전산화를 통한 한국인 식생활 개선 방안 연구-식생활평가 시스템- (Development and Application of Computerized Dietary Analysis System)

  • The purpose of this study is to computerize all the necessary information on the daily food value and nutritional status for individuals and groups. In this research, a FOCUS-16jXT (16 bit personal computer ) compatible with IBM-PCjXT was used, and the database files and programs were created by using the dBASEIII package. The food life evaluation system consists of 3 subsystems of Reference, Nutrition Status Assessment and Food Source. The findings are summerized a8 follows: 1. Reference: This subsystem enables users to proceed to the next step, if necessary, by describing each subsystem. 2. Nutrition Status Assessment. 1) Food Habit Assessment: This subsystem determines whether the user has a good food habit or not, based on the answers for ten questions about daily food life. 2) Obesity Assessment: This subsystem calculates Broca index, which is used as a indicator of obesity. 3) Nutrient Intakes: When personal data such as age, sex, weight, height and food consumptions are input, it is possible to calculate the followings. i) Comparison between the amounts intaked and the recommended dietary daily allowances of various nutrients ii) Nutrient intakes from each food group and their composition rates for the nutrients iii) Nutrient intakes per unit body surface area iv) Composition of lipid intake 3. Food Sources: The appropriate food sources for the lacking nutrients will be recommended to the subjects.

내림 경사로 보행시 배낭 무게에 따른 하지 움직임의 운동역학적 분석 (Biomechanical Analysisz of Varying Backpack Loads on the Lower Limb Moving during Downhill Walking)

  • Objective : The purpose of this study was to conduct biomechanical analysis of varying backpack loads on the lower limb movements during downhill walking over $-20^{\circ}$ ramp. Method : Thirteen male university students (age: $23.5{\pm}2.1yrs$, height: $175.7{\pm}4.6cm$, weight: $651.9{\pm}55.5N$) who have no musculoskeletal disorder were recruited as the subjects. Each subject walked over $20^{\circ}$ ramp with four different backpack weights (0%, 10%, 20% and 30% of body weight) in random order at a speed of $1.0{\pm}0.1m/s$. Five digital camcorders and two force plates were used to obtain 3-d data and kinetics of the lower extremity. For each trial being analyzed, five critical instants were identified from the video recordings. Ground reaction force, loading rate, decay rate, and resultant joint moment of the ankle and the knee were determined by the inverse dynamics analysis. For each dependent variable, one-way ANOVA with repeated measures was used to determine whether there were significant differences among four different backpack weight conditions (p<.05). When a significant difference was found, post hoc analyses were performed using the contrast procedure. Results : The results of this study showed that the medio-lateral GRFs at RHC in 20% and 30% body weight were significantly greater than the corresponding value in 0% of body weight. A consistent increase in the vertical GRFs as backpack loads increased was observed. The valgus joint movement of the knee at RTO in 30% body weight was significantly greater than the corresponding values in 0% and 10% body weight. The increased valgus moment of 30% body weight observed in this phase was associated with decelerating and stabilizing effects on the knee joint. The results also showed that the extension and valgus joint moments of the knee were systematically affected by the backpack load during downhill walking. Conclusion : Since downhill walking while carrying heavy external loads in a backpack may lead to excessive knee joint moment, damage can occur to the joint structures such as joint capsule and ligaments. Therefore, excessive repetitions of downhill walking should be avoided if the lower extremity is subjected to abnormally high levels of load over an extended period of time.

3차원 레이저 스캐너를 이용한 한국 성인 정상교합자의 안면 연조직에 대한 연구 (A study of facial soft tissue of Korean adults with normal occlusion using a three-dimensional laser scanner)

  • 치과교정영역에서 컴퓨터기술의 발달로 안면 경조직 및 연조직의 3차원적인 분석이 가능해졌으며 이에 따라 교정환자의 진단과 치료계획 및 치료 후에 연조직의 3차원적인 평가가 가능하게 되었다. 그러나 안면 연조직의 3차원적 분석을 위한 표준화된 기준이 없고 임상적용이 가능한 진단 프로그램은 아직 없는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 3차원 진단 시 유용한 안면 연조직 계측점들의 3차원 계측치(X, Y, Z)를 제시하고, 이를 이용하여 설정된 길이, 각도 및 비율의 정상치를 제시하고자 한다. 3차원 촬영 기구로 비접촉식 3차원 레이저 스캐너를 이용하였으며, 한국 성인 정상교합 자 남녀 각각 30명(남자평균 20.1세, 여자평균 21.7세)을 연구대상으로 하였다. Rapidform 2004 프로그램(Inus Technology Inc., Seoul, Korea)으로 3차원 영상을 만든 후 3차원 입체영상에 soft tissue nasion을 원점으로 하는 좌표계(X축-좌우, Y축-상하, Z축-전후)를 설정하고, 29개의 계측점을 지정한 후 거리계측 45개 항목, 각도 8개 항목, 거리비율 29개 항목을 분석하였다. 각각의 계측점의 3차원 좌표(X, Y, Z)를 구하였으며 이를 바탕으로 각각의 계측항목을 계산하여 표준화하였다. 특히, 각도항목에서 transverse upper lip prominence (Ch(Rt)-ULPm-Ch(Lt))는 남자 $107^{\circ}$, 여자 $106^{\circ}$였고, transverse mandibular prominence (Go'(Rt)-Pog'-Go'(Lt))는 남녀 모두 $76^{\circ}$였다. Naso frontal angle (G-N'-Pn)은 남자 $142^{\circ}$, 여자 $147^{\circ}$, transverse nasal prominence (Zy(Rt)-Pn-Zy(Lt))는 남자 $112^{\circ}$, 여자 $116^{\circ}$로 남녀 간에 통계학적으로 유의차가 있었다 (p<0.05). 하안면고경 하방 2/3 (Li-Me')와 하악체길이(Go'-Me'), 입술고경(ULPm-Li)과 폭경(Ch(Rt)-Ch(Lt))의 비율은 각각 2/5로 나타났다. 관상기준평면에서 안면의 윤곽을 나타내는 계측점인 FT, Zy, Pn, ULPm, Li, Me'까지의 거리의 비는 -1/-1/1/0.5/0.5/-0.6였다. 또한 얻어진 자료를 이용하여 한국 성인 정상교합자의 3차원 안면 모델을 제작하였으며 이는 교정진단 또는 치료결과 비교 시 template로 활용될 수 있으리라 사료된다.

체감형 스키 시뮬레이터 개발을 위한 플루크보겐 동작의 운동역학적 비교 (Comparisons of Pflugbogen's Biomechanical Characteristics to Develop Interactive Ski Simulator)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare pflugbogen's biomechanical characteristics between on the ski simulator and snowed ski slope to develop interactive ski simulator. Nine ski instructors(sex: male, age: $29.6{\pm}5.4yrs$, height: $176.0{\pm}5.6cm$, body mass: $76.0{\pm}14.0kg$) belong to Korean Ski Instructors Association participated in this research. 24 Infrared cameras for snowed ski slope experiment and 13 infrared camera for ski simulator experiment were installed near by path of pflugbogen. The participants did pflugbogen on the snowed ski slope and the ski simulator both. During the experiment, the participants weared motion capture suit with infrared reflective makers on it, and plantar pressure sensors in ski boots, so that ski motion and plantar pressure data were collected together. Displacement of COG(center of gravity) movements, trunk flexion/extension angle, adduction/abduction angle, and plantar pressure data were significantly different between on the simulator and ski slope. However, percentage of time of COG movement in the phases during medial/lateral and anterior/posterior movement were not significantly different. Findings indicate that the difference between two groups occurred because the ski simulator's drive mechanism is different from ski motion on the slope. In order to develop the ski simulator more interactively for pflugbogen, the ski simulator's drive mechanism need to be reflected 3D motion data of pflugbogen on the slope that were purposed in this research.

Impact of Alcohol Consumption on Quality of Life, Depressive Mood and Metabolic Syndrome in Obstructive Lung Disease Patients: Analysis of Data from Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey from 2014 and 2016

  • Background: The objective of this study was to investigate whether alcohol consumption might affect the quality of life (QOL), depressive mood, and metabolic syndrome in patients with obstructive lung disease (OLD). Methods: Data were obtained from the Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey from 2014 and 2016. OLD was defined as spirometry of forced expiratory volume in 1 second/forced vital capacity <0.7 in those aged more than 40 years. QOL was evaluated using the European Quality of Life Questionnaire-5D (EQ-5D) index. Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9) was used to assess the severity of depressive mood. Alcohol consumption was based on a history of alcohol ingestion during the previous month. Results: A total of 984 participants with OLD (695 males, 289 females, age 65.8±9.7 years) were enrolled. The EQ-5D index was significantly higher in alcohol drinkers (n=525) than in non-alcohol drinkers (n=459) (0.94±0.11 vs. 0.91±0.13, p=0.002). PHQ9 scores were considerably lower in alcohol drinkers than in non-alcohol drinkers (2.15±3.57 vs. 2.78±4.13, p=0.013). However, multiple logistic regression analysis showed that alcohol consumption was not associated with EQ-5D index or PHQ-9 score. Body mass index ≥25 kg/m2, triglyceride ≥150 mg/dL, high-density lipoprotein <40 mg/dL in men and <50 mg/dL in women, and blood pressure ≥130/85 mm Hg were significantly more common in alcohol drinkers than in non-alcohol drinkers (all p<0.05). Conclusion: Alcohol consumption did not change the QOL or depressive mood of OLD patients. However, metabolic syndrome-related factors were more common in alcohol drinkers than in non-alcohol drinkers.

초등학교 비만아동을 위한 26주-비만관리프로그램이 비만지수와 자아존중감, 자기효능, 및 신체상에 미치는 효과에 미치는 효과 (Effects of the 26-weeks Obesity Management Program on Obesity Index, Self-esteem, Self-efficacy, and Body Image among Obese Elementary School Children)

  • 본 연구는 초등학교 비만아동을 위한 '26주-비만관리프로그램'을 개발하여 비만지수(체질량, 체지방률, 중성지방)와 자아존중감, 식이자기효능, 운동자기효능, 신체상에 미치는 효과를 검정한 비동등성 대조군 전후설계에 의한 유사실험 연구이다. 연구대상자는 초등학교 4~6학년 학생 중 체질량 $20kg/m^2$ 이상인 46명 아동으로 실험군 23명과 대조군 23명이었다. '26주-비만관리프로그램'은 12주의 집중관리와 14주의 추후관리로 이루어졌다. 집중관리 12주 동안에 집단교육(비만, 운동, 영양)은 12회, 식이 및 운동은 36회, 심리상담은 5회 진행되었고, 이어서 추후관리 14주 동안에 집단교육은 3회, 식이 및 운동실천 점검 3회, 심리상담은 1회 실시하였다. 수집된 자료의 분석은 Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, chi-square test, Fisher's exact probability, t-test, ANCOVA를 사용하였다. 연구결과 실험군에서 체질량($20kg/m^2$), 체지방률(15-20%), 중성지방($90mg/d{\ell}$)이 정상기준치 이상이었으나, 실험군의 체질량(F=94.869, p<.001), 체지방률(F=37.361, p<.001), 중성지방(F=7.907, p= .007)이 대조군보다 유의하게 감소하였다. 이어서 실험군의 자아존중감 점수(F=19.661, p<.001), 식이자기효능감 점수(F=16.942, p<.001), 운동자기효능 점수(F=9.363, p= .004), 신체상 점수(F=9.782, p= .003)가 대조군보다 유의하게 더 높았다. 이러한 결과를 통해 본 연구에서 개발된 '26주-비만관리프로그램'은 초등학교 비만아동들의 비만지수와 심리적 변인의 관리에 대한 효과적인 간호 중재임이 확인되었다.

3차원 영상분석을 이용한 대원사다층석탑의 안정성 평가 (Stability Evaluation of Multi-storied Stone Pagoda in the Daewonsa Temple using Three-dimensional Image Analysis)

  • 석조문화재는 설계 도면이 소실된 경우가 많으며 정확한 형태정보가 없어 보존과 원형복원에 큰 어려움이 있다. 최근에 정밀실측과 같이 수치정보를 구축하는 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있지만, 대부분 2차원적으로서 활용도에 한계가 있다. 이를 보완하는 새로운 기법으로 3차원 영상 스캐닝 시스템이 도입되고 있다. 이 연구에서는 대원사다층 석탑을 대상으로 3D 스캐닝을 통하여 3차원 영상분석과 자료를 구축하고 실측도를 작성하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 수평 및 수직 변위를 평가하였다. 부재별 수치를 측정한 결과, 각 방면에서 서로 다른 수치를 보이고 있으며 상하 및 좌우변위가 나타났다. 수평적 상하변위는 좌면과 우면에서 탑신의 상부로 갈수록 컸으며, 수직적 좌우변위는 8층 옥개석이 북서쪽으로 치우쳐 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 이와 같은 변위측정과 평가는 석조문화재의 특성상 불균등한 표면과 프로그램 및 연구자에 따라 약간의 오차는 발생할 수 있다. 앞으로 다양한 실측과 안정성 평가연구가 진행된다면 석조문화재의 원형보존과 훼손상태 파악에 대한 정확한 자료를 제시할 수 있을 것이다.

Decursin and decursinol angelate가 2세대 출산률 회복에 미치는 영향 (Recovery from the Two-generation Reproductive Toxicity in Sprague-Dawley Rats by Treatment with Decursin and Decursinol Angelate)

  • 2세대동물에 있어 bisphenol A (BPA)에 대하여 decursin and decursinol angelate (D/DA)의 투여가 출산률 회복에 미치는 영향에 대하여 연구하였다. 실험그룹은 대조군, BPA 투여군, BPA와 D/DA 병용투여군으로 이루어졌으며, BPA와 D/DA 병용투여군에서 BPA 투여군과 비교 시 어미개체에서 몸무게, 장기무게에서 차이를 보였다. 정자수는 대조군과 비교 시 BPA군에서는 64.70%로 감소하였고 BPA와 D/DA 병용투여군에서는 7.69% 감소를 확인하였다. 고용량의 BPA (50 mg/kg/day)의 복용개체에서는 1세대에 임신 및 출산을 하지 못하였다. 하지만, BPA와 D/DA 병용투여군에서는 BPA 투여군과 비교 시 임신(98.87%) 및 출산률(55.78%)이 회복 됨을 확인하였다. 또한, 2세대의 임신 및 출산률은 대조군(75.02%)과 비교 시 BPA와 D/DA 병용투여군(78.11%)에서는 차이가 없음을 확인하였다. 이 연구결과는 D/DA (50 mg/kg/day)의복용은 임신 및 출산에 있어 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 확인하였다.

Effects of feeding level on nutrient digestibility and enteric methane production in growing goats (Capra hircus hircus) and Sika deer (Cervus nippon hortulorum)

  • Objective: Two experiments were conducted to determine the effects of feeding level on nutrient digestibility and enteric methane ($CH_4$) emissions in growing goats and Sika deer. Methods: Three growing male goats (initial body weight [BW] of $22.4{\pm}0.9kg$) and three growing male deer (initial BW of $20.2{\pm}4.8kg$) were each allotted to a respiration-metabolism chamber for an adaptation period of 7 d and a data collection period of 3 d. An experimental diet was offered to each animal at one of three feeding levels (1.5%, 2.0%, and 2.5% of BW) in a $3{\times}3$ Latin square design. The chambers were used for measuring enteric $CH_4$ emission. Results: Nutrient digestibility decreased linearly in goats as feeding level increased, whereas Sika deer digestibility was not affected by feeding level. The enteric production of $CH_4$ expressed as g/kg dry matter intake (DMI), g/kg organic matter intake, and % of gross energy intake decreased linearly with increased feeding level in goats; however, that of Sika deer was not affected by feeding level. Six equations were estimated for predicting the enteric $CH_4$ emission from goats and Sika deer. For goat, equation 1 was found to be of the highest accuracy: $CH_4(g/d)=6.2({\pm}14.1)+10.2({\pm}7.01){\times}DMI(kg/d)+0.0048({\pm}0.0275){\times}dry$ matter digestibility (DMD, g/kg)-0.0070 (${\pm}0.0187$)${\times}$neutral detergent fiber digestibility (NDFD; g/kg). For Sika deer, equation 4 was found to be of the highest accuracy: $CH_4(g/d)=-13.0({\pm}30.8)+29.4({\pm}3.93){\times}DMI(kg/d)+0.046(0.094){\times}DMD(g/kg)-0.0363({\pm}0.0636){\times}NDFD(g/kg)$. Conclusion: Increasing the feeding level increased $CH_4$ production in both goats and Sika deer, and predictive models of enteric $CH_4$ production by goats and Sika deer were estimated.

무정전 활선작업 피교육자를 위한 3차원 몰입형 가상환경 교육시스템의 개발 (3DImmersion Type Virtual Environment System : Training Interruption-free Live-Line Workers)

  • As an information-oriented society comes, many people use PC and depend on database that network server has. However, the online data can be missed when a blackout happens and also a power failure effects on standard of judgment on Power Quality. Thus, it is reason of a trend using interruption-free live-line work when a trouble happens to power system. However, the 83% among the number of people who receive an electric shock experience when a laborer is doing interruption-free live-line works. In interruption-free method, the education and the training problem has been issued. However, we have a few instructors for that training. Furthermore, the trainees have short training period, just 4 weeks. In this paper, to develope the method that has no restriction of a time and place and reduce the wasteful materials, immersion type virtual reality(or environment) technology is used. The users of a 3D immersion type VR training system can interact with the system by doing same action in the real safe environment. Thus, it can be valuable to apply this training system to a dangerous work like as "Interruption-free live-line work exchanging COS(Cut-Out-Switch)". In this program, the user works with a instruction on the window and speaker and can't work other tasks until each part of the task completed. The workers using this system can use their hands and viewpoint movement as he is in a real environment but the trainee can't use all parts and senses of a real body with the current VR technology. Despite of this weak point, when we consider the trends of improvement in electrical devices and communication technology, we can say that 3D graphic VR application has a high potentiality.
