The optimum conditions for the residue analysis of hydroxyanilide fungicide fenhexamid on cucumber, strawberry and grape were investigated by gas chromatography equipped with electron capture detector (GC-ECD) and the residual amount was determined by sprayed days before harvest. Each samples were extracted with acetone, filtered and concentrated to 50 mL. The concentrated extracts were transferred to dichloromethane and then thoroughly concentrated. The concentrated phase was loaded on the filtration column stuffed with silica gel and purified with acetone:hexane (5:95, 15:85, v/v) mixed solvent. The regression equation and linearity of the standard calibration curves between 0.05~2.00 ng were as follows : cucumber; Y=312.40X+10.26, $R^2=0.9996$, strawberry; Y=313.33X+5.54, $R^2=0.9998$, grape; Y=253.27X-2.23, $R^2=0.9994$. From the standard additional experiments with 0.10 mg/L and 0.40 mg/L, the average recoveries of cucumber, strawberry and grape were 94.8%, 88.1% and 93.7%, respectively and the detection limits were all the same as 0.01 mg/L. Residual amounts in crops were ranged from 0.01 to 0.58 mg/L.
The purposes of this study were to compare the soft tissue changes following hard tissue change after surgery between the one jaw and two-jaw surgery in skeletal class III patients and to get the reference of the incisal inclination at presurgical orthodontics. For this study 24 patients for the two-jaw surgery group and 18 patients for one jaw surgery group were selected. Lateral cephalograms were taken at pretreatment, after presurgical orthodontic treatment, immediately after surgical treatment and at least 6 months after surgery. They were traced and analyzed on skeletodental structure and soft tissue. The results were as follows: 1. After surgery, maxilla, maxillary incisors and upper lip were moved anteriorly and superiorly in two-jaw surgery group. Mandible and mandibular incisors were moved posteriorly and superiorly, and thickness of lower lip was increased in both group but there were no statistically significant difference. Anterior facial height was more decreased in two-jaw surgery group (p<0.05). At least 6 months after surgery, by the postorthodontic treatment, maxillary incisors were moved labially 1.44mm, mandible and mandiibular incisors were moved lingually 1.43mrn, 1.26mm respectively in one jaw surgery group. But there was no statistically significant changes of hard tissue in two :jaw surgery group. 2. The correlation coefficients of maxillary hard and soft tissue horizontal changes were high in two jaw surgery group and the ratios for soft tissue to A point were 19% at Sri, 80% at SLS, 82% at LS. The ratios for soft tissue to B point were 92% at LI, 104% at ILS in one jaw surgery group, 89% at LI, 101% at ILS in two-jaw surgery group. 3. The correlation coefficients and change ratios of mandibular incisors and LL HS on lower lip horizontal changes were 0 0.89 and 75%, 85% in one jaw surgery group, 0.93, 0.90 and 76%, 87% in two-jaw surgery group. The correlation coefficients of maxillary incisors and Sn, SLS and LS on upper lip horizontal changes were 072, 0.76 and 0.75 in two jaw surgery group and ratios of changes were 57%, 58% and 59%. 4. The regression equations between skeletal horizontal discrepancy and incisal inclinaton were taken in one jaw surgery group. Those were FMIA=57.48-2.17ANB, U1-SN=-75.02+2.17SNB and $R^2$ were 0.63, 063 respectively. So if there is skeletal horizontal discrepancy by mandibular prognathism in one jaw surgery case, we consider attaining more labial inclination of maxillary incisors than normal and more lingual inclination of mandibular incisors than normal. But correlation coefficient of the regression equations in two jaw surgery group was low, so, that equation was not reliable.
Using the MODerate resolution Imaging Spectro-radiometer (MODIS) retrieved aerosol optical thickness (AOT) along with ground measurements of PM2.5 mass concentration, we assessed local air quality over Dukjuk and Jeju island and estimated possibility of satellite derived PM2.5 during nine intensive observation periods in 15 October 2005 - 24 October 2007. Averaged PM2.5 mass concentrations showed relatively variable as $25.61{\pm}22.92{\mu}g/m^3$ at Dukjuk and $17.33{\pm}10.79{\mu}g/m^3$ at Jeju. The maximum values of $188.89{\mu}g/m^3$ (Dukjuk) and $50.46{\mu}g/m^3$ (Jeju) were recorded during Asian dust storm day. Similarly, the maximum values of MODIS AOT were found as 3.73 (Gosan) and 1.14 (Jeju). Averaged MODIS AOTs at Dukjuk ($0.79{\pm}0.81$) were larger than that at Jeju ($0.42{\pm}0.24$). An empirical relationship between MODIS AOT and PM2.5 mass was obtained and results show that there was a good correlation between satellite and ground based values with a linear correlation coefficient of 0.85 at Dukjuk. The result clearly demonstrates that satellite derived AOT is a good surrogate for monitoring PM air quality over study area. However, meteorological and other ancillary datasets are necessary to further apply satellite data for air quality research.

In a distribution of digital image, there is a serious problem that is a distribution of the altered image by a forger. For the problem solution, this paper proposes a median filtering (MF) image forensic decision algorithm using a feature vector according to the pixel value's gradients. In the proposed algorithm, AR (Autoregressive) coefficients are computed from pixel value' gradients of original image then 1th~6th order coefficients to be six feature vector. And the reconstructed image is produced by the solution of Poisson's equation with the gradients. From the difference image between original and its reconstructed image, four feature vector (Average value, Max. value and the coordinate i,j of Max. value) is extracted. Subsequently, Two kinds of the feature vector combined to 10 Dim. feature vector that is used in the learning of a SVM (Support Vector Machine) classification for MF (Median Filtering) detector of the altered image. On the proposed algorithm of the median filtering detection, compare to MFR (Median Filter Residual) scheme that had the same 10 Dim. feature vectors, the performance is excellent at Unaltered, Averaging filtering ($3{\times}3$) and JPEG (QF=90) images, and less at Gaussian filtering ($3{\times}3$) image. However, in the measured performances of all items, AUC (Area Under Curve) by the sensitivity and 1-specificity is approached to 1. Thus, it is confirmed that the grade evaluation of the proposed algorithm is 'Excellent (A)'.
Electron Spin Resonance (ESR) spectroscopy has been used to detect the presence of radiation-induced free radicals in biological samples since the mid 1950s and to irradiate foods containing cellulose, crystalline sugar, and bone. Therefore, we analyzed the ESR spectrum of irradiated infant formula and its ingredients in this study. Samples were irradiated with 2 different radiation sources of $^{60}Co$ gamma rays and electron beams (EBs), and the absorbed doses were 0, 1, 3, 5, and 7 kGy. ESR measurements were performed under normal atmospheric conditions using a JEOL JES-FA100 spectrometer equipped with an X-band bridge. Irradiated infant formula showed anunsymmetrical spectrum ($g_1$=2.0050, $g_2$=2.0006); in contrast, non-irradiated samples showed asymmetrical spectrum. The ingredients of irradiated samples showed a multi-component ESR signal in glucose and lactose and a singlet-type spectrum in milk powder (g=2.0050). $R^2$ of the dose-response curve showed a fine linearity of over 0.95 across the entire sample. We also compared the spectra of identical samples irradiated with $^{60}Co$ gamma rays and EBs, because EBs can be used for food irradiation in foreign countries, although this is not permitted in Korea. However, we could not find any significant differences according to the types of radiation source. Thus, ESR spectroscopy can be used to detect irradiated infant formula and several types of primary ingredients in this formula.
In order to estimate the optimum fertilizer level for rice, a major food crop, the experimental results obtained from the fertilizer trials conducted at 642 experimental sites(farmers' fields) throughout the country for the period from 1976 to 1979 were examined. Since non-significant interactions among fertilizers have been ovserved from the past experiences, only thirteen treatments(combinations of fertilizer levels) for the experiments as given in the Table 1 were chosen such that simple response curves can be fitted with independent variables being N, $P_2O_5, and K_2O$. Weighted combining analysis of variance was also carried out for each type of paddy fields to test the significance of Treatments $\times$ Experimental sites interaction, and highly significant variability in response to treatments among experimental sites in the same type of paddy fields was observed in most types of fields. For the types of paddy fields where the treatments $\times$ experimental sites interaction was not significant, separate response curves for N, $P_2O_5, and K_2O$ were estimated on the basis of the mean yields of rice, and common values of the optimum levels of fertilizers were extimated thereform. When the interaction is significant, response curves were fitted for each experimental sites. The average fertilizer doses estimated for the types of paddy fields based on the individual sites are given in Tables 7-1 and 7-2.
This study was carried out to investigate the thermo-physical properties and design Freezing time prediction model from data of freezing test of Kimchi. Density of Kimchi were measured as 1001.9 ${\pm}$0.03 kg/㎥ at unfrozen state, 987.0 ${\pm}$0.07 kg/㎥ at frozen state and volume of the Kimchi expanded 4.67% at -l5$^{\circ}C$. Initial freezing point of Kimchi and seasoning were -4.0$^{\circ}C$ and -2.5$^{\circ}C$, respectively. Freezing ratio of Kimchi were estimated more than 50% at -5.0$^{\circ}C$, more than 75% at -l0$^{\circ}C$ and approximately 90% at -25$^{\circ}C$. To obtain equation for freezing time prediction of Kimchi, freezing time(Y) was regressed against the reciprocal( $X_3$) of difference of initial freezing point and freezing medium temperature, reciprocal( $X_4$) of surface heat transfer coefficient, the initial temperature( $X_1$) and thickness( $X_2$) of samples. As results of the multiple regression analysis, equations were obtained as follows. Y$_{kimchi}$=3.856 $X_1$+13982.8 $X_2$+8305.166 $X_3$+ 3559.181 $X_4$-639.189( $R^2$=0.9632). These equations shown better results than previous models, and the accuracy of its was very high as average absolute difference of about 10% in the difference between the fitted and experimental results.
The experiment was conducted to estasblish the large scale production of anti-serum against chicken IgG and to profile the developmental changes of serum IgG levels during all the feeding period(from hatching to 7 weeks of age) in broiler chicks. Blood sample were taken from Hubbard chicken hi-daily or /and weekly during the experimental period. The pure IgG was isolated from ammonium sulfate treated chicken serum by ion exchange chromatography. The quantitative assay of serum IgG were carried by RID method. It was observed that IgG concentrations were showed the highest at hatching(4.25 $m\ell$/$m\ell$), after that dicreased rapidly, lowest at 2 weeks of age(0.81 $m\ell$/$m\ell$), and gradually increased to 7 weeks of age (2.48 $m\ell$/$m\ell$) There was no differences of IgG level between sex, but the IgG levels of male chicks dicreased more rapidly and increased earlier thereafter than those of females during the first two weeks of agg.

Grapevine leaf spot caused by Pseudocercospora vitis also called leaf Isariopsis spot which is one of the most important disease in Korea. Spots on the leaves are irregular to angular. They are brown, measure 2${\sim}$20 mm in diameter. Campbell Early, the major grape cultivar in Korea, is very susceptible to this disease. Leaf spot of grape is outbreak about 95% in ratio of diseased leaves according to the areas and management state of orchards in Korea. The diseased grapevines have some difficulty in raise of the trees by early defoliation and decrease the quality of fruits by disadvantage of assimilation products accumulation. Severe outbreak of the grapevine leaf spot is one of the factors that decrease of sugar content of the fruits about 20%. The strong negative correlation was observed between disease increase of grapevine and decrease of sugar content of the fruits. The correlation equation between relative sugar content of fruits and accumulated percentage of diseased leaves was Y = 0.0009$X^2$ - 0.3717X + 116.45($r^2$= 0.98).
This paper studies the impact of domestic and foreign economic activity on mobility among regions. The shortage of human resources and demand continues in Eastern Europeans. Especially Ukrainians, have entered the Polish labor market to make up for the scarce areas. As a result, Poland's supply and demand in Ukraine is disproportionate. Minimum wage increases are putting continued pressure on employers. Therefore, the regression equation in the form of job-seeker's economic activity ratio, y= AX2+B,(x=settlers) can be used to grasp the relationship between curves. According to the domestic and foreign workers who migrated, economic activities was rather than increasing the local population, the settlers of nearby large cities is more proportional. Empirical analysis has shown that the human resource hub has increased migration to large cities and industrial. The hub 'A'nation has been created for mobility in 4th wave re-industry, and the same re-industrialization (N2) in other cities has attracted nearby human resources, but not settle. After all, the hub relationship between N1 and N2 is a mobile relationship. Due to wage inequality or a positive wellbeing chasm, workers are not settled plant area but a nearby city, or commuting between borders is easy to go into the hub central city. However, this proved on emerging from the relatively temporary settlers in the AI era.
