4절 링크기구의 유연성 해석 (Flexibility Analysis of 4-Bar Linkage Mechanism)

  • Elasto-dynamic deformation of flexible linkage mechanism was analyzed using the finite element method. A computer program was constructed and applied to analyze a specific crank-level 4-bar mechanism, in which the elasto-dynamic deformation of the mechanism system was obtained using mode superposition method in the case of constant input speed and the effect of geometric stiffness on the mechanism is included. Experimental verification of numerical results was conducted by measuring the elasto-dynamic deformation of mid-points of coupler and lever for the 4-bar lingkage mechanism using high speed camera and image data processing systeem. For the elasto-dynamic deformation at the lever mid-point, the numerical results including geometric stiffness almost agree with the experimental ones. However, the numerical results excluding geometric stiffness good agree with the experimental ones at the couper mid-point.

슬라이드 링크 구조를 이용한 원터치 완강기 (One-touch Descending Lifeline with Sliding Linkage Structure)

  • A one-touch descending lifeline that can easily be installed and rapidly evacuated in the event of a fire accident in high-rise buildings was proposed to overcome difficulties of conventional descending lifeline such as complex installation methods and procedures. However, this lifeline exhibits limitations such as restrictions in installation location and large apparatus size. Therefore, this paper proposes a sliding-type descending lifeline, which has a similar operation to that of current one-touch descending lifeline and solves the aforementioned limitations. A double square link mechanism including a sliding four-bar linkage is proposed and the descending lifeline support is redesigned to unfold in two different planes, allowing 3D movement. Additionally, the shape of the support frame is designed to obtain two attachment surfaces that can be attached to a wall, irrespective of the angle between the window and the inner wall. FEA analysis using ABAQUS is performed to ensure that the robustness of the presented support complies with the Fire Control Act Enforcement Decree. Finally, the feasibility of the proposed sliding one-touch descending lifeline is verified through fabrication.

  • Ultra-precision positioning plays a crucial role in emerging technologies such as electronics, bioengineering, optics, and various nanofabrication technologies. As a result, various nanopositioning methods have been presented. In particular, nanopositioning using a flexure mechanism and piezo-electric actuator is one of the most valuable methods because of its friction-free motion and subnanometer-scale motion resolution. In this study, a rotational nanoactuator based on a right-circular flexure mechanism and piezo-electric actuator was developed through a consideration of the kinematics and structural deformation. An experimental setup was constructed to verify the performance expectation. Consequently, it was demonstrated that the developed system had a maximum rotational angle of about 0.01 rad, as well as sufficient linearity with respect to the input voltage.

B-스플라인 보간법에 의한 자동 경로 생성이 가능한 4절링크의 합성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Synthesis of Four-Bur Linkage Generating Automatic Path by Using B-Spline Interpolation)

  • Up until now, it is said that no satisfactory computer solutions have been found for synthesizing four-bar linkage based on the prescribed coupler link curve. In our study, an algorithm has been developed to improve the design synthesis of four-bar linkage automatically generating prescribed path by using B-spline interpolation. The suggested algorithm generates the desired coupler curve by using B-spline interpolation, and hence the generated curve approximates as closely as to the desired curve representing coupler link trajectory. Also, when comparing each generated polygon with the control polygon, rapid comparison by applying convex hull concept. finally, optimization process using ADS is incorporated into the algorithm based on the 5 precision point method to reduce the total optimization process time. As for examples, three different four-bar linkages were tested and the results showed the effectiveness of the algorithm.

  • 본 연구에서는 링크를 여러개의 2절점 6자유도의 보 요소로 이상화하고 링크 의 운동을 평면 운동으로 한정하며 링크의 지지부의 강성은 무한대이고 회전 대우 부 분의 간극은 없는 것으로 가정하여 링크의 탄성 변형에 관한 운동 반정식을 유도하였 다. 즉, 변위법에 기초한 정적 변위 해석에 관한 유한 요소법에서 관성력, 중력 그 리고 외력을 외부 부하로 간주하여 동적인 운동 방정식을 유도하였다. 여기에, 회전 대우의 베어링을 선형 스프링으로 이상화하여 유연성 링크의 일부분으로 고려함으로써 베어링의 탄성 변형이 유연성 링크의 동적 변형에 미치는 영향에 대하여 고찰하였다. 베어링의 탄성 변형이 고려된 유연성 링크에 관한 운동 방정식을 모우드 중첩법에 근 거를 둔 수치해법으로 그 해를 구하였다.

  • 장애물제거기는 선로 내 장애물에 의한 충돌사고 발생 시 장애물을 선로 밖으로 밀어내거나 에너지흡수부재를 통해 충돌에너지를 흡수하여 열차 탈선을 방지하고 충돌사고에 의한 피해를 최소화하기 위한 장치이다. 본 연구에서는 인장형 에너지흡수부재와 4절 링크를 이용하여 장애물제거기의 작동 메커니즘을 구성하여 장애물제거기를 설계하였다. 또한 EN 15227에서 요구하는 정적강도 및 에너지흡수조건을 확인하기 위한 성능검증시험 방법을 고안한 뒤 유한요소해석 및 UTM (Universal Test Machine)을 이용한 성능검증시험을 수행하였다. 본 연구를 통해 EN 15227의 요구조건을 만족하는 장애물제거기를 개발하였으며, 제안된 장애물제거기의 설계 및 검증 절차에 따라 붕괴하중의 조절이 가능하며 이를 실험을 통해 검증할 수 있는 방법을 제안하였다.

4절 링크구조를 응용한 플랙셔 힌지 기반 모듈형 나노포지셔너 (Modularized Flexure-Hinge Nanopositioner Based on Four-Bar-Link-Mechanism)

  • Nanopositioning technologies play an important role in the progress of electronics, optics, bio-engineering and various nano-scale technologies. As a result, various practical nanopositioning methods have been successfully introduced. Flexure mechanism is a valuable method in nanopositioning because of smooth and friction-free motion and the infinitesimal movement near to sub-nm. In this study a modularized nanopositioner based on parallelogram four-bar linkage structure with right-circular flexure hinge was developed. The positioning performance of a single axis nanopositioner and a XY nanopositioner which was extended from single axis one were demonstrated using control experiments. Consequently, it was shown that the developed single axis nanopositioner possessed high performance and could be extended to various multi-axis nanopositioners.

  • 본 연구는 산업현장에서 요구되고 있는 공장자동화의 한 분야로 다관절이 로보트의 비집중 제어기버에 관해 고찰한 것이다. 제안한 기법은 매니퓰레이터가 원하는 궤적에 정확히 진행할 수 있도록 각 링크별로 차원이 낮은 부시스템으로 모델링하여 분산제어를 실시 함으로서 실시간 제어를 용이하게 할 수 있는 방식이다. 각 부시스템의 제어기는 관절별로 제어하는 궤환 제어기, 전향 제어기 및 보호신호기 등으로 구성되고, 이들 제어기의 이득을 조정함으로서 매니퓰레이터를 제어하는 것이다. 또한 제안한 비집중 적응 제어기를 2-링크 매니퓰레이터에 시뮬에이션한 결과 강하게 결합된 동력학과 부하의 변화에도 불구하고 제안한 기법이 원하는 궤적에 양호하게 진행함을 알 수 있었다.

간극이 있는 링크기구의 동특성 (Dynamic Characteristics of Link Mechanism with Clearance)

  • The existence of clearance at the link joint of a machine is inevitable for assembly and mobility. During the cyclic operation of a machine, rapid changes of the direction and magnitude of connection forces cause momentary loss of contact between the pin and the bushing at the link joint. Contact loss at the clearance joint gives rise to undesirable impact. The impulsive force affects on the performance of the machine, and leads to excessive vibration, noise and faster wear in the connecitons. In this paper, experiment and theoretical analysis were carried out for the variation of crank speed and clearance size. The link mechanism employed in this investigation was newly designed to check the effects of parameter changes on the occurrence of contact loss and on the magnitude of the impact force. The contact loss and impact position were calculated with various driving conditions.
