country would be a contracting State from March, 2005, needs a lot of gap-filling. For this purpose it is advisable the parties to insert following provisions in their contract. "This contract shall be governed by the CISG, supplemented when necessary by the UNIDROIT Principles 2004" Thus success in practice of the UNIDROIT Principles over the last then years has surpassed the most optimistic expectations. It is hoped that the 2004 Edition of the UNIDROIT Principles will be just as favorably received by legislators, business persons, lawyers, arbitrators and judges and become even better known and more widely used throughout the World.

기술과 교육에서 TRIZ(창의적 문제해결 이론)의 적용 방안 탐색 (Exploring Strategies for Applying TRIZ to Technology Education)

  • 이 연구는 기술과 교육에서 TRIZ의 도입 가능성과 적용 방안을 찾기 위해 수행되었다. TRIZ가 갖는 강력한 잠재력을 과연 초 중등 기술과 교육에 도입할 수 있는지, 어떻게 적용할 수 있는지에 대한 총체적인 탐색을 통해 기술과 교육에서 추구하는 기술적 창의력과 기술적 문제 해결력을 학교 현장에 구체적으로 구현하기 위한 이론적 근거를 제시하고자 하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해서 Contradiction, 40 Principles, 76 Standard solutions, Multi screen method, Effects, The law of technology evolution, ARIZ 등의 TRIZ 개념과 핵심 원리를 파악하였다. 또한, 이를 바탕으로 하여 초 중등 기술과 교육에서 TRIZ의 도입 가능성과 적용 방안을 탐색하고, 타당성을 검토하였다. 이 연구에서는 초 중등 기술과 교육에서 모순, 40가지 원리, 76가지 표준해, 다차원 분석, 자연 효과, 기술 진화 법칙, ARIZ 등과 같은 TRIZ의 기본 개념을 어떻게 적용할 수 있을까에 대한 방안을 각각 제시하고 이들에 대하여 타당성 검토를 실시하였으며, 그 결과 '40가지 원리'만 초 중등 기술 교육에 적용하기에 적합한 것으로 판정되었다. 또한, 40가지 원리 중에서 초등 기술 교육에서는 분할 나누기, 추출 제거, 국부적 특성, 비대칭, 병합 동시 수행, 다용도 범용성, 균형 유지, 반대 조치, 매개체 사용, 자체 해결, 값 싼 물체로 대체 일회용, 유연하고 얇은 막 사용, 색상 변화, 동질성, 폐기와 재생, 복합 재료 등과 같은 15가지 원리가 적합하며, 중등 기술 교육에서는 분할 나누기, 추출 제거, 국부적 특성, 비대칭, 병합 동시 수행, 다용도 범용성, 균형 유지, 사전 반대 조치, 사전 조치, 사전 예방, 반대 조치, 자유도 증가, 조금 덜 또는 조금 더, 유용한 조치의 지속, 해로운 것을 이로운 것으로 전환, 매개체 사용, 자체 해결, 값 싼 물체로 대체 일회용), 유연하고 얇은 막 사용, 색상 변화, 동질성, 폐기와 재생, 특성 변화, 상태 전이, 열팽창, 복합 재료 등과 같은 26가지 원리가 적합함을 확인할 수 있었다.

변속기 기어소음 저감을 위한 트리즈의 활용 (Using TRIZ about reduction gear noise in transmission)

  • TRIZ is innovative problem solving methodology. It can solve problems by systematical and convergent method, not by the existing divergent method like 'Brainstorming'. In this paper, TRIZ is used for reduction noise from gear in transmission. In order to reduce gear noise, design resources is derived first. According to the derived idea, level and function of system can be defined. After that, we suggest a way to reduce the noise from gear in transmission using 40 Principles and Substance-field analysis of TRIZ.

TRIZ를 활용한 클린룸용 저소음 및 저분진 케이블 이송 체인 시스템의 개발 (The Development of Cable Carrier Chain System with Low Noise and Dust for Moving Stages in Cleanrooms using TRIZ)

  • In this paper TRIZ was used to solve noise and dust reduction related to cable carrier chain system. On modern machines in a clean room, the contradictions arose due to increase noise and dust for the high speed were eliminated with 40 principles and seperation rules. As the results, the sound pressure level of the new carrier chain system was reduced to below 40 dB(A), and cleanroom classifications was satisfied with ISO class 4. In these successful results, TRIZ showed its usefulness in solving the design problems even with severe constraints.

  • Most of people who are engaged in research and development find it difficult to solve the engineering problems creatively due to the lack of ideas. TRIZ is one of the emerging problem solving techniques that leads us to a very useful and clear solution. TRIZ consists of several tools such as ideal final result (IFR), physical and technical contradictions, 40 invention principles, resource, effect, etc. However, many designers think that TRIZ is hard to be applied to a design problem since there are several tools in TRIZ. Machine designers may want to see which tool is more effective than others. Thus, this paper provides sample solutions of a design problem: holder design for the bottle etching machine by applying several TRIZ tools. Difficulties in applying TRIZ to a design problem are discussed.

  • 창조와 혁신이 성공의 중요한 키워드로 대두되면서 창의적 문제해결 방법론인 트리즈(TRIZ)에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 지금까지 트리즈는 전자 및 기계분야에 도입되어 제품혁신의 원동력으로 활용되고 있어, 본 연구에서는 미래유망기술인 바이오분야에 트리즈 기법을 적용하여 문제를 해결하고 혁신적인 연구개발을 추진할 수 있는지의 가능성을 타진해보고자 하였다. 바이오분야 연구 중 홍삼제조과정에서 발생하는 문제를 선정하고, 이의 문제와 문제원인 구분 및 모순을 도출하고 트리즈의 발명 40가지 원리를 적용하여 홍삼 제조과정에서 발생되는 갈라짐 문제를 해결하고자 하였다. 홍삼은 수삼을 스팀 등의 방법으로 쪄서 익혀 말린 담갈색의 인삼으로, 홍삼의 갈라짐은 유효성분의 유출과 외형등급 하락으로 상품성을 떨어트리는 주요 원인이 된다. 트리즈 툴(Tool) 중 모순 매트릭스 및 브레인스토밍을 통해 적용 가능한 발명원리를 도출하고, 실험을 통해 홍삼 제조과정에서 갈라짐을 방지할 수 있는 유용한 방법들을 제안하였다.

Design Principles of Animated Pedagogical Agent and Instructional Message for Affective Learning

  • The purpose of this study was to develop design principles of both animated pedagogical agents as 'credible' persuasive message source and persuasive fear arousing instructional messages in order to help enhance attitude changes toward a certain issue. Based on the previous pedagogical agent research, this study drew the design principles providing ways to manipulate agent credibility level and fear arousing level of message. Consequently, it specified how to make pedagogical agents perceived less or more credible by learners by manipulating a variety of agent features. For fear arousing message, this study showed how fear arousing messages would be structured into one of three levels: non-threatening, moderately threatening, and strongly threatening. Two different agent conditions and three message conditions were actually developed and experimentally tested with the participants of 40 undergraduate students. The results showed that the agent design principles specified from the previous research worked well enough to make a distinction between the more credible agent and the less credible agent. The overall results of this study may indicate that the design strategies for fear arousing message are retained on the premise of some future refinements.

대수식과 디자인의 연결과정에서의 영재학생들의 수학적 사고 과정 분석 (A study of gifted students's mathematical process of thinking by connecting algebraic expression and design activities)

  • Students can infer mathematical principles in a very natural way by connecting mutual relations between mathematical fields. These process can be revealed by taking tasks that can derive mathematical connections. The task of this study is to make expression and design it and derive mathematical principles from the design. This study classifies the mathematical field of expression for design and analyzes mathematical thinking process by connecting mathematical fields. To complete this study, 40 gifted students from 5 to 8 grade were divided into two classes and given 4 hours of instruction. This study analyzes their personal worksheets and e-mail interview. The students make expressions using a functional formula, remainder and figure. While investing mathematical principles, they generalized design by mathematical guesses, generalized principles by inference and accurized concept and design rules. This study proposes the class that can give the chance to infer mathematical principles by connecting mathematical fields by designing.
