300W 평면 변압기적용 포워드 컨버터 (Forward Converter Using 300W Planar Transformer)

  • 이 논문에서는 Planar transformer를 적용한 30W급 포워드 컨버터에 대한 설계와 실험결과를 소개한다. 컨버터의 전체적인 크기와 체적은 일반적인 권선형 변압기 대신 Planar transformer를 적용함으로써 감소하였고 크기와 체적의 감소로 포워드 컨버터의 전력밀도가 증가하였다. 또한, Single Switch 포워드 컨버터 와 Active Clamp ZVS 포워드 컨버터를 비교연구 하였다.

  • The size of a PLS 300w's lighting source is smaller than the size of other's. It makes the reflector design of pls 300w more efficient. We designed it and analyzed the result of the reflector design in this paper.

  • The forward planar transformer, which had power capacity of 300 W, input voltage of 220 V, output voltage of 15 V, and switching frequency of 300 KHz, was designed and manufactured by using the planar core with large effective area and the flat copper leadframes for miniaturization and high efficiency of the switching mode power supply (SMPS). As well as, a forward converter equipped with the above mentioned planar transformer was manufactured and electromagnetic characteristics were investigated. The numerical value of turns for 1st and 2nd winding were 15 and 2 respectively The self inductance of 1st winding was 1.592 mH, very low leakage inductance of 2.7 $\mu$H, and the coupling factor of 0.928 were obtained at switching frequency of 300 KHz. The high efficiency of 88.62 % for the SMPS equipped with planar transformer was obtained at power capacity of 300 W.

  • 본 연구에서 대상아파트에 적용할 열병합발전 시스템의 적정 용량은 투자회수기간 및 이익발생량 등을 고려할 때 약 300kW(전기출력)급으로 나타났으며, 열병합발전 시스템의 운전 모드는 전기부하추종을 바탕으로 하여 아파트 단지의 전기수요의 기저부하를 담당하도록 하며, 아파트 단지의 전기부하가 발전기 정격용량(300kW) 이상의 범위에서는 한전전기와 계통 연계되어 운전토록 하고, 전기부하가 발전기 정격용량의 50% 부하 이상의 범위에서는 발전기만 운전하고, 전기부하가 발전기 정격용량의 50% 부하 이하에서는 발전기를 정지하고 한전전기만으로 운전하는 것이 바람직한 것으로 나타났다.

$SiH_4$ 환원에 의한 Selective CVD-W막 특성에 대한 증착시간과 압력의 효과 (Effect of Deposition Time and Pressure on Properties of Selective CVD-W by $SiH_4$ Reduction)

  • $SiH_4$환원에 의한 선택성 CVD-W 공정에서 증착시간과 증착압력에 따른 W막 특성의 변화를 조사하였다. $300^{\circ}C$, 100mtorr이하에서 W막이 Si기판 전면에 증착되는 데에 약 30초의 시간이 걸렸고, 증착시간에 따라 막 두께는 초기에는 직선적으로, 나중에는 포물선적으로 증가하였으며, 면저항은 초기에는 급히, 나중에는 서서히 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. 50-300mtorr의 압력범위에서 압력의 증가에 따라 결정립도(grain size)는 별로 변하지 않았으나 결정립계(grain boundary)의 윤곽이 불확실해지는 경향을 나타내었다. 또한 이 압력범위에서는 ${\alpha}-W$만 나타날 뿐 ${\beta}-W$의존재는 발견되지 않았다. 증차압력의 증가에 따라 W막의 증착속도가 증가하고, 비저항도 증가하는 경향을 보였다. AES 분석결과에 의하면, 증착압력온 Si/W의 조성비나 W/Si계면에서의 실리사이드화에는 큰 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

150 MHz 대역에서의 SAR 측정시스템의 유효성 연구 (A Study on the SAR Measurement System Validation at 150 MHz Band)

  • 한국전파법에서 휴대전화에만 적용되었던 전자파흡수율(SAR: Specific Absorption Rate) 측정 대상기기가 2012년 1월 이후 인체로부터 20 cm 이내에 위치하는 휴대용 송신 무선통신기기로 확대됨에 따라 150 MHz 대역의 무전기가 포함되어 이에 대한 SAR 적합성 평가를 위한 SAR 측정방법이 필요하다. 그러나 현재 SAR 측정방법에 대한 국제표준(IEC 62209-2)에서는 300 MHz 대역 이상의 주파수에 대해서 적용하고 있으며, 상용 SAR 측정시스템에서도 300 MHz 대역 이상의 주파수에 대해서만 측정이 가능하도록 되어 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 150 MHz 대역의 SAR 측정 유효성 평가를 위한 기준 다이폴 안테나(복사체 길이: 760 mm, 반사 손실 : -25.48 dB) 및 평면형 모의인체의 크기($1,300 mm(L){\times}900 mm(W){\times}200 mm(H)$), 수치해석 SAR 목표값(1 g: 1.08 W/kg, 10 g: 0.77 W/kg)을 제시하였다. 제시된 기준 다이폴 안테나 및 평면형 모의인체를 제작하여 상용 SAR 측정시스템의 적합성 여부를 확인하였다. 측정된 1 g 및 10 g SAR 값은 각각 1.13 W/kg, 0.81 W/kg으로, IEC 국제 표준의 유효 범위인 ${\pm}10$ % 이내를 만족하였다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 규격들은 국내 SAR 측정방법 및 IEC 국제 표준으로 반영될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

오적산가미방(五積散加味方)이 고지방식이 유도 비만쥐의 지질대사, 항산화계 및 전염증성 cytokine 생산에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Ojeoksangamibang on the Lipid Metabolism, Anti-oxidation and Concentration of Proinflammatory Cytokines in Rat Fed High Fat Diet)

  • Objectives: This study was designed to examine the effects of extracts of Ojeoksangamibang($W{\check{u}}j\bar{i}s\check{a}nji\bar{a}w\grave{e}if\bar{a}ng$) on the lipid lowering, anti-oxidation and concentration of proinflammatory cytokines and was investigated on hyperlipidemic rats. Methods: Male rats weighing $182.39{\pm}4.71g$ were fed high fat diet for 8 weeks and 36 rats(above 400 g) were divided into 4 groups. Each of 9 rats was divided a control group and experimental groups. We fed a control group of rats a basal diet and administered normal saline(100 mg/kg, 1 time/1 day) for 4 weeks. And we fed each experimental group of rats basal diet and administered an extract of Ojeoksangamibang($W{\check{u}}j\bar{i}s\check{a}nji\bar{a}w\grave{e}if\bar{a}ng$) extracts(100 mg/kg, 200mg/kg, 300 mg/kg, 300 mg/kg, 1 time/1 day) for 4 weeks. At the end of the experiment, the rats were sacrificed to determine their chemical composition. We measured lipid of plasma and liver, concentration of proinflmmatory cytokines, anti-oxidative activity and $TNF-{\alpha}$, Apo-B, Apo-E and leptin gene expression. Results: 1. Concentration of plasma free fatty(FFA) showed no significant difference in all the treatment groups. Concentration of plasma triglyceride(TG) showed a significant decrement in the 300 mg/kg in Ojeoksangamibang($W{\check{u}}j\bar{i}s\check{a}nji\bar{a}w\grave{e}if\bar{a}ng$) groups than that of control group. 2. Concentration of plasma total cholesterol showed a significant decrement in the 200 and 300 mg/kg in Ojeoksangamibang($W{\check{u}}j\bar{i}s\check{a}nji\bar{a}w\grave{e}if\bar{a}ng$) groups than that of control group. Concentration of plasma low density lipoprotein(LDL)-cholesterol showed a Significant decrement in the 300 mg/kg in Ojeoksangamibang($W{\check{u}}j\bar{i}s\check{a}nji\bar{a}w\grave{e}if\bar{a}ng$) groups than that of control group. Concentration of plasma high density lipoprotein(HDL)-cholesterol showed a significant increment in the 300 mg/kg in Ojeoksangamibang($W{\check{u}}j\bar{i}s\check{a}nji\bar{a}w\grave{e}if\bar{a}ng$) group. 3. Concentration of liver total cholesterol showed a tendence to decrease in Ojeoksangamibang($W{\check{u}}j\bar{i}s\check{a}nji\bar{a}w\grave{e}if\bar{a}ng$) groups. Concentration of liver TG showed a significant decrement in all Ojeoksangamibang groups than that of control group. 4. Concentration of plasma and liver thiobarbituric acid reactive substance(TBARS) showed a tendence to decrease in Ojeoksangamibang($W{\check{u}}j\bar{i}s\check{a}nji\bar{a}w\grave{e}if\bar{a}ng$) groups. 5. The values of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px), superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase(CAT) activity showed a significant increment in all Ojeoksangamibang($W{\check{u}}j\bar{i}s\check{a}nji\bar{a}w\grave{e}if\bar{a}ng$) groups than that of control group. 6. The values of plasma aspartate aminotransferase(AST) and alanine aminotransferase(ALT) activity showed no significant different in all treatment group. 7. Concentration of plasma $interleukin(IL)-1{beta}$ showed no significant difference in all the treatment groups. Concentration of plasma IL-6 showed a significant decrement in the 300 mg/kg in Ojeoksangamibang($W{\check{u}}j\bar{i}s\check{a}nji\bar{a}w\grave{e}if\bar{a}ng$) group than that of control group. Concentration of plasma tumor necrosis $factor-{\alpha}(TNF-{\alpha})$ a siginifant decrement in the 200 and 300 mg/kg in Ojeoksangamibang($W{\check{u}}j\bar{i}s\check{a}nji\bar{a}w\grave{e}if\bar{a}ng$) group than that of control group. However the concentration of plasma IL-10 in the 300 mg/kg Ojeoksangamibang($W{\check{u}}j\bar{i}s\check{a}nji\bar{a}w\grave{e}if\bar{a}ng$) groups showed a significant increment than that of control group. 9. In the analysis of reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR), gene expression of $TNF-{\alpha}$, Apo-B and Apo-E in the Ojeoksangamibang($W{\check{u}}j\bar{i}s\check{a}nji\bar{a}w\grave{e}if\bar{a}ng$) groups showed a lower expression than that of control group. However the gene expression of leptin showed no difference in the treatment groups. 10. The ratio of $TNF-{\alpha}$, Apo-B, and Apo-E per ${\beta}-actin$ expression in the Ojeoksangamibang($W{\check{u}}j\bar{i}s\check{a}nji\bar{a}w\grave{e}if\bar{a}ng$) groups showed a significant decrement than that of control group. However The ratio of leptin expression per ${\beta}-actin$ expression showed no significant difference among all the treatment groups. Conclusions: According to above results, in lowering lipid effect, anti-oxidation and control of pro-inflammatory cytokines production, Ojeoksangamibang($W{\check{u}}j\bar{i}s\check{a}nji\bar{a}w\grave{e}if\bar{a}ng$) gives effect.

40-W 200-ns 300-kHz Thulium-doped Fiber Laser at 2050 nm

  • A 40-W 200-ns 300-kHz thulium-doped fiber laser at 2050 nm with a master oscillator power amplifier configuration was developed, for application to lithium-isotope separation. The master oscillator generated a 5.35 W continuous-wave beam, which the pulse generator then broke into 200-ns pulses at 300 kHz. Then, the laser beam was amplified by passing through a two-stage amplifier. The output power finally obtained was 42.0 W at 2050 nm, and was stable for a long time, over 2 hours. In spite of this achievement, mode instability was observed in the output beam. This can be solved in the future by using a method such as tight coiling.

3차원 혼합기로 볼밀링한 W-Cu 복합분말의 미세구조 변화와 소결거동 (Microstructural Change and Sintering Behavior of W-Cu Composite Powders Milled by 3-Dimensional Mixer)

  • The W-Cu composite powders were synthesized from W and Cu elemental powders by ball-milling process, and their microstructural changes and sintering behaviors were evaluated. The ball milling process was carried out in a 3-dimensional mixer (Turbula mixer) using zirconic ($ZrO_2$) ball and alumina ($Al_2O_3$) vial up to 300 hrs. The ball-milled W-Cu powders revealed nearly spherical shape. Microstructure of the composite powders showed onion-like structure which consists of W and Cu shells due to the moving characteristic of Turbula mixer. The W and Cu elements in the composite powders milled for 300 hrs were homogeneously distributed, and W grain size in the ball-milled powder was smaller than 0.5 $\mu\textrm{m}$. Fe impurity introduced during ball milling process was very low as of 0.001 wt%. The relative sintered density of ball-milled W-Cu specimens reached about 94% after sintering at $1100^{\circ}C$.
