방사성 표지단백질을 이용한 우유의 열처리 및 한외거르기가 코티지 치즈의 생산성 증대에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Thermalization and Ultrafiltration Membrane on the Increase of Cottage Cheese Yield Using Radiolabelled Protein)

  • 치즈 제조시 열처리와 한외거르기를 통하여 생산량이 증가되는 정도를 방사성 동위원소 $[^{14}C]$가 표지된 락토글로불린을 이용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 열처리를 통하여 4.33%의 ${\beta}$-락토글로불린이 치즈 커드에 결합되었으며, 한외거르기를 통하여 $3.20{\sim}6.65%$${\beta}$-락토글로불린이 생산량 증대에 관여하였다. 단백질의 증가와 비교해 본 결과, 다른 유청단백질도 한외거르기, 열처리 효과에 의하여 치즈 커드와 결합하는 것으로 추측되었으며 한외거르기시 막에 흡착되거나 하여 손실된 양은 1.03% 이었다.

Future-oriented Characteristics Examined through the Identity and Modernity of Sonia Delaunay's Work

  • The purpose of this study is to derive the future-oriented characteristics Sonia Delaunay presented at the time based on the identity and modernity shown in her works and diverse activity. The scope of study spans from 1907 to the start of World War II and includes both applied and fine arts, with a focus on textiles and fashion. The research method is a literary study that includes old documents, exhibition booklets, and explanations from museum curators. The visual materials are actual works observed at exhibitions and digital images of various exhibitions. As a result of the research, she was a practitioner who expressed her identity in marriage, artwork, textiles, and fashion. In order to embody her design and express modernity, she showed geometric and modern motifs and she incorporated a sense of bright color and modernized light into her work by following the principle of simultaneous contrast in color. Additionally, she applied Hungarian embroidery techniques to simple materials and created geometric abstraction with her simultaneous colors, which contributed to both originality and the mass production of textile design. The future-oriented characteristics she presented are the dynamism of modern rhythm, the expansion of convergence and collaboration, the innovation of new production and exhibition, the media of consumer society, and the femininity of modern life. She recognized the mass consumer society and mass production of the early 20th century and actively utilized various media and genres to evoke a dynamic sense necessary for modern life and presented a design to be seen as a modern woman.

  • This paper is a study on applications providing information related to infant care. It classifies various mobile contents into a few types, compares and contrasts them. Also it analyzes the latest trend of the contents and the strengths of newest applications or app. books. Through the analysis, this study suggests an infant care application which provides information efficiently. It causes useful that people in need can gather information conveniently through this application. Furthermore, it offers opportunities to contribute to the society.

돼지감자 분말을 이용한 고정화 Kluyveromyces marxianus FO43의 에탄올 발효특성 (Ethanol Production by Immobilized Kluyveromyces marxianus FO43 Using Jerusalem Artichoke Powder)

  • 돼지감자 분말을 원료로 alginate에 고정화된 Kluyveromyces marxianus FO43의 에탄올 생산성을 향상시키기 위한 연구를 수행하였다. 15% 돼지감자 배지에서 발효시킨 고정화 효모에 의한 에탄올 농도와 이론치에 대한 에탄올 수율은 4일 후에 각각 3.38%(w/v), 54.20%로 이것은 고정화하지 않은 효모의 3.76%(w/v), 71.13% 보다 낮았다. Cellulase의 첨가는 $15{\sim}20%$ 돼지감자 배지의 점조성을 크게 낮추어 고정화 효모의 에탄올 생산성을 증가시켰다. 그리하여 20% 배지에서도 효소를 처리하여 고정화 효모를 4일 발효 시키면 에탄올 농도를 5.57%(w/v), 이론치에 대한 에탄올 수율을 68.86%까지 얻을 수 있었다. Repeated batch culture를 실시한 결과 bead의 활성이 22일 동안 저하되지 않고 유지되었다.

베이비붐세대 기혼여성의 부부생활이 행복지수에 미치는 영향 (A study of the impact of the married life of married women from the baby boom generation on the Happiness Index)

  • This study is about the happiness of married women from the baby boom generation. The study aims to understand the impact of the married life of such women on the happiness index and to improve the happiness of married women by improving married life. The data for this study were drawn from the National Women and Family Panel Survey (4th year data) carried out by the Korean Women's Development Institute. The subjects for the final analysis totaled 885 married women from the baby boom generation, born between 1955 and 1963. Of these, 550 were married women in a dual income family, and 335 were married women in a husband-income family. IBM SPSS Statistic 21.0 was used. The findings from this study are as follows: First, the women's happiness index was higher in cases where the women had a more positive view of their husbands, the more often they were involved in leisure activities, the better their conflict resolution whenever there was a clash of opinions, and the more satisfied they were with the division of household labor. Second, in the case of dual income families, the women's happiness index was higher where they had a positive view of their husbands, their conflicts were better resolved, and the more satisfied they were with the division of household labor. Third, in the case of married women in a husband-income family, their happiness index rose the more positively they perceived their husbands, the more often they were involved in leisure activities together, and the more satisfied they were with the division of household labor.

강정과 다식의 탄수화물(炭水化物) 특성(特性) 및 저장성(貯藏性) (Carbohydrate Characteristics and Storage Stability of Korean Confections Kangjeong and Dashik)

  • 한국 고유의 병과류(餠菓類)인 세반강정과 녹말다식을 시료로 하여 탄수화물(炭水化物)의 성분별 함량, 전분의 호화도(糊化度), 평형수분(平衡水分) 함량 그리고 저장성(貯藏性)을 실험하였으며 비교시료로 서양식 과자인 튀김과자와 비스킷을 사용하였다. 세반강정은 전분 함량과 슈크로오스 함량이 낮으나 환원당 함량은 높았다. 한편 녹말다식은 전분과 슈크로오스 함량은 높으나 환원당 함량은 낮았다. 수분 함량은 병과류인 세반강정과 녹말다식이 서양식 과자류보다 높으며 제조시 튀김과정을 거치는 세반강정과 튀김과자에서 호화도가 높았다. 제품의 등 등온흡온곡선(等溫吸溫曲線)은 세반강정>튀김 과자>비스킷>녹말다식의 순으로 높이 나타났다. 네가지 제품을 온도와 습도가 다른 다섯가지 조건하에서 6개월간 저장한 결과 초기의 수분함량을 그대로 유지할 수 있는 상대습도는 세반강정과 녹말다식의 경우 68%, 튀김과자와 비스킷은 20%이었다. 저장중 노화율(老化率)은 세반강정 15%, 녹말다식 20%, 튀김과자와 비스킷 28%로서 냉장고 저장군의 경우 노화율이 가장 낮았다.

고사리의 돌연변이(突然變異) 유발성(誘發性) (Mutagenic Activity by Ames Test of Bracken Grown in Korea)

  • 우리나라에서 오랫동안 식용(食用)하여 온 고사리에 대하여 Salmonella typhimurium을 이용한 Ames test에 의하여 돌연변이 유발성(誘發性)을 조사하였다. 그 결과 생(生)고사리의 증류수 추출물은 낮은 농도에서 TA 1538 균주(菌株)에 대하여 역돌연변이(逆突然變異)를 일으켰으며 높은 농도에서는 독성(毒性)을 강하게 나타냈다. 그러나 $S_9$ mix 첨가시 모든 시험균주에 대하여 돌연변이를 유발시키지 않았고 독성도 나타내지 않았다. 조리(調理)한 고사리의 경우 증류수 추출물의 양은 생고사리의 1/10로 감소하였고 돌연변이 유발능도 검출되지 않았다. 고사리의 70% 에탄올 추출물은 어느 경우에나 돌연변이 유발능을 나타내지 않았다.

고학력 전문직 중년여성의 이혼 후 삶의 경험 (Life's Experiences of Middle-aged Divorced Women with Higher Education and Profession)

  • Purpose: Today, an increasing number of divorce is shifting family forms and gender role practices. The purpose of this qualitative study was to understand life's experiences of middle-aged divorced women with higher education and profession lives in Korea. Methods: For this study, 6 middle-aged divorced women with similar backgrounds were recruited from December 2013 to June 2014, using in-depth individual interviews. Data analysis was performed using Giorgi's phenomenological methodology. Results: Individual interviews revealed the following 15 meaning of themes and 5 themes. 1) A woman considering herself to be ashamed that she has not lived an ordinary life. 2) The destiny of a woman not having a fortune. 3) An exhilarated mood like a teenage girl's 4) Suppressing an instinctive desire of sex. 5) Being a mother as a woman head of household. Conclusion: This study provides deep understanding of middle-aged divorced women with higher levels of education and professional lives of women who experienced difficult times and overcame their problems. Based on the results of this study, nursing strategies for enhancing quality of life need to be created and implemented for all professional women by Korean community networking gradually.

산채류의 Thiamine 분해능 비교 (Comparison of Antithiamine Activities of Wild Vegetables)

  • 국내에서 소비되는 산채류에 대하여 thiamine분해능을 thiochrome 형광법과 Lactobacillus viridescens를 이용한 미생물법으로 측정하였고 페놀 화합물의 함량 및 갈색도와의 관계를 규명하였다. 더덕, 도라지, 토란대, 호박꼬지, 표고버섯, 도토리 전분 등은 thiamine분해능이 크지 않았으나 가지, 고구마 줄기, 고사리, 고춧잎, 취, 즉 등은 상당량의 thiamine분해능을 가지고 있었다. Thiamine분해능이 큰 산채류는 페놀 화합물의 함량과 갈색도도 높았다. 따라서 산채류를 식용으로 할 때는 thiamine급원식품과 함께 조리하지 말 것이며 조리 즉시 섭취하는 것이 바람직하다.

국내외 우수 여자선수 100m 허들동작의 운동학적 비교 분석 (The Kinematic Analysis and Comparison of Foreign and Domestic 100m Elite Woman's Hurdling Techniques)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze kinematic techniques in the woman's 100m hurdle. In order to find the kinematic parameters, a 3-D video system for kinematic analysis-kwon3d 3.1(Kwon3D Motion Analysis Program Version 3.1)-was used. Eight JVC video cameras(GR-HD1KR) were used to film the performance of Lee Yeon-Kyoung at a frame rate of 60fields/s. The kinematic characteristics from the first hurdle to last hurdle were analyzed at the clearing hurdle spots such as distance, velocities, heights and angles. The real-life three-dimensional coordinates of 20 body landmarks during each phases were collected using a Direct Linear Transformation procedure. After analyzing the kinematic variables in the 100m hurdle run, the following conclusion were obtained; Lee Yeon-Kyoung had to maintain constant stride lengths between hurdles and increase takeoff distance before clearance and shorter landing distance after clearance. She also had to hit the correct takeoff point in front of the hurdle and extend the lead leg at the moment of landing in order to minimize the loss of velocity. She had to sprint between hurdles as fast as possible over 8m/s and run powerful first stride and shortened third stride preparing for the following hurdle clearances.
