디지털 콘텐츠가 나타나면서 시대별 유통 방법이 제안되고 발전돼왔다. 초창기 저용량의 디지털 콘텐츠에서 현재 대용량의 DVD급 화질의 콘텐츠가 유통되고 있다. 아날로그 콘텐츠와는 달리 디지털 콘텐츠가 불법복제 되면 콘텐츠의 저작권자는 더욱 큰 물질적인 손해를 입게 된다. 그래서 DRM(Digital Rights Management)기술이 디지털 콘텐츠에 적용되어 콘텐츠를 보호하게 되었다. 하지만 표준화되지 못한 DRM 기술은 여러개의 전용 클라이언트 프로그램이 필요하게 되었고, 콘텐츠의 유통흐름을 원활하게 못하고 있는 실정이다. 제안된 시스템은 디지털 콘텐츠와 플레이어의 일체화된 구조로서 디지털콘텐츠를 1차 패키징 하고, 플레이어의 Secure Storage에 2차 패키징 하여 콘텐츠와 플레이어가 하나의 파일로 배포되어진다. 2차 패키징 된 결과물은 PackPlayer라 명칭한다. 콘텐츠와 플레이어가 하나의 파일로 배포되어지면 사용자가 쉽게 콘텐츠를 볼 수 있으며, 원활한 콘텐츠의 유통과 다양한 상품서비스를 가능하게 해줄 수 있을 것이다.

With the increase of digital content usages, the protection for digital content and intellectual property becomes more important. The DRM(digital rights management) technologies are applicable to protect not only any kind of digital contents but also intellectual property. Besides such techniques are required for recorded digital broadcasting contents due to introduction of digital broadcasting techniques and storage devices such as personal video recorder. The conventional protection scheme for broadcasting content is the CAS(conditional access system) by which the access of viewer is controlled on the specific channels or programs. The CAS prohibits the viewer from delivering the digital broadcasting content to other person, so it results in restriction of superdistribution on the digital broadcasting content. In this paper, for broadcast targeting unspecfic many people, we will design the service model of the protection and distribution of digital broadcasting content using encryption and license by employing the concept of DRM. The results of implementation are also shown to verify some functions of each component. An implemented system of this paper has some advantages that the recording of broadcast content is allowed on set-top-box and superdistribution is available by consumer. Hence it provides content providers and consumers with trustworthy environment for content protection and distribution.

고리 3호기 원자로를 대상으로 압력용기에서의 고속중성자 집적량을 계산하였다. 수송계산에는 2차원 각분할 수송코드인 DOT 4.3을 사용하였고 핵단면적 라이브러리는 ENDF /B-II와 ENDF /B-III를 근거로 한 CASK와 ENDF /B-IV를 근거로 한 BUGLE80, 고리고 ENDF /B-Ⅵ를 근거로 한BUGLE93 등이다. 사용한 핵단면적에 따른 압력용기에서의 고속중성자속 분포를 살펴보고 최근에 배포된 BUGLE93 라이브러리의 Dosimeter File을 사용하여 1, 2차 감시시험에서 측정된 중성자 측정시료의 방사능으로부터 계산된 고속중성자속 측정치를 계산된 고속중성자속과 비교하였다. 이 비교를 통하여 압력용기에서의 고속중성자속과 수명기간동안의 고속중성자 집적량을 평가하였다.

디지털 TV 시대를 맞아 다양한 형태의 사용자와 상호작용할 수 있는 콘텐츠의 개발이 활성화되고 있고, 이에 따른 IPTV 의 활성화와 함께 방송 콘텐츠의 2 차 이용에 사용되는 VOD 의 제작과 활용이 높아지고 있다. 제작되는 VOD 는 2 차 이용을 위해 영화, 드라마, 다큐 등 다양한 콘텐츠를 포함하고 있는데, 이를 시청하기 위해서는 반드시 다운로드를 받아야 한다. 이러한 다운로드는 1 차적인 사용자 인증 및 기기 인증 후에는 일방적인 전송을 수행하고, 이미 다운로드 되어 있는 파일은 별도의 처리 없이 재생이 가능하기 때문에 VOD 의 불법적인 배포에 대응하기 어렵다. 따라서 VOD 콘텐츠가 다운로드 된 후, 반복 재생 시에 영상에 포함된 인증 정보를 통해 콘텐츠의 보호를 위한 모델을 제안한다.

SCTP is a next generation transmission protocol that is more efficient for large scale data transmission like as multimedia data. SCTP protocol is supported in recent linux kernel 2.6.0-testX. SCTP which is supported in linux kernel 2.6 implemented in lksctp package styles. It is necessary that SCTP API is analyzed and is compared with TCP, UDP protocol. So, in this paper describes the analyzing and testing SCTP API that is supported in linux kernel 2.6.0-testX.

It requires protection technologies to permit consumer to store a digital broadcasting content and at the same time to protect the intellectual property from illegal action. There is content encryption as one of protection technologies. In this paper, we proposed a protection scheme for digital broadcasting content that broadcasting server. Multiplexes the encryption key into MPEG-2 TS(transport stream) to be able to encrypt received TS at set top box. The proposed method is to modify PMT(program map table) for the information related encryption key and to multiplex key as TS packets. After then the encryption key is extracted from TS stream which is encrypted in set top box.

How do we create a next generation Records Management System? Under a rapidly changing system development environment, the records management system of public institutions has remained stable for the past 10 years. For this reason, it seems to be the key cause of the structural problem of the Records Management System, which makes it difficult to accommodate user requirements and apply a new recording technology. The purpose of this study is to present a redesigned model for a next-generation records management system by analyzing the status of the electronic records management. This study analyzed "A Study on the Redesign of the Next-Generation Electronic Records Management Process," records management technology of advanced records management system, and a case of an overseas system. Based on the analysis results, the improvement direction of the records management system was analyzed from several aspects: functional, software design, and software distribution. This study thus suggests that the creation of a microservice architecture-based (MSA) and an open source software-oriented (OSS) records management system should be the focus of next-generation record management.

This study was conducted for the purpose of developing a measurement tool for success and failure factors of education and training of Korean bodyguards. conducted a meeting from the fully open questionnaire at first, and then formed the semi-structured questionnaire, finally carried out the survey from the closed questionnaire and analyzed data from SPSS 21.0, AMOS 21.0 and developed the measurements. It was conducted from May, 2019 to December, 2019. This survey was conducted of 150 security guards after the verification of the content validity though the pilot survey and presented the success attribution factors and standards on the basis of the result form this survey. As a result, the success factors of the training of the bodyguards were accidental education (5 item), vocational mental education (2 item), vocational mental education (2 item), work ability enhancement education (2 item), realistic practical education (2 item) ), Including 4 items, 11 items, The failure factors consisted of 12 item of three factors: formal education and training (5 item), lack of leadership qualities (4 item), and lack of education (3 item).
