This paper is intended to suggest a development device for Gwangyang Free Economic Zone(GFEZ) to strengthen the competitiveness of its maritime port of Gwangyang and promote the regional development in Gwangyang Bay Area. This study will evaluate the background, processes, and targets for foreign investment, I examined historical treatises as they relate to inducing investments to Free Economic Zones. I will explore good operation and inducing investment methods GFEZ within the 4P(product, price, promotion, place) framework. I tried to suggest a new management methodology for the Free Economic Zones as suggested by the central government from the regional view point. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the marketing strategies; compare them to the 4P for deploying an actual more efficient governing structure body for the GFEZ. As proposals to promote and activate GFEZ, I recommended in this paper several benchmarks. First, GFEZ must construct good clusters related to regional strengths as they relate to products. Second; to give more flexible incentives to foreign companies as compared with China, England, Ireland, India, Malasia, Thailand and Vietnam using prices as a guideline. Third, it is required to cultivate expert manpower who can communicate with foreign clients relate to promotion. A proactive public information system is also required in addition to marketing strategies for inducing investment. Lastly, GFEZ needs to became independent and separate from the central government and even from regional province.

The demand for accurate freeform apsheric surface is increasing to satisfy the optical performance. In this paper, we develop the algorithm for opto-mechatronics convergence, that reconstruct the surface 3D profiles from the curvarure data along two orthogonal directions. A synthetic freeform surface with 8.4 m diameter was simulated for the testing. The simulation results show that the reconstruction error is 0.065 nm PV(Peak-to-valley) and 0.013 nm RMS(Root mean square) residual difference. Finally the sensitivity to noise is diagnosed for probe position error, the simulation results proving that the suggested method is robust to position error.

After atmospheric pressure plasma treatment of polypropylene(PP) film surface, we measured the contact angle of the surface by using polar solvent (water) and non-polar solvent (diiodomethane). We also calculated the surface free energy of PP film by using the measured values of contact angles. And then we analyzed contact angle and surface free energy with changing the condition of atmospheric pressure plasma treatment. Upon each condition of atmospheric plasma treatment, contact angle and surface free energy showed an optimum value or leveled off.

판문점 '자유의 집' 설계경기 결과가 지난 6월 20일 공식 발표되었다. 조달청이 통일원의 '자유의 집' 개축 결정에 따라 지난 1월 설계를 공모하고 3월 29일까지 총 12개의 작품을 접수받은 결과 주.담건축(오평국)의 안이 당선작으로 선정되었으며, 주.모양건축(곽동희), 한메건축(이충기)안이 우수작으로 선정되었다. 이번 설계경기의 심사는 정명현(홍익대 심사위원장), 이선구(숭실대), 조대성(성균관대), 이호진(건국대)교수와 이준구(남북회담 사무국 실장)씨 등 5명이 맡았다. 당선된 주.담건축의 인은 자유의 집이라는 건물의 특성에 부합하도록 통일을 소망하는 의미로 두 손을 합장한 형태로 하였으며, 지붕은 강토를 수호한다는 취지로 방패연 모양을 형상화하였다. 1층에는 남측출입구와 이산가족 면회실이, 2층에는 남북통로 및 회의실, 3층에는 남북연락사무소와 다목적 예비실, 4층에는 90층 규모의 전망대가 위치할 예정이다. 오는 7월 실시설계안이 확정되면 97년쯤이면 판문점 자유의 집이 통일의 소망을 안고, 단아하고도 힘 있는 모습으로 자리잡을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to explore four-year old children's peer culture. During free choice play time, various activities and interaction patterns were observed and analyzed to understand the characteristics of peer culture. The results of this study showed two main peer culture patterns. First of all, peaceful peer culture in which children maintained close relationships based on mutual respect were found. Also conflictive peer culture in which children had negative relationships with other children, such as vertical, discriminative and neglected relationships were observed.

For a long time, the basis of Korea Broadcasting law and regulation system has been center around television, This is not much different from other countries. This study is based on research of Korea Broadcasting law and regulation system. It precludes all doubts that freedom of broadcasting is one of those fundamental human rights that constitute the comer stones of democracy, just as is the case with the press. The objective of this study is to explore the practical meaning and the structure of regulations on the freedom of broadcasting under the Constitutional of the Republic of Korea, From the viewpoint of freedom of expression. For these purposes, this study inqures into the meaning and legal characters of freedom of Korean Constitutional Law, and the structure restricting freedom of broadcasting on the ground of functions and role of broadcasting in our contemporary society, comparing with those of the Unites states of America and the Federal Republic of Germany.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the contents of open inquiry activities of the newly revised 2007 National curriculum for each grade level and to teach open inquiry activities and selection of rational inquiry activities. For this study, 470 elementary students in Seoul, ranging from 3rd to 6th grades were surveyed. The experiment plans written by students were analyzed based on the analysis criteria. These criteria consisted of the reason for the selection, type, and suitability of open inquiry activities. The reason for selecting open inquiry activities were analyzed according to the reason why they want to conduct the activity, degree of getting help and the object of getting help. The types of the open inquiry activities were analyzed according to the field of inquiry, the inquiry method and the period of inquiry. Suitability of the open inquiry activities were analyzed according to the reason of suitability or unsuitability.

This study was designed to observe the effects of the fish oil and some seed oils on the improvement of the lipid composition in rats. In order to induce the triglyceridemia in the rats of the Sprague-Dawley, 12% coconut oil and 3％ each of olive oil, lard, fish oil, perilla oil, corn oil, red pepper seed oil and evening primrose oil were administered to the rats for tweets. Total cholesterol concentrations of serum were lower in the fish oil, perilla oil and corn oil groups and by for higher in the red pepper seed oil and evening primrose oil groups than in the olive oil group(control group). HDL-cholesterol concentrations were a little higher in the red pepper oil and evening primrose oil groups. In the ratio of HDL-cholesterol concentrations to total cholesterol concentrations, all groups were higher percentage than the control group. Cholesteryl ester concentrations of serum were high in n-6 PUFA rich red pepper seed oil and evening primrose oil group. In the ratio of cholesteryl ester concentrations to total cholesterol, all groups(70.0~74.4%)were higher than the control group(62％). Phospholipid concentrations of serum were low in the fish oil and perilla oil groups and triglyceride concentrations were remarkably lower in the fish oil and evening primrose oil groups than in the control group. LCAT activities of serum were higher in the lard group than in the control group, but lower in the other groups.

An accurate thick beam element (TB4) which includes the effects of the shear deformation and rotatory inertia has been degenerated from the three dimensional continuum by employing the Timoshenko beam assumptions. The proposed TB4 element has four nodes and two degrees of freedom at each node, totally eight degrees of freedom. The transverse deflection W and plane rotation ${\theta}$ with the cubic interpolation functions are selected as nodal variables. The element characteristics are formulated by discretizing the beam equations of motion, using the Galerkin weighted residual method, and are numerically integrated by the reduced shear integration technique, using the three-point Gauss quadrature with the various shear coefficients. Several numerical examples are analyzed to demonstrate the accuracy and the monotonic convergence behavior of the proposed TB4 beam element. The result indicates that the TB4 element shows the more excellent performance and the monotonic convergence behavior than the other existing Timoshenko beam type elements for the whole range of the beam aspect ratios, in both static and free vibration analyses.
