It is said that China's maritime organizations are large-scaled and complicated things, so-called 5 dragons in Chinese ocean. Therefore that has caused several matters and inefficiency in many maritime fields. However Chinese leaders have acknowledged the importance of ocean and have pursued consistent policy in their ocean, for example, 5.11 project, national ocean development plan etc, As a neighbouring country contrasting with China on Yellow Sea, Korea shall study China's ocean policy and their features in maritime organization in order to prepare for the intense competition in future at sea.

Following rapid industrial development and urbanization in Korea, there is a need for the Government to implement effective control of pollution and to undertake specific schemes in areas where pollution of the environment is severe. In response to this need, Government of Korea prepare Han River Basin Environmental Master Plan Project for water, air, solid waste to cover environmental protection of the Han River Basin. The Project area is approximately 27,000 sq. Km extending over Seoul, Kyunggi, Kwangwon, Chungbuk Province. The total population of Master Plan Project area is approximately 11.6 million, or one-third of the total population of Korea. There are about 8,000 industries, including those located in 16 industrial complexes, in the project area. The scope of work and terms of reference are the following: (1) A Summary of existing land use and forecasts for changes in land use by the year 2,000. (2) Emission inventories for air, waste water, and solid wastes. (3) Forecasts of future population growth patterns and pollution loadings. (4) Identification of specific projects needs to reduce pollution levels and satisfy the environmental quality standards. (5) A Program of enforcement to include (i) self monitoring, and (ii) governmental inspections and surveillance. (6) A program for quality improvement and quality assurance of environmental measurements. (7) Reports summarizing all data collected analyzed during the study. (8) Conceptual design and feasibility studies, including cost estimates, for needed pollution control projects. (9) A financial plan for future detailed design and construction of public facilities, for financial incentives to industry, and for user charges for industrial use of public treatment of disposal works.

The effects of dietary lysine (Lys) at a fixed ratio to crude protein (CP) and essential amino acids (EAA) on early growth response of broilers were studied. Four diets were formulated to contain similar metabolizable energy (ME, 2,950 kcal/kg) but contained graded levels of incremental Lys (1.1, 1.2, 1.3 and 1.4%) while also increasing the dietary CP and EAA (methionine, methionine+ cystine, threonine and tryptophan) to maintain a constant ratio with Lys. Each diet was fed at random to 10 replicates of 6 chicks each throughout the experimental period (1-21 d). At the lowest concentration of Lys of 1.1% (19.04% CP), body weight gain (BWG) was lowest and feed conversion ratio (FCR) was poorest. The BWG increased and FCR decreased linearly as dietary Lys increased upto 1.3% (22.5% CP). Lowest feed consumption was observed in the dietary group that contained 1.1% Lys (19.04% CP) in the diet. Increasing the concentration of Lys to 1.2% (20.77% CP), significantly increased the feed consumption. The concentrations of protein, calcium, phosphorus and cholesterol in serum were not influenced by the variation in Lys contents in the diet. The humoral immune response as measured by antibody titre in response to SRBC inoculation was significantly lower in the diets containing 1.1% Lys compared to 1.4%. It is concluded that the Lys requirement of broilers is 1.3% (22.5% CP) during 0 to 21 days of age for eliciting optimum performance when a fixed ratio of Lys to CP (1:17.31) and essential AA is maintained (1:0.47 Met; 1:0.56 Thr; 1:0.17 Try).
Urban-Hanok emerged as a result of urbanization of Hanok in the modern period. In particular, Urban-Hanok has been mass-produced from the early 1920s, when the population is concentrated in cities, until the middle. Large-scale development by the professional developer has been developed in large-scale land rather than individual client because housing shortage was serious problem. 11 Gahoe-dong was made in 1935-36 is representative Urban-hanok area of Bukchon. One is Land Investigation Project performed by the Japanese government to capitalization of property, another is the pro-japanese bought the large scale-land in Gahoe-dong at bargain price from The Japanese government. Each lot has still a topographical characteristics such as land-dividing quality, the way of development, characteristic quality of urban-tissue. 11 Gahoe-dong, Urban-hanok area was developed two ways. First, development have been adapted to the topography. The lots have reflected topographical conditions such as land cutting area, a retaining wall, land-diving was maintaining the original topography almost. Second, it was street oriented development. The lots have developed sequentially along the street. So, the lots's shape and size is different each. For this reason, this area distribute various type of Hanok.

This paper presents optimized artificial neural networks (ANNs) claims prediction and decision awareness framework that guides owner organizations in their pre-bid construction project decisions to minimize claims. The framework is composed of two genetic optimization ANNs models: a Claims Impact Prediction Model (CIPM), and a Decision Awareness Model (DAM). The CIPM is composed of three separate ANNs that predict the cost and time impacts of the possible claims that may arise in a project. The models also predict the expected types of relationship between the owner and the contractor based on their behavioral and technical decisions during the bidding phase of the project. The framework is implemented using actual data from international projects in the Middle East and Egypt (projects owned by either public or private local organizations who hired international prime contractors to deliver the projects). Literature review, interviews with pertinent experts in the Middle East, and lessons learned from several international construction projects in Egypt determined the input decision variables of the CIPM. The ANNs training, which has been implemented in a spreadsheet environment, was optimized using genetic algorithm (GA). Different weights were assigned as variables to the different layers of each ANN and the total square error was used as the objective function to be minimized. Data was collected from thirty-two international construction projects in order to train and test the ANNs of the CIPM, which predicted cost overruns, schedule delays, and relationships between contracting parties. A genetic optimization backward analysis technique was then applied to develop the Decision Awareness Model (DAM). The DAM combined the three artificial neural networks of the CIPM to assist project owners in setting optimum values for their behavioral and technical decision variables. It implements an intelligent user-friendly input interface which helps project owners in visualizing the impact of their decisions on the project's total cost, original duration, and expected owner-contractor relationship. The framework presents a unique and transparent hybrid genetic algorithm-ANNs training and testing method. It has been implemented in a spreadsheet environment using MS Excel$^{(R)}$ and EVOLVERTM V.5.5. It provides projects' owners of a decision-support tool that raises their awareness regarding their pre-bid decisions for a construction project.

The objective of the study was to undertake a phylogenetic diversity census of ruminal archaea based on a meta-analysis of 16S rRNA gene sequences that were publicly available in the Ribosomal Database Project. A total of 8,416 sequences were retrieved from the Ribosomal Database Project (release 11, update 5) and included in the construction of a taxonomy tree. Species-level operational taxonomic units (OTUs) were analyzed at a 97% sequence similarity by using the QIIME program. Of the 8,416 sequences, 8,412 were classified into one of three phyla; however, the remaining four sequences could not be classified into a known phylum. The Euryarchaeota phylum was predominant and accounted for 99.8% of the archaeal sequences examined. Among the Euryarchaeota, 65.4% were assigned to Methanobrevibacter, followed by Methanosphaera (10.4%), Methanomassillicoccus (10.4%), Methanomicrobium (7.9%), Methanobacterium (1.9%), Methanimicrococcus (0.5%), Methanosarcina (0.1%), and Methanoculleus (0.1%). The 7,544 sequences that had been trimmed to the V2 and V3 regions clustered into 493 OTUs. Only 17 of those 493 OTUs were dominant groups and accounted for more than 1% of the 7,544 sequences. These results can help guide future research into the dominant ruminal methanogens that significantly contribute to methane emissions from ruminants, research that may lead to the development of anti-methanogenic compounds that inhibit these methanogens regardless of diet or animal species.

The Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries has been promoting the 'Fishing Village Specialization Capacity Enhancement Project' to pursue sustainable development of villages such as income generation by using local tangible and intangible resources led by local residents at the village level since 2013. For the fishing village-Specialization capacity enhancement project, six training sessions (mainly in the village unit) are selected by the public offering method, and the project (income generating business, village development project, etc.) is developed for the selected village residents. It has a process of establishing a village project plan (a preliminary plan for village development or a sixth preliminary industrialization plan) based on the training of experts 5 times, practice or excursion 1 time). In this study, four villages in Gangwon-do fishing villages (two coastal villages and two inland water villages) were surveyed on the perception and satisfaction of fishing village development projects before and after training. The survey analysis was conducted by dividing the analysis of resident capacity and satisfaction into personal, interpersonal, and social dimensions. The survey was conducted by distributing a survey before and after training, and a 1:1 survey was conducted according to the residents' cognitive status. Based on the survey, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and analysis using the corresponding sample t-test showed an increase of 0.02 for Yangyang Mulchi fishing village, 0.11 for Samcheok Jangho fishing village, and 0.36 for Hongcheon River fishing industry, but Yanggu Jinmok fishing industry was -0.29, unlike other regions. As a result of this analysis, it has been empirically proven that provision of training projects through resident participation is a very important factor for the success of the fishing village project. Therefore, rather than fostering local leaders, training and community activities to strengthen personal capacities of residents participating in the project, it is necessary to operate the software business with a focus.
Calcium carbonate(CC) is biocompatible and gradually absorb to be replaced by bone when implanted into bone tissue. Fibrin-fibronectin sealant system (FFSS) is a product of human-derived plasma. The effect is hemostasis, tissue fixation and adhesion, We expect synergic effects of this two materials in periodontal regeneration. When FFSS was grafted with bone graft in intrabony defects, could be eliminated exofolication of bone graft materials. This study evaluated above materials for periodontal regeneration of 6mm intrabony defects in 36 patients. lap surgery was carried in 14 defects of control group. experimental group 1 was 11 defects grafted with calcium carbonate, experimental group 2 was 11 defects which were grafted with calcium carbonate with FFSS. The clinical parameters evaluated included changes in attachment level, probing depth, gingival recession at 6 months. Postsurgery probing depth reduction was 3.1 ${\pm}$ 0.9mm in control, 3.8 ${\pm}$ 1.6mm in experimental group 1, 4.1 ${\pm}$ 1.1mm in experimental group 2. The result clinically and statistically improved compared to baseline(P<0.01), but the difference found among the groups were not statistically significant. Postsurgery clinical attachment level was 1.6 ${\pm}$ 1.2mm in control, 3.5 ${\pm}$ 2.0mm in experimental group 1, 3.3 ${\pm}$ 1.2mm in experimental group 2. All of the control and experimental groups resulted in a statistically significant reduction from baseline(P<0.01). The reduction of the experimental groups were statistically significant from control(P<0.05). But the change between experimental group 1 and experimental group 2 was not statistically significant. We conclude that mixture of CC and FFSS is effective to periodontal regeneration in intrabony defect.

To determine alteration of immune responses during visceral larva migrans (VLM) caused by Toxascaris leonina at several time points, we experimentally infected mice with embryonated eggs of T. leonina and measured T-helper (Th) cell-related serial cytokine production after infection. At day 5 post infection (PI), most larvae were detected from the lungs, spleen, intestine, and muscle. Expression of thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) and CCL11 (eotaxin) showed a significant increase in most infected organs, except the intestine. However, expression of the CXCL1 (Gro-${\alpha}$) gene was most highly enhanced in the intestine at day 14 PI. Th1-related cytokine secretion of splenocytes showed increases at day 28 PI, and the level showed a decrease at day 42 PI. Th2-related cytokine secretion of splenocytes also showed an increase after infection; in particular, IL-5 level showed a significant increase at day 14 PI, and the level showed a decrease at day 28 PI. However, levels of Th17-related cytokines, IL-6 and IL-17A, showed gradual increases until day 42 PI. In conclusion, Th1, Th2, and Th17-related cytokine production might be important in immune responses against T. leonina VLM in experimental mice.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact which the plan characteristics of Residential Land Development Projects have on land price changes in the project district and to derive policy implications for the efficient promotion of these projects. For this purpose, we analyzed the promotion land price change progress of Residential Land Development Projects step-by-step. After theoretical consideration and a review of the references, 16 plan characteristics of Residential Land Development Projects affecting land price changes were selected ((1) The rate of land price change, (2) Business area, (3) Residential land ratio, (4) Commercial land ratio, (5) Semi-residential land ratio, (6) Neighborhood facilities land ratio, (7) Apartment house ratio, (8) Street ratio, (9) Park & green ratio, (10) Ratio of land for schools, (11) Site development cost for $1m^2$, (12) General residential area ratio, (13) Semi-residential area ratio, (14) Commercial area ratio, (15) Semi-Industrial area ratio, and Natural green area ratio). We used SPSS Version 20.0 to analyze the impact of the 16 selected plan characteristics on the land price changes. As a result, it was found that the land price began to rise two years (before/after?) the appointment of the district and became stabilized after the completion of the project. The plan characteristics that affect the land price changes were found to be the (2) Business area, (4) Commercial land ratio, (6) Neighborhood facilities land ratio, (8) Street ratio, (11) Site development cost for $1m^2$, and (12) General residential area ratio.
